I am George Pierce, and I have about 20 years of online experience, To give back, I have been trying to help newbies get off to a good start, I am not for hire but I am available for non-profits as a consultant.  Giving back is great, I love it, but it takes time.  To save time and share more, most of what I now share is about what I am doing. I am currently sharing "How To Make Money On Clickbank" and "How To Make Money On YouTube".  I am nearly always working with Clickbank and have been for years.  My newest YT adventure began a little over a year ago.  It is an adaptation of a Faceless Video strategy.  Both CB and YT training focus on zero cost.  I believe in spending money, but it is not good business to spend money you have not made yet.

My newest endeavor is a YT channel that will open very soon.  The channel is a music channel, legally using free music and free music videos.  

The first step is research.  Above is a snapshot of a free tool from TubeBuddy.  The tool is called Keyword Explorer.

The idea behind the research is simple, find out what people want, then give it to them, and Keyword Explorer makes research easy.

As you can see above, there is a Beach Boys channel, and that is usually a 'deal breaker', because they are not going to permit others to use their music...But they do! At least this one.  

The above video is presently 'private', it will be made 'public'  soon.  You can still watch it even though it is private.  This is a music-only video, research indicates that does not seem to matter.

There seems to be an almost limitless potential.  I will keep you updated.

Hi All! I am George Pierce.  This post is about how you can make a YT banner easily, quickly, and for free.  Above is a snapshot of a banner being created at a site called Canva which is Canva dot com.  The site is free to join, I believe you may have to join to use it.  Canva can help you to create just about any kind of image that you might need.  Go to Canva and type into the Canva search box what you want to create.

In this case, type in YouTube Banner.  Based on my experience, it is best to choose a banner that is already created rather than start from scratch.  The ones that I have created from scratch usually do not fit right and need to be adjusted.  Choosing one that is already made is easier, all it needs is a little customization such as changing the text and perhaps an image, and it is faster.

I chose the fourth on the top row and was brought to the page which you see in the snapshot at the top. Click on the text to make changes,  To change an image, click on the image, delete it, and add your own or one from Canva.  The image that you see is from a free image and free video site called Pixabay.  I could not readily find what I wanted at Canva, so I went to Pixabay, found what I wanted, downloaded it, uploaded it to Canva, and added it to the YT banner.  

To install your banner go to Customiztion. and then click on Branding. 

On Banner Image, click on Change, and then upload, and then Publish.

Once published, click on View Channel to see your banner.

Hi Everyone!  I am George Pierce, and this post is about how to use YouTube to drive traffic!  I know that a lot of you are reluctant to use YT, the biggest reason seems to be that many people do not want to be on camera.  There is no need to be on camera, and no need to spend money.  I am putting together a video training series on YT called  "How To Make Money Online Fast With Clickbank" which is geared to newbies, sort of a Clickbank Tutorial for beginners.  At this point in the training. the next video to be published is about traffic, specifically YT traffic.  I will be sharing how to use what is called a "Faceless Video" strategy to legally create custom videos for YT and never have to be on camera.  

The process is amazingly easy, totally free, and surprisingly fast.  In addition, I will be sharing valuable SEO tips such as including your main keywords in your video...this works like MAGIC! for getting even more free YT traffic.   

The following video is the exact video that we will be creating.  The video even includes a couple of GIFs which can add another dimension to your videos, another little trick to help your videos.  I will also be sharing a free source for a life-like AI voiceover.

So many of us are afraid to try, or we do not want to step out of our comfort zone.  If taking your first steps toward success is difficult, that is normal.  We are designed to not take risks.  Once upon a time, risks could be fatal!

Getting started online is not fatal!  It can be satisfying, gratifying, and financially rewarding.  

All you have to do is try.  Believe it or not, failure is impossible.  I cannot legally make any promises, but anyone can learn how to make money online, the secret is to try, and then, refuse to quit.  You are left with only one option which is success.

There is something called treasure mapping which is a way to help you to attract what you want.  You post images of your desire in prominent places at home, at work, in your car, and so on.  

THINK about what you need or desire.  Joe Girard, the self-proclaimed Greatest Salesman In The World, was so desperate, that he visualized his prospects as bags of groceries.   By thinking about your reward, and keeping it literally in sight, you will find the motivation you need to TRY!  You are capable of more than you can imagine, and you might amaze yourself, it all begins with TRY.

