Hi Everyone!  I am George Pierce, this post is about not giving up.  Thomas Edison was a failure expert, he found more ways that did not work than you can imagine.  Thomas Alva Edison was born on February 11, 1847, and he lived until October 18, 1931.  Edison was an American inventor and businessman.  He is known for his inventions.  He developed many devices such as electric power generation, mass communication, sound recording, and motion pictures, along with early versions of the electric light bulb. These inventions changed the world and made Edison a household word.

What most of us may not realize is that he was probably one of the most stubborn and persistent people on the planet.  He failed and failed and failed again, but he kept on trying. 

He was not only an inventive visionary, he was also a business visionary.  

The light bulb, for example:  Edison created the light bulb, then created an electric utility company to compete with gas light utility companies.  

Motion Pictures for example:  Edison invented motion pictures and then created a motion picture company.  Edison's film company made nearly 1200 films!  

He made our world a better place, thanks to the fact that he refused to quit.  

Refusing to quit is a philosophy that works.  Refuse to quit and keep on trying and you only have one outcome, success.

Hi All!  I am George Pierce, this post is about making things happen! 

The title of this post is based on a song by Peter Paul and Mary called Right Field or I'm Here In Right Field (watching dandelions grow).   The song is a tribute to those who get picked last and end up in the right field.  It is a great song, a fun song, and a song that many of us can relate to. 

In my neighborhood, we played ball, mainly baseball, starting around 6 years old.  We played baseball almost all the time.  When we were not involved in an actual game, we were practicing...hitting, batting, catching, throwing, and so on.  We even made our own ballfield, backstop, and base paths. And after playing baseball all day, we played hit the bat in the evening.  Guess what, we got very good at playing baseball. 

After about seven years, I discovered girls, UH OH!  ...that is another post.   

I did not realize it, at the time, but baseball taught me important lessons that would help me for life.  

Baseball taught me that I did not have to settle for right field and although I was not a 'natural', over time, playing ball became natural.  

If you are thinking about making money online or new at making money online, you have made one of the best decisions of your life.  You have an opportunity that can exceed your imagination.  Congratulations! 

You also can learn and improve and continue to learn and improve over and over again.  You too, do not have to settle for right field. 

There is a catch: YOU have to make this choice and stick with it. 

What makes this so exciting is that you have this choice as an option!  That is called opportunity and making money online is one of the best.

Turn your web page into a 'giving' page.   Add several FREEBIES that are relative to your content.  Make sure your FREEBIES are obvious and make sure that your first freebie shows up when your visitors land, in other words, make sure it is not too far down the page, it needs to be seen.

Do not just have one, as mentioned, have several giveaways.  

Match the image size of your giveaway or even exceed the size of your other images on your page.  The above cat image is 640p, so make your freebie image 640p. 

Make sure it says FREE. This example is from a content page about email campaigns, the freebie is from WorldProfit.  There are two more freebies, all from WorldProfit, all are free.  

The download button goes to your email sign-up, which thanks your visitor for their interest and asks them where (email address) to send their training.

When your visitors land they see quality content that will help them, and useful giveaways that can also help them.  They are much more likely to feel good about your site and TRUST it.  This greatly improves your chances of them staying, and clicking, and giving you their email address. 

I believe you will be pleasantly surprised with this trick, it might prove to be PURR-fect!

Hi All!  I am George Pierce.  I can remember "window shopping" with my girlfriend.  Window shopping was going from store to store, looking in their front windows, and dreaming and talking about getting shoes, coats, shirts, dresses, and so on...because we were too broke to buy anything.  We window shopped often, and often, after the stores were closed. Perhaps we were embarrassed about not having money, but window shopping was almost as good as real shopping.  

At that time, you were lucky to have a job, and about the only way to earn more money was to get a second job, except second jobs were scarce, that was many years ago, before fast food, and long before the Internet was available to the public.  Back then, most young people were poor, it was almost like a right of passage.  The passage was into a 40 - 40 life.  You worked for a company or someone, 40 hours a week, and for 40 years, you helped them build their dream, not your dream.  

