I have recently changed jobs as a result of being laid off.  Because of this I have had the opportunity to use my Practitioner training for myself and to ask my fellow Practitioners to pray for me.

The outcome is that I am in a better job, working for a former boss that I really like, making more money and doing the work I love to do. I would never have sought this change myself.

Believe me there were moments of fear, anxiety, anger, frustration and peace. Yes, peace.

As I move forward into this new adventure, as with any situation that is uncertain, I remind myself with the following treatment. I hope it helps you if you are facing a situation of uncertainty or change.

There is but One presence in the Universe. It is perfect. It is complete, and it is whole. It is Love for only from Love can everything exist. It is Powerful for from power all things are able to be created. It is Intelligence for there is a knowingness of all. The beginning and the end. There is nothing outside of this. It is all encompassing for from it all things are made.

I am made in the imagine and likeness of this source and as such I have within each cell of my body the Love, Power and Intelligence of the Universe. This is at my disposal at every moment of my existence, I only need to access it. Just as I have this Love, Power and Intelligence within me, those I work with and encounter in my life also have this same potential. We are all One of the One. There is no separation just outward differences. The core, soul, or spirit are all One. 

In my moments of fear, frustration, anxiety and loss, I remember this about myself and about those around me. We are all acting from this source with perfection which is the use of all available knowledge at that moment in time to the person who is acting. Therefore the decision to lay me off was perfect, my fear lead me to reach out to those I know which lead me to my former employer and so on. It is this one, complete and perfect Universe that works in mysterious ways and leads me to my perfect outcome. I remember daily that there is an Intelligence far greater than myself that connects all things and people. This connection works in tandem with my desires to unfold my desired experience. I know this to be true. I have seen it and experienced it time and time again. My only required action is to believe and act accordingly. One step in front of another on a path to my outcome. I may not always understand the rationale behind the decisions that are being made that affect me directly or indirectly but I know the perfect outcome is mine to be had. I stand strong in the face of uncertainty knowing that the Truth will be revealed to me as I open to the message. I stay open, willing and in faith that the Universal Presence is working on my behalf.

I am so grateful for this knowingness and for the faith I have gained in studying and practicing SOM. I am so grateful for those in my life that support me as life unfolds the sometimes difficulty experiences. They continually remind me that Good is mine and I must simply believe it and claim it.

I let go and know that the Creative Force has already manifested my greatest desires. I begin to experience them daily as I observe the Universal Presence unfold before me in the people I meet and the situations I encounter.

One thing that I have learned is that change is constant.  No matter how old I get, how wise I feel, how centered I have become – change is always unsettling.  This week as I am faced with changes in my family dynamics, my personal relationship, and being present for a friend and her family as she  approaches her transition my stomach is filled with butterflies and I don’t know any answers.  The only thing I know for certain is the peace that fills me when I allow myself to open to the presence of God. The prayer today is for everyone out there that is feeling afraid, lonely, disconnected, or somehow separate from your source. 

I open myself to that one source that is God.  I stand before God with an open broken heart and I surrender.  I allow myself to feel everything that I need to feel, and I know that it is all part of that thing called God.  As I surrender, I allow myself to be flooded with Love, Peace, Harmony, Acceptance, Joy, and Compassion knowing that these are all qualities of God.  I know that I am one with God.  There is no separation between me and God.  God as me, me as God; I am who is God.  I am an individualized personification of God as the one source; perfect God, perfect being, perfect man.  I am love, and goodness, I am peace and harmony, compassion and understanding.  Just as this is true for me it is true for each of you.  Each of you is love, compassion, peace, hope, harmony, acceptance, joy, and compassion. 

I speak my word and my word is law that as I surrender my journey to God, I know to the core of my being that there is only love.  Love guides the way it is the shining beacon that always guides me back to the right path.  When I choose to see everything through a filter of this pure love that is the essence of God I am able to trust the path before me.  I honor my feelings of pain, anguish, sorrow, loneliness.  I honor them and allow myself to feel, but I choose to only let them delicately touch my soul.  I consciously choose to acknowledge these feelings and simply let them go.  I surrender them to the essence of love.  As I do this the butterflies in my stomach settle, and I am at peace.  As I realize love and peace for myself, I also realize it for each of you.  I claim for you a peaceful journey.  I claim for you the peace that comes from surrendering to the Love that is God.      

I give thanks knowing that this manifestation has already occurred.  I give thanks for the change that is occurring in my life and recognize the wonderful opportunity I have to learn and grow.

I release this prayer to the Law of Mind, and anchor it into place by saying AND SO IT IS.

In her talk on Sunday, August 11th, entitled “Spiritual Cause and Physical Effect,” Rev. Martha said “The Divine must know Itself.  The activity of Mind is perfect, therefore it is our task to shift the experience,” if that experience is not what we would have it to be; or is perceived to be less that which we desire.   We have the power to change the picture and have a different outcome.

First, and foremost we must KNOW that the perfect solution to any problem lies within each of us.  Neville says that “your imagination is The Christ, dreaming in you and creating your world.”  Therefore, as we become conscious of our desires, we only allow ourselves to entertain lofty thoughts about our circumstances and conditions; we must dare to be selective and call forth wonderful, and magnificant images of ourselves and others, as we seek to shift our experiences, and the way we relate to those around us. 