Hi Everyone!  I am George Pierce.  This post is about one of those 'Secrets' for online success.  The Secret is to be visitor-minded, to give your visitors what they want and make sure they know!  It is not a secret, of course, it is an old-fashioned sales technique that will help you more today than ever.  

When visitors arrive at your website, if your results are like mine were, they leave!  Leaving (bouncing) is the last thing that we want, yet, that is what I got, and if your bounce rate is nearly 100% as mine was, then your website probably needs more focus on your visitors. 

Creating content that your visitors want is easier than ever because there are free tools that will make your job easy.   You can find out what visitors want and also find out how much competition there will be for that kind of content. 

A free tool, as you see in the snapshot above, that I use and recommend is Ubersuggest.  The free version gives you forty free searches per day, and it is a free Chrome extension, so it shows up whenever you search, there is no need to go to the website.  For newbies, I recommend an SD of 30 or less and a search volume of around 1K or more.  The SD is a measure of how difficult it is for a keyword phrase to be successful.  The lower the SD, the better.

In the above example, an SD of 23 means that our likelihood of success is about 77%.  

In the case above, search for keto breakfast recipes, rewrite or spin the content, and post it along with mouth-watering images.  Include the Keyword Phrase in your content at about a 1/2 to 1% saturation and in your meta section.  

CONNECT!

Please be sure to connect with your visitors immediately.  Include your keyword phrase in your title and make sure that it is going to be seen as soon as your visitors arrive.  Why?  

If your page or post is built around "Keto Breakfast Recipes" or whatever Keyword phrase that might apply to your niche and has an SD in the thirties or less, the reason for your visitor arriving at your page is that they have typed that keyword phrase into their search box.  When the first thing they see is that keyword phrase, it means to them that your content is probably what they are looking for!   

Oh, My Goodness!  They STAY!

Hi All!  I am George Pierce, I have been using YouTube to generate free traffic for about 14 years. YouTube has been around for about 18 years, so I am guilty of not jumping on YouTube right away.  If you are not using YT, you probably have the same good reasons that I did.  I believe that the biggest EXCUSES for not getting on YouTube are that you are too busy, or it is too technical, or it is too expensive, or too difficult, or you do not want to be on camera.  I may have had a few other (not so) good reasons for not using YT, but, once I got on YT, I discovered that I was WRONG!  

EASY!

YT is sincerely easy, setting up a new channel is something anyone can do and YT makes it almost as easy as logging in. 

FREE!

There are all kinds of great resources and tools that you can use at zero cost.  Just a few examples are Powtoons, Renderforest, and editors such as ClipChanp and OpenShot.  

NO Skills Needed!

The tools mentioned above do all the work.  Powtoons and Renderforest will even provide you with a storyline, in other words, an already-made video, all you need to do is customize.  

No Need To Be On Camera!

Of course, you can be on camera if you want, but, if being on camera is a deal breaker, not a problem.  There are free stock video sites such as Pixabay and Pexels that have thousands of videos that you can use for free and with no need for attribution.  You can use their clips as your own, to create your videos fast and easily. 

Too Busy!

That is an excuse that is often a question of priorities, and you should consider changing them to include YT.  YouTube is an extraordinary website and an extraordinary source of free traffic. YouTube gets over 122 Million visitors per day and those visitors watch over 250 million hours of video per day. So tapping into YouTube traffic is a must. 

Do not delay, YT is probably the best source of free traffic on the Internet.  And...once you tap into YT, you can also add additional video traffic sources such as FB reels, TikTok, IG, and Pinterest.  That is just too much free traffic to ignore.

Hi Everyone, George Pierce, here,  This post is about what is called copyfraud on the Internet.  What prompted this post is that three Public Domain video uploads were "Blocked" by YT—three in a row, three in one day due to copyright claims.  Most online copyfraud is selling stuff that is Public Domain as your own.  It is OK to sell Public Domain material, but it is not OK, it is illegal, to pass it off as your own.   The reason for copyfraud is, of course, that immense profits can be made.  

On YT, copyright fraud is prevalent.  YT makes it easy to make a copyright claim. and it should be easy, but it is also easy for copyright pirates.  I am unsure of the financial benefit, perhaps if your Public Domain video that you claim a copyright on, is the only one YT allows due to your claim. then your video gets all the views, or perhaps it is done in spite or meanness.  

