Hi ALL!  I am George Pierce, and this post is about how you can improve your online or offline results,

how you can start doing this immediately, and therefore shorten the time it will take you to find success.

The key to making this happen is "Give Them What They Want". 

That sounds almost too simple and easy, which is true!  HUH?

There are two problems that I ran into with this golden nugget.

#1: Value ~ I did not understand or believe in its value. 

#2: Research ~ I did not go to the trouble of finding out exactly what my prospects want, which involves research.

In my mind, I already knew what they wanted, and, as usual, I was wrong.  There are reliable ways and methods that you can use to find out what your audience wants.  When you give it to them, everything suddenly changes!

VALUE:

According to psychology:

Interactions are the foundation of relationships, and each moment within those interactions holds the potential to form and reinforce bonds between individuals. A pivotal moment in any communication occurs when one person has a need or desire that they wish that another individual would fulfill. This desire or need can range from something substantial, like a condiment at a dinner table, to something a lot more abstract, such as love and approval in a charming relationship.  

Individuals can share their needs in numerous ways, such as body movement, tone of voice, face, posture, and actions. While some people openly express their wants, others might do so less explicitly. The more substantial the wish, the more likely it is to be revealed slowly or to be accompanied by irrelevant details.  

Research:

When in person, asking what your prospects want is great advice, however, some of your prospects are not going to be clear about what they want.  Sometimes it is because they are having difficulty formulating their ideas, sometimes it is because they are not exactly sure what they want.

How do you give someone what they want, when they are not clear about what it is that they want?

Know your audience!   Learn as much as you can about your audience, especially about what they want or need.  This allows you to be able to help your prospect tell you what they want.

When not in person, such as being online, asking your prospects what they want is an option...polls, surveys, emails, etc.  Online, however, 'asking' is more like research.  Online Research, however, will amaze you.  Research can tell you exactly what your prospects want, online research is almost instant, and there are tools available such as Google Trends, Ubersuggest, and TubeBuddy that can help you to pinpoint specifically what your audience needs or wants.  

Why is this so powerful?

Whether it is in person or online, it allows you to immediately connect with your prospect.  There is a 'REASON' behind their action...they are seeing you or visiting your site or watching your video for a reason.  That reason is that they want to satisfy their need or desire.  When you can immediately identify and relate to their problem or desire (what it is how it is affecting them), they are willing to continue.  Then, when you "Give Them What They Want", they take action.

Zig Ziglar, a legend, said that you get what you want by helping others get what they want.  You can use this powerful strategy right away, but it won't work if you fail to believe and fail to research, so please be sure to include belief and research in your plan.

Hi ALL!  I am George Pierce, this post is about applying my Faceless Video strategy to a Classic Movie Channel.

The channel is still an experiment, it is being treated as a side hustle, I have only been uploading only when

I can, which is NOT regularly.  Shame on me! 

But this post is not about me, it is about these initial results that you see above.

Before we continue, although I have 20+ years of experience, I still am a newbie when it comes to growing a YT channel.

What I will be sharing is based on my limited YT channel-growing knowledge, experience, and opinion.  

What seems to me to stand out, is the watch time.  Watch time is one of the most powerful drivers on YT!

In fact, or so I understand, many channels would give almost anything to have that much watch time in 28 days.  One of the requirements to get your channel monetized is that it takes 4K hours of watch time in a year or less, so this new channel has already hit the mark.  This accomplishment is a pleasant surprise.  

How this watch time helps your channel is that watch time is one of the most important indicators that YT uses in their algorithm...when your videos get more watch time it sends a signal that people like your content.  When this happens, YT is very likely to share your content with more people, so you get more views and more exposure.  This little circle can ultimately make one or more of your videos go viral.

If you are following my Faceless Video Training, or considering it, my point is that a movie channel seems to have real potential. 

Allow me to add that I am also experimenting with a new Game Show Channel,  I will share more about that soon.

Another area that my research shows promising is a Kids Channel. I have not tested it yet. 

Ultimately, I believe that my best advice is to create a channel based on what your viewers want, but also what you want.  Do not ignore your research, do not publish videos that you prefer, but find a niche that YOU are going to be happy with.  Although my Faceless Video strategy is free, it still takes your time and effort, and you do not want to invest your time and effort into a cause that you are not thrilled with.  Why?  You will probably quit.  

FYI:  My primary source for vintage media is Internet Archive.  There are presently 987 Public Domain Movies and almost 11M total public domain moving image videos on Internet Archive alone.  In addition, there are dozens of other sites that can help provide free legal content.

There is more to my strategy than downloading and uploading already made videos, you will find YT littered with thousands of sites that have used this strategy and failed, because there are two more steps that you want to take, need to take.  My adaptation is a way to make money on YT using videos that are already made and is based on vintage media, vintage is most abundant, and I LOVE vintage media.  I have added a simple research step (step one) and another step to help get more immediate exposure (step three).  In my Faceless Video Training, each step is laid out for you in detail.

