Fulfillment

I throw my imagination to the farthest heights and the inmost depths, and in so doing I discover the High Cause of renewal, the Answer to every question, the Source of all healing.  Who is it that suffers the human condition?  It is not the I AM.  When I am at one with this Truth, I see no thing wrong, nothing has power to hurt, and everywhere is miraculous beauty and unlimited opportunity,

Today I take hold of the words of Emma Curtis Hopkins, “no insistence that I am strong and every whit whole can be found exhibiting strength and wholeness if the vision is still upon the body’s misery claims.”  I apply her word to myself as well as to the collective.  I apply her word wherever there is past precedence, appearances of pain or decay, perception of injury, seeming discord, loss, burden, injustice, or the media’s news of the day.  I surrender such appearances and choose Light and the Way of Understanding, Joy and Ease.  Returning to First Cause, I take back the power I may have given to obstacles, opposition, people, emotional responses or fear.  I claim perfect health, perfect peace, and perfect accomplishment of divine will.

I make these demands upon myself:

• to allow Divine Power to operate freely through me, clearing the way to a perfect manifestation of spiritual truth through my body and my environments;
• to become willing to be fearless, free, and fulfilled, and to be undeterred by the pangs of unformulation;
• to participate fully in a mutual life, in which I recognize myself, others and all nature as an inseparable and invaluable part of the whole.

In so doing, I reap the harvest of good for myself and others.  Every task or situation before me is a privilege and bears a gift, for which I am grateful.  Every person in my life is a divine messenger, even if in the rough.

I am grateful for Divine Power, which works through all who are willing, asserting Its health and Its peace.  I’m grateful that the word of Truth now vibrates through all of Life and is inevitably unfolding to the glory of God.  Believing and accepting, I release into the field of Law.  And so it is.

Surrender

I was speaking with a young woman today who commented on the fact that she felt like she had no control over the many aspects of change going on in her life.  She said that she felt like all she could do was to do her best, follow her instincts and then trust that it all would work out.  For me this brings to mind the concept of surrendering and knowing that divine right action is always taking place.  So this is the topic for my Spiritual Mind Treatment today.

I absolutely know that there is but One magnificent power in the universe, One absolute Presence, One infinite Life, and One pervasive Love.  This One is the visible and the invisible, the formed and the unformed.  I choose to call this source God.  God is in, around and through all things.  We are always and in all ways immersed in God’s loving presence.

And I know that I am one with that Source.  I am a beautiful manifestation of God in form walking this earth.  I affirm that there is only one life, that life is divine and I realize that life is mine.  And as I know this to be true for me, I know it to be true for each and every one of you.  You are beautiful manifestations of God in form walking this earth.  You are one with the Divine  All of the wonderful attributes of God’s goodness reside in you.

So I surrender.  I surrender to each event and activity that comes into my life knowing that it is for the perfect outworking of my highest good.  I trust my intuition fully knowing that it is God’s voice speaking to me and guiding me.  As I surrender and release any fears, doubts and anxieties, I listen and follow the lead that comes to me as I am divinely directed.  I absolutely affirm that my life is unfolding in divine perfection and that divine right action is taking place right here right now!  Divine love goes before me making my way clear and smooth and any obstacles in my path are simply growth opportunities for me to surrender my concerns completely.  I know it is all good and it is all God.

I am so very grateful for this knowing.  I am grateful for the teachings of Science of Mind that allow me to know that I have the ability to co-create my life.  I am grateful for my ability to surrender any illusions I might have regarding fear or limitations.

And so with a deeply grateful heart, I release my words out into the Universal Law,  fully know that they cannot come back void for I have spoken them so.  And so it is!!

My Contribution is Unique

In this moment my thoughts are united with the peace and love that is the One Power that is God . I feel the Presence of Divine Providence. This Energy is the Currency of Life and Living. I know this  Flow moves in me and around me. It’s movement is the magnetic particles of the Substances of my Faith. I know that God is my Source and Supply . My security is rooted in the foundation of a Living God. I thrive in my knowiness of an abundant Universe. As I breathe in and out this Life Force I am nourished in Mind Body and Spirit.

Today my words and actions are motivated by Love. I feel the essence of God and its Sacredness. I see and know the Truth in every situation I encounter today. For the rhythmic flow of Spirit infuses my Being. Love is my motivation and inspiration.

I share my gifts and talents with Grace and ease knowing that my contribution is unique. I see Divine Providence actively supporting all of life. I relax and allow this Goodness to Work. I know it is Good. 

