The Devil's Crow-Bar
Have you ever notice the closer you get to God, the bigger crow-bar the devil comes up with to pry you away? Maybe it's money problems, losing your job, maybe it's a sickness. It could be the devil has figured out when things go wrong we tend not only to pull away from God but to actually (blame) him for the negative. There is no doubt in our world good and evil exist, we have good times and we have bad times that's just a fact of life. We must learn to separate the two. We know God is a great and loving God, we also know that the devil is evil and deceptive. God knows that we mess up unfortunately so does the devil. God cradles us in his arms and provides answers, healing and shows us the way. The devil just laughs and keeps on prying with his evil crow-bar. Don't let the devil pry you from your loving God's arms, fight back by believing more, praying harder, digging down to your roots so nothing can pry you away.
