On my journey to find ways to drive traffic to my website, I
have discovered that creating a great Blog is actually an
excellent way to do that. I also discovered that Blogs are a
great way for anyone to get their ideas across to others and
a great way for businesses to do some free advertising.
When building your site there are certain tips a person
should pay attention to when they are writing their blog.
1. Write: To me, this tip speaks volumes and is important.
When you are writing your blog write it with your reader in
mind. When a reader is looking for information that may pertain
to your idea they want the information in a way that they can both
read and understand easily.
2. Valuable and Worthwhile:
With everyone busy life no one has time to waste to look at
a boring site. If you cannot think of anything creative to talk
about, then try to do interview, or even a book. Anything will do as
long as you are not posting useless content.
3. Proofread: OMG! This is a must!
It is grave importance that you proofread your material
before you push that post button. Once you push that post
button that is it. The error is out there and there is no way
back. Respect your reader and keep your site free of errors
and easy to read.
4. Short and Simple: Above all, keep it to the point!
Keep your postings as short and simple as possible because

Relationship blogging is not all about the pitch, though. You can't just go barging in on someone else's blog and start pitching your wares. You will not be welcome even if your wares are related to the blog. At first, that is.
What you need to do is read, read, and read some more to get the feeling of the blog and those who are posting on that blog. Then you need to start participating and posting yourself. You need to become a part of the "community" you want to pitch well before any pitching goes on.
One word of caution, though, make sure you are relevant to the blog you are pitching, or want to pitch. Too many times blogs get pitched and have nothing to do with the pitch whatsoever.

I have heard the saying throughout my years of network marketing

Pay attention to what your intuition is telling you and act on its wisdom. I define intuition as "when you know something, but you don't know how you know it." Intuition provides quick and ready insight. It may come to you through a feeling, an emotion, a gut sense, a voice or a nudge to take a certain path of action in your life. It may lead you to new work, the right contacts for your business, or a book to read that opens a door to greater abundance.
3. Use Positive Prosperity Statements
Clarify and write down your goals, visions and dreams. Write a short positive statement that sums up your goal. Here are two examples: "I easily attract $_______ a month/year." "Money flows easily into my life as I do what I love." Say the affirmative statement several times a day.
4. Visualize Your Goal
Imagine what it would be like to have your goal. Are there one or two "snapshots" you can create in your mind of having the prosperity you desire?
5. Pray and Meditate
Ask for guidance from God (Universal Mind, Higher Power). State your intentions and ask for help if you're having difficulties. Spend time each day meditating or simply imagining yourself in the flow of Spirit. Listen for God's wisdom.

We have been in MLM network marketing for many years and have observed many things, events and habits in our networking. One observation that stood out in my mind was the availability of some of my leaders. We all know that when you are new to an opportunity, some of us need a little help from your leaders. When I began to tap into these emotions that were so deep and powerful, I became relentless and unstoppable in achieving the goals that I set for my business and for myself as well. This is a very important rule and it just makes sense. Make sure you check your facts before posting anything on your blog. Do some research on your topic and make sure the information that you have is correct. Doing basic research can save you from posting false information. When you post false information you will look bad and you will lose visitors to your site. Even after you have posted your blog check and make sure everything is correct. The more you check your facts the better off you will be. This is something I do constantly with what I post on blog. Information and the internet are constantly changing and we have to move with that change.
2. Think About the Implications
You must always think about the implications of what you are posting about. Why? I am glad you asked. Because once you push the post button, there will be no way to change your words. If you think what you are posting may cause some repercussions against someone later down the line, do not post It! I repeat-Do not post it! It will always be in your best interest to choose your words carefully so as not to hurt anyone's feelings.
3. Adhere To Copyright Laws
This is a plain and simple rule. Do not click on a site and copy and paste their information into your site. This is totally against copyright laws and can get you into some serious legal trouble. A lot of people Do not know this, but everything that is contained on the internet is copyrighted. Creating your own information is better by far and will keep you out of trouble and avoid any illegal misuse of copyright laws.
4. Give Credit
Give credit where credit is due. This is always a good rule of thumb to follow. You need to be sure to provide credit to any resources you use. If you fail to do this step, you will fall into the rule number 2, copyright laws and you will be deemed unethical.
5. Monitor Comments
It is in your best interest to monitor all the comments that are placed on your blog page. You will want to put limitations on the type of comments your readers are allowed to leave. Doing it this way eliminates negative comments or any comment for that matter, that might offend someone or some place and cause harsh feelings because it will be you, not them, who will lose the visitors.
Even though there are no rules written in stone, these are just 5 common and basic rules that are out there. There are many more, but I will leave it up to you to do some research and discover which rules might apply to your site.

I have attended many MLM marketing events where there were a lot of networking going on. Some people in the industry were clueless when it came to networking. It was a constant pitch about their businesses and why I should be on their team. If I looked as though I was not interested, they did not have time for me. They were not interested in connecting and maybe finding out who I was as a person and what my business was about or just to know if I had business. Who knew? Maybe I knew someone that would have been a good fit for what they were promoting.
As business entrepreneurs, whether online or offline, we need to revisit some good old fashioned "Face-to-face" type networking where it was not unusual to find people "Schmoozing" or "Rubbing elbows" with other entrepreneurs while building and establishing a rapport with one another. But, we need to be empowred with some basics on how to do this kind of networking without looking like we are faking it.
