opportunities, how to create opportunities, opportunity

If opportunity doesn't knock, build a door.” Milton Berle

Many of us sit and wait for an opportunity to come knocking. Unfortunately, wishing for opportunities doesn't make them happen. You must look for opportunities in your life and strive to make something happen when you find them. There will always be opportunities for those who recognize and pursue them. The lucky ones are those who have taken more chances than average. “Opportunities are like sunrises. If you wait too long, you miss them.” William Arthur Ward.

Recognizing opportunities when they show up, and creating your own opportunities, are the best ways to achieve success. If you give yourself the chance, you may find that there's an opportunity knocking on every door. However, don't wait for someone else to find opportunities for you. As the opening quote says, if opportunity doesn't knock, build a door and you knock on it. Learn to recognize opportunities and take action promptly. Be open to answering the call when new opportunities present themselves. “My favorite words are possibilities, opportunities and curiosity. I think if you are curious, you create opportunities, and then if you open the doors, you create possibilities.” Mario Testino.

You need a strategy in order to seize opportunities, one that consistently demonstrates your passion for and commitment to your gift, natural ability or what you do well. These are three steps that you can take to create your own opportunities:

Step 1. Find Your Niche. You can make your own opportunities by identifying and pursuing a niche that is either underserved or an emerging trend. First you must recognize a need, and then use your creativity to come up with a way to serve that need. You may have an idea about how to do something better, faster, cheaper or at a higher quality.

Step 2. Become a Guru. Once you define your niche and it overlaps with what you do well and is passionate about, make it your business to know more than your peers about this area. Devise a strategy by which you can deepen your knowledge that will make you stand out from the crowd and get noticed.

Step 3. Give in order to receive. One of th best way to advance is to give. This is twice as powerful when the giving you engage in is directly related to your area of expertise. Find ways to give of your time by volunteering, or your knowledge by giving away materials you create. You will be contributing in a meaningful way to your specialty, and you will be noticed.

However, you need to create a plan for whatever goals you want to achieve. Stick with your plan and you will reap the rewards. When you commit yourself to something, life has a funny way of throwing opportunities in you direction.

Finally, you will need a few additional things to create your own opportunities such as,  the right mind-set, a spirit of adventure, self-knowledge – know your values, skills, strengths, weaknesses and passion, an idea and imagination, knowledge and skills in your area of expertise and self-promotion, initiative and drive, courage, ability to analyze opportunities and make sound decisions, resilience, and flexibility. Remember, “There are always door openings. And gradually, it accumulates. The opportunities open up in front of you.” Buzz Aldrin.

Regrets – Let Them Be About Not Doing What People Said

“I would much rather have regrets about not doing what people said, than regretting not doing what my heart led me to and wondering what life had been like if I'd just been myself.” Brittany Renee

It is always easier to follow in someone else's footsteps. Although believing in your heart and making your own choices can be daunting at times, these things are an important part of the learning process. Remember, mistakes are teachers and victories are windfalls.

Indeed, you should much rather have regrets about not doing what people said, than regretting not doing what your heart led you to, as the quote above so rightly states. You will experience true celebration if you live your life through your own heart and mind. When you are yourself, this allows you to grow. However, when you try to be someone else, this will only bring regret.

In life, you should determine if you're doing what's right for you. You should do what you do because you wanted to , not because someone else wanted you to do it. Make choices that are right for you. So that you can congratulate yourself for your accomplishments. Most important, allow yourself to be who you are, rather than what others think you should be.

4 Hidden Benefits of Building a List

4 Hidden Benefits of Building a List

It is said that the money is in the list. Therefore, a list is extremely valuable to any marketer. List building is not just a simple marketing tool. It is one of the most valuable tools. When a marketer builds a list, it has several benefits to make marketing more efficient for your business.

"When people think about building the list, the number one reason is making sales, either as an affiliate or for your own products. However, a responsive list is valuable for a number of other reasons. There are a lot of other ways that you can benefit and profit from your subscribers aside from simply pushing products onto to them.

Market Research

Everyone on your list is interested in the type of products that you are selling and the market that you are catering to. This means that your list is a great way to do some market research. Send out a poll or survey every month and you will find out exactly what your target market is looking for in a product. This helps to ensure that your next product will be something that your market wants. There is nothing worse than spending time and money on a large product, such as a membership website or video series, only to discover that no one wants to purchase them. By using your list to gauge the market interest in certain topic areas, you can avoid this completely.