Today, things are different.

Not only is there more opportunity, but there is also an understanding that you can and should pursue your dreams, and work to build your dreams, instead of someone else's dream.  To make it even easier, you have the Internet, and the Internet provides many ways to create your own business, on a part-time basis for little to no cost, to work from home, to work at your own pace, and to learn as you go. 

Most of my 20-year online experience has been focused on affiliate marketing, and I love it.  About a year ago, however, I discovered, what I believe is the easiest way to make money online.  I came up with an adaptation of a strategy called the Faceless Video strategy.  It is a way to make money on YouTube without making videos, and without spending money.  My adaptation is not unique, but it is a somewhat different approach because I have applied my Internet Marketing to YT. 

Above is an example of what I am doing.  I share it so you can see that my adaptation is working, and you can see that I am not just talking about it, I am using it.  What you might not realize about the above example is that what normally happens with a YT video is that it gets its views up front, and then usually levels out.  The growth you see is different, more like what you see with content marketing.  Even better the video is Gaining Momentum! 

Notice that the video has gotten half of its views in the last 48 hours!

Hi Everyone!  I am George Pierce, this post is about a quick trick to help you read and understand your YouTube Analytics.  You will see how you can use analytics to grow your channel.  If you are like I was, you may be avoiding and ignoring your analytics.  As far as I was concerned, Analytics were BORING.  In addition, since I was new to YT, my YT results were poor, therefore analytics only served to remind me of my channel's sad performance.  Also, I saw analytics as having little to no value.  As usual, I WAS WRONG!  I was very wrong.  

It so happens that YT channel analytics are some of the best analytics on the Internet and they come with your channel for free,  What I did not realize is that once you begin to understand your channel analytics, these boring numbers and graphs become exciting.  

Why?  

It is like having a free expert consultant who will tell you what is working and what is not and how to crack the YT algorithm.  Surprisingly, your channel analytics are easy to read and understand, so stay with me, so you can see how to use analytics for growth.  

To get to your Analytics, go to your YT studio, then click Analytics in the left column.  

On the top right (not shown), you can choose to see your channel's performance for the last 7 days, 28 days, 90 days, lifetime, for the present year, previous year, for a particular month, and so on.  What you are seeing above is set at the last 28 days.  You can readily see Views, Watch Time, and Subscribers, and just below them, you will see the percentage of increase or decrease over the last 28 days. 

Two business strategies that I was taught, were to beat last month and to beat last year.  The above channel is 3.5 months old, so beating last month is the strategy.  

So...  when you see your primary stats, YT tells you if they are MORE or LESS than the last 28 days, and, of course, you want to see MORE.  

In addition, the most important stat is watch time.  Views and subs are a spin-off of watch time. When YT sees that your videos are getting good watch time, they will share them with more people, which will result in more views and more subs.  Watch time is the driving force, however, so, if you want to know what to focus on, it is watch time.  

You are about to see how YT Analytics will help you to improve your watch time!

Below your channel overview, you will see your top ten videos. 

These videos are ranked according to the number of views.  I want you to notice that next to each video, YT provides you and me with the amount of watch time, the percentage of watch time, and the number of views.  Remember that WATCH TIME is the most important number.  

Notice the watch times!  It is NOT an accident that the videos that you are seeing are The Chase, Cash Cab, and Jeopardy.  These are the videos that people are watching, and your top ten will tell you what your viewers are watching ~ what they are interested in!  

Your analytics will tell you what to do more of.  Your analytics will tell you how you can grow your channel!

HI ALL!  I am George Pierce.   This post is about a strategy that I know of as  "Do It!" or "Do It Now!" which I learned from W. Clement Stone.  In your online new business, you will find yourself in many new situations, and you are not going to know exactly what to do.  As you grow, there will be fewer of these situations, but they are going to be never-ending.   That is a good thing!  Because growth means that you will be expanding your knowledge and constantly crossing new boundaries.  