To be fair to YT, YT is doing its job, which is to protect creators and Yt from copyright issues.  In many cases, the claims are valid.  When it comes to Public Domain, there can also be valid claims.  I am not a copyright expert, it looks as if one of the there claims may have been legit, and two may have been fraud. That seems to go along with what happens when claims are disputed,  The above snapshot taken from YT's  Official Blog shows that about 60% of disputes are going to end up in favor of the creator.  

What To Do

YT does allow YT creators to dispute copyright claims.  If your upload receives a claim, YT will provide you with the details of the claim, and the steps you can take.  It may be as simple as trimming out a small section of your video or replacing music, and it may be copyfraud.  If you are quite sure that the claim is not legit, let YT know.  YT is not trying to be mean to its creators when they block a video, but they cannot right the copyright wrongs if they are unaware.  

Above is a snapshot of my most recent YT channel, which uses my adaptation of the Faceless Video Strategy, which is a way to make money online on YT.  The strategy is a way to legally use already made videos, so you never need to be on camera.  The above channel is about 10 weeks old, it is getting about 2K views a day and superb watch time.  The cost is ZERO!  If you seek a way to make money online, I have laid out my adaptation of this process in three easy steps that anyone can follow.  I invite you to watch my free Faceless Video training,

Hi All!  George Pierce, here.  This post is about the importance of using tags for your video and a tag secret.  Tags on YT are similar to keywords which are the words that people will use to find your video.  Tags help the search engines know what your video is about.  On the big established channels. I do not believe that tags are quite as important but on a NEW SMALL channel, tags are essential.  It would help if you had every edge and every advantage when you are getting started.  Tags will help your channel get the exposure that it needs.  

The above snapshot gives us an overview of how viewers are finding the video.  The channel is still new, its first view was a little less than 10 weeks ago.

The following is a snapshot of the tags for the video.  The green boxes are thanks to TubeBuddy, which is a free set of tools and more, to help you with your channel.  Any tag with a green box is on PAGE ONE of YT Search.  

The amount of views that were acquired by YT search (snapshot at top) was almost 22% which is about 1200 views!  The bulk of the views, however, have been from suggested videos (47% ~ snapshot at top).  In other words, almost 2700 views were from suggested videos, thanks to tags.

The TAG SECRET!

Add your tags to your description!  I was fortunate to learn this right away.  I compared videos with similar content and the one with tags in its content typically got more views.  So, also include your tags in your description.  In addition, choose one or more of your top tags and include them in your title! 

Top tags in your title help your videos and your channel in two ways.  The tags that are in your title are going to strongly affect your chances of being a suggested video and your tags also tell your prospective viewers what they can expect when they watch your video.  This helps to get views and to keep your viewers watching.

Hi All!  I am George Pierce.  This post is about an opportunity to make money online by way of YouTube.  Recently, I discovered what I am about to share.  I am probably several months away from doing what you are about to see because of all that I already have going on.    Most of what I share about making money online has already been tried and tested by me, so you are getting first-hand information,  This post is a bit different because I am suggesting something that I have not yet done.  What I am suggesting is a Music Channel on YouTube.  Possibly focused on 60s music.  I am not sure if that is too limiting...it depends on supply and copyright issues and demand and competition. I have not done any research yet, it appears that demand is high and competition is low.  

  The following snapshot is why I am giving you a heads-up.

FYI, 60 music is intentional, rather than '60s music, SHH, it's a little SEO trick just between us.  The important thing to notice above is that there are over a half million searches on YT alone per month!   

It is easy and free to create a YT channel, and you can get free music that you can legally upload to YT from public domain sites such as the Internet Archive and The Library Of Congress.  This kind of strategy is called Faceless Videos, which is because you can create a YT channel but you do not have to be on camera.  I am using this strategy myself, and have put together a Facelless VideoTraining video, which is my adaptation.  The training is laid out in three easy steps that anyone can follow.  There is no cost for the training, for your resources, or your tools.  You will find free tools in the video.

For single songs, about all that is needed is to download and upload. along with steps one and three in the video.  To create compilations, you can use free video editors, such as Clip Champ which is an online editor, or OpenShot a downloadable editor.  Both are excellent and with NO watermark.  

