Hi All!

I am George Pierce.  I have been using YouTube for over 10 years, but I was not too quick or eager to take advantage of the best source of free traffic on the Internet.  I believe that most aspiring Internet Marketers feel the same way and the fact is...it was a mistake for me. Perhaps for you as well.

I discovered that I could make darn good videos with free-to-use content.  Getting in front of a camera was not a requirement, not even a voice-over.

I also discovered that by legally using other people's videos...videos that are already made, the 'video creation process' was FAST and EASY.  I had been missing out on the best free traffic.

If you are NOT using YT for driving traffic, or, if you are using YT for traffic, but you are creating your own videos, I invited you to keep reading.  Not using YT is sincerely a lost opportunity that you can fix and you are about to see how. Creating your own videos is great, but using pre-made videos is so much easier and faster.

The following video is made up of 'free to use' videos from two of my favorite free video stock sites.

The free video sites are called Pixabay and Pexels.  Their videos are totally free.  I have NEVER had an issue using any of their videos or images.  I do not recommend using Pixabay's audio for music or sound effects, however, since it often creates copyright problems.  Your safest source for audio is YT Library, which will be on the left side of your YT dashboard.

Go to Pexels or Pixabay and search for the kind of video content that you want.  Download it and insert it into your video.  If you need a video editor, Clipchamp is a free online editor and Open Shot is a free downloadable editor. Both are easy to use and have no watermark.

Each segment of the above movie is from either Pixabay or Pexels.  It took only minutes to make the video.

The audio was created with CreateStudio which is paid software, however, there are numerous free online options such as VoiceMaker and Veed.IO and the thumbnail is by thumbnail blaster (also paid) but Canva dot com is an outstanding free option.

There are three points that I want to make.

NO COST: There is absolutely no need to spend money, all your resources are free.

EASY:  There is no need for any video skills or knowledge.  The free tools will do all the work.

FAST:  It is not going to take much time to create your videos. It is much faster than you think.

So stop missing out on YouTube traffic.

For more help, I invite you to watch this video.  It is about the creation of the above video with a focus on how to get more views.

Thumbnails For Beginners

11612772696?profile=RESIZE_710x

Hi Everyone!

I am George Pierce.  I have about 20 years of experience as an IM.  Thumbnails are one of those areas that I was SLOOOWWW to pick up on. I do not want that to happen to you.  Thumbnails are fairly easy, once you "UNDERSTAND" them.

Creating thumbnails is something that anyone can do for free. I make many of my thumbnails with my video editor by using a split-screen template.

This is how the above thumbnail was made.

For most of my videos, I will take one or more snapshots using the snapshot feature, see the camera below.

Go to the frame or frames that you want and click on the camera and then OK.  The snapshots will appear in your Media section.

 11610803291?profile=RESIZE_710x

Then go to where you want your thumbnail to appear on your time frame, click on the template and then on a split screen, select the split screen that you want and insert it into your time frame. Drag your snapshots onto your split screen template.

I have an intro and I recommend an intro, so I insert my thumbnail immediately after.  If you do as I do, when you convert to 9:16 for TikTok, slide your intro above your thumbnail.  That way, your thumbnail will show up perfectly on TT.

The physical creation is simple and once you do it the first time, it is also fast.

Understanding???

But UNDERSTANDING thumbnails is what is going to help your thumbnails get the clicks that your videos deserve.

When you are creating your thumbnail, using this method, or a thumbnail creator such as Canva dot com, take a moment to think about and research your prospective viewers.

What you want to understand, what you want to determine is WHAT is it about your video that your prospective viewers are interested in.

It does not matter what your video is about regarding this strategy, it applies to all niches.

I like to research before making a video. I use Tubebuddy's Keyword Explorer and YouTube to help me to understand what prospective viewers want to see.

11612435870?profile=RESIZE_710x

If you are not doing research, which I was NOT doing, you are probably missing out as I was.  I KNEW what my viewers wanted, so why should I waste time on research?  As usual, I was wrong.

By the way, I cannot take credit for Moonlighting.  I received a request for Moonlighting, so I did some research, and above is an example of what I found.  This is the second Moonlinghting video that I have published with more to come, of course.

Look at how many searches the keyword, "Moonlighting", gets on YT each month according to Keyword Explorer, on the left above, and on the right, YT is showing us that Moonlighting Pilot is definitely getting lots of views.

But there is more!  People are also interested in seeing Bruce Willis and seeing Cybil Shepherd.  And there is even more.

There is an exciting scene where Bruce and Cybil are dangling high overhead from a clock.  The reason why I share this is because thumbnails are primarily visual.

Thus. my thumbnail has an image of Bruce Willis as well as an image of Cybil Shepherd because viewers are interested, It includes a couple of snapshots of the exciting overhead scene, as an additional attention grabber, and it includes the words, Pilot and Moonlighting because of the interest in Moonlighting and Moonlighting Pilot.