It is true that we are mothers, wives, sweetherts, sisters, brothers. employees and employers, BUT we are so much more!  We have within us the Infinite Mind of God.  This is the very same Mind that created, sustains and maintains the Universe.  The same Mind that created the galaxies, and the planets.  The same Mind that set the Earth on its axis and flung it out into space!  We are not small, insignificant beings, relegated to a one dimensional existence, but instead joint heirs with the Christ.  We are the creation of a rich, loving and generous Heavenly Father.  We are Divine, and ALL that the Father has is ours!  As we know this, shifting our experiences becomes easier.  As we seek to shift our experiences, we do so from a place of power and with  a conscious awareness of who we are; not from a a place of fear, foreboding or timidity!

So, as we go about our activities today, we do so with an awareness of our true Divinie Self, a beloved “child” of a Loving Father!

I focus on embracing all aspects of my life, allowing the healing that comes from self-acceptance, to work miracles in my life.  I look into my own eyes and see timelessness.  I witness mySELF today.

The Divine is Love, Compassion, Joy, Creativity, Intuition, Bliss, Source, Abundance, Prosperity and Sustenance.  Source is Pure Potentiality, Pure Awareness, Authenticity, Genuineness, Observer.

I Am eternal and unbounded.  I Am a radiant spiritual being.  I Am God made manifest.  I Am Grace, Peace, Infinite, Unbounded Goodness.  I Am the breath of The Divine.  I am Pure Potentiality, Pure Awareness, Authenticity, Genuineness.  I Am the known and the unknown.  I Am shining with the brilliance of a thousand suns.  The Glory of Spirit permeates throughout my very being.  I am Love, Compassion, Joy, Creativity, Intuition, Bliss, Source, Abundance, Prosperity and Sustenance.  As I know these things for myself I know without doubt they are true for you no less than one million fold.

I claim as our birthright every one of these qualities of God for we are each created equally in the image and likeness of The Divine.  The Divine created each of us from the Highest Goodness possible.  I claim for each of us an open heart so that we might see clearly INWARD to the core of who we are.  I know for each of us freedom to be authentic, genuine, loving spiritual beings having a human experience, always keeping in mind we are mirrors of and for each other.  Everything we experience, we call to us for the purpose of expansion; for the opportunity to look more closely at ourselves.  I accept our miraculousness with love and deep appreciation.  I claim wholeness and truth as our essential nature, letting go of self-judgment; looking into my own beautiful heart so I can recognize yours.

And so my heart is filled to overflowing with gratitude for the many Acts of Grace that surround me daily, for the privilege of being made in the image and likeness of The Divine, for the gift of the freedom to be the best ME I can possibly be and the knowing that if we think we can it is already done.

In this sacred moment, with love and deep appreciation,  I release my Word into the Law, knowing it cannot come back to me void.  IT IS DONE!  IT IS COMPLETE! 

AND SO IT IS!

“Be still and know that I am God.”  In the stillness, I invoke and evoke the Divine.  I invoke and know that, as I do, I invoke the greatest power there is.  With this Power, Grace, Beauty, Love, Goodness, Divine Harmony shines.  I am moved to know more and I become even more quiet.  I surrender.

I am made of this Good.  I live in its power, grace, beauty, love, goodness and divine harmony.  I live in the absolute light of its absolute power, and in my surrender, I acknowledge my own divinity.  I surrender all that casts shadows in the light of the Divine.

Knowing my surrender is complete, I affirm and declare perfect health.  Anything unlike my own perfection and my own good fall away never to return.  I experience perfect health and I energize my body with just the right food and exercise.  I nurture thoughts that are loving and kind, and I exhibit compassion for myself.  As I see and know this compassion, it moves out before me making clear and smooth my way.  I am alive with my own possibilities because I am part of the Oneness of God.  I live with purpose and grace.  Love and happiness are mine every moment of every day.  I am so glad.

And so I give thanks. I am grateful.  I appreciate my life and savor it.  I release this prayer knowing it is done.  And so it is.  Amen.

I look out at the mountains with the clouds hanging low over them and feel Spirit all around.   The recent rains (thank you Spirit) have changed the look of  my world in a very short time.   Today I see the tall grass and the flowers on the hillside.   I see the animals, the sheep, the alpacas, the goats and chickens enjoying the fresh green.   It is all Love, Beauty, Joy and Peace.    Everywhere  I look I see God.

I know that I am One with all that is.   I am created to express Spirit in the world.   I feel a part of all the  joy and beauty.

Because I know that this is true of me, I know that each and every person reading these words, no matter how their world looks this morning, are one with me, with Spirit and with all that is.

I know that before I ask for any perceived need, sun or rain, cold or warmth, the answer is already there.   Spirit always says “Yes”.

I am so thankful for this beautiful planet, for the life I live and the freedom to live life as I choose.

I give my word to the Law knowing that it is true.

We cannot live a choiceless life. Every day, every moment, every second, there is choice. If it were not so we would not be individuals. 

