George Pierce, here.  Plateaus can be frustrating and disappointing...but only if you let them. Plateaus are times when growth seems to stagnate.  Plateaus occur in weight loss, and they also occur in business.  What makes this frustrating is that they seem to happen for NO REASON...argghhh!

You are doing what you did before, nothing seems to have changed, but your business growth levels out and you do not know why.  My longest business plateau was about three years.  It did not seem to matter what I did, growth was not going to happen. 

That is when I finally tried 'giving' as a way to do more 'getting'.  Yeah, I started giving for all the wrong reasons.  And it did not matter!  HUH?

Giving has a way of bringing you around, you will soon start giving for the right reason, which is to give for the sake of giving with NO thought of remuneration. I share this because my latest online venture STALLED.  

As you can see above, growth had hit a plateau.  The channel is new, so this leveling off caught me a little by surprise.  

I have a little saying "Do the best you can and that is the best you can do." The idea is to treat the business as a business.  I have seen so many online businesses and YT channels, that are doing well, quit.  In many cases, they hit a plateau and all of a sudden, it was the end of the world.

It is not, of course.  

Instead of getting frustrated, get motivated to do the best you can and be sure to put as much emphasis as you can on giving.  

Giving is the grease, the glue, and the lever that will make things happen.

Hi All,

Above is a recent email that I received from Tumblr.  Tumblr is a popular social media site that I have recently been using to share video uploads for a new YT channel.  The YT channel is about 90 days old, but the Tumblr account is new. Why?  The reason is that it is easy for us to bite off more than we can chew.  In my opinion, it takes more discipline to NOT overdo things.  

If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, I believe you WANT to do everything at once. I do, anyway. As a newbie, that is exactly what I did, or tried to do,  Of course, I spread myself too thin.  The end result was the opposite of what I intended.  Instead of getting more done, I got less done.  

Whether you have websites, Yt channels, or both, sharing your new content with social media is going to benefit your cause with free traffic, It is an example of how we can easily do too much at once.   

For this sharing to work, and for you to get lots of free traffic, you need to interact on that social platform.  Interaction means making comments, sharing, liking, answering comments, answering questions. and so on.  May I suggest that you do this interaction with 'making friends' in mind.  

What I have been guilty of, is joining too many social platforms and then wondering why I am not getting traffic.  

I have learned to join one at a time!

Pertaining to my recent YT channel, which is mainly about vintage TV shows, my research indicated that FB seemed to have the biggest audience. So I started sharing with FB, joined 4 FB groups, about 100K exposure, and later added a fan page and a group of my own, and, over time, added four more groups.  I have added other social platforms, Tumblr, being the most recent.  I may add one more FB group. and, as much as I would like to add every social media platform on the Internet, I am probably at or near my limit.  I have allotted 10 hours a week, I started at nine and probably will end up at 11.  

My point is to work on one thing at a time, learn it, master it, and then add more, instead of doing everything at once.  I can tell you from experience that the 'everything at once' approach is not going to work.

Happy Easter!  I have a little Easter reward for you, later.  First, a brief bit of training. 

Holidays and days that are not holidays can help you to make money.  Days that are not holidays?

Think of it as having a reason for...the email. the phone call, the sale, the promotion, etc.

When you have a 'reason', your recipient becomes more receptive and their perceived value goes up.  

In other words, people are more likely to take the action that you want them to take, such as listen to your call or open your email.  

This leads to them being more likely to agree to set an appointment or a clickthrough.

What you see above, is only the tip of the iceberg.  What it means is that holidays and non-holidays can arm us with 

reason after reason to contact our prospects. 

I was taught to 'always have a reason' for contacting prospects.  When we do not have a reason, other than trying to sell something, our calls and emails are perceived as nothing more than SPAM.   And, when you think about it, they are!  

When we follow up, as we should, without a 'reason', we are not opening doors and creating opportunities, we are,  in fact, reducing our chances.