Hello everyone!  I am George Pierce.  This post is about getting on page one.  This morning, I had a pleasant 

surprise.  On Bing search, as you can see above, six of my YouTube videos showed up on page one.  The search

above is part of my strategy for generating FREE traffic.  Most businesses pay a substantial monthly fee

to get the above results, but my results are free.  

My process is a simple three-step process, step one is called niche research, step two is content creation, and step three is sharing and engagement.

Niche research is a way to determine whether your content is going to get results BEFORE you get started.  This step might sound intimidating but there are free tools that I share with you that will do all the work and they are easy to use.  In other words, no skills are needed.  Step two is to create content...I have found a loophole that you may want to consider using, but the point is that my process will work for you, regardless of your niche and regardless of how you use it, whether you are building sites, blogs, or video channels.  Step three is sharing and engagement.  Sharing allows you to get the word out which increases your exposure, engagement creates more engagement as well, and helps you get noticed by the search engines...above is the best proof that I can offer.

I invite you to learn more.  I have created a Faceless Video Training film which is a way to generate content (videos) by legally using already-made videos.  That is the creation loophole that I mentioned.  You do not have to use this strategy for Faceless Videos, however, it works on any niche and for any creation process.  As mentioned, the steps that I have laid out in the training are easy.  In addition, there is zero cost for the training and zero cost for your tools.

Hello!  I am George Pierce, this post is about attitude and success.

I believe that we are all aware that our attitude determines our altitude,

but most businesses online and offline have drastically changed their 

attitude lately.  The mindset of today is to 'Close It Down'!

When a business is not doing well, shut it down.  

The old school attitude was 'Fix It'.

For several years that was my job...fix locations that were failing.

There are very few situations that can justify shutting down ( such

as a major employer moving from a small town), most of the time,

it is simply bad management.  

Online, the same applies.  I do not mean to label struggling and aspiring

entrepreneurs as bad managers, they simply have not learned what they

need to learn.  Since my early days online were pitiful, I feel that most

newbies are in the same shoes that I wore.

Instead of abandoning your business, there are two easy steps

that you can take to begin changing your results.

The first is to adopt a FIX IT attitude, so change your attitude.

Second is a tip that truly works, I have used this online and offline.

It is to employ the strategy that

'Activity Creates Activity'

A few offline examples that I have used are 

Junk Sales ~ Clean out your warehouse or storage and have 

a Saturday junk sale. Do it often.

Adopt A Pet ~ Once a month, your local animal shelter should be

happy to cooperate.  You should be able to get free advertising.

On-Site Sales ~ Manager Specials, Holiday Sales, etc.

Off-Site Sales ~ Share your product or service in a high-traffic location.

I believe that this is rarely used cause it is a pain, but it works and 

you are doing something your competitors are not. 

Radio or TV Remotes ~ this always brought in traffic, and I was a 

local HAM!

Give Aways! ~ If applicable, give something away as an incentive,

such as a free appetizer, free dessert, or a sample.  I gave away 

'wooden nickels' which could be used for a soft drink or coffee

for a nickel.  

Be Creative! ~ One of my locations was in a busy mall with a DMV.

The last week of the month, there was a huge line out the door. 

We created a limited menu (literally FAST food) and made hundreds

in extra revenue that last week of the month ~ today it could be thousands.

For your ONLINE Business:

Share EVERYTHING you do!  Use social media to get the word out.

Engage with everyone who engages with your content.  This creates

more engagement as well as making search engines take notice.

Be ACTIVE and Consistent.  When you are active and you are consistent,

you build a following and 

consistency assures steady growth.

of what can happen when you are ACTIVE and engaging.  Things do 

happen and they will happen, all it takes is activity which breeds activity.

Hi Everyone!  I am George Pierce.  In this post, I will be sharing one of the biggest reasons why almost everything I do online works and usually works well.  

I began my online adventure with nearly a 100% failure rate.  My way of finding out what worked was trial and error, mostly 100% error.  It is easy to doubt Internet Marketing when nothing seems to work.  I was an unwilling subscriber to the policy that 'if you throw enough stuff on the wall, something will stick.  I believe that most newbies still use this same hit-or-miss approach to Internet Marketing.

The good news is that you do not have to.  There is a solution!

Best of all, nowadays, there are free tools that make it easy for anyone to use this solution which is: 

Niche Research!

Above is an example of what I call a sleeper because it took three days to wake up.  My personal reason for choosing the above video to add to one of my Faceless Video channels was that the video is about time travel which fits in with October and Halloween.  Personal reasons are one of the reasons why I had such a sad beginning online.  