And so it is

Listening To My Inner Voice

Today I open my mind and my heart and become receptive to the Presence of God in everything and everyone around me. For I know there is no other; there is only God in and as the expression of everything that exists. I reflect on this idea; God is in everything, everywhere, and become more aware and clear as to who I am.  I am a Divine spark of God.

In this openness and with clarity I know the one true Source of all my thoughts is that Energy, I call God. My thoughts flow into my conscious mind with the intention of God’s highest good for my life.  I listen carefully and closely to the voice of Spirit within me. This enables me to see beyond any apparent conditions that may hinder the expression of my highest potential. I know my thoughts are Divinely guided and that every thought allows me to reveal the Truth of who I am. I am Love. I am Light. I am Prosperous.

In this moment my heart is filled with gratitude. As I am made aware of my absolute being I give thanks.

With grace and ease, I accept myself as a perfect expression of God as me.

And so it is.

Evil is Created by Man

Evil is Created by Man (James 1:13)

Very emphatically the writer tells us that God never tempts any man. He says that God Cannot be tempted and that all temptation is from our own minds. It could not be stated more plainly. Evil is man created, while God —the Eternal Goodness— knows nothing about it. He is too pure to behold evil and cannot look upon it. Evil is the direct and suppositional opposite to good, and has no reality behind it, or actual law to support it. GOD TEMPTS NO MAN. It is a mistake to say the God tries us to see if we are fit to enter the kingdom of heaven. God tries no man.

We make our own mistakes, suffer from our own foolishness, and we must also make our own journey into righteousness. God was, is and will remain, the Essence of Life, Truth and Purity. Let us enter this Essence in belief and be freed from our unbelief and human mistakes.

 

All goodness and every good gift cometh from the Father of Light. Darkness has no father, but is an illegitimate child of superstition and unbelief, having no parentage in Reality. The Universe is not divided against Itself. The good teacher said, “A house divided against itself cannot stand.”

There is no shadow of turning in the Truth. It is just what It is, and there can be nothing either added to or taken from It. It is One and never two. We enter the One through a consciousness of unity with It.

There is One. One life, One love, One Spirit.

The essence of love, while elusive, pervades everything, fires the heart, stimulates the emotions, renews the soul and proclaims the Spirit.

There is One. One life, One love, One Spirit.  That One is all, constantly creating in, thru and around all.  In this sacred moment, in my union with Spirit I choose to contemplate the thought of Love as it expresses thru me.  From a deep consciousness of “love one another,” this day and every activity is based on the thought and feelings that move into an expression of Love.  I choose it.

 

This truth is present for me and for every other being in the world.  This truth is a reality for everyone every where.  The essence and the grace of this truth walks with each person in their diversity as they celebrate love in its fullness.  We are One love expressing in ways known and unknown.  

 

In deep and abiding Gratitude   I release and I let go for the greater expression and unfolding

of this belief.  And so it is and so I let it be.

This Infinite Power is Love, Abundance, Joy

There is one Infinite Power that streams through every single moment. This Infinite Power is Divine Guidance, Love, Abundance, Joy, Light, and Peace.

I am one with this Infinite Power. It is within me, breathing through me, and expresses through me! And just as I know this is true for me, I also know it is true for you!

Living and knowing this, I realize that as this Infinite Power expresses Itself Through us and as us, everything we encounter is met with this divinity, this love, and this abundance, joy, light, and peace!  It pours into us, as us, and is fully realized within everyone and everything we experience! I love that we have this amazing power and grace in every single moment!

I give such deep thanks knowing this is here now and am so grateful for this absolute knowingness that this Infinite Power resides within you and me in every single moment!

I release my word knowing it is here and it is done!

And so it is!

Gratitude For Everything

I am reminded today of the exhortation to be grateful in all things. How often do we judge something as “bad” only to later see the blessing in it.

As I remember that all is God, Spirit, Divine, whatever you call that ineffable Presence, I am reminded that all is Good, and that Goodness is present in, through, and around me.

As I breathe in this belief, I am confident that the possibility of knowing this is as true for everyone who reads these words as it is for me.

God is Goodness, God is Love, and Goodness and Love are in me and in my affairs and I am grateful.

Just remembering this truth makes me breathe easier and brings me peace.

What a joy, then, to see the blessing in all things.

As the wise person said, if you only say one prayer, let it be “Thank you.”

