Once you see that you have a good conversion rate – for example if you could improve your conversion rate from 1% to 2% then that would double your online business. I always say progress is better than perfection ! Isn’t it worth it to progress? Another example is if you got a customer spending $100 to your website and you have a 1% conversion rate, then you will only make one sale. If you have a conversion rate of 2% then you double the amount of sales you get and the amount of money you make without having to get any more traffic to your website or it could even mean spending less or no more money in advertising.
What you have to do is try and get the most out of what you have and it really is the most simple things that count. If you do them right then everything else will fall into place.
Four – Administration – This is the same as any other business whereby you still have to do emails, bookwork (well I do and I have books for everything going on),finances, expenses etc. While this needs to be done everyday, it has to be done. If you don’t want to do this yourself you can always hire someone to do it for you, but I would sooner do it myself.

I am a member of the Networking Superstars on Facebook and every Tuesday we have a google+ hangout at 9pm for an hour (well sometimes much more!) but it is great fun keeping in touch with friends from all over the world.
This is where we can discuss all our business queries that we might have and it is so good to talk face to face and get the answers to anything we may be struggling with. I have to say this is my highlight of the week where we can discuss work and also have a bit of fun.
You can put on these silly party hats, glasses and anything that will make you look stupid but it makes things all the more fun.
You can have a Google hangout with anyone you want as long as they have a gmail account and great for getting to know someone. It is much better than talking on the phone as you get to see who you are talking to and it is FREE !!
With an online marketing business it is always good to have someone to talk to and discuss your problems. We learn something new every time we have a hangout as there is always someone who has discovered something new to help us with our online business.

Merchant Bank Account
If you want customers to pay for the product or services you sell online using their credit cards or debit card, you need to register for a merchant bank account. Merchant bank account is a type of bank account that allows online business owners to accept payments using credit cards, debit cards and sometimes even checks and cash. Getting a merchant account will require a monthly fee plus transaction fee.
Applying for merchant bank account takes at least 12 months of processing before your website will be deemed qualified for such merchant banking functionality. If your application was declined, you can offer your customers to pay via third party payment channels like PayPal.

Over the last 10-12 years I have tried all ways to build my online business. Yes without success!!
So what is a funded proposal?
A funded proposal is a marketing plan where you sell an inexpensive information product to your target market, like Magnetic Sponsoring or the Empower Network.
Once you have your website set up and a lead capture page set up you need a back end product in place, as you need cash to pay for your marketing or maybe to put in your bank. Once you have that back end product in place you should then start to see leads coming in.
What you need is to offer is additional services that are going to be tailored to your prospects needs. The best product you can offer is information, teaching them how to market and advertise their business. More so how to market online. It doesn’t matter what lead comes into your funnel, they will need to learn how to market and advertise their business. Where do you end up if you don’t know how to do this? Everyone needs solutions and knowledge.
Not everyone is going to join your but if they see that you can offer them help and advice it is so much easier for them to say ‘Wow this is going to help and teach me’ then it will be so much easier to make a ‘buying’ decision and they are more likely to say ‘yes I want this’.
When they do that you get an affiliate commission. When you sign up as an affiliate you are going to send out several links that are specifically tracked to you – so when you refer it and they buy you can end up getting a residual income.
So when you get leads you email and tell them to check these products out as it could help them build their business. Suddenly you are creating upfront cashflow per month from people who are not even joining your business.
This is called a Funded Proposal Concept. Having all those leads coming through your funnel and even if they don’t join your business you are still making commissions from selling affiliate products.
Then you bring all those leads into your marketing opportunity at the back end. That way you make all those commissions at the front end and bring them into your network marketing business on the back end to build a steady residual income.
Be warned though, network/online marketing does not just make you a residual income overnight as many people think. You have to put in a lot of work at the start and be consistent to build that residual income. It could take you 1 month, 1 year or even 3-5 years but however long it takes you DO IT and don’t give up or stop until it is done. That is what makes people successful.

I just wanted to share with you this great tool ‘The Results Machine‘ that has helped me with my daily productivity !
Before Using
My desk was always cluttered and I just never seemed to get anything finished so carried over to the next day, still never got through everything. There were notes here and notes there – overwhelmed – YES !! – the housework wasn’t getting done – the ironing kept piling up and up – dinners would end up being a ‘ding’ meal. This was starting to get me down as even trying to find the time to go shopping was a struggle as I just wanted to get my work done.
I then started using this great tool and –

Now my desk looks like this every morning. It is a fantastic tool that was produced by a great friend and mentor Gavin Mountford.
Like every other tool that is trying to be sold to you I am sure you would also be very sceptical about buying some of these things. Once we had the training on this Results Machine and saw how it worked it just made me want to get it up and running. Once I did the result was that my desk has been it’s most tidy in a couple of years or so.
How Does It Work?
Firstly you need to plan your day into the 60-60-30 method – always best to plan your day the night before.
Then allocate yourself a specific time to do each task and focus 100% on that task.
You can list your tasks in the Results Machine and then set the first one for 1 hour. After 50 minutes take a ten minute break. Go and make a cup of coffee or just get away from the computer for 10 minutes. Then get ready to start your second task in the same way but do the full 60 minutes and then take a 30 minute break. You could go for a walk or go and do your bit of shopping – in my case a bit of ironing !
Another great tip is to turn your Skype and Facebook off while you are doing your tasks and this way you are not likely to get distracted from what you are doing. I know I would be doing a task (before I used the results machine) and then a message would pop up. Off I went and had to have a look. Now my Skype and Facebook is off when I am doing my tasks. They get done and I have a bit of time for myself when I am finished. Something that hasn’t happened in years !

For instance you probably check you emails several times a day, or find you can’t get any from Facebook or other social media sites. Then there is Skype etc. It could be your family, but then again you must get set some time aside for them as that is also very important, although I am sure they will understand that at the beginning of your new venture you will need to spend a lot of time on your computer until you have things up and running smoothly.