In real life, the old way of doing market research was to create a product and then test it on a small group of people.  If the group had the desire or the need for the product (or service), and if they liked it, then you went on to a bigger market. 

Internet Marketing or Online Niche Research allows you to test the market BEFORE you invest your time, effort, or money.  Niche Research provides you with a way to measure key marketing components such as supply, demand, and competition.  

Whether you are creating content or choosing an affiliate, niche research will tell you whether what you are considering is going to work or not.  I did not discover niche research until about 5 or 6 years into my online journey, my biggest mistake by that time was not factoring in competition. I would seek out niches with high demand, which should have guaranteed success. yet they failed.  

By the way, the above movie is showing up today in the #4 spot on page one of the YouTube search #3 since the third is a Shopify ad.  

The tools that I use do all the work and are free and allow me to take the guesswork out of Internet Marketing.

Hi All! I am George Pierce.  This post is about two major mistakes that I have made as an aspiring Internet Marketer, that you may be guilty of, as well.  One mistake is taking too much of your time for creation.  Creating web pages, websites, blogs, and videos is essential, but here is the problem.  You need traffic...eyeballs...prospects...visitors...viewers...purchasers...customers...leads, etc.  

What I did to create traffic was to add another mistake.  I tried 'paid advertising'.  If you have the same results that I did, paid advertising is amazing! (tongue in cheek).  There is a lot of traffic, and it is almost instant, but NO ONE BUYS, NO ONE Signs Up, and everyone visits and leaves.  

It is not your fault if you can relate, it was not exactly my fault.  I did not know that I did not know whatever it was that I needed to know to get people to take action...so they did not.  My results were pitiful!  

Guess what I did!??

I spent even more money on paid advertising.  Needless to say, paid advertising, for me, was a bust.   So I resorted to generating traffic for free.  I had a lot to learn, but this was an important step in the right direction.   Why?  When you throw money at generating traffic, it is not the same.  Your traffic does not seem to have as much value...your traffic does, but when you EARN your traffic, each visit and each view seems special.

When you Make Traffic SPECIAL, you are not about to let your visitors leave almost as fast as they arrive. You learn to connect with your visitors and to provide content that they want, rather than content that you want or content that you think they want.  You discover areas of Internet Marketing such as Branding, Pre-sell, Niche Research, and Copywriting to help you create 'sticky' content and generate conversions.  

I do not believe that there is any kind of shortcut when it comes to learning, but learning is a true shortcut to success. 

Step one is to learn the process, step two is to automate your creation, but to a degree.  Using tools to create content is going to speed up your creation time, which allows you to market more.   Your prospects, however, still want that personal touch, so be sure to take a little time to keep things personal.  

Your advantage, as mentioned, is that you will have more time for marketing (generating traffic).  As your skills progress and your conversions increase, then you may have a positive advertising ROI. 

In other words, at some point, some of your online ventures, are going to work.  Those ventures may be candidates for paid advertising, but NOT until you learn about online advertising and your ROI.  

Even when you gain experience, I suggest that you use free advertising as a way to test the water, before using paid ads.  Above is a snapshot of a Reddit Community that I created as a FREE method of generating traffic.  (Reddit has been good to me)

Step three is to advertise to save time, but not as a beginner.  

Step four is to 'break-even'.  Huh?  This is a bit advanced, but most big dogs online are not worried about making a profit, they simply want to break even.  As crazy as this sounds, it can make you rich.  The secret to this strategy is your list.  Your list is where you will find wealth (with experience).  What you have learned along your marketing path will help you to be able to craft email content, your subject lines, and your CTAs.  

The catch is that you have to pay your dues.  If you have deep pockets, you can pay others, if not, roll up your sleeves and get to work.

Your Unfair Advantages

1 Social Media

Use sites such as YT, FB, and Syndication Express, Twitter. Pinterest, Instagram, Reddit, Quora, Blogger, Tumbler, TikTok, and so on, to drive free traffic.  In my opinion, YT and FB are a must and Syndication Express is a no-brainer.  Above is a snapshot of one of my blogs, it is a free blog (blogger.com).  I wanted to give my Jeopardy videos a free boost...I reposted the videos on five social media sites, and about 20 FB groups...the groups are all relative to my niche.  

2 Engage

Join as many social media sites that you can engage with, human engagement is priceless, but it takes time so do not overdo it.  

3 Send Your Traffic To Your YouTube Channel

If you have a YT channel, send your traffic to your channel. If you have a website or blog send, your traffic to your YT channel...HUH?  YT is the absolute BEST source of free traffic, based on my experience. Traffic begets traffic.  YT will see the external traffic and its algorithm will tell it to also send traffic.  Notice that the post above includes a link to YT, be sure to link to your video or channel. 