When we have a reason such as Easter or Zoo Lover's Day or Golfer's Day, etc., it is a simple trigger that will improve response.

My 'reason' for this post is to wish you and yours a Happy Easter.

Geroge Pierce, here, and this post is about a new feature that TubeBuddy has recently added called Suggested Shorts.

TubeBuddy is a free extension that provides you with a suite of tools to help you with your YT channel.  Suggested Shorts is their newest tool.

When you download the free extension, whenever you visit YT, a TB icon will appear near the top right of your page as you see above.

Click on the icon and a drop-down will appear (above), next click on suggested shorts.

A list of suggested shorts will appear as you see on the right above.  So far, so good, but here is where TB's new tool shines.

If you look a little closer it tells you and me the exact segment of the video that we should focus on, along with the retention rate. Over 100%, as you see above, means that people are literally watching this more than once!  

Next, go to the video, clip out the segment, change your format to 9:16, and make a short.  According to TB add a link to the original video in the description (as you see below).

I also added text in the short that lets viewers know that they will find a link to the full-length version in the description.

Shorts typically get a lot of views and by using TB's new tool, you and I can use the most compelling parts of our videos for our shorts and then send those viewers to our original video.

This is a relatively old 'shorts' trick to help us grow our YT channel, but the fact that TB's AI can pinpoint the exact hottest parts of our videos gives us a powerful advantage. 

This is my first video with this new tool and using the segment that TB shows is the hottest. As mentioned, I added text to the process and I also sandwiched my video between an intro and an outro.  

The intro is for branding (Your Channel presents) and the outro is to ask for likes and subscribers and so on.

I am George Pierce.  There is an old quote by Zig Ziglar that says, “If you help enough people get what they want, you will get what you want.”  That simple quote reveals the secret of online marketing or any business endeavor.   I have also heard "Find out what people want, then give it to them."  

What we are talking about is old-fashioned supply and demand.  When we figure out what people want, we have found a 'demand'.  Unfortunately, demand is where most new online marketers stop.  We cannot overlook 'supply'.  Supply represents competition.  If there is a huge amount of 'want' or demand, there is probably a huge amount of supply or competition.  

What if we could find areas or 'niches' that have lots of demand and not a lot of competition?  That is Internet Marketer Nirvana!

What makes online marketing or Internet Marketing so special is that there is a process that you and I can use to find out what people want!  And we can also use this process to find niches that have good to excellent demand with little to no competition.  It was about 15 years ago that I discovered this process and my jaw dropped.  I felt as if I had discovered the secret of online success. Guess what?  I had!

The process is called niche marketing.  

What makes this so incredible is that niche marketing allows you to quickly and easily determine whether a niche is going to be profitable.  You get to use niche marketing BEFORE you invest any of your time or effort.  Niche marketing allows us to pick the winners when it comes to online marketing before we start.  

What if there were free niche marketing tools that could do most or all of the work?  There are! 

What this means is that these tools can help level the playing field, they can turn newbies into experts.

My Story:

I have been a Sell Health affiliate for about 10 years or so.  I intermittently post SellHealth ads. SellHealth provides the resources such as banners, links, logos, and videos, so adding their products is copy and paste easy.  My niche is weight loss, so SellHealth is a good fit, but they carry the kinds of products that will work with almost any niche. 

SellHealth pays 40 to 50% on most products and that often relates to about $100 to $200 for doing a little copy and pasting.  I cannot make any financial promises, of course.  What you see above is a snippet from an email that I received about a new product which gave me the idea for this post.

Hi All.

I am George Pierce and this post is about getting noticed.  The snapshot of the video above had been published for about 30 minutes.  30 MINUTES have passed due to 'sharing'.  Sharing is one of the tricks that I share in my Faceless Video Training.  The training is free and it is right here on SE. We will talk more about that soon.

First, is the above snapshot about getting noticed, if so, how?