Testing

Using your list to test products is another great idea as well. Once you have created a product, such an ebook or video series, it is a great idea to send your list an invitation to test your product. Obviously you still want to market this product to your list once it is completed, so you may want to limit the amount of test products to 25 or 50 (depending on how responsive your list is). You can then take the feedback that they give you and use it to improve your product before you sell it. Additionally, you can find out if there are any additional complimentary products that could be useful as well as add value to your product package.

Pricing

One of the biggest problems that most people have is setting the right price. Your list can help you out here as well. By giving away a few copies (10-25) of your product before its release, you can get feedback from your list regarding the price. Setting the right price is essential to maximizing your profits from each product. Set it too low and you may sell a lot, but miss out on the profit margin that you could have had. Price it too high and you simply won't sell enough to maximize your profits. Not only can you get a better idea of what price to charge, but also find out ways to add value to your offer in order to charge a higher price.

Product Creation

Most people who manage a list allow their list members to email them with questions and comments. It is extremely easy to take the questions that you receive and turn them into a product. It can either be a product for sale, or a free product for your list (or to get people to join your list), or even be used to promote an affiliate product. Surveys and polls can be used the same way. If your list has questions, there is good chance that other people are asking the same questions somewhere else. By simply answering these questions, you can create a product that many people will want."

List building should be a priority. You should definitely think about list building if you want long term success. Therefore, it should be one of your main goals. List building can take your site from nowhere all the way to being a large site in just a little time, consequently, you should take care about growing your email list.

Your Business – How Far Can it Take You?

Your Business – How Far Can it Take You?

When you decide to start your own home business, you may wonder how far it can take you. Your were brave enough to start this venture. Therefore, you must be strong enough to take it to the limit.

Indeed, it is a very stressful and frightening time in the early stage of your business venture. You might be hesitant and may entertain the thought - “What the hell did I get myself into?” Don't worry, you will be able to manage everything on your own.

You can take your business to the limit. Any business can bring you success whether it's a net set-up or a tangible store, if it's managed properly. You can not run around like a chicken without a head and expect to have a successful business. You have to exert some time and effort in order to glean great advantages.

Moreover, if you are able to be triumphant in your business venture, where does it take you? You will most certainly have the most freedom when it comes to the handling of your time. You will also begin to experience financial freedom. Ideally, most people want to be able to make lots of money without having to work too much for it. The closest way to accomplish this goal is through a successful business.

More importantly, you can be inspired by those individuals who have made a go of it. While most people are afraid to start their own business, a lot of individuals have courageously undertaken the risk and have reaped a lot of incredible advantages because of it. Their efforts have paid off and they are experiencing financial freedom and the luxury of time to do the things they wish.

The question is – what's the secret? Individuals who have experienced success in their business did not have lots of experience in handling and promoting a business. However, their bravery to take the risk and their uncompromising determination that they will succeed in their business ventures. Eventually, they became successful in their business and they continue to enjoy the benefits.

Consequently, there is no need for you to have misgivings because it is likely that you too can accomplish the same or greater level of success, if you are equipped with bravery and determination to take on this seemly daunting task of taking on a business.

Finally, you just have to remember that when you take on your business venture, you have to grab on to the opportunity that might come alone only once in your life. With the right mentality, a proper business plan, realistic financial projections, appropriate tools, systems and programs, successful marketing strategies and an indomitable will to succeed, you can become victorious in having a business.

Anyone can do something when they want to do it. Really successful people do things when they don't want to do it.” Dr. Phil Mc Graw.

Most people want to succeed in life but they are unwilling to do what is required in order to achieve success. Without a shadow of a doubt, there are going to be things in your life's journey that you don't want to to do. However, if you want to succeed, you have to get out of your comfort zone and do the things you don't want to do. You need to take a deep breath, accept what you have to do, and just do it to the best of your ability.

You have to remember on your life's journey to success; you have to take the bad with the good. There are going to be smooth sailing and there certainly will be rough sailing as well. It is the trials and tribulations that you encounter in life that build strength and content of character. You need this strength to stick with whatever your are doing until that task is successfully completed.