In the second video thumbnail, there is not a lot of interest in Star Theater or My Wife Geraldine, but there is a lot of interest in Charles Boyer, so much of the thumbnail is an image of Charles Boyer, and the middle text on the left, which is a heat zone says Charles Boyer.

If you are new or struggling on YT, give your channel a thumbnail advantage.  Good thumbnails get clicks, bad ones do not.

Thank you for reading.

Much success,

George Pierce

Page One ~ ANY NICHE ~ Immediate Results!

11265406293?profile=RESIZE_710x

Hi All!

I am George Pierce, a somewhat unique Internet Marketer because I share what I do.  Most IMs that do, are too busy doing, and the self-proclaimed IMs are usually influencers who are trying to sell you tools or resources.

This post is about getting on page one of YT search almost immediately and for free and regardless of your niche. What you are about to see will work, does work, and will work for YOU.  I have personally used the same exact process and tools to get on page one over and over again.  In addition, I have used this to help others get on page one in niches such as cooking, travel, art, healing, and gaming.

As you see above, I just published a vintage football highlights video.  That is a niche that is new to me, so how well did I do?

My video got on page one and almost at the top (#3 spot, see above) for the keywords "NFL football highlights", but is that a fluke?

11265897273?profile=RESIZE_710x

Absolutely NOT!

As you can see in this second snapshot, the two arrows are pointing at the tags or keywords for this video.  Any tag that is on page one will have a green box and the number in the box is where it ranks.  See the circle above, it shows that TWENTY-ONE TAGS are ranking on page one of the YT search!

What this means is that when someone uses YT search with those keywords, this video, my video, will show up!  You can do the same with your video.  I will get to that in a moment.

11266562461?profile=RESIZE_710x

Before I do, allow me to share with you PROOF that what you are seeing works.  As you can see above this video is getting views from this method.

What makes this so special is that there is a free tool that does all the work and it will only take a few minutes to follow the steps that I use.  The tool is Keyword Explorer, it is part of a suite of tools from Tubebuddy that are free and will help you with your YT channel.  It weighs search volume, competition, and keyword strength for you.  All you do is type in your keyword or keywords, Tubebuddy's Keyword Explorer does the rest.  In fact, it will also suggest keywords.

To continue, please watch the following video:

Free ~ How To Get On Page One Of YouTube Search Immediately

You are about to see how you can get your videos on page one of a YouTube search without spending any money. Not just for one tag, but for 19 tags! Get on page one 19 times to get the views you deserve.

When we get lemons, let's make lemonade!

11181677481?profile=RESIZE_584x

Hi All!

I am George Pierce, I have about 20 years of experience as an IM, so everything should go like clockwork, right? I wish.  The fact is that more and more things will work for you, as you gain experience.  This post is about when we get served lemons.  Lemons come with the territory, it is no big deal, depending on what we do with those lemons.  We cannot always make lemonade out of them, but, when we try, some incredible things happen.

Once in a while, we will succeed in making lemonade.  Also as we gain experience, our chances of making lemonade keep improving.  More importantly, is that lemons test our mettle and ultimately make us stronger.  Our best learning comes from adversity.  Of course, I do not love it, when things do not go right, but I know that is when I am probably going to learn something...something new, something better, something more effective.

My Story:

Today I had two lemonade situations, thus the reason for this post.  I have been on vacation for over two weeks, so I am trying to get 'caught up'!

Above is a thumbnail of a video that began almost 50 minutes long. YT cut it down to about 50 seconds, but not all at once.  It nibbled here and there and there and here, a little each time.  Why?  It kept finding copyright issues.  YT allows me to trim the segment (remove the segment) that has an issue.  After a while, it was funny, I stuck with it, just to see how far YT would go.  Many multiple trims later, here is the lemonade.

📺Bob Barker | The Price Is Right (1985) | Mr. P's QUICKIE | Vintage Game Shows

I changed the title from FULL EPISODE to Mr. P's QUICKIE.  Guess what?  Folks are watching it and liking it. Of course, I would take the video down, if the response was negative.

AHA!

When you try to make lemonade and fail...you did not fail, as mentioned, you learned a thing or two. And you can take it down.

The other example is that I had some Captain Kangaroo shows that seemed like a mish-mosh of content.  The lemon (mish mosh) turned out to be more like a puzzle, all the pieces were there, in fact, there were a few extra, such as some excellent old commercials (that I have not published yet), and also a blooper segment that is below.

11181860882?profile=RESIZE_400x

The bloopers are not setting the world on fire, but they are ranking #1 as you see above. I am a fan of Captain Kangaroo, and the bloopers crack me up each and every time I see them.  I hope that others will enjoy them as much as I do.

The bottom line is that, out of the lemons,  I got what I believe is a video that is going to perform well.

Thank you for reading.

Much success,

George Pierce

PS.  Enjoy the bloopers:

The Dark Side Of YouTube!??