4 Perceived Value

Build your channel around quality content relative to your niche.  Prospective viewers, visitors, buyers, and customers want to see or perceive value. Most prefer video over text.  When your content has value, viewers watch your videos, perhaps to the end.  This tells YT that the traffic that it has sent to you likes your content and YT does exactly what you want, YT sends MORE TRAFFIC. 

5 Build A List

I firmly believe in list building, but I suggest that you use quality content on your channel as an icebreaker first.  Then you can use your Call To Action in your video and in your video description to send your prospects to your landing page. 

6 Use SEO

SEO stands for search engine optimization which is an easy and free way to generate even more free traffic. The following is a snapshot of what is called the 'meta section' of the Jeopardy History post above.  If you are brand new, please bear with me.  

 Things such as SEO and Meta Section and Metadata scared me when I was beginning, but now, SEO is sincerely EASY!  Why?  Because there are free tools that you can use that will do all the work.  My favorite free tools to help with SEO are Ubersuggest and TubeBuddy.  Both are free and both will weigh the 'value' of your potential keywords.  They balance search volume, keyword strength, and most importantly competition to provide you with Search Difficulty for Ubersuggest (the lower the better) or Overall Score for TubeBuddy (the higher the better).  

7 Keep The Number of Keywords At A Minimum

If you look at the metadata above you will see that there are only two keywords.  The article is actually based on the phrase "Jeopardy History" with a keyword saturation of  0.70% (3 keyword phrases, 426 words).  Saturation of 1/2 to 1% is recommended.  

8 Use Tools

As you have already read, tools such as TubeBuddy and Ubersuggest can truly give a newbie, An Unfair Advantage.

Another tool that will help you is what is called an article spinner or rewriter.  Above is a snapshot of the article being rewritten by Spin Rewriter which is a paid tool, however, there are dozens of free spinners that you can use, just use your search box.  

For a free HTML editor which I believe is the best, try  Blue Griffon  http://bluegriffon.org/

For creating your metadata in seconds and with ease, try Free Meta Data Generator...REALLY!  This takes a few seconds and will give you another Unfair Advantage.

For your video editing, ShotCut is free and amazing.  For creating thumbnails, try Canva.com, it will help you to be an instant pro.  

9 TRY Things

Not everything you try will work, no big deal.  Trying things, however, will give you a fast-track online education, and that is a major Unfair Advantage.

10 Training

There is a lot of free training available.  My experience is that most of the training does not work, about 11% works online such as websites, and about 5% on YT.  Most training is ultimately a way to get you to spend your money.  Two excellent programs for getting started, IMO, are Affiliorama and Wealthy Affiliate. Both provide awesome training, but both will offer you paid upgrades. Another option is my Internet Marketer Training Channel.  The are no upgrades. it stays free, and my focus is on free until your business can afford to upgrade.

Hi All!  I am George Pierce, this is a quick post about a free generic intro and outro for your faceless video channel. One of the problems that many newbies are facing when using my adaptation of the faceless video process, is that creating an intro and an outro seems to be beyond their skill level.  It is not, but what is happening is that many newbies are not creating an intro and outro and, therefore are not sandwiching their videos between the two.  Although an intro and outro are optional, they are going to benefiit your new channel with branding, trust, likes, comments, and subscribers.  All of these benefits are helpful to your channel, especially when it is new.  

The best part is that once your intro and outro are created, saved, and exported or downloaded, you can use them over and over again.  

Above is a snapshot of my video editor, which I use for creating intros, outros, videos, etc., but it is a paid editor, and my Faceless Video Strategy is built around free.  

So here is what I am doing to help you.

I will be creating six free generic clips that you can use as your own... 2 intros, 2 outros, 2 like and subscribe.  In addition, you will have access to free training using free software, with the best life-like audio on the net, so that you will be able to create your own.  The advantage is that you can customize to fit your needs.

Success can be accelerated, often by a combination of little things that others are not doing.  I want you to succeed, and I know that if your success is SLLLOOOWW, you may quit.  Quit is the worst four letter word on the planet, and it is the only way you can fail, so allow me to help you to employ these small details into your Faceless Video journey.

The following is based on my knowledge, opinion, and experience. 

Why do you need a blog? 

TRAFFIC!!! 

Blogs are a way for you to generate traffic, they can be a free traffic magnet using the power of SEO.  You can then use the traffic that your blogs generate in so many ways.  I generally use blogs to drive my free blog traffic to squeeze pages, landing pages, videos, or websites.  You can also add banners, links, and ads to your blog.  Blogs are simply an added opportunity for you to make money, grow your list, boost your channel or website, build your membership, increase donations, and so on.  

Why use Blogger?

EASY!!!  FREE!!!