Starting a new business online may seem as if it is one of the most difficult things that you have ever done.  The reason is that stepping out of our comfort zone is not easy when we are not used to it.  But a "Do It Now" attitude will help you to make those next uncomfortable steps. 

Over time, a "Do It Now" mindset makes stepping out of your comfort zone easier and easier.    

When you take your first few steps, choose what you believe is best, but do not worry.  What you will discover are some important things that you will like, about the Internet. 

On the Internet, feedback is almost immediate, this means that you will know in a matter of days or a few short weeks that your choices work or that they do not work.  You will also learn that your mistakes are forgivable and fixable.  You are also going to have some successes... successes that you would never had if you did not "Do It Now."

Do It Now may not solve all your new business problems, but it is a trait that I believe all successful people adopt and eventually turn into a habit.

How about... Do It... TOMORROW?

Hi Everyone.  I am George Perce.  This post is about a find that I want to share with those of you who are using my Faceless Video training or considering using it.  If you are unfamiliar, it is a way to make money on YouTube without making videos. You legally download videos from Public Domain sites such as Internet Archive or the Library Of Congress and upload them to YT, I have added a couple of steps, one to help ensure that you choose videos that people want to watch, and one to gain more exposure.  

If you recall, two of my recommendations for this process were to create a YT channel based on Game Shows and Kid's TV.  I have NOT created a Kid's channel yet, so I cannot make any promises or guarantees, but I can attest to the fact that Game Shows and Kid's TV are extremely popular on YT.  This is based on data and research, and I have launched a Game Show channel.  It had its first view,  14 and a half weeks ago.  The following is a snapshot of an overview of the channel stats, all at no cost.

The most important number above is Watch Time.  The more watch time that videos get, the more it tells YT that people like your videos which means that YT is more and more likely to share them with more and more people and all for free.  As mentioned, the first step of my Faceless Video process, helps you to find the videos that are going to get watched. 

This next snapshot is what led me to my find.

As you see above, according to Google Trends, Sesame Street was in the top five TV shows from 99 to 04.  This is a good indicator that kids will watch Sesame Street episodes, but...  Are episodes available?  Even more importantly, can they be legally used on YT?  

This brings us to my findings. 

The next image is from the Internet Archive.

What I discovered is that many seasons and episodes of Sesame Street are stored in the Internet Archive, but that does not mean that we can legally use them.   However, there is at least one Season of Sesame Street that is Public Domain.  As you can see below, Season 52 is free of known restrictions. 

I use a tool called Keyword Explorer to make my research easier, I use the paid version, which gives more suggested keywords, but it is available for free and it is marvelous.  The following is simply proof that these videos should get a lot of views.

According to Keyword Explorer, there are almost 6 MILLION searches for Sesame Street on YT per month.  Notice that the top two videos have 1.9 and 1.8 Billion views.  A YT partner earns an average of $4 per thousand views. 

SHHHH!  Notice that the top videos are SONGS.  If you know Sesame Street, there are going to be songs that could be used alone, in a compilation, as a teaser, etc,  

I have not yet started a Kids' TV channel, so I cannot pass on Kids' TV results, but, as you can see, the data speaks loudly. 

I have come up with a three-step adaptation of the Faceless Video process, as you can see, I am using it myself, and I have laid out the process in detail so that anyone can follow what I am doing and how to do this with ZERO cost, and, there is no cost for the training,  I invite you to check out my free Faceless Video Training

Hi All!  I am George Pierce, and this post is about Bitcoin, mainly because it hit a new all-time high today of $52,000, and how you can earn Bitcoin for free.  Bitcoin is an investment or it can be.  I am not a huge Bitcoin fan, but I own some.  Most of my investments are funds through Fidelity Investments, my favorite fund is the Magellan Fund, which has had recent earnings of more than 30% for two years running.  I have been with Magellan for about 40 years.  I also have several other funds from low to moderate risk.  I owe my success with my investments simply by following my richer friends, two in particular were with fidelity so I followed in their footsteps.  