11117924671?profile=RESIZE_584x

Hi All,

I am George Pierce.  My most recent online adventure is a way to make money on  YT without having to make any videos or spend any money, and it really is one of the easiest ways that I have found for making money online.  I will share more of the details later.

My intent is to help you to make money online.  There are, however. some negatives about growing a YT channel that you should know.  The biggest negative is that YT can pull the plug on your channel at any time and for any reason.

My Story;

I have been using YT for over 10 years as a way to drive traffic, I have several channels that I use for traffic and I have never had a problem.  I do my best to make sure what I do is 'white hat', so there should be no reason to have to worry about YT closing down my accounts.  WRONG!

This is the scary part.  YT has some of the best software on the planet and one of the best websites...BUT...their software is still capable of mistakes.

11118541855?profile=RESIZE_710x

Above is a snapshot from my IM Training Channel and what you are seeing are YT violations.  The violations are called Community Guidelines violations, which are typically links to sites that contain malware.  The links are to Vid IQ, and it so happens that Vid IQ is a site that is associated with YT.  If I had had a third link, that would have been three strikes, and. I believe that three strikes mean your channel is terminated. Of course, the link are not a Community Guidelines violation, but that does not matter.

This might seem like no big deal. but when your channel is terminated. it is terminated. period.  YT's response is that once your channel is terminated, they cannot help you.  Although that is a bunch of hooey, YT runs the show.

Personally. I like to be in control, this post is to help you to remember that YT is in control.

Another negative that I recently discovered is that your channel can receive copyright violations that are bogus.  This is a double whammy.  YT does not check out these bogus copyright complaints.  Your channel is guilty until proven innocent. In order to prove your innocence you need to contact the copyright claimant.

Guess What!

Since it is a bogus complaint, you are wide open to being SCAMMED!  It costs you information and/or money to remove the claim.  The money is for the time and trouble for the removal of the bogus claimant.  This has been going on for years and YT seems to look the other way.

Growing a YT channel can be a lucrative venture, but you and I are at the mercy of YT.  If you are interested in growing a YT channel for free and without making any videos, I invite you to click here for all the steps to take.

Thank you for reading.

Much success,

George Pierce

PS.  The following video is an example of what I can help you create.

The Truth About Starting Online

11075276273?profile=RESIZE_710xHi ALL!

I am George Pierce.  Above is t snapshot of my most recent online adventure.  It is about using a strategy called faceless videos that uses other people's videos to grow a YT channel. The channel is about 4 months old.  Can you wait 4 months to start to see results?  Can you hang in there?

Most of us would love results in days, not months...and Yes, I would too.

What newbies are faced with are several challenges that no one wants to talk about.

Some of the Challenges.

You have a lot to learn.  If learning is not your thing, making money online may not be a good option.  Seriously!

You are the one that most experienced IMs are going to focus on.  Since you do not want to expend the effort to learn, you are much more likely to purchase tools and AI that will DO THE JOB for you.  There are tools and AI that can help you, BUT, there are free versions that you are not going to be told about, and the expensive versions are wonderful, but they are like having a sports car and not yet knowing how to drive.

Not wanting to wait is another lever that IMs use to sell you stuff.  Again, there are free tools and free AI that can help you, you do not need the paid version.

11075312890?profile=RESIZE_710x

11075313253?profile=RESIZE_710x

Above are snapshots of the two top-performing videos.  Both of them are what I call sleepers.  The first one took about a week to gain traction.  The second took almost two weeks.

BTY, all my traffic is free and I am going to talk candidly about paid traffic for newbies in a moment. Internet Marketing or Video Marketing is so much like a sleeper video.  You and I are doing the tasks that we believe we are supposed to be performing, but our website or blog, or YT channel seems to be asleep.  Often it can take weeks for our efforts to come to life.

AH...but you can fix that fast with PAID TRAFFIC!

That was not what happened to me.  My paid traffic results were terrible.  Paid traffic in my case and for most newbies is another way for you to bleed money.  Paid traffic often gets immediate traffic...but...as a newbie, my paid traffic was visiting what I call STINKY SITES.  And I was good at making stinky sites.  Stinky sites are sites that are 'by gosh Beautiful!' and get NO conversions.

When a 'guru' recommends paid traffic to a newbie, be cautious.  Your best interests may not be his or her priority.

The truth!

You do not need money and do not be in a hurry to spend money until you make money.

You will need to learn, it is part of the process, if you love to learn, take a long hard look at being an IM, it is probably going to be a perfect fit. If learning is not your thing, that is fine, but becoming an IM is probably a poor choice.

If you are looking for a free lunch, a way to make money with little to no effort, let me know when you find one.  This is easy once you learn it, but you need to put in the effort.

If you are not patient, then becoming an IM may not be your best choice.  If you have patience, your patience will be rewarded, becoming an IM is something you should look at.