By the way, the top video is probably earning about $800 per month, the second is probably about $2400 per month.  The third is a Rolling Stones channel which is using paid content which does not apply since we are using free content.  

I also want you to be aware that it will probably take five or six months before your channel will make money.  I cannot legally make any promises, this is based on my experience which is not spending any money but investing an hour a day.

Hi Everyone!  I am George Pierce, this post is about an option that might help your online ventures that do not seem to be working.  Based on my experience, some of your efforts work when you are new, but most do not.   As you gain experience, the good news is that most of your efforts will work, but some will not.  

The tough part for newbies is that some of your online efforts that are not working, probably never will work.  I apologize, but my point is to do your best NOT to waste time trying to breathe life into a venture that is not worthy.  On the other hand, if you feel that your online project is worthy, this might be an option you can try.  

The option that I am talking about is called Missing Lettr, there is no e...FYI,  I am smiling because I use Grammarly, which helps me to minimize writing errors and it frantically wants me to fix my spelling.   

Missing Lettr is a website that you can use to make automatic posts to social media sites such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and so on.  

In my case, I have 3 FB groups, all in the same niche, one is doing very well, one is doing well, and the third is doing poorly.  

As of yesterday, I added the poorly performing FB group to Missing Lettr.  I can use Missing Lettr to send relevant posts automatically to that FB group.  Since the other two groups are doing well, the third one should be worthy of adding a little more attention.  In this case, more content, which is going to be posted automatically.  

As you see above, the drip campaigns are ready to go, and this morning, right on schedule, I received an email, that they were ready and needed my approval.  I like the idea that my approval is needed.  The approval only takes a few seconds, but it assures me that the content that is posted is relevant and acceptable.  

Missing Lettr is free online AI software that will make social media posts. 

I have been a user of ML for several years, and each time that I have used ML, the results have been great, so it should help in this case.

ML has a free version.  I tried the free version, I loved it so much that I upgraded almost immediately, and now I am a lifetime member.

Hi All!  I am George Pierce.  This post is about a free tool that can get your videos on page one of YT search almost instantly and for free.  The tool is Keyword Explorer which is part of a suite of tools from TubeBuddy.  What you are seeing above is just one example of what TubeBuddy can do for your channel.  Not only is the video on page one it is #2!  Getting on page one can help your channel, but getting in the top five means that your videos will get seen, and will get the exposure they need and the exposure that your channel needs to get views and grow.

Keyword Explorer does all the work!  All you need to do is to type in a relative keyword or phrase and hit Explore.  The free tool will balance Search Volume, Competition, and Keyword Strength (Optimization Strength) to give you an Overall Score.  The higher the score, the better.  Keyword Explorer will also give you Related Searches, which are related keyword phrases, in other words, it will suggest other keywords that you might want to use. 

Once you install TubeBuddy, another one of its features is called Analytics which are the details to the right of the video.  Thanks to Keyword Explorer, the video in the snapshot above has 19 tags that are ranking on PAGE ONE.  When there is a green number next to the tag, that indicates page one, and the number indicates the rank.  Another number that TubeBuddy helps us with is called suggested videos.  Below the analytics, YT will suggest 20 videos.  Under Creator Suggested (near the top right on the image above), notice 3/20.  What that means is that 3 of the channel's videos are showing up in the 20 suggested videos.  

A lot of really great videos are collecting dust on YT because they are getting almost no exposure.  As you can see, TubeBuddy can fix that for free.

On November 4th, 2023, the above channel got its first view.  Thanks to TubeBuddy, nine weeks later, it has over 55K views, over 7900 hours of watch time, and has hit the 300 subscriber milestone.  As we all know, none of this happens without exposure.

Hi All!  I am George Pierce, and this post is about an option that I do not recommend that you use too often, but it is a good one to have in your arsenal,  Most of the time, you and I need to "Do It NOW!"  Every so often, however, we might need to take time to think, we might need to "sleep on it". You can take that literally or figuratively, the idea is to temporarily put something on the back burner for perhaps a few hours or even longer,  Even though it has been about 20 years since I was a newbie, I have a habit of having a jump on in mentality, sometimes that good, but when it is bad, it can really be bad, in other words, a costly mistake.  I believe that most who aspire to make money online have a similar mentality, so perhaps, you can relate.  