You have to do the best that you can with every task that you have to complete whether you like doing it or not. In life, you have to always do things that you don't want to do. You cannot slack off on the grunt work. You just have to do it! In order to succeed, you will always have to do tasks that you don't want to do. More importantly, you have to persevere through all things so that you can come out on the opposite side of failure.

Setting%20an%20Example%20Image_zpskjvdgtlp.png“Setting an example is not the main means of influencing others; it is the only means.” - Albert Einstein

It should be one of your life’s goals to do your best, and in so doing, set a positive example for those around you. When you strive for excellence in every task, your result is sure to be noticed.  Your actions will have the potential to affect those around you. You can not dabble in mediocrity. The reflection of excellence is critical in establishing the ability to influence others. When you become a positive role model, you will influence and encourage those around you to follow suit.

More importantly, you should have strength of character and a firm commitment to do the right thing, at the right time, for the right reason. This means doing what you say, when you say it. You must be able to deliver on results promised. Only substance and the final sum will matter, excuses won’t. In addition, you need to maintain a strong passion and drive for what you believe and do.

Furthermore, you need to demonstrate integrity by being open, honest and fair. You need to elevate the importance of people and relationships. This will enhance your ability to relate to others in an authentic and meaningful way. Consequently, if people can trust you, you will be able to influence them.

“If you would convince a man that he does wrong, do right. But do not care to convince him. Men will believe what they see. Let them see.” ? Henry David Thoreau

Publicity is “notice or attention given to something, someone, some business, or some cause or venture by the media.” This is the traditional definition of publicity. Traditional publicity is one way to promote traffic to your website. This form of publicity includes television, radio, newspapers and magazines. You can use any of these means once you have something that is newsworthy to report. There is also paid traditional media advertisement in which you can buy ads on TV, radio, newspapers and magazines. Postal mail and telephone calls are considered traditional ways to promote your business.

Furthermore, the only alternative to media for the dissemination of information was word of mouth. Word of mouth is a quick means of spreading information to many people in a short time. Before media existed, word of mouth was the only means to spread information to many people.

Moreover, modern media charge for advertising because they exist to make a profit. There us no charge if the information is newsworthy. Business can get free print publicity by producing press releases, and explaining awards or recognition they have received or events they are sponsoring. More importantly, for anything to be spread freely, whether by modern media or word of mouth, it must be newsworthy.

Continuing, social media is a technological extension of word of mouth. This is the reason why people have embraced social media and made it a part of their daily lives because it comes naturally. The advantageous aspect of social media is that it is usually free. Except for paid advertising or paid promotion on social media, there is no charge for the use of social media sites. Social media is another means of obtaining publicity; however, the success of social media promotion, like word of mouth, depends on the interest that can be created. That is, the posts must be interesting or newsworthy for it to be an effective means of spreading information.

Logo - Creating a Logo

logo%20image_zpsqsyw7ecu.png

"There are some teams and logos you see, no matter where you are in the world, and you know exactly who they are and what they mean." LeBron James

A logo “is a graphic mark, emblem or symbol commonly used by commercial enterprises, organizations and even individuals to aid and promote instant public recognition." Logo can be purely graphic (symbols/icons) or they can be composed of the name of the organization (a logotype or word mark).

A logo is used to cite facts besides statistical, literal and historical analogies. It is used to present inner thoughts in a logical way before the audience for persuasion. In the convincing approach, rationality and logic are more valuable means than appeals made by a speaker or character to the audience.

More importantly, a logo should convey what you want it to convey - your attractive qualities that will appeal to your target audience. There are many free or inexpensive websites that can help you create your own logo. Furthermore, you just do not want “a professional looking logo”; rather you want a logo that professionally and dramatically conveys your unique qualities.

"Well, logos is science or reason, something that helps us to function practically and effectively in the world, and it must therefore be closely in tune and reflect accurately the realities of the world around us." Karen Armstrong

You can not plan an inspired life. You just have to take the first step that makes all the difference. Often times, you stop yourself from accomplishing great things before you give yourself a real chance. You think of a million reasons why you can’t or shouldn’t do something. You don’t have the right experience, you’re too young. It’s too hard. It should be hard! If it’s easy, it’s not worth it. Begin small, do what you can now. You can’t change the world if you don’t try. Whether you affect a million people or one person, you’re still having an impact. So, stop waiting! Don’t settle for “almost” doing what you love, almost changing the world,  almost starting your own company!