Thank you for reading.

Much success,

George Pierce

Hi ALL!

I am George Pierce.  Over the past four months, I have been sharing my faceless video strategy, and more importantly, my progress.  This strategy is using other people's videos, legally, of course, to build a channel on YT.  This strategy is not new, it is tried, tested, and proven.  The problem that I find is that the ones that are promoting this strategy are not actually using it.  I am using it.

I am not only sharing my results, but I am also sharing my personal application of this strategy, and laying it out in a step-by-step training series,  I tried to do this totally FREE.  I have spent about $28 to upgrade from a free version of TubeBuddy to the Pro version.  Other than that, there is ZERO COST.  All traffic, all views, and all watch hours are based on free methods.

Above, you can see that my channel has hit 10K views.  Although this is a small milestone, what is more important, is that the channel has had a 1.4K increase in views in the last month.  This is about a 56% increase in views!   I am working about 11 hours a week on this channel.

Specifically what I am doing is uploading vintage media to YT.  I created Mr. P's Classic Television channel, and I upload old TV shows, old commercials, old cartoons, vintage music, and old movies to YouTube.  My primary source for videos is a Public Domain site called Internet Archive.

There are three steps, the first is research.  I use TubeBuddy for the research, there is a free version, it is totally free, I upgraded only because the paid version does more and does it faster,  Step two is downloading and uploading, and I prefer to sandwich my videos between an intro and an outro.  The intro and outro are optional. Step three is sharing the video.

The research part helps determine that your videos will get the views that you desire, there is no sense in uploading videos that no one wants to see.  The sharing part helps your videos to get more exposure.

I invite you to learn more.  Watch this video.  It is followed by links to the free resources that I mention in the video.

Do YouTubers Need A Website?

11072616262?profile=RESIZE_400xHello!

I am George Pierce.  In this post, I am going to give you my opinion about whether YouTubers need a website.

I believe that all YouTubers should at least consider having a website.

WHY?

A website can help your channel.  You can use a website to drive traffic to your channel. You can use your website to build your list.

In my opinion, however, I do not believe that most YTers are interested in creating a website and keeping it up to date or building a list.  For most YTers, although a website is not a bad idea, it is probably not going to be a good fit, and it is probably not going to be much of a benefit.

There are exceptions, of course.

If you want to build a list, you want to build a website.  If you want to maximize your income potential, a list is one of your best options.  Whatever your niche, there are going to be products and services that you can 'affiliate' with.  Adding links to the affiliates in your description is a  way to immediately monetize your channel. Growing a list should increase your affiliate revenue by at least 400%.

When you become a YTer, you are technically a video marketer and content creator...but...most YTers are let's say, dabblers, and many successful YT creators are artists.  And websites and lists are not for them.   For the dabblers, no website is probably no big deal.

For the artists, if you have a large channel, add a website and grow a list.  If that is NOT your thing, outsource the work, it will pay for itself.

A few YTers are marketers, for them, well, they are going to have a website and list, it is what they do.

11072627286?profile=RESIZE_400x

What should you do?

Figure out which kind of YTer you are.  That should help you to decide.  And. Of course, if you feel that a website and list is something that you should have or must have, then act on it.

You do not have to spend money or much money if you opt for having a site and growing a list.  To the best of my knowledge, Systeme dot io is one of your best free options, it stays free to 2K subs.  The lowest cost and highest value is AIOP which is a complete marketing platform including unlimited autorespinder for $11.50 a month.  I have been using Systeme for a couple of years, it is superb.  I have been using AIOP for many years, it is the best value on the Net.

Thank you for reading.

Much success,

Experimenting!

11065313700?profile=RESIZE_710x

Hello!

I am George Pierce.  This post is about experimenting, and I am going to call it a form of test and tweaking, because that is what it is.  In a previous post, I said that my stats for a new YT channel were saying to put more focus on game shows.  If you are not familiar, I am using a faceless video strategy to make money on YT.  I have created a classic tv channel, and upload classic TV shows, old movies, old commercials, and old cartoons to YT.  My source of free media is Internet Archive.

I have a certain process that you are welcome to use, see below, and thiat include additional steps before and after uploading to insure that the videos are videos that will get views.

These extra steps include research and I have noticed that some channels that are doing the exact same process are NOT doing those steps.  Yet, these channels are getting views, sometimes MILLIONS of views.

The faceless video process that I am using, is working, but I have plans of adding at least two more faceless video channels (game shows and kid's TV).  It is in my best interests to streamline my efforts, especially as I add more channels.

What I have done is to cut back on what is called on site SEO and see what happens.

My test video is the Jeopardy video above.  The video actually has 5 views in 5 hours.  As you can see above, Crosswords has six views in less than one hour,  Crosswrods has SEO, Jeoparfy does not, so initially, it looks like I will probably stick to my process, not every test is a success

I will wait a few days, in case the Jeopardy video is a sleeper.

