MLM Success Tips | Is Time Your Enemy

business man watchI know there are  a lot of Network Marketers out there that would give anything to squeeze at least 20 minutes a day to build their business. Have you ever tried to spend time to build your business but every time to try to schedule time something else comes up? Many people are in this same situation which inspired me to write a blog post about this subject. In this blog post I will give MLM Success Tips how to find more time to build your business.

What Do Some Network Marketers Say About Time

The most common excuse I hear is that they don't have the time to build their business. I hear some say, "I have 2 jobs", "After I get home I have to work with my children", "I'm a single parent", "I have to get up early for work the next day, so I can't stay up late", "I work 12 hour shifts everyday", etc etc etc. These people feel the Time is their Enemy, so Is Time Your Enemy? 

Let me give you an example, most home based business owners say they don't have the time but when they really want to buy something they FIND the TIME. Let say a person wants to purchase a vehicle ( in most cases purchase something they can't afford ) and from my experience typically I have to wait about 4 hours until I can leave with my car. So while most say they don't have the time to breathe, those same people will find the time to get into debt and waste 4 hours of unproductive time at a dealership. In The Morning

While most people that are struggling to find the time to build their business while they are new, what are you doing on the way to work? Most people are listening to the Negative News or Music that doesn't make a difference in your life or that day. The typical commute for most employees into work are from 20-45 minutes. Why not use that time to listen to personal development on the way into your J.O.B? In order to build your business successfully you need at least 30 minutes a day of personal development. While You Are At Lunch Break

Most people take this time to eat either a big lunch, walk to a local mall to get food, watch YouTube video's or music, talk to co-workers about negative things, etc. Why not take the time while you are at lunch break and call some prospects to introduce them them to your business? Instead of kicking back and eating a 12" hero, potato chips and a soda, cut it back to a 6" hero and water so that you can get an extra 10-15 minutes to call prospects.

What To Do On Your Way Home Or To A Second Job

Most people commute time from to their J.O.B. to their home or second J.O.B. is usually from 45-60 minutes. What most will dobusiness women bluetooth again is listen to the negative news or music. Why not use that time to call your Mentor an some prospects about your business? Let your Bluetooth become your best friend because it will save you TIME! Instead of waiting until you get home and it will be too late to call your prospects, call them while you are on your way home or going to your second J.O.B.

What To Do Before Going To Bed

Most people turn on the Automatic Income Reducer ( T.V.) and waste a good 30 minutes watching the late night show. Did that show bring you Value? If not use that time to send messages to potential prospects, read a personal development book for 15 minutes before bed. mlm recruitingI run into a lot of network marketers online and from what I see, most are taught to make a list and go after Everybody. There is nothing wrong with that strategy, as a matter of fact I know quite a few people that have built their entire organization with that strategy. Unfortunately most run out of people to talk to but have they really hit all of the people on the list? In this blog post I will go over in my MLM recruiting why recruit Leaders NOT Average.

Let me tell you a story. I reached out to a leader that I know about a Network Marketing company that I'm promoting and I showed him my opportunity. After looking at the opportunity he stated something that totally shocked me, he said " the comp plan is not built for the average ". Now because I'm not addicted to the outcome I told him "No Problem, that's your opinion". After the conversation was over I thought to myself, why would he say that?

As I stated earlier most people are taught to make a list of all of their family and friends then call all of them. The majority of that list are average people and the 2-3% that are successful aren't on the list, or if they are on the list most won't call them. Why? I believe it's the way most are taught to share their opportunity. I also believe that most are taught to hit the successful people on their list (Chicken List) but most have the Fear to call them. Let me explain why you need to recruit leaders Not average

Average Prospects

Most average prospects have very poor thinking. They make the most excuses why they haven't reached their goals (if they set any at all). They procrastinate, make decisions slow and change them quickly, they have Fear of losing anything that they have, they think everything is a scam, always looking for security from the government, don't trust the successful people and more. Yet most network marketers feel they should be prospecting these kind of people into their network marketing business.

There are many stories that have walked across stage from a person that wanted more in life and went from average to Rich. Those type of people should stick out like a soar thumb because they want a better life. They are looking to step out of average and finally live a more fa filling life.

Successful People

This list is better known as the Chicken List. They maybe on your list that are making a lot of money but most prejudge them and think they don't need the money. That is the biggest mistake anyone could every make about them. The most successful people are more open to opportunities than anyone else because they understand in order to get success you must be open to what's out in the marketplace. They make decisions fast and change it Slow, they usually take advantage of an opportunity before the average find out, because of their success they have different friends that uplift them Not bring them down, they have credit ability with their friends and family, etc. Are you getting this now?

Affiliate Marketing Training | What NOT To Do

affiliate imageMost people in Network Marketing say that Affiliate Marketing doesn't work, there is way to many products, tools and services out there and most don't make any money. Although the fact lies that there are a lot of products and services for affiliates to promote, there is a need in the market. But most don't know how to market the right way in order to sell product and make money. In this blog post I'm going to cover What NOT to do when marketing your affiliates.

There are 3 areas I'm going to cover What Not to do when marketing your affiliate but before I do let me explain what it is. Affiliate: A person that receives commissions through products, services and/or tools sold. Affiliate products that are sold in Network Marketing are great products to build your business and to invest in yourself.  It creates the best of both world where you get to benefit from the product and use the credibility of the creator and/or tool to promote and get paid when it is sold. 

Now I have an example before I get into What Not To Do. I received a FaceBook message from a person I didn't know and he proceeded to promote a tool to build my business online. I told him that I would look at the tool later and I would get back to him (even though I didn't ask for the link). 1 hour later I get another message from this person asking me if I looked at the tool and if I'm considering the tool. I told him that I haven't looked at it yet and I would get back to him. The next day that person sent me another message wanting me to join this tool then proceeded to give a testimonial how this tool changed his life. Now at this point I'm upset because this person won't leave me alone. I then told him this " (name), it seems that you want me to get this tool Just to make a commission plus if this tool is working for you why are you spending all of your time on me?" That person never answered me and never messaged me again. Which brings me into the Affiliate Marketing Training

What NOT To Do

man with shovel1. Don't Shove Your Affiliate Down Other People's Throat

Just like the person that messaged me on FaceBook, he kept drilling me about this tool. In fact the more you push your product onto your prospect the more they will push you away. A guard will go up if you are all over your prospect because they feel you are out for just 1 thing only, which leads me into my next step.

2. Don't Do This Only For The Money

This is huge. If you are doing this ONLY for the money, your prospect will sense that and they will pull away. What you are thinking about and what you desire poors out of you. It will show in your voice, your body language, even in text based on what you say and how you say it. You will get what you want once you show them that you really care about them and their business.