Blogger is extremely easy to use.  Blogger is very user friendly and perfect for newbies.  You will be able to set up your blog and create posts with no previous skill.  There is no cost.  There is no limit...as far as I know, you have no limit on the length of your posts or the number of your posts.  In addition, Blogger is owned by Google which also owns YouTube, so if you are using videos to promote your efforts or if you are growing a YT channel, you re-post your videos on Blogger with minimal effort.  Click on media, then YT, and a list of your videos will appear, click on the one that you want, add text, and post.  

Why is Blogger best?

Because Blogger is so easy to use, it is FAST!  Most new IMs are not aware of the value of speed.  The more you can do, the more you increase your chances for success.  Once you gain experience, the more you can do, the more money you will make.  

As mentioned, Blogger is owned by Google which also owns YT, which might mean an SEO advantage.

Blogger is the first and original blog platform which means that it has already been around for over 20 years.  Posts on Blogger should benefit your cause indefinitely. 

Blogger will let you know whenever a comment is made (see above), so you can respond which leads to more engagement, an SEO signal that search engines live. 

Blogger integrates with Google: All you need to sign up with Blogger and get its Google+ features, which almost every business owner has. Google holds many of Blogger’s best features, including AdSense, Analytics, and storage. You can even link your blog with your Google+ account to make it more shareable and reach a wider audience.  

Most blogs, including Blogger, also have an RSS feed for added sharing. 

Fast Performance: Because it’s integrated with Google, Google takes care of performance. Blogger doesn’t show its age through speed. With Google’s help, its performance boosts its ranks in search engines, since speed and performance make websites stand out when it comes to SEO.  As your blog grows, performance is not going to be an issue. 

Store posts and photos: With Picasa, which you also get through Google, you can store and edit any pictures in your blog posts. This feature comes with Google, too, and it gives you access to all your images.  

My experience dates back to BEFORE weblogs (blogs) were invented. I have tried many free and paid blogs, and most are excellent, but the only reason that I can think of for NOT using Blogger is that it is simple.  Personally, that does not matter, however, Blogger is basic.

I am George Pierce, this post is about another new YT channel that I have just created using my adaptation of the Faceless Video Strategy. I have been learning Internet Marketing for about 20 years, and I have discovered that one of the tricks to online success, is that when you find something that works...DO MORE OF IT!  

My Faceless Video Strategy is a way to MAKE MONEY ON YOUTUBE without having to make videos.  My first faceless video adventure began in mid-January with Mr. P's Classic Television Channel.   The channel is doing well, it already has over 1.1K views per 28 days and over 11.5K visits per 28 days.  All of the traffic for the channel is free organic traffic. 

Following my own advice of DO MORE OF IT, I recently created another channel that focuses on movie classics, it hit 500 views about a week ago.  and now I am launching a game show channel.   

I will, of course, be sharing my experience.

TRAINING!

The new channel is brand new.  So far, I have created a LOGO (see above ~ top image).  The channel also needs a BACKGROUND.  Both can be created for free with Canva.com which is a free site that you can use to create almost any kind of an image.  

I am using an intro (above) and an outro (below), and sandwiching game show videos from GSN and Internet Archive in between. The intro and outro are optional, as mentioned, I am using them and recommending them.

The intro will help with branding, the outro will help with likes, subscribers, and binge-watching, you are welcome to see what I do and emulate it.  

I believe that 5 seconds is a good choice for an intro, viewers want to watch the video, so keep it short.  Twenty seconds is the length of a YT end-screen, so with a 20-second outro, add an end-screen (the second step of YT video publishing) and it becomes a perfect fit.

I used my paid video editor for the intro, you can use canva.com or giphy.com which are free.  I used Pixabay for the moving video background and the dancing couple for the outro, along with the green screen option.    Open Shot is a free downloadable video editor, that will allow you to do this, and it is awesome.

Hello!  I am George Pierce, and this post is for those of you who have the heart of an entrepreneur.  

The Internet is considered to be the "last frontier as far as providing you or me with the potential

of unlimited income and opportunity with little to no investment.  

That is so true!

There is really no need for you to spend any money to get started, everything you need, and I mean

EVERYTHING is available for free.  In most cases, the free version is just as good as the paid.  

In addition, even with free tools and resources, the Internet allows you to try just about everything and 

anything. Allow me to share why that is so exciting.

MY STORY:

I am in the process of creating a YT training video, which includes 52 ways to boost your YT channel (more views, more watch time, more subscribers). The video is based on an article by Fliki, an awesome YT resource for creating AI-assisted videos. I readily agree with 51 of the 52 ways to boost channel results.  The one I was not in total agreement with was about content diversification.   The idea behind diversification is to stay in your niche but widen your focus a little. This means a wider audience, which I agree with, as well as more engagement with your current audience, and that is the part I was not so sure of.   

So, on the Internet, it usually costs you or me zero to test out or try out whatever we wish to test or try.  And, on the Internet, we can often get almost immediate feedback.  We can try something, and we will know if it is good or bad right away.  I consider this feature of the Internet to be an entrepreneur's dream come true.