My point is, however, is that to find out if something works or, in this case, probably does not work, I have to experiment, I have to tweak and then test that tweak.  So do you.

It the Jeopardy video continues to lag, no problem, I go back and add the SEO.

Thanks for reading.

Much success,

George Pierce

Losing Money Online?

11064952277?profile=RESIZE_400xHi All,

I am George Pierce and this post is about milestones you see and the ones you do not see and about not losing money as a newbie.  I had no clue about what I was doing online, which was about 20 years ago.  I believed, NO, I KNEW in my heart that internet marketing worked, but it was not working for me.

I began with review sites, I created sites that reviewed products and services. I did a terrible job!  And I continued to do a terrible job for months.  I kept at it, I kept learning, and kept trying all the stuff that I had learned and after a year, my results were pitiful. I was bull-headed, however, I was determined to make Internet Marketing work...although Internet marketing seemed to be determined to no work for me.

What was happening was that I was sailing past all kinds of milestones, but they were invisible.  I did not realize that I was learning and had learned a lot.  I felt as if I had learned about everything that did not work, and very little about what did work.  After about 12 months, all those mistakes and failures started to pay off.  Over the next six months, I gained more and more traction and it finally began to show in traffic and in sales.

I had already begun to get a handle on SEO and free traffic.  About 3 years later, I would discover what is called "Bum Marketing" which is what I still use today.

I became what I call lucky at SEO because I was terrible at paid traffic. Paid traffic was not working for me, and neither was anything else, but with paid traffic, I was not only NOT making money, I was losing money.  Losing money is NOT what I wanted, not what I signed up for, and simply bad business.

I do spend money, I agree with spending money, but not until your online business can afford it.  This strategy is NOT what most self-proclaimed gurus teach because it would mean that they could not sell you the tools and training, and services that you need.

The truth is that you can get EVERYTHING you need to start and build and grow your online business for free.  FREE!  Absolutely free.

There is one more thing about my teaching that is different.  I do my best to share with you what you actually NEED.  What you need is not always as enticing or as exciting, but it is what you need to get the job done.

In addition to teaching Bum Marketing, with a few extra secrets such as siphoning, I also teach a Faceless Video strategy. You can make money on the Internet or on YT or both.  I do not consider myself to be an expert, however, I have been a Bum Marketer for about 15 years, so almost everything that I do, works.  My primary niche is weight loss, but what I share will work in any niche.

My Faceless Video experience is more recent.  I have been on YT for years, using YT to drive traffic to wherever I need it.  With the Faceess Video strategy, I am still learning, and most willing to share what I have learned so far.

If you are not familiar with the faceless video strategy, it is a way to make money on YT by uploading videos that are already made.  You never have to make a video or be on camera or spend money.

If you want to make money from home, I invite you to visit my Internet Marketer Training channel and check some of my playlists.  They include affiliate marketing, Bum Marketing, and Faceless Videos.  Legally, I cannot make any financial promises, but what I share does work.

Thanks for reading.

Much success,

George Pierce

Hi All.

I am George Pierce.  With over 20 years of trying to learn Internet Marketing, I have discovered an uncountable number of ways to do things wrong and a handful of ways to do things right.  In an effort to give back, I do my best to share my successes and my failures in order to help you in your online adventure.

Above is a snapshot from one of my YT channels.  The channel is about 3 and 1/2 months old and I believe that most newbies might see a much different picture than I do. And here lies the problem, in fact, a problem that can derail everything.  HUH?

I am going to jump ahead to the moral of this post, which is that it is easy to get caught up in the wrong priorities, which can lead to engaging in the wrong activities.  What you want to do, of course, is engage in the right activities.

When you are a newbie, it can be hard to know what to focus on, and it can be easy to focus on the wrong things.

What I am going to do is to share my perspective vs. a newbie perspective, my intent is to help you to focus and to stay focused on the right activities.

A funny thing about subscribers or members is that this is something that you do not have to worry about,  Your site will grow, your forum will grow, your channel will grow, and members or subscribers will appear.  It happens and when it does, it will snowball.  When I get to 4K hours of watch time, I will probably have more than 1K subs, if not, I know a few social media tricks that will fix things.

VIEWS:

Newbie.

3.3K views is not a lot of views, I have got to get more views.

Me.

The amount of views is up about 33% (from 2.5K about 10 days ago).  Views are like money, and like subs, they WILL happen.

Watch Time:

Newbie:

I need more watch time. In order to get monetized, I need 333 hours a month (4K a year).  I have to get more watch time.

Me.

Watch time is up about 20%. I need to do more of whatever videos are getting views and keep my eyes open for videos that will get views.

Top Videos:

Newbie:

Game shows seem to be what people want to watch.

Me.

Game shows seem to be what people want to want.  I will put more focus on game shows.