It reveals a lot, probably a lot more than you might realize. Let's break it down so it can help you.

The image.  In this case, we are looking at what is called a Thumbnail.  Images can be so helpful when it comes to 'telling our story' as well as grabbing attention.  It is too early to know if this thumbnail is working.  On YT, I strive for a CTR of 6%. 

Tags.  Tags are keywords that people might type into their search boxes to find our content.  To the right of the video, notice that all the tags ate green.  What that means is that every tag that shows up as green is on page one of the YT search,  That is a wonderful place to be, and the numbers on the little green boxes are the position or rank on page one.  This is all thanks to a free tool called Keyword Explorer from TubeBuddy.  You can find out more in my step-by-step training.  The point is that getting on page one is not going to do you or me a whole lot of good if no one clicks on our thumbnail.  

And that does happen...nobody clicks!  You will see an example in a moment.

The Title.  Titles are not my strong suit.  Due to experience and intuition, my titles are usually OK,  But if I have a poor CTR and change my thumbnail. and still have poot CTR, then my title is next to be changed.  Semrush has a free AI Headline Generator that does well and has no limits.  https://www.semrush.com/goodcontent/title-generator/

Likes.  The likes that YT is tracking are FB likes.  47 likes in about half an hour are pretty good,  YT considers likes to be a signal that people do like your content, so getting FB likes is another way to help you to get more exposure.  I mentioned that I was sharing the video.  I share the video on several of the major social media platforms, as well as on FB, I share it on a fan page, my group, and 6 other FB groups that are relative to the niche, in this case, classic TV.  

Creator Suggested:  This number is disappointing,  YT lists videos as suggested videos. I am used to having several videos shown, but that is not happening yet for this channel.

Comments:  There is one comment that is not showing up yet. Comments seem to beget more comments, so be sure to interact positively.  This is a new channel, as your channel grows, comments will grow and positive interaction will act as a catalyst.

Next is a snapshot of a thumbnail that did NOT work.

Not everything that you and I do is going to work, it is part of the process. That is fine as long as we 

take steps to fix it.  

The top left is a new thumbnail and the improved stats.  A new thumbnail does not always work, but it should.  I say that because we are going to try a little harder and 

we already know what does not work.

Hi All,

I am George Pierce.  When I began Internet Marketing, which was about 20 years ago, creating and posting content once a week was about what it took to be successful online.  Today, I would say that once a day is more realistic.  I believe that once a week may still work, but, if you want noticeable growth, I suggest that you consider posting at least once a day.  

You need to be 'present' in order to create an online presence.  On YouTube, for example, a video a day is just about going to guarantee your channel growth at a faster rate.  

Creating at least a post a day or a video a day is easier than it used to be, due to more tools and AI, but it still takes effort and persistence.

If you think that Internet Marketing is going to pay you huge amounts of money, you are right...BUT...if you also think that you can make this happen with little to no effort, you are wrong. 

What is worse, is that as long as you continue to believe that Internet marketing requires little to no effort, you are going to be the target of many unscrupulous marketers.  In other words, it can turn out to be a costly mistake.

The good news is that persistence and effort still pay off.  Above is a snapshot of one of my YT channels.

It is about 8 weeks old.  I am working about 9 hours a week on this channel, which enables me to upload 2 to 3 videos per day.

5000 views is not a lot of views (as you see above), but it is a lot of views for a brand-new channel that is starting from zero.

There is a process that I use that helps to insure views, but posting at least once a day is a key ingredient to this kind of success.

I am George Pierce.  This post is about a recent discovery that I made that can help you to make money on YouTube.

The discovery is that there are a lot of YT channels that are using my Faceless Video strategy on YT to grow Kid TV channels.  I am personally using this strategy... which is a way to grow a YT channel and NEVER make a video.  I will talk more about that soon.  First. allow me to share an example of how this strategy is being applied to Kids' channels and how much money is possible.  