Open your mind and heart.
Pursue your innermost passions.
Quit complaining.
Restore your smile.
Set your sights high.
Trust yourself.
Use all of the day.
Value everything.

Excellence - What is Excellence?

excellence%20image_zps6xnkenoc.png
"Excellence is an act won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but we rather have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.” Aristotle

We are known by what we do, not what we say. When we are consistent in our actions specifically in our work ethic, people will take notice. The above quote should resonate within us if we are honest with ourselves.

"Excellence is our ever-growing personal and collective best, as an offering to God!" Excellence is more than doing a good job - it is doing a great job! It is not a destination." Excellence is about getting better, growing, improving and giving it your all everyday.

“Do your best, and be a little better than you are.” Gordon B Hinckley

“If you don’t have time to do it right, when will you have the time to do it over?” John Wooden

“Mediocrity will never do. You are capable of something better.” Gordon B Hinckley

“If I cannot do great things, I can do small things in a great way.” Martin Luther King

“Anything worth doing is worth doing right.” Hunter S Thompson
Excellence describes the furthest end of the quality spectrum. When we think aboutexcellence, the aspect that comes to mind is outstanding - a mode of its kind - the very best there is.

Goals - Set S.M.A.R.T Goals

goals%20image_zpsui4ls2xc.png

“What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.” - Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

We must set attainable goals and work hard to achieve those goals. However, we often focus on achieving our goals that we do not get the chance to enjoy the process or the journey toward our goals achievement. Indeed, we must set goals with the hope of achieving them but there is more to life than merely meeting our goals.

Consequently, we need to become better people as we work to accomplish and exceed the goals that we have set for ourselves. We must take the time to learn and grow along the path of our goals' realization. More importantly, we must be cognizant of our growth as we work toward our goals.

Furthermore, we should set S.M.A.R.T goals. For our goals' achievement to be effective, our goals should be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely. With S.M.A.R.T goals, there is a greater chance that they will be fulfilled.

Obviously, there will be challenges and obstacles on our goals' journey. Moreover, the experiences we have along the journey towards our goals are indicators of whether or not the goals are in alignment with our highest good or not. However, if we are living our highest purpose, then the overall journey towards our goals should be as pleasant for us as having our goals reached will be.

Finally, we should learn, grow change and expand on the journey of achieving our goals. We should feel that our lives are happening now, not just when our goals are actualized.

Happiness - Some Thoughts on Happiness

Happinessimage_zps517cc4f5.png
“He is happy who lives in accordance with complete virtue and is sufficiently equipped with external goods, not for some chance period but throughout a complete life.” (Nicomachean Ethics) 1101a10

According to Aristotle, happiness is the achievement of all the goods such as health, wealth, knowledge, family, friends etcetera throughout ones lifetime which then leads to the perfection and enrichment of human nature and human life.

In simple language, what is happiness or eudemonia (Greek)? According to Wikipedia, “Happiness is a mental or emotional state of well-being characterized by positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy.”

These are some great quotes about happiness:

Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude.  Denis Waitley

Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.  Mahatma Gandhi

It is not easy to find happiness in ourselves, and it is not possible to find it elsewhere. Agnes Repplier

True happiness is... to enjoy the present, without anxious dependence upon the future.  Lucius Annaeus Seneca

Happiness grows at our own firesides, and is not to be picked in strangers' gardens.  Douglas William Jerrold

Happiness is not a matter of intensity but of balance, order, rhythm and harmony.  Thomas Merton

Happiness is that state of consciousness, which proceeds from the achievement of one's values.  Ayn Rand

Happiness is an inside job.  William Arthur Ward

Everyone chases after happiness, not noticing that happiness is right at their heels.  Bertolt Brecht

When what we are is what we want to be, that's happiness.  Malcolm Forbes

It's hard to tell what does bring happiness; poverty and wealth have both failed.  Kin Hubbard

Motivation - The Heart of Self-improvement

motivationimage_zps63c2091b.png
Motivation is “the general desire or willingness of someone to do something.” Overall, the basic perspective on motivation looks like this: Needs >>> Behavior>>>Satisfaction. In other words, you have certain needs or wants and these cause you to do certain things (behavior) which satisfy those needs (satisfaction). Motivation is the heart of self-improvement. Most often than not, great pain and suffering are the reasons why people change.