Our stats tell us a lot and they can help us, but Internet marketing and video marketing is a process that is deceptive. Although our stats do not lie, we are often engaging in the right activities, perhaps we can refine those activities such as focusing more on whatever is working, however, you and I must remember that our efforts will accumulate and will snowball. In the beginning it always seems to be too slow, once things do happen, you will be awed at the sudden growth.

Before you panic, take a step back and take a look at what you are doing,  If it seems that you are already engaged in the right activities, you simply might need to hang on and let time take its course,

Doing more of what works is sound advice for both of us.

Recently on FB ( I do a lot of sharing on FB), I noticed that Captain Kangaroo, the one with Mr. Moose above, is getting all kinds of attention, like after like and comment after comment  I am a big Captain Kangaroo fan, but, I still did the research, people love Captain Kangaroo, not just me.

And it so happens that Internet Archive, my video source, has a few full episodes available.

When we give people what they want, such as Captain Kangaroo shows, what is supposed to happen, is that these shows should get lots of views and that the viewers are more likely to watch them longer, if not to the very end.

In other words, here is an example of how I am trying to continue to engage in the right activities with more focus on what is working.

I also have downloaded more game shows.

I do not have a crystal ball, but I am confident that the above stats will double and double and double, about every 6 weeks.

Ny snowball has started to roll, I hope that your snowball has started to roll, so let's both keep pushing and watch it grow.

Thanks for reading.

Much success,

George Pierce

Make It FUN!

11062538700?profile=RESIZE_710x

Hi All,

I am George Pierce.  This post is about making it fun.  If you are working online, building websites, growing your blog, or growing your YT channel, there are a number of details that need to be taken care of on a daily basis.  Even if you are in a niche that you love, a niche that you are passionate about, you need to make it fun.

Most of the fun or lack of fun is a result of how we look at things.  It is kind of simple, if we think it is fun, it is, if not, it is not. That is easy to say, but not quite so easy to do.   The following will help.

If there are certain details that you detest, hiring someone else to take care of those details may be an option.  If you are not to a point where your online venture is profitable enough to do that, you have the ability to change your attitude as well as find ways to make it fun.

Above is an example of making it fun.

I love to clean the floor.  HA! I am sure you do too!  There might be some people, however, that do not like floor cleaning, perhaps, they almost hate it.  Turning it into a dance is an option.  ZUMBA is an example of making exercise more fun by adding dance.

Another option is to indulge yourself.  At least a little.

11062545081?profile=RESIZE_710x

This morning, I was putting together content and snapshots to document a new way to research using the Faceless Video process.  What I discovered is that once your channel is in a video niche for a short while, YT will start handing you videos on a silver platter. Above is a snapshot of suggested videos.  Let's Dance fits in perfectly with my Classic TV channel.

My research showed me that there are two versions of the video.  An original version which is Chris Montez signing Let's Dance and a dance version as you see above.  The original version is available from my video source, Internet Archive, but the dance version is not and has a total of  about 50 Million views

I like creating videos, in fact, for me, it is FUN.  What if I indulge myself a little and create a NEW video that combines the original and the dance?  It will be fun, and people might like it, and it will be new and never seen before....that is about all it took.

In just a few moments, I was indulging myself and made it fun.

Making it fun is really important, because if you do not make it fun, you may end up quitting.  The only way to fail at this online stuff is to quit.  It sincerely gets easier and easier with experience.  You have the ability to make it fun and thus allow yourself to persist.

There is a story about two elevator operators...once upon a time, there were elevator operators.   One operator was bored silly and finally had to quit.  The other operator made friends with everyone in the building.  His job turned into a day-long social event.  He could not wait to get to work each morning and see all his friends.

Make it FUN!

Thanks for reading.

Much success,

George Pierce

Over 200K!

11051999656?profile=RESIZE_710x

Hello!

I am George Pierce.  Above is a snapshot of one of several new Facebook groups that I joined. What happened is that my FB account was hacked.  It took several days and many hoops to get it fixed.  In the meantime, I quickly opened new accounts in three niches, one of those niches is classic television because I have a classic television channel. In the above snapshot, the video is a recent video uploaded to my channel and once I post a video, I share it on social media sites such as Facebook for more exposure, and more views.

FB is responsible for about 40% of my views, and my prospects of getting my accounts restored were not too bright.  All the groups that I have joined are all in my FB accounts, which I cannot access. So I am setting up fam pages and groups and joining groups right and left in an effort to maintain my FB traffic.

I did rejoin many of my old groups by way of my newly set up FB accounts, I also added a number of new groups, the above is one that has almost 230K members.

My hacked FB accounts were restored, and one of the benefits is this new group which adds a lot more exposure.

My initial guesstimate was that this FB disaster (disasters are often blessings in disguise) ended up increasing my overall FB exposure by about 300K, it is more like 500K!

What is my point?

If you are on FB, consider making an effort to expand your FB reach.