My application for this process is to download vintage videos from a Public Domain site called Intenet Archive and upload those videos to YouTube.  There is a preliminary step and a step after publication to make sure that the videos have an audience and to get the videos in front of that audience. We will get to that soon.

One of the playlists for my video TV channel is vintage Kids' TV.  The above snapshot is of one of my uploads.  

Part of the process, as mentioned, is research.  Above is an example of what I found.    The same exact video that I uploaded today on another channel, a kids' channel.  The video has 133K views, which is what I came to see, then, I noticed that the channel has 373M views. That is the reason for this post.  With that number of views, this channel should be making a lot of money from YT.

So I went to a site called Social Blade.  One of the things that Social Blade does is estimate a YT channel's revenue.

According to Socal Blade, this channel is earning between $30K to $485K per year from YT for downloading and uploading videos.

At $4 per 1K views, which is a YT channel average, this channel has probably made around $1.5M from YT.

Allow me to also point out that the channel above has uploaded over 800 videos and uploads regularly and consistently.

I am inviting you to take a look at this strategy, but it still takes consistent effort.  I believe it is one of the easiest and most rewarding ways to earn an excellent income from home and, allow me to remind you that I am backing up what I say by doing this myself.

I am George Pierce, I am a firm believer in marketing research, and the above is an example of the kind of preliminary marketing research that I am referring to.  In this case, the results are most impressive.  What you are seeing is an example of a free research tool from Tubebuddy called keyword explorer.  Not only is this tool free, but it also does all the work.  All you or I have to do is type in keywords or keyword phrases and it will evaluate them for us.  It weighs the competition, keyword strength, and search volume.  

The keyword phrase is 'Petticoat Junction'.  Why?  Because it is for one of my YT channels, Mr. P's Classic Television channel and Petticoat Junction is a classic television show.  Being able to get an excellent score with 282K monthly searches is like hitting a grand slam!

The benefit is that this video is showing up in the number one spot of the YT search, for the keywords Petticoat Junction.  YEAH!

The channel is still new, about 5 or 6 weeks old.  What that means is that YT is not about to promote new channels until they have had time to prove themselves. which makes the value of these kinds of results even greater.  

The channel, as mentioned, is new and although YT is not yet a fan, it is becoming one.  Part of online success is winning over search engines.  The preliminary research is called Niche Research and it helps to make it difficult for search engines to ignore you. 

The content, by the way, is not my content, as you can see.  My source is a Public Domain site called Internet Archive.

My process is downloading these classic videos and uploading them to YouTube, with a few other small steps such as preliminary research.

If you add content that cannot be ignored (because it is so good), it is only a question of time before a plan comes together.

Hello Everyone!

I am George Pierce.  This post is about making friends, being friends, and giving. Today we are told to 'Network', and that is good advice, but IMHO, it is a cold way to say that we should be friendly, and be willing to make friends and be friends with the people that we meet online or offline. Every stranger is simply a friend that we have not met yet.  The Internet is an awesome invention that helps us to make friends with the whole world.  

Here is a thought!  as well as a marketing and sales tip.

Instead of making a sale, begin with making a friend.  The rewards are mind-blowing!  

Above is a snapshot of a FB post that is having similar responses on over half a dozen other FB groups as well.  FB likes and especially comments and shares are seen as interaction by the search engines.  The more interaction, the more that search engines feel that people like the content, which means that they push the content out to more people.  That is exactly what you and I want.  

Likes are wonderful, and comments and shares are even better.   By the way, comments tend to beget more comments.

If you take a closer look, you will find that the comments receive a reply.

The reply helps you so much.  You get a chance to make friends, and you will make friends, and that is priceless.

GiVING

Giving leads to getting.  I started giving as a way of getting.  As horrible as that sounds and it was horrible, giving has a way of turning things around.  It will lead to your giving for the right reasons instead of the wrong reasons and it will lead to receiving more than you can repay. 