3. Use Your Products

So many people promote products that they don't use themselves. Just like the person that messaged me about his tool, I asked him where are they getting the leads from? He had no idea! How could you promote a tool and NOT know the product? Now you don't need to know everything because like Network Marketing there are video's and tutorials to show your prospects what the products are and how it can help them. On the other hand, if you are using the products, services or tools you should be able to answer some of the simple questions.

Attraction Marketing: How To Brand Yourself

you inc imageA lot of Network Marketers feel that Attraction Marketing is a Waste Of Time. Some say that they don't have the time to create content, video, articles etc then to wait for Leads to come in.  Most don't realize that this strategy does work, and if they only knew how to use it, they will have results. In this blog post I will explain why ALL Leaders use this strategy to make life changing incomes.

Before I get into the meaning of Attraction Marketing and How To Brand Yourself, I have a great example for you.  My mentor Lisa Rimas told me this and it totally made sense to me. Think of 3 Brands that you know and after you identify them, how do they make you feel? For me I thought of Apple and because I love technology it totally made sense to me. Every time I think of technology I think of how Apple has created products that has changed the world of electronics. They started with a computer then grew into IPOD, IPAD, IPhone etc.

There is a quote that totally makes sense why I think Apple is very successful at what they do. "People don't buy what you do but Why you do it", quote by Simon Sinek. That quote is so powerful, he explains that while other companies are talking about the product First then talk about Why they do what they do. While Apple following the quote, they have created a Icon in the technology industry and is now growing by leaps and bounds. They have built a Trust with their customers and they now can produce anything and most will buy their products. Even though they have a lot of competition, it's about Why they do it and the results show it in the products they produce. 

The same concept applies when building your network marketing business. It's called Attraction Marketing! When you have built Your Brand and people trust you, you can introduce anything and people will buy from you. You must know How To brand Yourself in your niche in order for this strategy to work.  Most people make the mistake by posting their Network Marketing Company on their FaceBook wall or Banner. Are you branding yourself or your company? Look at other Leaders in the industry, are they promoting themselves or another brand ( Network Marketing Company )? Target Market

You must identify your Target Market which would be other Network Marketers. When building a network marketing business you don't want to talk to the wrong people. You want to talk to the people that are looking for a home based business or are already involved in one. The worst thing you can do is to listen to the people that say "If you throw enough Darts on the wall Good ones will fall in the Target". That is a Myth. You want Quality NOT Quantity.

Value

After identifying your Target audience you must create content that talks about what they are looking for. Network Marketers and people that are looking for a home based business want success. They are looking for ways to talk to enough people, learn to get traffic to them and learn how to recruit people into their business. After understanding what your target market wants, you want to create content that gives them education and Value. This positions you as an expert and you now become the go to person for that.

Attract The Right People

After you identified your target market and you have created content to solve their problems they will start looking at you as a attraction marketing image 2Leader and an Expert. Over time the Right people will start to follow you, then start to ask you what do you do. This goes back to the quote "People buy Why you do it, Not what you do"Attraction Marketing. You will start to Attract the people that have similar thoughts and desires to you. If you are putting out Money, you will Attract that. If you put out Value, you will Attract that.

When most network marketers look at this title they automatically think of some sort of Tool, a new Traffic Source, a Blogging system, a new Attraction Marketing strategy, PPC marketing, Craigslist marketing etc. But at the end of the day wouldn't you want to improve your MLM recruiting? No matter what strategy is taught to you, don't you want the Secret Sauce to recruit more reps? There is Good News for you, in this blog post I'm going to reveal to you a Simple strategy to Boost your MLM Recruiting.

Wanna know what the Secret Sauce? The interesting thing is that it's NONE OF THE ABOVE, it's Simple and anyone can do it. Best of All it's FREE and if you apply this YOU WILL HAVE A BREAKTHROUGH in your business. You can do this No Matter what skill level you are, New, Veteran, etc. So are you ready?

The Secret To MLM Recruiting is LISTENING: Now many network marketers THINK that they are Great Listeners But Most Are NOT! There are 4 areas of Listening you need to apply to make this Simple strategy work.

1. Are You Thinking Of The Next Question?

This is Huge! After you ask your prospect a question and you are thinking of the next question, You are Not Listening! Why, after you ask your prospect a question and they begin to respond to you, if you are thinking of the next question, how would you understand what they are saying. Most don't realize that when your prospect answers any of your questions they could be giving you the Gold you are looking for. By listening to what they are saying first then moving onto the next question will make a Huge difference.

2. Are You Interrupting?

I love this one. Have you ever tried to speak to a person that doesn't let a Word in? All you want to do is to tell that person to SHUT UP. I love this quote " God gave us 2 Ears and 1 Mouth, use the proportionality". Understand that your prospect only cares about 1 thing, WIIFM, What's In It For Me! If you are Interrupting, first it's Rude but you really don't care what your prospect wants or what it is they are looking for. The biggest problem with Network Marketers is that they Talk To Much which will cause you to Interrupt. You will get your point across after your prospect is done speaking, remember to Listen for the Gold.

3. Are You Changing The Subject?

This is one that just annoys me. Have you ever had someone Change the subject of the conversation without asking permission? How do you know your prospect was done speaking? You are Not Listening! Before going into a different subject with your prospect or anyone, ask if it's OK to change the subject. If you are Listening to whom you are speaking with you can tell when they are done speaking, but don'e assume that they are Done. Always ask if you can change the subject and they will respect you.

4. Are You Multi-Tasking?

All I can say is that this is a Myth! If you are Multi-Tasking while you are speaking to your prospect You Are NOT Listening! The reality is that you are really Switch Tasking. Your mind can Only Focus on one thought at a time, so if you are texting someone while talking to your prospect you are shutting off your focus from your prospect to your text. I hear all the time "But I Can Walk A Chew Gum At The Same Time". And? When you open several tabs on your computer, they are all Not open at the same time. You need to Switch to each tab in order to access those pages. They same thing applies when you are trying to do 2 or more things at the same time while speaking to your prospect. Always Focus your attention to the task at hand which is your prospect. Btw, I don't believe the people that say "I'm A Natural At Multi-Tasking". These are the same people that get a lot done but everything they do is not done well.  Apply this and you will get More done and be more efficient.

mindset image 5Have you ever wondered why in every strategy out there, there is always someone or several Network Marketers that succeed in what they do? How is it that a lot of Network Marketers struggle to do the same strategies and some don't? Without a Strong Mindset NO strategy will work unless you are taught how to improve in that area. In this blog post I'm going to reveal 3 key areas to build your mindset to be at the TOP 3%. Btw, if you read to the end and you watch the video I will have a special gift for you.

There are two great quotes that I love. These quotes are a great example how to build your mindset in order to have a successful business also in life. These two quotes below were a wake up call for me when I needed help in this area in my life not to long ago.