My Bitcoin experience is minimal and my Bitcoin earnings are 100% passive.   I have a few friends who dabble in Bitcoin, but no one to follow.  This post is to share what I am doing to earn Bitcoin...and the part that might interest you is that my Bitcoin income is from doing what I was already doing! 

Now I get paid.  

As you can see, my present balance is a little over $118, and how I am making money is that I am getting paid to browse!  I was already browsing, but I switched browsers.  The new browser was Crypto Tab.  The reason for my switching was not the money, it was because it was faster, up to 8 times faster!  So with Crypto Tab, I get a faster browser and I get paid for what I was already doing.  

How this works is that with a Crypto Tab Browser, as you browse, you are mining crypto, thus you can earn money for what you are already doing.  Installing Crypto Tab is one-click easy.  I have not found a single flaw with Crypto Tab, and it is like getting free money.

Hello ALL!  I am George Pierce, this post is about how you can get Google and YouTube to give you free exposure, over 300K eyeballs on your content, by getting your content on page one of Google search and YouTube search, and totally for FREE!  There are four simple ingredients. 

#1 Consistency.  When you post your content regularly, you are much more likely to gain the attention of your visitors, viewers, and search engines.  It is almost like we have to prove that we are worthy by being consistent.  

#2 Value.  Your content must provide value.  There is no wiggle room.   Nowadays, search engines know when content has value, regardless of its format.  YouTube and Google can also judge the value of your content by how your visitors or viewers react and engage.  When people stay on your site, visit numerous pages, watch your videos to the end, and watch more videos, like, share, and comment, the search engines know.   When the search engines see that your content has value, they are much more willing to give you the exposure that you need and deserve.  

#3 Keywords.  Keywords are the words that a prospective visitor or viewer would type into their search box when looking for your content.  Keywords make it easier for search engines to be able to send the right people to your web page, blog post, video, etc.  When they send people to your content and these people like your content, they send you more and more and more.  This is how content can go viral.

#4 Sharing.  Sharing your content gives you an edge because you are letting people know.  Sharing is a way to help you to jump-start your traffic, and it is free. When search engines see the traffic that you have created by sharing, and they see that people like your content, they are more likely to send you traffic.  Sharing is not just the exposure, it is more. and when you are getting started, it can act as a catalyst to get the search engines to notice you.

Above is a composite snapshot, Google Search is on the left, and YT Search is on the right.  Below that you can see that according to Ubersuggest, a free Chrome extension, there are 14, 800 searches on Google monthly, and per Keyword Explorer, another free Chrome extension, there are 286K searches per month on YT, a total of over 300K!   The first and second spots on Google and the top spot on YT are Mr.  P's Game Show Fans, which are my video uploads.  I know that my getting this kind of exposure does not help you, but I share what I am doing in a simple three-step process that anyone can follow.  I am applying it to an adaptation of the Faceless Video process, but marketing is marketing, which means that you can use my process to fit your needs and it is free.  All the tools and resources that you will need are also free.   

One of the reasons why this works so well is that almost no one on YouTube is marketing.  If you want your videos to be seen, if you want your channel to grow, learn a little marketing, you will be glad you did.  I invite you to watch my training video.

Hi ALL!  I am George Pierce.  This post is about a free marketing system that I discovered about 2 years ago, it is called Systeme.  I have a lifetime platform, but I was so impressed with Systeme that I tried their free version.  What impressed me was that everything, and I mean EVERYTHING that you or I need for any kind of online endeavor is included, and it is all in one place.  In addition, the free version stays free for life.  

There are limitations, the main one is that your free version remains free for up to 2K subscribers.  Most free versions are much less, such as 500.  What else I like is that the system is drag and drop, so it is very user-friendly.  Even if you are a newbie, you will be able to jump right in.  Also, you will find templates available for creating your web pages, blog pages, and sales funnels.  

I have shared Systeme before on Syndication Express, the reason that I am sharing this again, is that Systeme was rated the 2nd best platform by Get App.

The image above is a composite snapshot that only shows 3 platforms out of about 100 that were compared.  According to Get App. VBOUT is the only platform that ranked higher.  VBOUT is not free, it starts at about $100 per month, Systeme is free, and presently maxes out in price at $97 per month, which is the unlimited version.