And so it is.

I See Clearly

           God is the one Creator of all there is in the Universe.  God is the Source of all Light, all Love; the Energy in the Universe which created everything.   All that I see, hear, touch, everything I know is God.   There is no place where this Energy, Light, Love is not present. So knowing that God is fully visible in all things, I affirm and declare that I am one with this Energy, one with this Love, this Power I call God.

            Today I see with absolute clarity that my thoughts and my thinking manifested everything in my past and present life.   I now know, that I have the power to create the life I want for myself by stating clearly my intentions and purpose. I declare I am love and joy.   I experience health and wealth in my life, now.  I let go all ideas of lack and limitation, they no longer serve a purpose in my life.  I know that in order to move forward in my life I need to forgive. Forgive myself and others for all that has transpired in my life up to now.  I accept Divine guidance to lead me through my journey safely. I love and accept myself as I am right now in order to move forward fully engaged, fully aware in the informant of my life. Through Divine right action, I know my path is clear and prosperous.

               For this life of love and joy, health and prosperity, I am grateful. And I release my word knowing that this is already so.

And so it is.

I am a Lover of Life

I recognize there is one Life, one Source, one Divine Intelligence, one Power, One Presence, only ONE not two. Everything comes from this place of perfection. The moon, the stars, the rain, the snow, the kitties, the puppies, you…me and everything that is seen and unseen, know and unknown. This thing called Life is ongoing, eternal…beating in every heart and in every breath we take. This pulse animates throughout all of the Universe, at this moment, yesterday and tomorrow. IT is all the same…it is NOW! Life is NOW. I am NOW…You are NOW. Abundance flows throughout the Universe. Excellent radiant health flows from this source…all things good and pure, holy and sacred.  Love, the greatest Power comes from this place of certainty. Love is all there is.

As I speak my word knowing this is true for me, I know this is true of everyone reading these words. These words come from this one Source. These eyes reading are the eyes of Source…God, Higher Power, the One and on and on…

I affirm and declare my life unfolds daily in the most magnificent way. All of my needs are meet. I flow from one moment into another, present in all that I do, all that I receive and all that I give. As I give freely of my time, my energy, my Love, my kind words, all this and more come back into my world of existence. What I give out returns to me. I am conscious and aware of my behavior and thoughts, choosing what is uplifting and honorable. I realize I am a part of something so grande, mysterious and incomprehensible. My heart is overflowing with the deep knowing that I am loved and protected and guided along the way making wonderful choices in my life. I Honor my connection with this thing called Life. My relationship with this One deepens daily. I am moved forward helping all those who cross my path. I appreciate all animals and respect the Life force that fills them up. I appreciate the plants, the trees, the endless blue skies and puffy white clouds that hover above my head for me to enjoy. I breath in the magnificence of Life in profound appreciation. I appreciate myself knowing I am an individualization of Life. I am kind to myself and acknowledge my progress along the endless path of eternity. I appreciate my life and all who I know and all I don’t know for we are connected. I AM A LOVER OF LIFE, ALL THINGS SACRED AND PURE. I AM IT!

I am deeply and profoundly grateful knowing the magnificent truth of my soul and knowing the truth of all living things, great and small.

With gratitude, I realize my prayer into the Law calling it done and so it is!

All of my Thoughts Are Prayers

There is one power working through me and through all that exists. I am not separate from it nor am I separate from any other person or thing in the universe.  I know that infinite spirit hears every thought I think and every word I speak and graciously accepts and makes available my heart’s desires. God is love, peace, harmony, beauty, joy, abundance and more.

I open to spirit; to a bigger, better and more perfect life.   I am love peace, harmony, beauty, joy, abundance and more.  And, as I know this is true for me, I know it’s true for each person reading this prayer.  Each person is a manifestation of that one power.  Each person can use that power simply by knowing that each thought and each word is a prayer that God responds to.

I love my relationship with God.  It is part of me and I am part of it. This relationship is unlimited and eternal; it has no beginning and no end.  I trust this relationship implicitly.  It is subtle and it is dynamic all at the same time.  I don’t have to do anything to call upon God…it is just always there and at all times.  I am vigilant with my thoughts knowing that each thought is a prayer. Therefore, I release any thoughts of judgment or fear.  Nothing upsets my loving relationship with God.

 I think a thought of love and love is in my life.  I think a thought of peace, and my life is peaceful.  I think a thought of joy and so much joy pours into in my life.  I think a thought of abundance and that abundance is in my life in so many forms:  friendships, money, time, successful and rewarding work, and travel, to name a few.