The above videos were requested.  In both cases, I thought copyright issues were going to prevent their being published and I was wrong.  In other words, this is an example of how a little giving can lead to a lot of getting.  

When you ramp up your giving, you will fall farther and farther behind.

Hello All!

I am George Pierce.  I have been an Internet Marketer for about 20 years.  Over the last 20 years, I have found countless ways to make money online that do NOT work, and fortunately, I have found a few that do.  What works best for me is what is called 'content marketing'.  I follow a method called the Bum Marketing Method which I learned over 15 years ago.  It is a combination of content and SEO.  For me, it works and it keeps on working.

I have recently combined that strategy with another strategy called Faceless Videos.  It is a way to make money on YouTube without having to create videos or be on camera.  I am downloading vintage videos from a site called Internet Archive after doing what is called niche research.  The niche research tells me beforehand if a video is going to get views as well as how I can get my share of those views using SEO.  I use a free tool called Keyword Explorer to perform the SEO which means there is no technical skill needed and no money needed.

I am going to invite you to take a closer look at what I am doing later, it is free and it works, but first, allow me to share how insanely easy this is. 

Above is a snapshot of the new vintage video channel that was created using the process that I share.  All traffic and all views that are being generated are free.  This traffic is due to the SEO as well as 'sharing' videos on social platforms after being published.

Although the channel is new, YT stats are some of the best that you could ask for and they are free.  Above are the top videos so far.  When something is working, it is easy to see, thanks to YT.  

For example, the top 2 videos are The New Price Is Right with host Bob Barker.  Obviously, these videos are working, so I should do MORE OF THEM.

When I go to Internet Archive (above), I can see that there are at least 6704 Game Shows in their archive. 

Let's see if there are any more of The New Price Is Right.

There are more available! 

Most of the ones that are in color are the ones that I am looking for.

The black and white videos are the original Price Is Right with Bill Cullen. 

I am a big fan of the original as well as the new, but I have already uploaded an episode from the original and

it is not getting views such as the ones with Bob Barker.  So I will be adding more videos of the New Price Is Right with 

Bob Barker.  It is that easy.

What I am sharing is NOT a free lunch, it still takes effort and persistence. On the other hand, I see way too many people

that are willing to put in the effort and willing to stick with it, yet they are quitting.  

Of course, I cannot legally make any financial promises or guarantees, but what I am sharing is about as easy as it gets.

You do want to learn the niche research, SEO, and sharing part in order to give yourself every advantage.

I am George Pierce.   Above is a snapshot of a recent milestone from my Internet Marketer Training Channel.  Syndication Express sends this channel more traffic than any other site, other than YT.  So allow me to thank you.  

The IMTC is a training channel that is actually about training, about making money online.  That might sound strange, but, based on my research, 100% of the IM Training channels on YT are there to sell you something.  That might sound bad, but it is not.  That is what those channels are there for (to sell you), so they are doing their job.  

I made a commitment to give back over 40 years ago and re-confirmed that commitment about 15 years ago.  The IMTC and my presence on Syndication Express are a couple of examples of the results of that commitment. 

This is a pro bono approach which is NOT what you want to do and it is not what I teach, but I get to teach what you actually need to know, such as learning for free, marketing for free, niche research, siphoning, and more.  Most of all the big dogs do not teach this because you would soon figure out that you should not be buying what they are selling. 

I believe in spending money on your home biz, but not until your biz can afford it.  I believe free is your best option as a newbie, because then every dollar you make is profit.  The early profits may be small but they can be HUGE when it comes to keeping you in the game. Anyone can do this, they simply need to stay with it.  Starting at no cost makes it easier to keep plugging and succeed.

Hi, my friends!

I am George Pierce.  Above is a snapshot of a YouTube channel that is using a strategy on YT that I have been talking about on Syndication Express for weeks.  Part of my 'research' is to look at other channels that are doing what I am doing.  Spying, let's call it checking out our competition, is one of the best ways to learn.  What attracted me to the channel above is Ozzie and Harriet's shows. HUH?