You Get What You Think About Most Of The Timeearl n image 1

This quote hit me like a ton of bricks. What ever you are focused on such as Lack, Frustration, Happiness, Abundance etc you will get more of into your life. Have you ever noticed the people that think negative always attract negative circumstances into their life? While at the same time those that are Happy all the time seem to attract circumstances, events and people that are the same. This quote speaks for it's self! What are you thinking about? Your mind can only hold 1 thought at a time, make sure you are thinking about what you want in your life NOT what you Don't Want in your life.

Your Brain Omits A Frequency ( Vibrations ) and It Effects Other Brainsalbert einstein image 1

The quote earlier goes together with this. If you are thinking Negative or Positive you will put out a Frequency ( Vibration ) to other brains and it will attract them to you. If you are thinking Negative you will attract people to you that are Negative and if you are thinking Positive you will attract Positive people to you. Vibration is just like a radio wave that comes off your cellular phone or television set and also receives the same waves it puts out. The difference is that your brain doesn't need other satellites to bounce off to get the signal, it puts out a vibration into the universe and effects other brains. Leaders can motivate and inspire a room of people because of their Vibration and other Vibrations all coming together as One. Which leads me into my first Key Area

Key Area #1

Your Income Is Based On Your 5 Best Friends

This is Huge! Look at your 5 best friends and ask yourself, do they have what I want or do they have what I have or less? The best way to build your mindset for MLM success is to look at who you are hanging out with. Analyze your conversations that you have with them, are they positive or are they negative? It will effect the way you Think, the way you Talk, the way you Act, etc.

Let me give you an example, you are sitting in your friends house playing cards, watching TV, having dinner, etc and they start talking about Football. One says that team Sucks, that player is in the disable list and he is getting paid a lot of money, etc and all of a sudden you get pulled into that conversation and You start talking Negative. Their Vibration is effecting your vibration and you and everyone else begin to think the same way. This is cancer for your business and your life! If you have negative friends or friends that don't have what you want you will begin to become everything like them. While have an abundance mindset and having other friends that think the same way, a Positive Mastermind is created. This will make a big difference in your life. So do you need new friends?

Key Area #2

Reading Personal Development Books

This is another huge one for me. Reading personal development books everyday builds your mindset and you begin to think positive. If you don't have positive friends personal development books are the best way to get new friends into your life. Even if there is Negative people around you, reading everyday will strengthen your mindset to either block those people or you will just push them away based on your New Vibration. Negative people Hate Positive People and you will begin to attract Positive friends into your life. Reading everyday also increases your education and your knowledge starts to increase which you begin to have a better life. All the Successful people that I know and read about read, read, and read.

Key Area #3

Turn Your Car Into A Mobile University

This absolutely Changed my life. Did you know by the time you Die, you will have spent more time in your car than any other place. So why Not turn you car into a mobile university. You should dedicate listening to 30 minutes a day of Personal Development audios in your car. This is the Best way to build your mindset because unlike reading in the beginning it can be difficult, but with audio you will have more attention. It's has a real touch as they were talking to you directly as reading takes focus to understand and apply. Once you do this everyday your focus will increase to read and to listen to more audios in your car. Instead of listening to CNN ( Constant Negative News ) why Not listen to Jim Rohn, Brian Tracey, Tony Robbins, Darren Hardy, and more.

no moneyThis is a common objection that almost everyone will get when prospecting. It doesn't matter whether your opportunity costs $1,000 to start or almost Free, a lot of prospects use this objection. In this blog post I will help you in your MLM Recruiting, how to overcome that objection "I dont have the Money" for life!

Now I know that's a Bold statement but it's true. A lot of Network Marketers get this objection a lot and are taught or they hear different ways to overcome that objection. The reality is, Only if you are really good at prospecting or you have a lot of experience in prospecting over the years can you ever convince someone to sign up into your business with this objection. Let me go over some common answers to this objection.

1. Your prospect says "I don't have the money", you can say something like this. "Prospect name, if you had the money would you join?" Your prospect will tell you why, such as working directly with you, the product, the compensation program etc. You now follow with "prospect name, isn't that enough reasons why you should find the money to join now?" At this point if you are Good at this, they may respond with a "Yes". But that's not always the case.

2. Your prospect says "I don't have the money", you can say something like this.  "Prospect name, do you want to work your way into the company or do you want to work you way out of the company?" (All this means "Are you in or are you out?", calling a bluff). If they say, "I want to work my way in", you then can follow with this question. Depending on the cost to enter your Network Marketing business, you then ask "how much money do you have available? ". If they say, "I have $300", but your company start up cost is $500, now they only have to come up with is $200. At this point then you can guide them with ways to get the $200 rather than the $500. This works but Not everyone is going to empty their bank account.

3. If your prospect says, "I don't have the money", you can say something like this. "Prospect name, do you really NOT have the Money or you are just Blowing me Off?". I love this one, it's my personal favorite because it puts your prospect on the spot. At this point they most likely would say "No I'm Not!" , then you should move them into the sign up process or they will tell you they get paid this Friday and you can sign them up then. This works Sometimes!

There is some light at the end of the tunnel. There is a better way to overcome this objection "I don't have the money" and I'm going to show a way that duplicates. You need to understand that most prospects have a JOB mentality and they need guidance. That's what Leaders do (YOU), they Lead and Inspire to people to the right decision.

Here is the secret

Instead of waiting for your prospect to look at your opportunity before you talk to them about signing up, what if you Qualify yoursecret image prospect Before they get exposure to your business. After you ask your prospect if they are open to looking at your business and they say "Yes", you need to ask a a few questions.

Question 1. Ask your prospect "Why are they looking?". This will give you an idea of the Problems they are having in their life. You need to become a Problem solver Not a Salesperson.

Question 2. Let your prospect know that When looking at an opportunity there are some costs involved. Capital is needed to start, run the business and advertising to get in front of enough people. Here is the question, "After you have paid all the bills and put food on the table, what have you set aside to build a business?" This answer will tell you "If they have the Money"! If they answer something like this, "Well, I don't have the money that why I'm looking for an opportunity".
Well that's the wrong answer, if you try to recruit that person into your business it's going to be hell all the way through. They won't have enough money for auto-ship, they won't have enough for product samples, they won't have enough for events etc etc.

You are a business owner and businesses Cost Money Period! If your prospect is Not ready Tell them they are not ready. If they give the right answer you can then move them into the next step and that is to expose them to your business. Understand that this objection is a Load of Crap. If they needed the money to see a movie they really want to watch, they will Find it. If they needed the money to pay for their ( Income Reducer ) aka the T.V., they will Find it. If they see enough Value in what they are looking at and the Believe it can Help them, they will Find the Money Period!

So with MLM Recruiting: How to Overcome the objection "I Don't Have The Money". Qualifing your prospect Upfront will let you know if they have the Money or Not and with that you will Never get that objection.

If not, the question is Why Not? In this blog post I'm going to explain the MLM Success Tip How to set goals for your MLM buiness.