How To Make More MONEY Online Secret Sauce

Hi Everyone!  I am George Pierce.  In this post, you will find the secret sauce to making more money online.  I will be sharing tricks and secrets that will help you improve your calls to action, thus improving your clickthrough rates and your sales.  If getting your visitors or viewers to take action has been difficult, the following tricks should help.

First, you want to get your visitors to get to your call to action.  I do not want to make this seem too easy, but it is easier than you might think.  There is a formula that you can follow, and with practice, you will find that it works. With more practice, it will get easier and easier.  

The formula is proven to work, it is a copywriting formula, and it is called AIDA.  Attention, Interest, Desire, Action. 

In other words, there are four short steps, that you can take, proven steps that you can take, to improve your results.  

1: Attention ~ You want to grab attention, I think of it as making a connection.  If we connect with our visitors immediately, we have a much better chance of them staying on our page, so making an instant connection is essential.  If you are wondering how to make that connection or how to grab that attention, two things will help.   An image and a title.  I am partial to images of people with smiling faces... I intend to infer that people like whatever it is that I am sharing.   Your title should be based on the keyword phrase that your page is built on.  In this case...Make More Money Online.  If you are interested in making more money online, then what you are probably seeking is HOW TO make more money online, in addition, by adding Secret Sauce, this adds an element of curiosity...what it the secret sauce?   

Your visitors are arriving on your page because they are interested in your content, such as making more money online, so let them know immediately that is what your content is about.  

2.  Interest ~ Build interest.  Your choices are almost unlimited, some options are a short story, being controversial,  being humorous, hitting your visitor with a surprise, pointing out different or unique facts, having a casual conversation, and so on.  If you are brand new, consider pointing out features and benefits, with your focus on the benefits.  There is a saying that people do not buy drills, they buy holes, they are mainly interested in benefits.

3.  Desire ~ create desire.  Putting your visitor in possession of whatever they are going to find on the other side of the click-through, and experiencing the benefits with a focus on the five senses.  

4.  CTA ~ Call To Action.  You must ask or tell your visitors to take action.  I suggest that you think of your CTA as a way to continue to the next step in your visitors getting to enjoy and benefit from whatever your affiliate is going to offer.  Using the word 'CONTINUE' on a submit button has served me well.  

The formula is short for a reason, so keep it short.  Your job as an affiliate is NOT to sell your affiliate's product or service, your job is to get that clickthrough.  

Getting people to do what You want can be done, the secret is to show them why they want it.  That means that you and I have to put ourselves in our visitors' shoes, better yet, in our visitors' heads or minds.  The better that you and I are tuned into our visitors, the easier the AIDA formula becomes.

Hi All!  I am George Pierce.  This post is about sharing, it is about a simple tip that may turn your results around.  After you or I post content, in the form of text, video, or both, our next step is to generate traffic.  One of the best ways to create free traffic is to SHARE, in other words, let people know.  Some of the best places to do this are social media sites.  It is quite easy to let thousands of people know about your new article, blog post, or video, it is fast, and it is free.  In addition, the quality of your traffic is going to be the best.

Above is a snapshot of a video that was posted on Reddit.  The video is getting over 100+ views per hour from one Reddit group.  

That is the tip!  HUH?

In the top left of the above image, notice that the group is Vintage TV.  Also, please notice that the video is about  1960s TV Western Promo Clips.  My point is to find groups or communities on Reddit and other social media platforms that are relative to your niche.  When you are sharing relative content, people in the group are already interested in your content.  This means that your sharing is going to generate quality traffic.  As you can see, the traffic is almost instant.  

Reddit has been very good to me and it can be good to you also.  

Again, this works on other platforms such as Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter (X), and so on.