As a newbie, even if you are not spending money, your time is still most valuable.  Jumping into something that is a mistake is not the end of the world, it is a marvelous learning experience, but when you are new, it sidetracks your efforts, and delays your success.   We want to still have a "Do It Now" mindset, but we also need to know when it is time to take time before taking action. 

In addition, I believe that even as a newbie, you are a lot smarter than you realize.  In other words, when you encounter situations that you are not sure how to handle or what to do, taking time to 'sleep on it', will allow your subconscious brain time to come up with a solution that might just be GENIUS.  

Above is a snapshot of one of my yearly results from my main web host,  which I received today.  This is my major host with well over a dozen sites and maybe another dozen WP sites.  In other words, when I see the yearly stats and results, they are not to be taken lightly.  

Most of my content with this web host is about weight loss, which has an international appeal, however, I was stunned to see that most of my traffic is from China, especially ~ when I am NOT targeting China.  I was also taken aback because I do not readily know what to do about this if anything. I believe that there may be a lot of opportunities that I am missing.   

The optimist in me is saying this is excellent news.  Why?  I am getting a lot of traffic from China without even trying!  I am going to SLEEP ON THIS, in other words, take my own advice, but add a positive twist...the fact that this is great news.   I want to give my subconscious what I believe is an edge. 

When it is time to let an unsolved opportunity marinate, recognize it, and consider planting a positive seed for your subconscious.

going to get more attention.  We are designed to be drawn to movement, we cannot ignore it, so animated images

can help your sign-up page as long as it is relevant, engaging, and not too short.

Hi All!  I am George Pierce, this post is about free exposure online which means free traffic.  Traffic is the lifeblood of any online venture. The fastest way to get traffic is to pay for it, but it is a mistake if you are new!   Unfortunately, your ROI will be negative, meaning that when you are new, your paid advertising will cost you more than you will earn.  

Your option is to use free methods to get "FREE EXPOSURE".  This is a great option, it is easy and it works.  There is a problem, however, and the problem is that it can take time, and, of course, it will take effort and persistence.  I know that is probably not what you wanted to hear, but I am hoping to help you avoid some of the mistakes that I made.  For example. I tried pad traffic, I figured out exactly how much I could afford to lose per day, per month, and I succeeded in losing that much with almost no return.  I then proceeded to learn 'everything' about free exposure and free traffic.  Of course, that did not work well either.  I should have focused on one free traffic method at a time, learned it, and became proficient at it, before adding more.  

Although I cannot legally make any promises, what I will be sharing are three steps that should help you to maximize your free exposure.  

#1 Find out what your audience wants, then give it to them!

This is called niche research or niche marketing or niche marketing research.  Whatever you want to call it, it needs to be your first step. If it is not, you are probably going to be basing your marketing on your opinion (as I have done).  In my case, that was another mistake.  The good news is that there are superb tools, free tools, that you can use to find out what your audience wants. The following list includes a few of these tools that will help you.

Ubersuggest

#2 SEO 

Build your content around a keyword or keyword phrase that has good search and low competition.  In the list above, Keyword Explorer and Ubersuggest will help you with your keywords.  Include the keyword or phrase in your content (a 1/2 to 1% saturation) and your meta section. This is called on-site SEO.  It tells the search engines what your content is about so that when people are searching for the keyword or phrase that you use, they will send you free traffic.  The traffic is the best possible traffic.  If you create quality content, your visitors will stay and return, and when the search engines see this, they send MORE FREE TRAFFIC!  Your exposure is not only free, but it is also cumulative. It grows as your content grows. and it has a viral potential.  

Free tools that will help you with your meta section are Free Meta Tag Generator and SEO Optimizer.

#3 Share Your Content

Once you post your content, share it.  By sharing, you are gaining immediate exposure.  The best places to share your content are social media sites. Join several social media sites such as Facebook Reddit and Instagram, and share each time you post new content.

The following tools can help you with sharing, but the free versions are quite limited.

#4 BONUS  Make A Video

YouTube can be a huge source of traffic.  Making a video is NOT a big deal you will find that it is easy and FREE.  YouTube provides you with an opportunity for the most free exposure possible.  To make a short video, you can use your content as the basis for your script and free video creation tools.  I suggest you use a technique called the rest of the story.  Give your viewer a taste, and then invite them to visit your website, for the rest of the story.