Now I know what you're asking, shouldn't you go over this in the beginning of the year? or isn't it too late to talk about this now? Although those are very good questions the answer to that question is simply this, it's Never to late to talk about your goals. Do you realize the most successful entrepreneurs are always setting goals and modifying their goals throughout the calander year. You are no different than the successful entrepreneurs. The difference is the habits that the successful entrepreneurs set for themselves. I'm going to break down what a successful entrepreneur does to set their goals.

Yearly Goal

This is a Goal that is very common but most don't achieve it because of a number of reasons. You need to understand that there is a difference between Goals and Dreams. You set a Goal that you believe is attainable plus you must think about it ALL the time. A Dream is something that you think about Long term but you need reminders to help you think about it. Understand that this industry MLM ( Network Marketing ) is NOT a Lottery. If you want to earn $10,000 in 1 week play the Lotto and don't even think about this industry. As a matter of fact those that win the Lottery get Taxed BIG TIME and almost always go BROKE Quickly!

For example, you want to hit a certain rank in your MLM and you would like to hit it in the next 30-60 days, that's a Goal. This short term Goal has to be a Goal you truly believe you can achieve and you must Think about ALL the time. Now you want to be able to make enough income to buy a Big House with all the perkes like a swimming pool, movie room etc etc. That's a Dream because it's Long term. A Dream book can help you focus on that and you want to look at it at least once per month. The most successful people on planet earth Dream build and the closer they get to their Dream the Faster they believe they can get it.

Daily Goal

This is Huge! Having a Yearly Goal is great but most fail at it because most are Not thinking about it all the time. As a matter of factgoal image 3 most of the yearly goals are more like Dreams. Setting Daily goals is important because it forces you to focus on those particular goals that you made for the day. It puts you in the habit to achieve those goals which will help achieve the yearly goals.

For example, my goal today will be create content ( which you are reading now ), make a video, search for a good keyword for the content and video created then syndicate it. As I'm completing my task ( goals set for the day ), I'm checking each goal off my book. This makes anyone Feel Great and it forces you to focus on that goal and to Complete it. Do you realize what that does to your confidence when you check everything off your Daily Goal list? After 60-90 days of doing this you will develop a Habit to complete your goals and will motivate you to complete your Yearly Goals. It will also force you to change the Goals if you Feel they are Not attainable. Successful people are successful because of the Habits they set in place, now it's your turn.

In this blog post I'm going to finish the rest of my blogging tips how to syndicate your blog posts.

Pin

Very simple to use, all you need to do before pinning your posts is to set up a generic board where you will be pinning all of your blog content. In my Pinterest account I have several boards and the one that I created is called Attraction Marketing | Lead Generation. All my blog posts gets pinned to that board with just 1 click with the pin it plugin. One thing I do add is a my link to that blog post that I'm syndictating in the description.

Tweet

Another very simple sharing tool, all you need to do is hit the Tweet button on your plug in and it lays out the title, blog name and link to the blog. Hit share and it shares the blog post on your Twitter account. As followers see it on the feed they will click and ReTweet your blog posts.

Google Plus

I love this social site, not a lot of people utilize it to share their content. Just as in Part 1 I talk about grabbing a few sentences then adding your link and pasting into your share box, the same applies to Google Plus. After you put your content on your profile make sure you pick the circles that you want looking at that content. Next take that same content and post into the communities that are relevant to your content. Join communites that have to do with blogging and Value marketing and post your content there. This will increase your Google Plus shares BIG TIME!

Linkedin

Another favorite social site I love to use to syndicate blog post content. In case you didn't know Linkedin is a social network with linkedin imageprofessional business people mostly and if you are sharing Value it will go a long way on this site. The same applies what you do on FaceBook and Google Plus except you can only put up to 200 characters in the share box. What I like to do is I only post the link ONLY and it automatically populates a sample of the blog in my profile and in the generic groups that I'm part of. When someone comments here you can tell it came from Linkedin because of the type of people and their backgrounds.

Syndication Express

Last but not least, this is by far the best way to get your content out. It's a blogging social website that shares your blog content as well as others each and everyday to your email. All you need to do is click on the Blog tab, click on Add button, copy and paste your blog post, title and tags and you are done. I suggest to add friends everyday so that can increase your views to you posts. I get a lot of likes and comments from this social site alone.

There is a misconception that you need to Blog daily for your posts to go Viral. Although there are a lot of network marketers blogging daily and they are getting Massive traffic to their blog, they are also syndicating their content to get it to go Viral. In this Blog post you will learn my blogging tips, how to syndicate your blog posts.

Before I get into my blogging tips how to syndicate your blog posts let me tell you my background in Blogging. I have been blogging for a couple of years and back in 2012 I hired a guest blogger to make blog posts 5 days per week. My Alexa score at the time was over 2,000,000 which in my opinion SUCKS. After 90 days and even more my Alexa score came down under 450,000 which I was showing up on the first and second page of Google for certain Keywords. After reaching this goal I realized that I wasn't getting any shares nor comments so I stopped blogging for about 4-5 months.

I recently came back to the blogging world about 3-4 months ago with a different vision, how to syndicate my blog post to get my Alexa score down, get shares and get comments. My blog went from 5,000,000 on Alexa down to 510,681 in just about 3-4 months only blogging once per week consistently. I'm now getting FaceBook shares, Google Plus, Tweets and comments to every one of my blog posts. Now I'm going to show you how to syndicate your blog posts.

Before I dive into my Blogging tips, how to syndicate your blog post I want to give credit to where credit is due and I learned all about this from my good friend Joan Harrington. She is the Queen when it comes to getting her blog posts VIRAL with FaceBook shares, Likes, Tweets, Google + and comments. Target Audience

It's very important that you know who your Target audience is and what they want. Click here to access my blog post how I talk about having a Target Market. I see so many people bogging just to blog but have no Target Audience and they get no where. You must have a clear vision to whom you are speaking to and what they are looking for.

Build Your List

After you have identified your target market you must blog about topics of what they are looking for. I wrote a blog post how to create content for your blog, Click here. Now you must blog for a purpose Not only to give Value to your audience But to build your List. You can blog all day everyday But if you are Not building a list of subscribers YOU ARE WASTING TIME. The money is in the List, this is not a Myth, it's true.

Find A Keyword

After you have your content ready to post on your blog you must target a Keyword. In order to rank on Google and other search engines it's important to target a specific keyword. I use a Free tool called the Google Keyword Planner formally the Google Keyword Tool. This tool is very simple to use and you can find out which keywords are getting the most traffic for your specific blog post. Post Your Content On FaceBook Groups

The best way to get FaceBook shares for your blog post is to post your content into 10-20 groups within your niche. It must be facebook group imgewhere your target audience hangs out and make sure they are groups that are 2,000 max, less is better so that your content doesn't get swallowed by the news feed. Make sure you partner with another blogger so that you can help each other share content on FaceBook to syndicate your blog posts. Join syndication groups to help with getting shares and comments to your blog posts, also make sure you return the favor.

conversion rate imageHave you ever wondered how to get more conversions with your product sales or training? There is a strategy that is used but no one ever pays attention to it because most don't realize it's being done. That strategy is how to use stories to increase your conversions in your MLM ( Network Marketing ) business. Now I'm not talking about stories that you read to put your children to bed, I'm talking about stories that get prospects to understand.