Hi Everyone!  I am George Pierce, and this post is about uncovering online gems as an online marketer.  Above is a snapshot of a free tool, which is Google Trends, the time capsule.  It is a free tool, type "Google Trends" into your search box to find it. Scroll down for the time capsule.  What it will do for you and me is show us what searches are trending.  One of my niches is classic TV shows, thus the snapshot of TV shows.  The tool can be used for any niche, however.  

If you are new to online marketing, tapping into marketing trends, is a proven way to make money.  There is an obvious catch, your product or service needs to be relative to the trend.  Sports, sporting events, celebrities, news, world events, etc. are examples of trends that are probably not going to benefit us, so search for trends that are relative to your niche.  I do not usually do this, but you can also search for products and/or services that are relative to trends.  In this case, that is what is happening.  I intend that if you see how I go about this, you can do the same.  Although I cannot legally make any promises. tapping into trends is usually very rewarding.  

What often happens with Google Trends is that you and I are going to discover a 'juicy' bit of information.  For example, The Simpsons are the MOST Searched TV Show!  

Or how about

"Our friends in Bikini Bottom have held the #1 spot for 10 of the last 20 years. Unseated for a stretch in the late 2010s, Spongebob recently reclaimed its title from a very popular Peppa Pig."   

It so happens that there are episodes and clips of the Simpsons available on a site called Internet Archive and some are public domain as well as episodes of Spongebob.   In other words, I was able to find a product or service to match the trend.  

Not that I do not trust Google, but Google search is different than YouTube search, and videos, at least initially, are going to be more dependent on YT search.  So, I wanted to see what Keyword Explorer had to say.  For newbies, I recommend an overall score in the green, but I am quite pleased with GOOD when there are almost 200K searches on YT for "The Simpsons Full Episodes"

So I have three Public Domain episodes of The Simpson scheduled to download, and I will let you know what happens.

As far as Spongebob is concerned, there are Spongebob episodes on YT, the one above is getting almost 2K views per hour.  I hope that I am wrong, but I have a strong suspicion that copyright issues may prohibit the use of Spongebob episodes. I may be wrong, let's hope that I am.

The bottom line is that I believe that I have found a couple of gems, thanks to Google Trends, and you can do the same.

Hi ALL! There are hundreds of ways, perhaps thousands of ways to get started at making money online.  The following are three ways that I believe are the easiest for a newbie.  

#1 Tangible Products 

#2 Digital Products

#3 YouTube

I use all three, and each method of making money online has advantages and disadvantages.

Possibly the easiest and fastest way to make money online is to sell products from known retailers such as Walmart, eBay, Lowes, Home Depot, and so on. I recommend comparing three or more similar products from 3 or more major retailers, preferably those with a price over $100 or $200.

The positive is that these retailers are well-known and well-trusted, making sales easier.  The negative is that commissions are low, and the trend for the last several years has been to lower commissions even more.  

As you see in the snapshot above, in an email I received yesterday as a Walmart affiliate, Walmart lowers commissions today.  

This first method still has its merits, and there are still upsides, such as a new "Featured Item" from eBay.  In addition, more and more retailer ads will update themselves.  

#2 Digital Products

This is my favorite method.  For one thing, commissions are significantly higher.  Most digital products pay 50% to 75% commissions and higher.   Most Affiliate Networks have some digital products, the two that mainly focus on digital products are Clickbank and Avangate.  Clickbank has products in almost every niche.  Avangate is mostly a technical product network.   While physical products from well-known retailers almost sell themselves, digital products are often not well-known.  There is also no built-in trust factor. 

What this means is that digital products will require more marketing skills.  For both methods, you will need to learn the marketing skill of generating traffic.  For digital products, you will need to learn copywriting skills.  Anyone can learn these skills, they are not that difficult, but learning is going to be an essential ingredient for your success.  

#3 YouTube

There are two ways to make money online as a YouTuber.  You can create your own videos. You can use already-made videos, legally, of course.  YouTube has an awesome platform with an unimaginable income potential.  As a YouTuber, you have the benefit of being on YouTube, which can mean an extraordinary amount of free traffic.  Once you qualify as a YT partner, you can earn from $2 to over $12+ per 1K views.  Some channels make incomes of 6, 7, and even 8 figures per year from this one source.   A negative that comes with YT is that YT owns the platform, in other words, they run the place.  I love YT, but I do not love the idea of being an employee, and as a YTer, you are sort of an employee.  