Above is a snapshot of something that I tried about 8 hours ago.  The diverse video content experiment looks like it is going to be a good idea...and I can leave in 'diversified content' as a way to boost one's channel.

 My point is that in most businesses, trying or testing something new or different is often at the heart of most entrepreneurs, but it nearly always comes at a cost and it takes time to gather data.  Usually, the cost is high to begin with and ends up even higher.

Should you choose to pursue Internet marketing, trying out new ideas and new strategies is easy and free, and feedback is quick.

Allow me to add that Internet Marketing also allows you to do preliminary research (often referred to as niche research) before you launch your new ideas or strategies.  This niche research helps you to determine market conditions beforehand.  In other words, thanks to niche research, you can be pretty much assured that your test or trial will work or not work.

In the meantime, there is a trick that can help you, even when you are new.  

The trick is to "Do More Of What Is Working"

Look at your stats. 

Above is a snapshot of some of my top videos in the last 28 days from my most recent online adventure which I am going to use as an example, but no matter the kind of content, your stats will tell you what is working and what is not.  

From the snapshot, it seems evident that game shows are doing well, and the number seven spot is a concert by Peter, Paul, and Mary,  which is a long video, so I am not only getting views, I am getting a lot of watch time.  So if I follow my own advice, I need to do more game shows, which I am doing, I should do more of Three's Company, which I also have done, and I should do another Peter, Paull, and Mary Concert...which was just published.

Again, look at your stats.  Your stats will tell you that certain posts are getting most of your traffic,  Do more of those posts.  Do More Of What Is Working.  Make it a habit.  

When you use this easy trick, you will be cashing in on a basic rule of marketing which is to give your audience what they want.  It is a win-win rule.

Hi Everyone!  I am George Pierce and this post is about a sweet little trick that you can use to make your life WONDERFUL!  Allow me to share an original story, so you can see how easy it is for you to get started.

Years ago, there were two elevator operators, Jan and Sal.  They worked side by side in a posh business building in New York City.  Jan ran elevator A and Sal worked elevator B.   From 8 AM to 5:30 PM, Jan and Sal helped the elevator riders reach their destinations.  

Sal has been running her elevator for several years and knows almost everyone who works in the building, which is probably about a thousand people.  Sal does not just say hi, she talks with her riders, makes friends with her riders, and in most cases, Sal knows many of the personal and business details of their lives.   For Sal, work is a day-long social event that she looks forward to getting to work every day, and is a bit disappointed when it is time to go home.  

Jan has only been an elevator operator for about 8 months.  The job was available, she needed a job, and no one else was hiring, so she took it.  In her mind, it is a dead-end job, and as soon as something better comes up, she will move on.  In the meantime, she will bide her time, tolerate her passengers, and force herself to work at a job she does not like.  Jan does not know the names of her passengers, or any of the details of their lives, her conversations are minimal, and that is the way she likes it.  Each day, Jan cannot wait to go home.  

What Sal and Jan do not know is that there is an opening in public relations for one of the companies in the building.  Because of Sal's attitude, and warmth, she is going to be offered the position.  She is the perfect candidate.

 There is a famous Henry Ford quote "Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re right." The quote emphasizes how much attitude determines success or failure. What this means is that you decide on your own success or failure. If you think you can, you will succeed, you will somehow find a way to make it happen. 

This same quote applies to your life being wonderful.  Your first step is to change your attitude and to start seeing your world as wonderful.

Gratitude: I have a personal mantra about my being happy, healthy, wealthy, and feeling great. Giving:  I believe that you may find that giving is the secret sauce that you have been looking for.  Give for the sake of giving with no thought of remuneration or retribution, what goes around comes around.

The plan was that longer videos would mean more watch time, more watch time sends a signal to YT that people like the videos, the result is that YT sends the channel's video out to more people, which means more views, which creates a bit of a viral effect and ultimately means more subscribers.  Subscribers have doubled, the rate of subscribers has tripled, views have doubled, and watch time has more than tripled.  

What you are seeing above is from my newest online adventure, building a YT channel without making videos, and without spending money.  All the traffic above is 100% free organic traffic.

Hi ALL!  I am George Pierce, I am convinced that the easiest shortcut to success is to follow in someone else's footsteps. The idea is that your tutor or mentor has already traveled the path that you want to take.  This means that they can help you to learn and to focus on what matters which is a huge time saver.  They can also help you to avoid some of the pitfalls and mistakes.  

There is still going to be a learning curve and you are still going to have to build your value, in other words, there is no free lunch.  If you are willing to put in the time and effort,  consider finding someone that you can follow. 

Please allow me to give you a couple of tips that may be of help.