I have been personally using a faceless video strategy to download videos such as you see above from a public domain site called Internet Archive and then upload those videos to YT, to a vintage video channel, Mr. P's Classic Television.  I have been sharing the process of how to do this as well as my progress. 

I consider this process to be the easiest way to make money online.  As you can see, however, even this process does not always work.

Allow me to ask you to assume that the faceless video process that I share works...I know we are not supposed to assume but bear with me.  If the process does work, there are two reasons why it may not be working for someone else.

They are not working.  No process works if you or I do not work at it.

We work but do not do things right.  

Above is an example of not doing things right.  

Above is a snapshot of a recent milestone for my channel.  BTW, everything that I am doing is free, except I just upgraded Tubebuddy to the paid version, which was $28.80 for a year. There is a free version, the paid version does more and it is faster, so I am spending about $2.40 a month.  My channel is doubling about every three to four weeks, I should be around 4K hours of watch time in 9 to 12 weeks.  To get paid from YT, a channel needs 4K of watch time and 1K subscribers.  If the channel is not at 1K subs by then, I will do a free social media blitz and share the process.

PS.  About Ozzie and Harriet.  I have been having trouble getting YT to publish Ozzie and Harriet, they claim copyright issues even though the videos that I submit are Public Domain.  People love Ozzie and Harriet, and the above channel was able to get YT to publish a whole season and I want to do the same.  I have the first video of that season scheduled for download and my fingers are crossed.

I am George Pierce.  Two of the biggest mistakes that most newbies make are SELLING or BEGGING.  In my case, I was guilty of SELLING. But I was in sales, so that is what I was supposed to do, right?

If you are working online, especially as an affiliate marketer, your job is to SELL, right?  

We are both WRONG!

Most of us consider online marketing as selling.  It is not.  I was a salesman, but when I stopped selling, I made more sales, in fact, I became a Hall Of Famer, but not until I stopped selling.  

That might sound crazy, but let us step back for a second.  If we put ourselves in our prospect's shoes, they do not want to be 'sold'. You do not want to be sold, I do not want to be sold, no one does. 

How can we sell stuff without selling?

Putting ourselves in our prospect's shoes, once again, if they do not want to be sold, then what do they want or need from us?   They need us to help them with their buying decision.  

Something that I have discovered, something that works for me, is to affiliate myself with the best products.  I learned that HELPING someone to make a decision to buy a cheap product was difficult, all I had to offer was the price.  Helping people to make a decision to buy quality is much easier.  There are many more reasons to choose the better product and that can usually be backed up with features and benefits, along with testimonials and other types of reassurance. 

FYI, people want to buy, people love to buy!  People are much more willing to buy when we help them rather than sell them or beg them. 

Furthermore, in affiliate marketing, it is our affiliate's job to do the selling, not our job.  Our job is to bring the buyer and the affiliate together.  With a little helping instead of selling, you will find that it is easier than you think.

Hi and Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I am George Pierce.  This post is about luck, how to get, and how to keep it.  One of my favorite quotes is "I am a great believer in luck, and I find the harder I work, the more I have of it." ~Thomas Jefferson. 

LUCK has also been defined as

Labor

Under

Correct

Knowledge. 

I believe that you will agree that both of these statements are true.  

What this means is that when we provide the necessary labor and add the correct knowledge, luck is going to be on our side!  We can create our own luck, we can have the LUCK Of The Irish every day.  

There is a flaw, however.

Not with this simple formula for creating phenomenal LUCK, but within ourselves.  

For whatever reason, most of us are quitters.  Sad but true.  I have seen so many extraordinarily talented people quit.  

Above is a snapshot of a new YT channel.  It really is new...notice that 2.2K views are 2.2K more than a month ago.  The channel is about 5 weeks old.

The process that creates this kind of channel growth is so simple, it is almost too simple.  What I am discovering is that too simple can turn into a PROBLEM!??