What I have discovered is that it is a good idea to look at, and, perhaps, try any or all of these methods, to see which one seems to be the best for you.  ALL of these methods work, as long as you work and as long as you stick with it.

Yet, many newbies are spending around $100 to $300 per month after a few short months in business.  Without realizing it, most newbies are throwing money at it.  This is OK, if you have the money, it is an excellent option.  Outsourcing is what it is called, and you hire professionals to do the job.  But most of us are not a big company or a celebrity or a business mogul.

Above is a snapshot of a Facebook Group created for one of my recent online adventures.  I do my best to find out what people want, and then give it to them. As you can see above, it works.  More about that shortly.  

Learning is a necessary and ongoing component of making money online, even if you can outsource, you need to learn enough to be able to "inspect what you expect".   If you love to learn, then making money online is probably going to be a great fit.  If you do not like to learn, making money online is probably not a good fit.

What is exciting is that as you learn, you 'build your value', since your online business is probably going to be you and only you, at least for a while, as your value grows, so will the value of your online business.  

Although I cannot legally make any promises, as your learning continues and your knowledge and experience grow, your value and your business value will begin to snowball!  Your potential is almost infinite!

Website Basics

HI ALL! I am George Pierce, this post is about a few website basics I do not see being shared or taught.  To keep this post short, let's talk about your TITLE, VISUAL effects, and links.   The following applies to a regular web page, it can apply to a sales page or a landing page, except for the links.

Your TITLE is so important.  Its job is to KEEP visitors on your page, which is not easy.  As you probably know, or will soon discover, visitors have a very limited attention span.  If you think about what is happening in their mind when they land on your page, they are sizing up your web page....sort of judging a book by its cover.  I did not say that was right (or wrong), but what it means to you and me is that we have to CONNECT with our visitor immediately.  

HOW?

If your web page is built around a keyword phrase, as it should be, you want to include that phrase in your title and in the subtitle or first line of your text.  If your on-site SEO is working, your visitor has landed on your webpage because she or he typed the keyword or keyword phrase that your page was built around, into their search box.  Let's say you land on this page because you typed into your search box, the keyword phrase "Website Basics".  The first thing that you see is usually the title and the images and/or videos.  The title not only includes the Keyword Phrase, it IS the keyword phrase, which is often one of our best options.  The first line of text also includes the phase.  

This little tip can have huge benefits.  It works, try it.

Image and Videos

Choose images and/or videos that are going to enhance your content.  If you are not sure which images to choose, opt for faces or smiling faces.  We are automatically drawn to movement and faces.  GIFs, which are animated or moving images, have their place, but they may already have become overused.  Images of people, preferably faces, will never fail.  Again, your visitor is going to size up your page in a flash.  Images and videos will help to make your visitors want to stay.  It also adds to the 'perceived value' of your page.  If your page does not seem to have value...if your visitor does not perceive value...you know what is going to happen!  They leave almost instantly.   Images and videos will help your presentation and your perceived value, and can even help your page to make that CONNECTION.

LINKS

On a sales page, squeeze page, or landing page, your links should only go to one place.  That might be a product,  a purchase page, your affiliate, a bridge page, etc.  

On a regular webpage, links can go to other pages, other sites, squeeze pages, etc.  When a link goes to another site, even if it is your own site, make that link open in another window.  Your visitors may never return, so open it in another window.

PPS.  This is a little bonus based on my personal opinion, and that bonus is to sprinkle in a little humor.  A little humor can add to your visitor's experience, which can increase your chances for returns and click-throughs.  

Hi Gals And Guys!  This post is about the importance of giving your visitors or viewers what they want It is based on an update on my adaptation of the Faceless Video strategy.  The strategy, however, will work in any online endeavor.   My Faceless Video adaptation is a way to make money on YouTube without having to make videos.  The video creation is extremely easy, it is downloading the video and uploading it to YT which is step two in a three-step process.  It is steps one and three that make this process, work which I share in my free Faceless Video Training.