Free tools that will make video creation easy are Clip Champ and Canva (online) and Open Shot (downloadable) with NO Watermark and I do not believe that there is a limit.  

Above is proof that what I am sharing will work.  However, if you take a look at the stats, you will easily see that almost all the growth has taken place in the last 28 days.  EVERY view and EVERY subscriber is free, so...what happened in the last 28 days?  

Accumulation!  Your free efforts will take time to accumulate,  However, the cumulative effect is one of the reasons how and why the Internet can exceed your imagination regarding your income potential.  What you are getting a glimpse of above is the very tip of the iceberg. I am posting almost a video a day...I missed a few uploads over the Holidays...family trumps all.  The channel has 78 videos so far and it is almost 3 months old.  It took about 6 to 8 weeks for traffic to start flowing, it takes about the same for a website.  

The search engines are smart, they will send us traffic and loads of traffic, but we have to show them that our content has value. On a website, the search engines see how long visitors stay, how many pages they visit, and if they return, and this tells them if your content is good or not.  On YT, the YT algorithm can look at watch time, subs, and returns, for example, to determine the value of your content.  Are you starting to see why step #1 is a MUST?  

In addition, we have to show the search engines that we are consistently posting content.  Sporadic posts are a NO NO!  But consistent posts with quality content, content that your visitors or viewers want, will pay you back with huge dividends as they 'accumulate'.

MY STORY ~ Why A Weight Loss Post?

Many of my websites are about weight loss.  I was able to lose weight about 25+ years ago, and I have been able to maintain the weight loss.  In an effort to maintain. I did a lot of research about weight loss and weight gain.  My thinking was to scare myself into keeping the weight loss.  What I discovered was shocking...people do not know how to lose weight.  HUH?  

I discovered that there is a LOT more to weight loss, than diet and exercise.  Diet and exercise alone, not only do NOT work, they create habits and signals that tell the brain that we do not want to lose weight... and in many cases, it is true.  

Yeah, most people do not want to lose weight or they are AFRAID to lose weight, no wonder they fail.  

So I decided to go online and share the stuff that almost no one teaches.  Thus my weight loss websites.  The following is an article (it is a spun article) that I want to share because I believe a lot of people who are considering weight loss, need to read. 

Are You Afraid to LOSE Weight?

Your fears can be a real weight success killer!

Weight loss fear can be a genuine monster hiding under your bed.

The bright side is that once you are aware of, or acknowledge your fears, you can begin to conquer them.

Hi Everyone!  I am George Pierce, and this post is about why you must not be afraid to make mistakes and why the Internet is one of the most RISK-FREE places to make mistakes.  In life and business, success belongs to those who are willing to step out of their comfort zone, to take risks, and to be willing to make mistakes.  Mistakes can be costly in more ways than one, so caution is important, but when caution turns into fear, you lose.  What is worse is that most of us are afraid of failure... but we fail to see that fear of failure, KILLS success.  

Presently I am trying something NEW online, but come to think of it, I am almost always trying something new online.  Why?  I will not know if I do not try.  You will not know if you do not try.   You might fail...so what!  And the sweet spot of failure is that you learn!  Yeah, failure is your best teacher, so you must be willing to try, and you must be willing to fail.  

Guess What!

Some of your online trials will not fail!  They will succeed.  But they will not succeed if you do not try.  

About a year ago, I tried something new, building a YT channel, I have been on YT for years, but as an affiliate marketer, I used YT to drive traffic to my websites and squeeze pages.  This new venture has turned out to be so much fun.  It has also given me a chance to try all kinds of things, many of which I had not tried before, and at virtually no risk.  

A few months ago, I tried creating a FB Group...

it was not my first group, but I have been going out of my way to OVER 'engage' which was new.

It is working, but it would never have worked without trying. My benefit (and it can be your benefit if you try it) is that I love to talk with people, so I am enjoying this so much, from a business point of view,  FB and YT see this engagement, and they love it, my videos and posts are considered to be 'engaging' so they get more exposure.  

You will not know if you do not try.

Hello!  I am George Pierce and this post includes advice for newbies. When you are getting started online, you might want to try what I did.  I found that just about everything that I tried DID NOT WORK.  Mostly. it was my fault because I did not know what I was doing.  But, getting past that stage was not easy, not for me.  I had an advantage that many do not...I KNEW that making money online did work!   When you KNOW that something works, then the option that most newbies take is no longer an option.  