BORING!

 What does this have to do with luck?

When something is too easy, it can quickly get boring.  Boring can lead to a loss of interest, and that can lead to quitting.  Quitting is the best way to kill your luck.  

When it comes to earning extra money online, working from home, starting our own home biz, and so on, we are naturally looking for something that is easy.  When we find something that is too easy, however, it can soon lose its challenge and become boring, and, as mentioned, boring can lead to the demise of our new venture.  

Since what I am doing is extremely easy, I am working on a solution, several solutions. (I am not going to quit, and I do not want others to quit).

For example, I am already applying what is called the 'Swiss Cheese Method'.  I do a little of this, a little of that, and so on.  I work on it for a little, then on something else.  For example, while I am creating this post, a video is being uploaded.  Also, I enjoy the social part of sharing the videos after being published, so I am putting more focus on interaction, being social, and creating new online relationships and friends.  I am also applying more focus to goals and stats which can act as drivers (motivators).  For example, my channel should double and double and double every 3 to 4 weeks, so this is a great goal and motivator.  

I am working to direct my focus toward what I enjoy as well as toward automation, in order to eliminate tedium.  

The process that I am using boils down to downloading and uploading videos...it is as easy as it gets, but it also needs to be enjoyable.  The secret to online success is simple, do not quit.  Make things enjoyable, find the parts that you enjoy, and put as much focus on the parts that you like or love as you can.  

The steady application of effort is what gives you the luck that you are looking for, add in knowledge, and you are unstoppable.

Hi All,

I am George Pierce.  This post is about some of the negatives that can happen on your website, YouTube channel, forum, FB group, or social site.

A thumbs down is an example.  SPAM and bullying are also on the list.  

The good news is that most of the time, all these negatives are NOT negatives.  HUH?

Search engines and social media websites search engines look at all this as interaction.  A thumb up or a thumb down, a good comment or a bad comment, or a SPAM comment are viewed as positive.  Believe it or not, these negatives benefit your site, channel, etc.

You may want to 'hide' negative comments or spam rather than delete them, to get their benefit.  Leaving negative comments alone may also be of benefit.  People may feel compelled to read your article or watch your video to see why it is so bad.  

When I get SPAM, I still thank the Spammer for the comment and let them know that there is a better way since SPAM is almost always deleted, then I invite them to my website or channel.  If SPAMMING is constant, it is often a robot, and I treat it like bullying.

When negatives are actually bullying or repetitive SPAM, you should be able to stop the bullying or SPAMMONG by adding the bully's or spammer's IP address to the comment blacklist.  You should be able to access this by way of settings and then comments and blacklist.  

On YT, go to YT studio, then Comments in the left column, then on the negative comment,  click on the 3 dots and choose the option you need.  

My point is that a thumbs down and even a negative comment have value, and, of course, there is no need to allow bullying or repeated SPAM.

 This video actually has a lot of likes on FB, and a surprisingly high amount of upvotes (see below).

What is unusual is that this was filmed live.  Part of the backstory is that Lon Chaney Jr. thought that

this live show was a final rehearsal.  You can see that this is true by the way he handles the furniture and props.

He is supposed to be smashing them, but since he believes this is a rehearsal, after angrily picking them up,

notice that he gently puts them back down, to save them for the show.

One of the secrets of marketing is to find out what your audience wants or needs, then give it to them.  In a recent post here at SE, I shared what I believe is the easiest way to make money from home.   I am applying this strategy, the above milestone proves that I am giving people what they want.

This is where it gets good.  

What I am giving them are videos that are already made.  There is no need to make a video or be on camera.  The videos are free.  

I do a little research to find out what kind of vintage videos that people want to watch, actually Keyword Explorer, a free tool, from Tubebuddy, does the work, I make sure the video is available, and if it is, I download it, and upload it to YouTube.

The strategy works, it is easy.