Furthermore, it may take flanked grades for us to realize that we need to study or our debts may be the inability to find a source of income. Humiliation may give us the ‘push’ to speak up and fight for ourselves to prevent further embarrassments. Moreover, it may be a bitter experience, a friend’s tragic story, a great movie or an inspiring book that motivate us to improve ourselves.

With the constant bombardment of negativities, how can we stay motivated? Use these tips from ’A to Z’ to keep your motivation going.

“A. Achieve your dreams. Avoid negative people, things and places! Eleanor
Roosevelt once said, “the future belongs to those who believe in the
beauty of their dreams.”

B. Believe in your self, and in what you can do!

C. Consider things on every angle and aspect. Motivation comes from
determination. To be able to understand life, you should feel the sun from
both sides.

D. Don’t give in and don’t give up. Thomas Edison failed once, twice, more
than thrice before he came up with his invention and perfected the
incandescent light bulb. Make motivation as your steering wheel!

E. Enjoy. Work as if you don’t need money. Dance as if nobody’s watching.
Love as if you never cried. Learn as if you’ll live forever. Motivation takes
place when people are happy.

F. Family and Friends – are life’s greatest ‘F’treasures. Don’t loose sight of
them.

G. Give more than what is enough. Where does motivation and self-improvement take place ?  At work, at home, at school, when you exert
extra effort in doing things.

H. Hang on to your dreams. They may dangle in there for a moment, but
these little stars will be your driving force.

I. Ignore those who try to destroy you. Don’t let other people  get the
best of you. Stay away from toxic people – the kind of friends who hates to
hear about your success.

J. Just be yourself. The key to success is to be yourself and the key to
failure is to try to please everyone.

K. Keep trying no matter how hard life may seem. When a person is
motivated, eventually, he sees a harsh life finally clearing out, and paving the
way to self-improvement.

L. Learn to love your self. Now isn’t that easy!

M. Make things happen. Motivation is when your dreams are put into work
clothes.

N. Never lie, cheat or steal. Always play a fair game.

O. Open your eyes. People should learn the horse attitude and horse sense.
They see things in 2 ways – how they want things to be, and how they
should be.

P. Practice makes perfect. Practice is about motivation. It lets us learn
repertoire and ways on how can we recover from our mistakes.

Q. Quitters never win and winners never quit. So, choose your fate – are
you going to be a quitter or a winner?

R. Ready yourself. Motivation is also about preparation. We must hear the
little voice within us telling us to get started before others will get on their
feet and try to push us around. Remember, it wasn’t raining when Noah
build the ark.

S. Stop procrastinating!

T. Take control of your life. Discipline or self-control jives synonymously
with motivation. Both are key factors in self-improvement.

U. Understand others. If you know very well how to talk, you should also
learn how to listen. Yearn to understand first, and to be understood
second.

V. Visualize it. Motivation without vision is like a boat on a dry land.

W. Want it more than anything. Dreaming means believing. And to believe
is something that is rooted out from the roots of motivation and self-improvement?

X. X Factor is what will make you different from the others. When you
are motivated, you tend to put on ‘extras’ on your life like extra time for
family, extra help at work, extra care for friends, and so on.

Y. You are unique. No one in this world looks, acts, or talks like you. Value
your life and existence, because you’re just going to spend it once.

Z. Zero in on your dreams and go for it!!!”

Image - Put a Face on Your Business

Photo_camera_zpsebf68dd6.jpg

There is quite a lot to love about doing business on the Internet. Doing business over the internet is global, fast, inexpensive and efficient. However, it can be very impersonal. Consequently, when we are dealing with people in different parts of the world via computers, there is not much we can do to make it overly personal, but there are some things we can and should do.

1. Regular communication with our affiliates, our customers, business associates and others involved in our business environment  is a vital part of our business success. Make these communications as personalized as you can. More importantly, nothing beats one-to-one communication. Do not limit yourself to emails, but rather you can incorporate the phone, skype and instant messaging. Personal  interaction with the people we do business with can be very impactful.