Option #1 QUIT!

Of course, that is your worst option.  Quitting is the ONLY way to fail at making money online!  If you are considering quitting, it is bad advice, so do not take it.  You made a great decision when you decided to try your hand at making money online, it is still a great decision, so let's take a look at some other options.

Option #2 LEARN!

Learning is probably your best option.  If you love to learn, making money online is a superb choice, there is always more to learn.  When you are starting out, learning is going to shorten your path to success more than anything else. Make it a point to spend a certain amount of time each week to LEARN.  At some point, things will begin to click, learning will get you to that point faster than any other option.  Your best advice is to learn, take it, run with it!

Option #3 FIX IT!

The problem that I seemed to constantly encounter as a newbie was that I knew that whatever online endeavor I was trying was not working, but I did not know why it was not working.  I wanted to fix it, but it is just about impossible to fix something when you do not know what is broken. If you can relate to this predicament, there is a light at the end of the tunnel.  As you learn and as you gain experience, you will do less and less that needs fixing and you will figure out how to fix more and more of what does not work.  Although, FIX IT, is good advice, perhaps, having the patience to get to the stage where your abilities will enable you to fix it, is better advice.

Option#4  DO MORE OF WHAT IS WORKING!

Above are examples of my taking this advice to heart.  The top snapshot is of a YT channel about game shows, the top two shows are The Chase, followed by Jeopardy.  The video that was just uploaded is The Chase and it is #1 for getting the most views from the start.  The next snapshot is of a free tool called a Free Download Manager. It allows me to schedule downloads.   The top two zip files are Jeapardy and the S6E1 download is another episode of the chase.  As a newbie, my results were pitiful, but some of what I tried, did work.  

In other words, some of what you try will work,  When it does, do more of it!  This is not only great advice that you want to take, it might end up being a game changer.  By doing more of what works, you are adding more success to your online journey and success, even small successes can help you to stay with it, and that is all you need to do!  The rest will happen.

Hi Everyone!  George Pierce, here.  Above is a snapshot from this morning of my most recent online adventure, a YT channel.  As you can see, 200 new subscribers have joined the channel in the last 28 days.  All these new subscribers are organic which means they are free.  Best of all, they are real subscribers who joined the channel because they wanted to join and liked the content.  This is the best kind of subscriber because they are very likely to watch more and more videos.  Although the best indicator of how well your viewers like your content is watch time, an increasing subscriber base reinforces the fact that viewers like your videos enough to want more.

When subscribers join a YT channel, that sends a good signal to YT, and then, when your new subscribers continue to watch new videos that are published, that sends an even more convincing signal to YT, that viewers like your videos.  Your benefit is that YT will push your videos out to more and more viewers, which can have viral possibilities.  

On the other hand, be careful of how you generate viewers and subscribers.  Organic methods are the best, however, they can take time.  This new channel, for example. will probably take a total of five months to qualify for the YT partner program which will mean monetization.  At that point, the videos can generate income from YT traffic, an average of $4 per 1K views.   The first YT check should be about $400+ but has an easy potential exceeding $1K and even #10K per month as the channel grows.  

GROWTh!

Growth is the keyword.  For most online adventures to grow and keep growing, a consistent supply of content is needed.  That is certainly true regarding a YT channel, a blog, or content marketing.  Creating content, especially video content takes time, and effort, and typically involves being on camera.  Even with dogged determination, which is what it takes to be consistent, most YTers seem to reach a point where they run out of new ideas.  If you are considering making money on YouTube, allow me to share what I am doing to grow...and to continue to grow this new channel.  

I have adapted a process called the Facelss Video Strategy.  It is a way to legally use other people's videos to grow a channel.  My supply of videos is virtually infinite, so running out of content is not a problem.  Since the videos are already made, the video creation time and stress have also been eliminated, and, of course, there is no need to be on camera or to spend any money.  If you would like to know more about how I am growing this channel for free, I have broken the process down into three easy steps that anyone can follow.  The first and third steps are about finding out which videos people want to watch and about getting needed exposure for free, which helps to get the above results.   I invite you to watch my Faceless Video Training.