If you are not on FB, consider creating a FB page and a FB group. It is easy, FB will walk you through it in about two minutes. You will gain a lot of new exposure for your website, YT channel, blog, etc.

Thanks for reading.

Much success,

George Pierce

The Cumulative Effect In Real Life!

11038281493?profile=RESIZE_400x

Hi Everyone!

I am George Pierce and I have had the pleasure of benefiting from the cumulative effect many times.  The Internet provides two financial levers that you will not find in a J.O.B.   One of the levers is the fact that your efforts accumulate.  The other is called a residual effect.

The residual effect is something like going to work today, but getting paid today and again tomorrow and the next day and so on.

Above is a snapshot from one of my YT channels.  Notice 3,000 views. That is only a little over 100 views a day, but all those views are free and they are growing daily.

Why? I am adding content daily.

AHA!  The catch is revealed!  These financial levers can literally make you more money than you can imagine but are going to require work.  If you are suffering from a work allergy, this is not for you.  If you are willing to work, please read on.

Notice the snapshot above and you will see that consistent effort will accumulate in a relatively short time.  The above channel was started about 15 weeks ago.

My style or my preferred way to make what you see happen is called content marketing.  I create content and add what is called SEO.  SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization, which is simply a way of letting the search engine know what the content is about so they can send people that are interested in that content to your video or website.

11038287457?profile=RESIZE_710x

Above are some of the content (videos) that are "accumulating" as well as generating views day after day.  The benefit that this new channel has, is that it is about old TV shows, old movies, old cartoons, old commercials, and so on.  The content has already been created.  There is more to the process than simply downloading and uploading.  The site that I primarily use as a content source is called Internet Archive.

There is what is called niche research which is the first step. It is a way to find out beforehand if people are going to be interested in whatever video you are considering uploading.  This step only takes a few minutes, but saves you a lot of (wasted) time.

The second step is downloading and uploading.

The third is sharing your recently published content with social media sites to enhance exposure and views.

If you want to learn more about this process, I invite you to watch

Test And Tweak

11037873870?profile=RESIZE_710x

Hi All,

I am George Pierce, this post is about making small changes that can have HUGE benefits. Online, this strategy is called testing and tweaking.  You make a small tweak (a small change) and then you see what happens.  If your results improve, your tweaked version becomes your new version.  Above is a simple example of how this works.  What you are seeing above is the result of a Jeopardy video that was just uploaded to a classic TV channel.

The TWEAK

The tweak is that the title begins with Alex Trebek and NOT Jeopardy.  A simple change such as this has the potential of more views, more visits, more conversions, more sales, more revenue, and so on.  But you will not benefit if you do not make those tweaks.

11037877269?profile=RESIZE_710x

In addition, this brand-new upload is competing well, extremely well, in YouTube searches.    The keywords, as you see above, are 'game shows'.  You may not realize that "Alex Trebek" can affect search, but it certainly can.  The YouTube search algorithm is designed to give the viewer the best results based on their previous search and behavior and likes and preferences.  Most people are going to prefer Alex Trebek as well as Jeopardy.

Internet Marketing and video marketing depend on lots of tiny details.  Testing and tweaking is a strategy that can be turned into a habit that will help you to take care of those details and to maximize their benefit.

Much success,

Walk The Walk

11037231294?profile=RESIZE_710x

HELLO!!

I am George Pierce.  I recently had my FB account hacked and I am pleased to share that FB came through,  I had to jump through many hoops. They do not make it easy, but if this ever happens to you, do what FB asks and they will take care of you too.

This post is about walking the walk.  Notice in the above snapshot, that I have 13 accounts (13 profiles).  1 is personal.  The rest are business accounts, business pages, and FB groups, spread over weight loss, Internet Marketing, and Classic TV.

Why so many accounts?  TRAFFIC!

My weight loss accounts are almost on automatic pilot, thanks to an AI site called Missingletter.  I will be sharing more about the site in a future post. But keeping up with your FB accounts is relatively easy and fun.  The way that I suggest that you keep up with your accounts...walk the walk...is to make SHARING a habit literally

When you finish setting up a web page, making a post, uploading a video, etc., you are NOT done...  Be sure to go to your appropriate social media sites and share and interact.

Make it a habit and watch your stats.  In addition, be sure to post on Syndication Express.  Terri does a great job of sharing our SE posts, so one post on SE has the value of seven.

I have been scurrying to keep momentum on FB, I get a lot of free traffic and did want to see a huge dip.  I had mentioned in a recent SE comment that setbacks, which include getting hacked on FB, any setback ultimately has more value than we realize, as long as we continue to walk the walk.  Part of my scurrying included finding new FB groups.  I am guessing that I will probably gain over 100K+ on each of my 3 niches and all I did was keep walking the walk.