2. Put a face on your business by displaying a photo of yourself. People like to see whom they are doing business with. It is of paramount importance to portray a professional image with your photo. The use of icons, children, pictures of pets and other unsavory pictures distract from your business image. A clear nice photo of you is one of the first steps in building business relationships. If you want people to get to know, like and trust you, you have to put your image on your business. Make a great impression! Put your face on your business!

3. Putting a face on your business provides the opportunity for personal branding. Your business will take on  a tangible personality, someone  who can write blogs posts and communicate by phone. It also gives a sense of identity. It also allows you to incorporate your personal story of your journey doing business on the internet. People relate to  personal stories.  More importantly, people join people when doing business.

Protein - The Benefits of Protein in the Diet

Protein-The-Benefits-of_zpsfd5d1d0d.png
Protein is one of the essential macro nutrients needed by the body. It consists of basic units called amino acids. The body uses these units to makeprotein for building, repairing and maintaining muscles, bones, blood, organs, tissues, cartilage, hair and nails. Protein also helps in blood clotting, hormone production and fluid balance. Additionally, it assists in the production of structure for cells within the body.

Because the body’s proteins are continuously being broken down, they have to be replaced daily. Twenty-two different amino acids are important to humans’ health. The body can make 13 of them. The other nine have to be provided by protein-rich foods in the diet; therefore, they are essential amino acids.

A complete or high-quality protein is one that supplies all the essential amino acids. Sources of this protein are meat, poultry, fish, seafood, eggs and diary products which are all animal-based foods. The only plant-based protein source that is complete is soy.

An incomplete or complementary protein lacks or is low in one or more of the essential amino acids. Sources of this protein are legumes, nuts, seeds, grains, and some vegetables and fruits provide small amounts of protein.

Since protein is of great importance in the body, there is a daily-recommended dietary allowance. Children  1-3 years require 13 grams of protein daily. For children  4-8 years, the daily requirement is 19 grams. However, children 9-13 years need 34 grams each day. Girls 14-18 years need 46 grams of protein daily, but boys 14-18 years require 52 grams each day. Women 19-70 plus years need 46 grams of protein daily. However, the daily requirement ofprotein for men 19-70 plus years is 56 grams.

Protein is essential in the body because of the many functions it performs. It is important to eat protein-rich foods. These foods give the body the amino acids it needs to make proteinsrequired by the body.

10-Super-Foods1_zps109057a4.jpgSuper foods are mostly plant-based, but also some fish, wholegrain and dairy which are rich in specific nutrients are good for one’s health.

These particular nutrients could be an antioxidant which is important to prevent cancer, a healthy fat, which is valuable in preventing heart disease; fiber, which is helpful in preventing diabetes and digestive problems, or phytochemicals, which are chemicals in plants that are responsible for the deep colors and smells and can provide numerous health benefits.

Super foods provide healthy benefits for the most part provided that they are not contaminated, they are not served with added sugar or that they are not over consumed.

Sweetpotato_zpsbd40bf33.jpg1. Sweet Potatoes: This is a great nutritional vegetable which one can eat. They contain carotenoids, a decent source of vitamin C, potassium, and fiber. These beans can be mixed with brown rice, whole wheat couscous, bulgar or other whole grains.

Sponsor - Your Role as a Sponsor or Co-sponsor

Sponsor-Your-Role-as-a1_zps5653f164.pngAs a sponsor or co-sponsor, first you need to be a friend and a mentor. The company of your business opportunity provides the infrastructure for building your business. Your job as a sponsor or aco-sponsor, to the individuals who join your team, is to provide the personal one-on-one relationships that are so vital to your home-business success.

More importantly, you have to provide the necessary help that is required by your new affiliates. Getting started is the hardest part of any journey, therefore, it is important that you are there to assist your new affiliates as they proceed through these initial steps. As a sponsor or a co-sponsor,  you have be there to provide friendly guidance and support in a timely manner.

Furthermore, the reason why many affiliates quit in their initial stage of their journey is that their sponsors ignored them. Please do not let this be the case with your new affiliates. However, you have to remember this fact. “No matter what you do, at least half of your affiliates will NOT become successful.” This is not because of your leadership qualities; it is just the reality in life. Most people will never make the commitment required to succeed. This is another fact that you have to remember as a sponsor or co-sponsor. “All we can do is give people a track to run on. We cannot, however, drag them across the finish line! They have to want it.”