It doesn't matter whether you are in direct sales selling products, trying to deliver a message through a conference call or training your team, this strategy works. Let's start with an example, some people google a keyword like " lose weight fast ", what you are going to see are websites promoting products and some promoting products through an article. What you will most likely see is nothing different, a company demonstrating the product, benefits and a testimonial. Then if you start to scroll down you will find websites (blogs) that promote the product through articles that people write explaining the benefits and maybe through a testimonial how it helped them. This strategy works but it doesn't touch your prospects Heart.

Now you switch gears and you run into a website or you are introduced to a MLM (Network Marketing) company that offers weight loss products. The information on the website could have text with information about the product but most will have a video on the website. Usually the video will be a full presentation or a short version to peek your interest. What you may not realize is that the video or even if you are invited to a webinar, they are set up the same way. They start out with an introduction of the speaker, then their story, then the product, then the compensation program and by the time you reach this point you have reached a decision. Understand the part when I said, then their story, people get emotional to a story Not a testimonial. Another great example is that show the "Biggest Loser", these people decide that they have to make changes in their life in order to live a longer life. They get onto the show and show their Blood, Sweat and Tears on the journey to lose 150+ pounds in a year. If they promoted a product at the end of that show, do you think people would buy it? Absolutely Yes, no matter what the price was people connect to stories Not testimonials. I will explain why at the end of this post.

The same applies if you are doing a conference call or training for your team. If you want your point to come across to your business story 2audience you need to tell a story so that they can understand what you are talking about. You can say popular quotes all day but it's a story that touches the persons heart so that they understand what you are talking about. Let me give you an example, I was conducting a team call early this week with my team and I was discussing the importance of your Why. I explained that most people would get rid of their excuses by just having a Strong Why, if you have more excuses then your Why isn't strong enough. Understand that's not enough for people to grasp, they are listening to the words but it sounds like the same thing they hear from everyone else out there.

I told a story that I got from Darren Hardy from Success Magazine how if there were two tall buildings and you were on top of one overlooking the other one, then you were asked to walk over a wooden bridge and if you did you would get $20.00. Most people would say "NO WAY NOT FOR $20.00, NOT FOR A MILLION BUCKS". As they look down 20-30 stories down the people look like ants and the cars look like toy cars. Most think if they cross the wooden bridge and slip they can fall and die. Now what if you were on top of one building looking over the other one and it was on fire, but it had your child in that building? 99% of the parents I know would go over the wooden bridge and save their child $20.00 or a Million Dollars or Not. So what changed from going to the next building for $20.00 and going over it for your child? Your WHY! Now because of that story the people on that call understood and got the point.

Understand that people purchase products that they are looking for by Emotion. Somehow they have a need, they search for it, then they buy from the person that has touched them emotionally Not just by testimonials. Today testimonials are No longer enough to get people to buy. Next they justify their purchase with Logic. After buying the product they have to explain why they paid for that particular product with Facts. By now you should understand how to use stories to increase your conversions in your MLM (Network Marketing) business and/or training.

team motivationHave you ever built a team whether it was just 1 business partner or 10 or more, but notice that they are NOT building the business like you want them to? Ever wonder how the Leaders in the MLM (Network Marketing) industry have great teams and massive Duplication? Most people don't understand this and think it's a secret or there is a science to motivate your team and get them to Duplicate. In this blog post I will show you how to motivate your team and get Duplication in your MLM.

There are 3 steps to get your team motivated and get Duplication. You must understand that your income is based Not only on your recruits alone but how Deep your organization gets. Those that understand this make a very good living in this industry but most don't understand this and think there is some secret sauce to motivate and get Duplication. I'm going to break this down into 3 steps how to motivate your team and get Duplication, but I'm going to break it down backwards. (You will find out why I do this towards the end of this post).

3. Give your team access to a Fast Start Training

It is so important that you give your new team members access to training that is going to show them how to get cash in their pocket within their first 7-14 days and your Goal is to get them in the Black (Break Even) in 30 days or less. Although your team members should understand that MLM (Network Marketing) is a business and there is no guarantees to success, you need to get your team members into Profit immediately. If you have team members that haven't done anything whether they came in a month ago, 2 months ago, 3 months ago or more, you should give them access to a fast start training that can give them a spark to build the business. Remember they key to any MLM success is Timing! Just because your team member came in 1 month ago doesn't mean that they were ready, so you should send them the training anyway. The timing might be right!

2. Get yourself and your team to a company event

This is almost Mandatory to your MLM success that you and your team get to the company events. If you speak to ALL the leaders out there in any MLM, they owe their success to company events and getting their team there that has brought them HUGE Duplication. Understand the Leaders that bring their team to events grows the most in their MLM company. Events give you and your team access to Training, Updates and most importantly Proof that MLM (Network Marketing) is real and they can do it to. You will be amazed the different walk of life that walk across that stage for recognition. This is a must if you want to motivate your team and get Duplication.

1. You must be the example for your teams Duplication

I put this last but not least because this is THE most important step how to motivate your team and get Duplication in your MLMyou image business. I love this quote " The Speed Of The Team Is Determined By The Speed Of the Leader ". If you want your team to recruit more people, You Must recruit more people. If you want your team to use the products from the company, You Must use the products in your company. If you want your team to do more Offline Prospecting, You Must do Offline Prospecting. If you want your team to do more Online Marketing, You Must do online marketing. Are you understanding the trend here? Here is another quote, " People Don't Do What You Say, They Do What You Do ". This is so true and if you don't agree, just watch your kids if you have any. They will imitate you But will do the complete opposite of what you tell them to do. If a child has bad manors at the table, it's because their parents have bad manors. If a child curses, it's because their parents curse in front of them. But if you tell them Not to do those Bad habits, they do it anyway. The same applies with your team, if you tell them what to do but don't do it yourself they will do the complete opposite. NOTHING!

business women holding a pencilIf I had a dollar for every time I got this question, " how do you create content for your mlm blog? ", I would probably have 1 million dollars just from that question. If you are confused or just run out of things to talk about on your MLM blog then this post is for you. Even if you are a veteran, love to write or just a very consistent blogger and need help with content creation this post is for you as well. In this blog post I going to share blogging tips of 3 ways how you can create blog content on a consistent basis.