When stuff happens that is good, hurrah  When stuff happens that is not good, remember, it often is good, as long as we just keep walking the walk

Much success,

One YouTube DO And DON'T

11031580874?profile=RESIZE_710x

Hi All,

George Pierce here.  In this post, you are about to discover a YouTube DO And DON'T. If you are not familiar with my latest online adventure, it is using a strategy called Faceless Videos to make money on YouTube,  What is nice about the strategy is that it is 100% free and it really does work.

Part of the process is to do preliminary research, called niche research, to determine what works BEFORE expending your efforts on something that is not going to work.  I am pleased to share that the niche research is revealing other valuable information about the competition.

Above is an example of a video that initially surprised me, because it did NOT perform.  According to my research, uploading game shows is going to get results.  In addition, Jeopardy and Alex Trebek are just about guaranteed to get views.  But as you can see above, this video started out as a dud.

The Good news is that based on my experience on my other channels (the above channel is still new) when a video starts out as a sleeper and then gets views, it is likely to keep on getting those views!  What I want you to take away is to DO your research and DO NOT doubt your research.

11031583687?profile=RESIZE_710x

Above is another video that is supposed to be doing well and it is.  The Honeymooners Lost Episodes are also hot.   According to my niche research, Bread is the hottest one of the Honeymooner videos, it happens to be the first.

My research shows me that there are many more channels than I ever expected that are using the faceless video strategy.

That might sound bad because it equals 'competition'  Guess What!  Most of the competition is NOT doing the research!!!

What they are doing is sort of like playing darts.  They seem to be uploading what they THINK is going to get views or they seem to be uploading what they LIKE.  Either way, you and I benefit.

When our competition misses the target, they seem to ignore doing research and they seem to keep on throwing darts.  After enough misses, they fall by the wayside (they quit).  Even when they do hit the target, the Honeymooners, for example, there are a very limited number of these videos that are available, and even new channels that know a little about research and SEO are going to get the views.

I invite you to take a look at what I am doing to make money on YTand see proof that it works.  You can learn more about the process, the research (which is done with free tools), and step-by-step how you can follow the process for free,  by visiting this recent SE post.

How's Your Perspective?

11028979283?profile=RESIZE_710x

Hi All!

I am George Pierce, above is a snapshot of one of my FB business pages.  A few minutes ago, I uploaded a video to the YT channel.  Once uploaded, I share that video (spread the word) on several social media platforms, and FB is one of those platforms.  After posting the video on my fam page and my FB group, there are 8 more FB groups that I belong to that are relative to the classic TV niche.  Before posting on the groups, I 'interact' with those groups.  Part of the interaction is to give likes and comments, as well as to respond to EVERY comment and EVERY question that I receive.

Why?  On social media platforms, you need to give in order to get.  Once you start giving (which is interacting), you will start getting (receiving interaction, as well as TRAFFIC).

I am most fortunate, I enjoy this stuff!

That is the reason for this post. HUH?

Just a few minutes ago, as I mentioned, I was ready to post a new video on FB, and before I did, I interact, so I click on the notification button (see above). Instead of about the normal 10 notifications, there were 20, and instead of 2 or 3 comments, there were 10...I counted them.

Let's say you are following my strategy for making money on YT without having to make a video, where I share this whole Faceless Video process, and you go to FB like I just did, and you find that you have two to three times more responses.

I am going to go OH BOY!    Are you going to go OH NO!??

If you look at situations such as this one as an opportunity, even fun, then I invite you to check out what I am doing on YT and how I am growing a channel with a simple download and upload process.  There is no need to make a video, no need to be on camera, and no need to spend any money.

If making a little extra money or an unimaginable amount of money interests you, discover how you can use a proven YouTube strategy without spending any money and without getting in front of a camera or even making a video. Watch this video, You will discover a little secret that makes things so much faster and easier.

Hi All,

I am George Pierce.  I have been an IM for about 20 years.  Most of what I do is guesswork!  This post is about action, taking action.  So what does guesswork have to do with anything?  I believe that most or all newbies are faced with guessing as an option, as a primary option, when it comes to Internet Marketing.  That is not going to change.  Your guesses, however, are going to get better and better.

In the meantime, it is important that you take action.  I am not a proponent of doing bad work or making bad guesses, but I am a proponent of action.  Learn how to do your research and let your research guide your decisions, and, back up those decisions with action. If you make a mistake, so what, fix it and go on.

To paraphrase a quote from Zig Ziglar, "Do not wait for all the lights to turn green."  If your niche research looks good, take action.  Is my niche research right all the time...OH OF COURSE!  HA!  The real answer is... Of Course NOT!

Mistakes are part of the learning process, so do not let the possibility of "making a mistake" stand in your way.  I try not to make mistakes, and I am sure that you do too, but mistakes are no big deal.  Especially in a digital environment.

My point is to take action.

Delay is not what your IM business needs, it needs action.  Base your action on sound judgment and take action.

When it comes to action, W. Clement Stone's advice is not to just do it, it is to Do It Now.

Thanks for reading.

Much success,

George Pierce