Additionally, as a sponsor or co-sponsor, you need to support your affiliates and be there for them as much as possible especially at the beginning of their journey. However, you must not waste your time trying to get people to do something that they are not motivated to do. There must be a strong enough “why” to create the consistent actions that is necessary to achieve success.

Finally, when you identify your diamonds in the rough, make sure that they have everything they need. Connect with them because they are the ones that are motivated, are willing to learn, have  strong “whys”, have set goals and have plans to achieve success. Therefore, you must support them with passion because someday they might make you rich. Ideally, as a sponsor,  don’t focus on quantity, but rather, the key is to focus on quality affiliates. In short, work with the workers.

Domain - Why You Need Your Own

Domain-Why-You-Need_zpscf3a702b.png
What is a domain? A domain is a large site on the Net. If you hope to build profitable online enterprises, then a personal domain name is necessary. These are the five main reasons why you need your own domain.

1. Professionalism
A personal domain depicts a professional image. It also projects prestige and credibility.

2. Short and Simple Address
You can create an easy-to-rememberdomain name. It is harder to misspell and easier to brand.

3. Unique Identity
Some search engines do not list replicated affiliate websites because they consider them the same website and do not want them to clutter their directories. However, with a personal domain, you can get your website listed in search engines and this can increase your business exposure and may result in more sales and sign-ups for your business.

4. Permanent Address
With a personal domain, you have permanent, lifetime email addresses, which you never have to change. You can create the exact email addresses you want. For example, . For example, you can create YourFirstName@YourDomain.com, NicholaJames@NJMarketing.com  or info@NicholaJames.com or support@NicholaJames.com

5. Control
You can dictate how your site looks as well as the information it contains.

It is extremely affordable to have your own domain name. You have to do more than just name your site and hope that people will show up. You have to let the entire internet community know that you are out there. In addition, you have to buy and register a domain name and then put that domain on the Web. With your own domain name, you will have your own static IP number. Furthermore, you can enjoy all the benefits that are associated with having your own domain name.

Peace - Some Thoughts on Peace

Peace-Some-Thoughts-on1_zps00ec1597.png
"Peace is an occurrence of harmony characterized by lack of violence, conflict behaviors and the freedom from fear of violence. Peace also suggests sincere attempts at reconciliation, the existence of healthy or newly healed interpersonal or international relationships."

It is the Christmas season and the spirit of the season is peace. "Peace is more important than all justice." Peace is among humanity's highest values, for some, supreme. These are some quotes about peace.

"Peace cannot be kept by force; it can only be achieved by understanding." Albert Einstein

"When the power of love overcomes the love of power the world will know peace." Jimi Hendrix

"Peace is not absence of conflict, it is the ability to handle conflict by peaceful means." Ronald Reagan

"Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without." Buddha

"Peace is not a relationship of nations. It is a condition of mind brought about by a serenity of soul. Peace is not merely the absence of war. It is also a state of mind. Lasting peace can come only to peaceful people." Jawaharlal Nehru

"We can never obtain peace in the outer world until we make peace with ourselves." Dalai Lama

"You will find peace not by trying to escape your problems, but by confronting them courageously. You will find peace not in denial, but in victory." J. Donald Walters

"First keep peace with yourself, then you can also bring peace to others." Thomas a Kempis

"Peace is a daily, a weekly, a monthly process, gradually changing opinions, slowly eroding old barriers, quietly building new structures."
John F. Kennedy

"If there is to be any peace it will come through being, not having."
Henry Miller

"While you are proclaiming peace with your lips, be careful to have it even more fully in your heart." Francis of Assisi

"Each one has to find his peace from within. And peace to be real must be unaffected by outside circumstances." Mahatma Gandhi

"If you want peace, you don't talk to your friends. You talk to your enemies." Desmond Tutu

"The most valuable possession you can own is an open heart. The most powerful weapon you can be is an instrument of peace."
Carlos Santana

"Mankind must remember that peace is not God's gift to his creatures; peace is our gift to each other." Elie Wiesel

Let us be and stay in the spirit of peace for the holidays, the new year and always!

To All My Associates and IBOtoolbox Administration

Happy Holidays to All!

I wish you good health, wealth and happiness for the new year and always!