1. Personal Development

One of my favorite ways to create content is through Personal Development. As you are reading, listening to CD's, mp3 etc etc you can create content based on what you got from it. As you go through your day you will be hit with Negative people and Negative energy all day. The best way to protect your brain from all that energy would be to swim as much as possible in Personal Development. All Leaders spend at least 30-60 minutes per day in Personal Development and as you read and/or listen take what you get from it, Apply it then create content.

2. Follow Other Bloggers

My second best way to create content is to follow other successful bloggers. I follow Ray Higdon and I'm sure if you are a Network Marketer you know who he is. He pours out pure Value almost everyday and that is where I get most of my content. As a matter of fact if you Love this blog, because of the Value that I bring, go ahead and subscribe to my RSS feed or opt into the box to your right of this post and you will receive updates every week. Watching other successful bloggers will give you ideas on what topics to talk about and make you a better blogger. Take what you learn here, Apply it then create content for your MLM blog.

3. Weekly Educational Webinars

My third best way to create content for your MLM blog is to become a student of your craft. You should be attending weekly webinars, calls and/or meetings to educate yourself on strategies how to build your business online as well as offline. If you want to keep up with the times you Must increase your Knowledge and learn what new out there. Make sure that you get plugged in, Learn the strategies taught, Apply it then create content about what you learned. If you noticed that every strategy to create content for MLM blog ends with Learn it, Apply it, Then Create blog successContent for your MLM blog. It doesn't say LEARN IT THEN TEACH IT, which most Network Marketers do. Understand that people will start to follow you as long as you add Value to your target market, but if you Just become a Teacher then your followers will leave you. They will sense that what you are talking about, You are not Applying But you are trying to teach it. Leaders Lead by showing others what to do, NOT by Telling them what to do.  You must Learn, Do and Teach! There is nothing better than a testimonial on what you learned helped you and you are now sharing it with the Masses. offline marketing imageThis is a topic that gets thrown away because most feel that this strategy doesn't work anymore. Most Network Marketers feel that if you are NOT online you have NO business PERIOD! Although that may be TRUE to a certain degree, Offline marketing can be very powerful if it's done correctly. In this blog post you will understand how Offline marketing can help your business Grow.

A lot of people search the topic: Work from home, make money online, home based business, online business etc etc. The reality is that every walk of life is coming into this Awesome industry called Network Marketing. You get a lot of people that come with a lot of talent and you have some that come in that have NO CLUE what to do. Every age group from 18 to 65 and older are joining this industry but what's interesting is that everyone is taught to market to masses ONLINE. While there is nothing wrong with that many of these age groups don't feel comfortable looking for prospects ONLINE.

If you have a prospect or even a team member that comes into your business but feels very uncomfortable using the computer, it's going to very difficult to teach them to market Online. Now I know you've probably heard that "you must become uncomfortable in order to be comfortable later". This quote is true but there are some, if not a lot of people that can't even understand how to open their email on their computer. These same people are told to market Online on places like FaceBook, Twitter etc etc.

The reality is that these people that have Zero computer skills that feel that they are stuck and just need to give up Network Marketing. Imagine this, what if there was No YouTube, what is there was NO FaceBook, What if there was NO Twitter etc etc?. Did you know millions were made in Network Marketing before the internet? So why are so many are forced to market on the internet? I could ONLY think of one reason, because you can reach thousands and thousands of people much faster with a click of a mouse.

So if you are one of these people that are NOT computer friendly or are just learning how to leverage the internet, Don't give up hope yet. There is Offline marketing out there and it's ALL around you and ANYBODY can do it. Now I'm not talking about the 3-foot rule or go up to complete strangers and compliment their hair or car then ask them "Do you keep your options open when it comes to making additional money?". That's NOT DUPLICATABLE! There are 3 ways you can use Offline Marketing effectively.

1. Join the BNI ( Business Networking International )

This is a business group that is most likely in your area that is put together by entrepreneurs like yourself. The purpose of these meetings is for you to meet others, share business ideas and find local business partners. I actually did this for quite some time and was introduced to the best personal development programs I ever listened to. I also met a lot of great people that I still keep in contact with. Most people come to these groups to learn and also to trade business cards. You never know who you will meet at these events.

2. Join Meetup.com

This is an Online website that gives you groups of meetings in your area for whatever you are looking for. For Network Marketingmeeting image try to stick with generic training groups in your area, join them, accept the invitation and GO. You can also conduct a local meeting yourself and leverage Meetup.com to get prospects to you. Great tool to use to get local people to you.

3. Flyers

Last but not least Flyers. Now I'm not talking about any flyer promoting your product and or services, I'm talking about a flyer that explains who you are looking for and a phone or email to contact you for more information. I found that flyers that offer products and/or services don't work but when you have a flyer indicating who and what you are looking for you get better people. For example: Your flyer should say: New E-Commerce business expanding in the Queens New York area. We are looking for people that are entrepreneurial minded, people that think outside of the box and that are open to to an opportunity. Contact George @

This will give you more local leads than you can think of. Now I know I gave you online sources to get to these events but if you lighten up a little you can use Online to bring you Offline prospects. Remember everybody is different so don't throw Offline marketing out the door, embrace it as Leaders utilize Both.

facebook image 3Congratulations, after this training you will have Graduated! This is the final part for using Facebook to market your MLM. In Part 1 I talk about the importance of your profile, pictures and Bio. If you haven't checked it out click here. In Part 2 I talk about the proper way to invite friends and where to find them. If you haven't checked it out click here. Now in the final Part 3 I will finish up the most important step to market on Facebook. Btw, read all the way through at the end of this post I have a Bonus for you.

What to write on your wall

Before I dive into this, if you watched Part 1 & 2 you should have 20+ friends, inbox full of people giving you permission to friend them, added 10+ groups for your Target market and your profile complete.

Now where most people make the mistake is they post their link for their primary company so that everyone can see it. Wrong! The easiest and quickest way for people to unfriend you is to post your company link. You should be posting Valuable content that your Target Market is looking for. Such as inspirational quotes from public speakers, or books of personal development, picture quotes and blog posts or articles that are of Value. If you want to know what Value you should put out into the marketplace, ask yourself "What am I looking for?". Your target market is looking for Leadership, More leads, More Cash flow and More Traffic to their site, So Deliver That!

What to post in groups

If you think that you should post Valuable content on your wall but Spam the groups You're Wrong. This is another way for people to unfriend you and/or stop following you. In these groups the same rules apply for what's listed above about what to post on your wall. People in the groups are mostly spamming but you must be different and stand out by delivering nothing but Pure Value. Remember what does your Target audience want? Deliver that! I also recommend that you write some kind of article that gives Value and this can generate leads for your business. I'm not stating that you must be a Blogger but you should put out some content because it stays out there. Another reason, people will look at you as an expert and someone to go to. It's a much better feeling when prospects are asking to join your team instead of the other way around.