When using this for other online endeavors, instead of video creation, apply it to web pages, blog posts, or article creation, as examples. 

The image above is a small example of why my adaptation is working.  HUH? 

I discovered a long time ago, that certain images seem to work better than others, and that smiling faces, usually work best.  Why? Because people LIKE to see smiling faces.  I learned that I had the best response when I added images of smiling faces to my content.  What I had learned was to give my readers what they want.  

Step one of my process is to find out what prospective viewers want to watch, and then give it to them.  This can also work for visitors.  It is so simple, but it works.

The following is a snapshot of one of the YT channels that is employing my strategy.   It is proof that it works, and if it works for me, it should work for you.  

This is a NEW channel which is within days of being three months old.  The results you are seeing are organic, in other words, all the views, all the watch time, and all the subscribers are organic, all 100% free.  All are reliant on providing people with what they want. The channel has exceeded 2K views per day and has enjoyed 10K hours of watch time in the last 28 days, which is a lot of watch time.  

Watch time, by the way, is the best indicator.  Good or great watch time means that your viewers like your videos, which is proof that step one is working, and also proof that step one is important.

Hi All! I am George Pierce.  This post is about what is called your WHY.  If you are actively pursuing success, or considering seeking success, one of the things that you will be told that you need is a WHY.  Your WHY is the reason that you want to succeed.  That is pretty simple, and that is the problem. 

Most of us, and I am among the guilty, think of money as our reason for wanting or needing success.  What this means is that your WHY becomes your monetary goal.  Your WHY becomes so many hundreds or thousands or millions of dollars or whatever currency might apply. 

That is wrong.

Your WHY is going to help motivate you and, on occasion, you will need a strong WHY to persist.  One of the secrets to your success at anything is persistence, and your WHY is a secret ingredient that will enable you to persist. 

Instead of money as your WHY, dig a little deeper. 

In other words, what is that money going to help you to be able to do?  Go back to school, get a better car, take a vacation, etc.  Whatever your answer, go one more step!??

What is that money going to help you to be able to do, your next step is... How will you ENJOY your WHY? 

What you want to be able to do is to see yourself in possession of your WHY.  Seeing yourself in possession is, in itself, going to help you (your brain to manifest your Why), and it is going to allow you to put more of your senses to work.  You want to SEE yourself in your new car, breathe in that new car smell, feel the ride, hear the engine, and so on. 

Make your WHY vivid and EXPERIENCE your WHY, make that experience as real as possible, and enable your senses to enjoy every aspect.  

Money is nice, but it is just a tool, your real reason for wanting that money is your WHY...so find your WHY and bring it to life in your mind.  You will be helping yourself to persist and to attract.

Hi Everyone!  I am George Pierce, and this post is about a mnemonic phrase that will help you to create better ads, as well as save you time.  A mnemonic device or memory device is a technique that aids information retention or retrieval, in other words, it is a way to help us to remember.  The phrase that I am sharing is NOT something that I learned in advertising, it is actually from public speaking.  This mnemonic applies to both public speaking and creating an ad.  

1.  HO HUM

2. Why bring that Up

3. So What

Step one, begin your ad with a Ho Hum!??  You need to grab your audience's attention. Grabbing attention is not an option, it is a must.  Prospects are not even going to read your ad without an attention-grabbing title. 

 Step two is a brief explanation.  In step two, you want to create 'desire' and/or 'interest'.  Why should your prospect want to take action?  Tell them.  

Step three is the So What, which is to tell or ask your reader or viewer to take action.  This is called a CTA which is short for call to action.  Very very few people will take action if you do not ask or tell them to, so be sure to include your So What.

The fact that this mnemonic is three steps will also help you, in that ads need to be short.  The job of your ad is to get your readers or viewers to take action, so keep the distance between your attention grabber and your CTA short.  

Try this mnemonic device, it will help your ads.