I am so grateful that I know the truth of who I am. I am a manifestation of spirit and have all the qualities of spirit.  I speak my word to spirit and know that my thoughts and words are answered and for that I am so thankful.  I live in love, peace, harmony, beauty, joy and abundance and, for that; I thank the graciousness of God.

And, now, I release my thoughts and my words into the goodness of God knowing that as I think and as I speak, my prayers are answered.  It is done.

And so it is.

God is the only Power and Presence

There is only one Life Essence breathing Itself through all. As I embrace the Life Essence as my own, I gratefully  remember God is the only Power and Presence. This realization opens the way for goodness of every kind to  fill my experience.

I am vitality and physical ease. I am abundant supply. I am intelligent,creative self-expression. I am loving and loved.

I enjoy peace of mind and harmonious unfoldment. This is the whole Truth of me , within the core of  my spiritual, mental and physical being is God, and I am not all of Spirit, but Spirit is all of me. Knowing this is the Truth of who I am, I  accept right now the movement in consciousness of total acceptance and embodiment of right thinking.

I give great thanks for eternal Truth and daily use of  my inner power and so it is.

The Daily Meditation 09.15.2013

I Forgive Easily and I am Easily Forgiven

There is One Eternal Life.  This Life has no beginning and no end, it always was and always will be.  Time cannot define or confine and this Life, that which I call God, makes Itself known in every living creature through all times and in all places.  I call on the Life right now knowing that It lives in me.

I live in this eternality.  Like Life, I contain all elements to live a full and perfect life.  I am grace, peace, happiness, health, beauty, goodness, and abundance.  I am the full happiness of Life and I accept this fully without reservation for myself and for all those people who read this prayer.

In this moment, I affirm and declare absolute good.  Any ideas I have that limit this good fall away never to return.  I stand in my own fullness of grace and recognize the truth of my being.  I live in love, perfect harmony with all my loved ones, friends, and community.  I speak my truth when necessary and witness the absolute perfection of other people’s lives.  I am a divine participant and observer in life.  I forgive easily and I am easily forgiven.

And so I give thanks for all of it – the good, the seemingly bad, and the indifferent.  I am so grateful for my own experience in this lifetime, for the love of all the good people who bring themselves to the Rio Grande Community.  I am so grateful for the love the people of this community have in their hearts and so happy that they tell everyone they meet about us.  I am glad.

My happy and glad heart releases these words knowing they cannot come back to me void; that this prayer is done. 

And So It Is.

Drink the Wild Air

Drink the wild air’s salubrity.

I bought a friend a card the other day and it had a quote from Emerson on it – the quote was “Live in the Sunshine, Swim in the Sea, and Drink the Wild Air.” Being me, I had to look up the quote. It came from a poem called Merlin’s Song, by Ralph Waldo Emerson. The actual quote is “Live in the sunshine, swim the sea, drink the wild air’s salubrity.” I had to look up salubrity – it means conducive to health. Indeed, that wild air I so cherish is conducive to health. This treatment is for all people who want to or need to drink that wild air!

Everywhere I look I see God. God is the very air that I breathe, the air that blows and swirls around me. The air that sustains me and supplies oxygen to my blood that allows me to live and breathe and to exist. The blood that pumps to my brain that allows me to experience the Love that is God, the Goodness, Peace and Serenity that are God are exist in me for there is no separation between me and God – God as me, is me, through me, me as God – all one and the same. Just as this is true for me it is true for each of you – for we are all one with God. Perfect God, Perfect Being, Perfect Man – each of us perfection personified; each of us an individualized personification of God as the one source.

I speak my Word and my Word is Law that as I drink the wild air’s salubrity deep into my lungs I recognize that profound connection that is God. I feel this connection and it grounds me and lifts me. It energizes me and gives me life as I have come to recognize it. Life as it exists for me right here and right now; life that is conducive to perfect health, perfect happiness, perfect love; life that is roaring through my veins – wildly coursing through my system. I recognize this gift of life and I rejoice that I am partaking of it.

Thank you God in me, thank you for this precious gift of life. Thank you for this wonderful journey that I have been on that allows me to drink the wild air.

I release my Word to the Law of Mind, knowing that it cannot come back to me void, knowing that this manifestation has already occurred, and I anchor it in place by saying – AND SO IT IS!