Consistency

This is where most Network Marketers Blow it. They will apply this or any training, do it for 2 days straight then take off for 4 days consistancy imagethen come back and try to make up by posting all day. People will see that and most will Stop following you because you are Not Consistent. You must set daily goals that require you to be consistent and people will begin to follow you. Your results are directed by your Habits! Make sure that you are consistent so that you can attract people to you and want to work with you. Believe it or not, people especially on FaceBook are watching you and if you are Not Consistent they will take Notice and either unfriend you or never look at anything you post, even if it's Pure Value. Stay consistent so you can attract the Big Leaders!

Because there was so much to cover I did my first Google Hangout to share my screen for Part 2.

 

There are 2 very important areas to Attract and Build your List on Facebook

 

1. In Part 1 I talk about how important your profile should look like and the information in your Bio so that you can Attract your Target market. If you haven't read my post on Target Market Click HereThe number 1 important area you need to focus on is adding friends that are in your Target Market. Ask yourself do you want Network Marketers as your friends or do you want some other audience as your friends? This is an important question because if you are talking to the right people you will have better success. You can find your Target Audience in groups such as Jim Rohn, Tony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki and many more Public Figures. Also join groups such as Network Marketing, Home Based Business, Work From Home, etc etc

 

2. In these groups pull up the members and take a peek at their profile to see if they are someone you want to become friends with. You need to look to see if they are in the Network Marketing field, if your company is Only in the US, make sure that they are not in a country that your company is not in, take a look at their wall and see what they are posting, etc etc. You don't want to spend all day looking at other people's profile but you need to pick and choose. Lastly you need to ASK for permission to ADD them as your friend. DON'T JUST ADD PEOPLE AS FRIENDS WITHOUT PERMISSION OR YOU WILL BE THROWN IN FACEBOOK JAIL!!! Always ask if you can request them as friends and if they say YES then you can send the request. FaceBook is a Relationship building social website NOT a spamming website.

Ever wonder why? The reality is that you don't need to be a Facebook guru to market your business nor do you need a lot of capital to do it. What you need is training and I know there is a lot out there but in this blog post I'm going to show you Part 1 of many series how to use Facebook for marketing your MLM for FREE!

There are 4 Key areas when you are marketing on Facebook

Profile Picture

I see so many people on FaceBook with crappy profile pictures. You must understand that FaceBook is not a place to throw your links all over the place about your opportunity. In fact that scares people away not Pull them closer to you. Believe me I got shut down twice because of this. Your picture is one of the first things people see when they come to your profile. You must have a picture of you smiling NOT a serious face or something that has nothing to do with you. We are in Network Marketing and your picture is a direct reflection of your personality and your character. If a prospect is checking you out they want to know who they maybe possibly working with and if your profile picture is NOT Positive, they might just RUN AWAY. Make sure your profile picture is of YOU smiling.

Profile Banner

This is one of the biggest mistakes that most network marketers make when they upload a banner onto their profile. More than 50% of the people that I view, have a banner picture of their Network Marketing company. If  someone that you requested to be your friend see's a picture of your Network Marketing company it tells them you are Not Branding You, you are Branding your company and You want to Sell me something. FaceBook is You.Inc NOT your Network Marketing Company Inc. You should protect your profile with ONLY YOU.

Photos

This is Huge when someone comes to your FaceBook profile. Your photos tell people what kind of person you are,you inc image what you like to do and how REAL you are. I see so many people drop the ball on this and it's costing them LEADS and MONEY. You must upload images that are Positive, images that show your lifestyle, what you like to do and what business you are involved in. You should start off with pictures of you smiling, maybe pictures of you and your family or just pictures of you. You should also upload pictures of you at your favorite place, could be at a beach, restaurant, park, etc etc. Lastly you should upload images of you and your business partners, this will give you credibility to others and if you are around the Top Leaders in the industry this strategy will PULL a lot of people to you.

Bio

I can't tell you how many people miss this because they think no one is looking at this. Your Bio is one of THE most important things you need to fill out for others to see who you are. Your Bio should welcome people to your Bio, it should state where you are originally from, where you are currently, what you do for a living, include Network Marketing if you are not full time, why you choose Network Marketing and how you can help the person that is visiting your Bio. Make sure you leave your contact information and if you leave a link don't point them to your opportunity but to a Blog or just leave your phone number.

capture pageI see a lot of people in the network marketing (MLM) industry use Capture Pages to build their business online but some are NOT seeing the conversions from a Prospect into an Opt-In Lead. Some companies are making statements that their professional Lead capture pages are getting an Opt-In rate of 20-30% and although that maybe correct most people are not seeing that. In this blog post I'm going to show you how you should use your Capture Page to convert prospects into Opt-In leads.

The definition of a Lead Capture Page

Some refer these pages as a Squeeze page, Landing Page or Lead Capture Page either way all those terms mean the same thing. The purpose of a Lead Capture Page is to collect information from a prospect in exchange, giving them what you PROMISED you would give them on the other side of that page. It starts off usually with an Ad online that you would find in places such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube, Craigslist, PPC or any other form of advertising and the content would give the prospect hopefully what they are looking for. The prospect clicks on the link and they land of your Lead Capture Page and the content should be congruent to the Ad online. At this point if you have what your prospect is looking for they will enter their information to find out more information. Now that you know what is the definition of a Lead Capture Page and what it's used for, I'm going to cover what most network marketers do with this tool. What I'm going to expose is what I call ABUSE of this powerful tool when it comes to converting Prospects into Leads. I see a lot of network marketers, ( I'm guilty of this as well at one point ), they start a dialogue with a Prospect, find out that they are open to the opportunity then they get a Capture Page sent to them. This is by far the biggest mistake anyone could ever do when they are speaking to a prospect before seeing what you have to offer.

If you want to scare your prospects away then send them your capture page after speaking to them, but if you want more conversions to your Capture Page do what I outline next. When you speak to a prospect and find out that they are open to looking at your opportunity, send them what you PROMISED them. If you promised a video, PDF e-book, an invitation to live meeting, a live webinar etc etc etc, send that. Think about this for a minute, you already have their name and when they ask for more information, in your process you should be asking for their email address and their phone number. Why would you send a capture page to someone that has giving you all this information? It's rude and prospects get turned off because they know they going into some kind of sales funnel and get emails every two seconds. The last thing a Prospect wants is MORE EMAILS about something they don't know if they two business man smilingwould be interested in.