In my area of expertise which is making money online (and I do not claim to be an expert), it seems to be getting more and more difficult to find someone to follow.  There are a lot of people to follow, but more and more are mostly interested in selling us something, rather than actually helping us.  That is not true of everyone, of course, but that is why I say trust your gut. 

What I mean by five years is that most businesses that last five years are much more likely to stay in business. Getting in on the ground floor has about a 3% chance of success, in other words, a 97% chance of failure.  I am guilty of getting in on the ground floor more than once and every one of those opportunities is long gone.

Hi All, I am George Pierce and this post is about an easy way to help you with content creation. Coming up with new and fresh content for articles, blog posts, websites, videos, and so on seems to be a major obstacle for both new and experienced online marketers. It is NOT!  

Above is a snapshot of one of the tools that I use for content creation, especially in the weight loss niche. The tool is SpinRewriter, I tried it, I love it, I and am now a lifetime member.  Spin Rewriter is a paid tool, It is about $6 a month.  You can try it for free.  I am not a fan of spending money that your biz is not yet earning, so if you are just beginning, there are dozens or more free article spinners.  Type 'free article spinner' into your search box, and you will find plenty, try several and choose the one you like best. 

In addition, you can use your search box to find content that is appropriate to your niche. The above content is actually a 4300+ word article about the twisted and tragic story of The Three Stooges.   

Free spinners often have a max number of words of 1,000 to 1,500 words, not a big deal, but bigger articles will have to be broken up into several parts.  I STRONGLY recommend creating an article of 2K words or more.  Search engines love longer articles. 

Type into your search box what you are looking for, and check out some of the articles that you are interested in.  Copy and paste one or more articles into your article spinner, and spin your article. re-read it.  Article spinners are good but not perfect, so reread and make any changes that are needed.  You now have content that you can use for a website or blog, etc., just add images, ads, email sign-up, and so on.  

Or

You have the basis for your video script.  

Either way, you can create fresh content in minutes and your supply is virtually infinite.

In my case, the article above will be posted on two of my vintage video blogs, and will also become the script for at least one, Three Stooges video.  Often, when you create content, you can use it in more than one way.

Creating content is not an obstacle, use this method for infinite content, on demand.

Hello All!  I am George Pierce.  This post is about how to get what you want.  It was inspired by an SE post by John Cory Jackson.  John's post was based on a quote by Zig Ziglar, “If you help enough people get what they want, you will get what you want.” Thank you, John.

Although it is important to know what we want, when we apply this simple but powerful quote, everything begins to change, especially our focus.

All of a sudden, we begin to 'press the right buttons'.  

Above is a snapshot of a recent online adventure, that began almost 8 months ago.  About 6 weeks ago, I shared a milestone of 100 subscribers and that I wanted more subscribers.  I am on my way to getting what I want, as you see above, there are 200 subs.  

The BUTTON that I focused on...was watch time (more watch time). 

One of the things that I did, was to add longer videos. 

If the above example were a website, I could have opted for longer articles or posts.  Whether your media is video or text, longer content is an option that provides your visitor or viewer with more of what they want, to help you to get more of what you want.

Let's take this idea of giving people what they want even further.  

Notice that the above video already has 34 Likes on Facebook.  By sharing your content on social media sites you gain exposure and because you are giving people what they want, your social media posts get likes, comments, and shares.  For example, if your video or article has a lot of likes, which is considered engagement, and my similar content does not, the search engines will send people to you over me. 

In both snapshots, the Vidoelytics that you are seeing are courtesy of a suite of free tools from TubeBuddy.  It is a free Chrome extension. 

Notice the TAGS.  Each tag that has a green number, means that it is showing up in YT search.  The number in the green is where the tags rank.

By using the free TubeBuddy tool, Keyword Explorer, you can discover what 'keywords' or 'keyword phrases' that people are using to find

what they want.  This is an additional way to help you to get what you want which is even more exposure for free.

Hi Everone!  

I am George Pierce. This post is about an experiment that I have begun on YT, I have invested about 3 hours of my time in 29 days.  I am not purposely trying to put in a minimum amount of time and effort, but I am very happy with the results.  

Above is a snapshot of a new YT channel that is 29 days old.  The channel is based on an adaptation of a Faceless Video strategy which is a way to make money on YT without having to make videos, without having to be on camera, without having to do a voice-over, and without having to spend money.    My adaptation is to download vintage media from public domain sites and then upload that media to YT.  The uploading and downloading is the second step in the process, the first step is to do a little research to determine that people are going to be interested in watching whatever media I choose, and the third is to share the video, once it is uploaded, in order to get more exposure.  More about this shortly.

My initial channel is one that focuses on vintage media of any kind, such as old TV shows, old commercials, old cartoons, old movies, and so on. 

My recent experiment is Mr. P's Movie Classics channel on YT.  It focuses on old movies and only movies. 