Once you are speaking to a prospect whether it be, face to face, Facebook Chat, Google Hangout, Skype etc etc etc and they are open to more information send them MORE INFORMATION NOT YOUR STUPID CAPTURE PAGE. The problem with most network marketers is that they ARE LAZY, they want to send traffic to a Lead capture Page and convert Prospects to Leads then to sign ups. Reality check, IT JUST DOESN'T HAPPEN THAT WAY! Statistics show that only 13% of Prospects will sign up with you NOT present, the other 86% will sign up with YOU PRESENT! So having the information tells you that a Capture Page should only be used to drive traffic to an offer to your Target Audience then getting in contact with them to see if what you have is a fit for them. And if you talk to your prospect and they want more information, send them what you are offering NOT your CAPTURE PAGE! Now if you don't have a way to send your prospect the sales page ( what you see after you opt-in ), make sure you let your prospect know that what you are sending is a page that's going to ask them for their information. Let them know that you HATE SPAM and you are sure they would hate it as well, if the information they see is NOT a fit to go ahead and unsubscribe to the emails they receive.

mindset image 4In all of my blog posts lately I have stated that in this post I'm not going into MINDSET at this time, I will talk about that later. Well if you have been waiting for me to talk about this, today is your LUCKY day. In this blog post I will be covering MINDSET and how it's important when building your MLM, network marketing business. I'm also going to cover 3 ways how you can get your MINDSET in the right place.

So many network marketers say to themselves how they can't recruit, can't sell, can't attract leaders, can't get their warm market to listen to them, can't get leads etc etc etc. What most would think these phrases are Excuses, they are really statements from people with Poor Mindset. When your Mindset isn't right you look at things on the negative side, you compare yourself to others doing well and all you can think of is Lack. So what do most people do? They justify their Failures with these phrases of nothing but Excuses. I did a blog post about Excuses and how you can overcome them, click here.

Let me give you an example, a lot of people set a New's Year's Resolution to lose weight and most sign up to some gym or physical activity. They get excited and go consistently to wherever they signed up, but at some point things get in the way. An event comes up, you are not feeling well, you had a bad day, the place to workout is too far, etc etc etc and all of a sudden you are missing 1 day to 2 days to all the time. At this point most think that they just lost interest or it just to much of a burden. In reality most people that do this Lack in Commitment which is a sign of Poor Mindset. While at the same time you have people that go to a gym for years and years and years but NEVER MISS a day. Why? Because they are focused on what they want, they shy away from the excuses and just GO!!

My advise to the people that have a Poor Mindset is to cut the BullShit Excuses and if you would STOP complaining how things are NOT going your way, you would have time to take the proper Actions to get the results. Too many people WASTE so much time making excuses that they could be focusing time in developing a Strong Mindset to get them where they want to go.

My mentor sent me a audio series and the speaker said, "So many people are worried what they put in their body but don't focus on what they are putting in their mind". Some people focus on eating healthy but they feed JUNK into their minds. Your body doesn't make your mind stronger but your mind makes up the rest of your body. If you have a Strong Mindset it will appear in your posture, it will appear in your attitude, it will appear in your body, the way you speak, the way you talk, confidence, etc etc.

Another example, he had a few people come up to a stage and he them repeat after him and say " I have a fatal disease, I have a fatal disease, 20 times " but NOT 1 person repeated that because they were afraid it might manifest into their lives. But these same people will go home and say to themselves "I can't recruit anybody into my business, I can't sell anything, I find a mate, I'm ugly, I'm not lovable" etc etc etc. What these people are doing is manifesting what they are saying into their lives because of their Poor Mindset.

There are 3 ways you can build up your Mindset to have success in your MLM business.

1. Surround yourself around people that have what you want NOT what you already have. This is somindset image crucial for your MLM or network marketing business. The best way to blow out the negative neuro-pathways in your brain is to surround yourself with successful people that Lift you up and inspire you to have success. Spending time with Negative people will keep you at their level and you will never become better.

2. Read motivational books everyday. This is HUGE for your Mindset and will definitely help your subconscious mind. The voice in the back of your head is Negative because all of the years surrounding yourself around people that were like you or worse. Reading helps that voice think positive thoughts and help you with your dreams and imagination. The wealthy are known to be Massive Readers and it shows, check it out for yourself.

3. You spend more time in your car than anywhere else so turn your car into a mobile university. This in most cases are a TRUE FACT, why listen to the news or talk radio? Listen to famous motivational speakers like Jim Rohn, Darren Hardy, Ray Higdon, Brian Tracey, John Maxwell  just to name a few. Turn your vehicle into a riding University, the best way to strengthen your Mindset is to swim in Personal Development.

Leaders are always readers, Leaders always surround themselves with other Leaders and Leaders always educate themselves to teach others, which strengthen their Mindset everyday.

How To Set Goals In Your MLM Business

goal image 2So many business owners hear this but a lot of them don't do this. I'm guilty myself for not setting Goals in my MLM business, but recently I found a new way. In this blog post I will show why you need set Goals in general to build your network marketing business.

Why so many Network Marketers Don't set goals? This is such a great question and the answer is that too many think I'd unnecessary. They think that they can go on their daily tasks and get them done because of the training they have received or just experience. The reality is that if you are doing the same thing over and over you are going to get the same results.

Too many business owners play around on the internet, check their email 50 times per day, go on Facebook 15 times per day, check out other websites 15 times a day etc etc etc. The point is that these same people that do this are most likely not getting any results but they seem to do this on a daily basis. There is only one way to end this problem.

Setting Daily Goals will keep your day organized and focused so that you can finally have some success. The reason I say some today imagesuccess is because setting goals is only the first step, you need mindset to keep this going. The best thing to do is to set an attainable goal that you Believe you can achieve. If you plan on being on Facebook for 1 hour a day to check emails and prospect then set that goal. If you want to connect with 10 new people on Facebook to show them your network marketing opportunity using a tool, set that goal.

You see, setting goals that you Believe in will motivate you to keep going. The main reason why most people lose their motivation on a task is because they never set any Goals. Another reason most people lose motivation is because they set ONLY 1 goal in the beginning of the year, ( most likely it's a HUGE goal far beyond their potential or belief ) and they don't set Daily, weekly or monthly goals. Not setting Goals is like trying to follow a lost puppy dog, where are you going?

I'm going to share a story from a book "The Magic Of Thinking Big". A lady was diagnosed with cancer shortly after having a child. After the devastating news all she can think about is that she will not live long enough to see her child grow up nor see her child graduate from college. After the doctor only giving her 6 months to live, she set a goal to see her child graduate college. To shorten the story she took what the doctor said 6 months and set a goal to live long enough to watch her child go to college. That 6 months turned into her living 20 years and achieved her goal. She watched her child graduate college then shortly after she died.

Goals keep people alive, the person that is a coach potato sitting in front of a TV all day with no goals dies much quicker than someone with a Goal. The same applies with your business, Goals keep you motivated to get through the 20 "NO's", you are Crazy, no one makes money in those things, etc etc etc. The reason why most give up is because they Don't have any Goals set for what they want and if they do have Goals, it's way off in thier Belief that they never get it.

I love this quote from the book "Use Goals to live longer. No medicine in the world-and your physician will bear this out-is as powerful in bringing about long life as is the desire to do something".