An important discovery that I made on my first channel is that longer videos get more watch time.  Movies, of course, are automatically longer videos. As you can see in the snapshot at the top of this post, the new channel has gotten over 37 hours of watch time in its first 28 days.  Watch time is a major factor when it comes to getting exposure from YT.   Watch time tells YT that people like your content or that people do not like your content.  The more watch time that your content gets, the better, and more watch time means that YT is more likely to share your videos with more and more viewers...all organically and all for free.    

Above is my most watched video, so far.  This video has one of two thumbnails that I created.  It is getting 4+ views a day.  

I have been investing about 10 minutes total into each movie and only when I get a chance.  19 videos, so far, is about 190 minutes or just a little over 3 hours.   This is not how I do things (with minimum effort), but, again, this is an experiment.  Fortunately, it looks most promising because of the amount of watch time that the channel is already getting.  

In addition, on the new channel, I have omitted an intro and an outro, almost eliminated thumbnail creation, and minimized video publishing time.  I will share more about this new channel in future posts.

Hi Everyone!  I am George Pierce, this post is about getting visitors and viewers to stay.  Above is a snapshot of a YT channel of mine that was created as an experiment. The snapshot, however, tells us the secret to getting people to stay which is the basis for making money online, whether it is on YT or by way of a website, a blog, a mailing list, a member site, and so on.  

The key number above is WATCH TIME.  On a website, it is the equivalent of how long people stay on your site. The longer that people watch our videos or read our content, the better.  I know how frustrating that it can be to have people leave as soon as they arrive.  I also know how good it feels when you see that visitors are staying on your site, or, as you see above, watching your videos.

I sort of have an advantage with the YT channel above, in that I am using videos that are already made.  But part of my online process is to begin with research.  It is often called niche research, but what it boils down to, is determining what your viewers or visitors want, BEFORE you start.  

So, if you and I can determine what people want FIRST, and then provide them with whatever it is that they want, guess what happens?  

YES!!!  They stay.  

Add to that, what I call 'connecting' with your new visitor or viewer 'immediately' and onsite SEO and you are about to turn your online venture around.  

By connecting, I mean letting people know exactly what they will find in your video, on your web page, in your emails, in your training, as a member, and so on.  Again, make the connection immediately.  

 Look at the first sentence of this post!  I said HI, I introduced myself, and I let you know exactly what you will find in this post.  

When people leave as fast as they arrive, it sends a signal to the search engines that people do not like your content but when people stay longer, it sends a signal to the search engines that people like your content.  The search engines are more likely to share your content with more people!

Hi All!  I am George Pierce, I have over 20 years of experience online.  This post is about a trick that will help you with enjoying the journey and much more.   If you are like I was, you may be so focused on 'getting there', that you fail to enjoy the ride.  I did not realize how much I was missing out on. I believe that most of us can relate to the fact that we are NOT getting to enjoy our journey.  

The good news is that we can change that!

In fact, it is easy and you can make the change immediately. 

What I am about to share is based on my experience, what works for me should work for you, and, of course, it might not.

I discovered that 'enjoying the journey' took two steps, and both were easy.

Step one is to DECIDE to do so. 

Step two is to make it a habit.  

We all have to power to do just about anything that we put our mind to, our brain is programmed to do its best to provide us with whatever we ask or tell.  So step one is to ask or tell our brain what we want.  Believe it or not, it is almost like flipping a switch. 

Ask or tell yourself that you want to enjoy the journey and that you will take whatever actions are needed to do so.  

Step two is to make those actions a habit.  Habits happen when we regularly perform an action for about 21 days. 

What this means is that once enjoying your journey becomes a habit, it will become automatic which means that it will happen with almost no effort.  You may have noticed how some people seem to get whatever they want and with almost no effort.  You can too.

The above process works, and it works with almost any request that you have.  

There is one condition.  

You must be CLEAR about what you want.  Your brain WILL deliver what you want, as long as it knows what you want. So be clear and specific, and in 21 days, you will have a new habit.  

You can use this technique to add new habits as well as to improve or replace old habits.  

REMINDER:  Be CLEAR and SPECIFIC.

For example:  

For enjoying your journey, how about enjoying reaching milestones and goals... set those short-term milestones and goals so that you can enjoy the journey often, in addition, it is easier to make it a habit.

For other examples such as weight loss or making money, make those milestones and goals specific and short-term.  An added tip is to build some of your goals around BENEFITS, such as spending an hour or a day doing some kind of activity with friends or family or having an expensive night out with your spouse.  Be creative, you will love it, and it will actually make things easier because your brain will have a clear picture of what you want.  

This may take a little practice, but practice makes perfect.  Your brain is on your side, your brain will be your ally, but you have to help it out...so be sure to let it know what you want and be as specific as possible.