We have the right to choose what we wish to experience. We have the right to choose the kind of companions with whom we wish to associate; to say in what city and in what type of house we would like to live. We are individuals and the only way we can be individuals is to be spontaneous. There is no such thing as a mechanistic individuality, it must have the essential elements of spontaneity. There is no spontaneity and no individuality without prerogative. There can be no choice unless there is something from which to choose, otherwise the ability to choose would be merely a fantasy. Therefore, there must be not only the possibility of choice; but the liability of experiencing that which is chosen. 

We have a right to choose what we shall induce in Mind. The way in which our thoughts are to become manifest, we cannot always see – or should we be disturbed that we do not see the way – because effect is potential in cause. “I am Alpha and Omega,” and all that comes between cause and effect. Cause and effect  are really one, and if we have a given cause set in motion, the effect will have to equal the cause. One is the inside  and the other the outside of the same thing. A certain, specific, intelligent idea in Mind, will produce a certain, specific, concrete manifestation equal to itself. There is One Infinite Principle, One Infinite Thought-Stuff, One Infinite Creative Power, but countless numbers of forms, which change as the specific idea behind them changes.

Substance and Supply

The Substance of the Spirit is my Daily Supply.

I cannot be with my Good.

I can see that the constant stream of Life, flowing to me, brings in to my experience all that makes Life happy and worthwhile.

I rest in the security, knowing that Infinite good is with and is expressing through me.

I receive my Good.

Taking this moment simply to be with Divine Source … I relax into It.  I notice my breath and remember that the Breath of Life is breathing me, and I am breathing It.  As I enjoy It now, Power, Presence, and healing Understanding flows to, through, and from me.

The Breath of Life is with me every moment of my day, supporting me, energizing me, filling me with Its goodness – in both happy and challenging times.  But how often do I notice it?  How often do I feel grateful for Its sustenance?  How often do I honor It?  How often do I pause, and allow It to lead me?

Today, I ask for the grace of awareness – of the simple gift of the Breath of Life, breathing me as I am breathing It.  I ask for Its Power, Presence and healing Understanding to flow where it is needed today, to strengthen, support and invigorate. May awareness of the Breath of Life lift vision, transform thought, affect speech and reform the conditions of life. May all human purposes align within It with consequential good for the whole.

I give thanks for ever-increasing awareness, honor, and reliance upon Spirit and Its incredible gifts. I give thanks for the work of Spirit through everyone – for Its Peace, Its Health, and Its Joy made manifest in the each and the all.  I release this word into Law with confidence in Its accomplishing power.  And so it is.

Relaxing into the Truth of this moment, I know that I am encompassed in Love. Love is the Creator of all things. It is the Doer, the Maker, the Seer, the Knower, the Author of everything in existence, and of everything that has ever existed and of everything yet-to-be.

As we are all sons and daughters of the one Father, of the one Mother, of the one Heart, of the One Mind, we are unified in that Love. I notice the Silence, the Stillness, the very Essence that is at my core, and know that this same Essence arising from me and from everyone is also Love. Love is our birthright, and love is who we are.

I now affirm and declare that anything unlike Love is an illusion and is purified right now! I call forth the healing power of Spirit that is Love and I know that Love heals every person, every situation and every appearance. Judgment is cleansed. Any situation no longer for the Highest Good is blessed and released. Truth — Beautiful Truth — absolutely transmutes anything that falls short of Love into Love, and this beautiful transformation occurs through Divine Forgiveness. A new Perspective is born and it is through this new Vision that we experience Truth. We cannot be harmed, we cannot be disturbed. We stand for Love in Spirit. I marvel as the healing power of forgiveness manifests Good and more Good in the world, in the form of love, friends, abundance, radiant health and vibrancy — Pure Joy for All!

Within God is the full spectrum of context.  The up and the down, the good and the bad, the back and the forth is all God. There is one idea expressing and everything in the experience of the individual life collects itself as this One Perfect Thing.  It is all God.  The essence or nature of this One Experience is Love.  Love in the sense of unconditional giving, unconditional support and the infinite YES to all life offers.

This is the Truth for me.  I recognize my role in the great unfolding of things and unite with my Source of Life Energy.  Knowing there is only One, I claim this Truth for every person on the planet.  We are equally and wonderfully, individually living Gods Life because that is the nature of It. Because God is all of it there is no part of me or you that is not God.  And because the nature of It is God that is the nature of you and I.

Typing the word “embrace” I am reminded to embrace every person and event as it travels through my experience.  Turning always toward Love, Integrity, Compassion, Forgivness, Oneness I respect and honor my own path as well as every other because every path is my path and my path is a path of God.  Nothing is “wrong” because it is all here for a purpose.  Faith tells me that my open and loving heart will always lead me toward peace, and a joyful life experience.

Residing in this space of knowing the Truth, I give thanks for every breath, literally.  Breathing in Gratitude and breathing out Love I feel the Life energy moving through me.  I feel gratitude for my decisions from my Source.  I rest calmly in the presence of infinity with a grateful and passionate heart for my journey here, knowing it is all designed for my higher good.

My humanness cannot contain the energy that is my life and so I release it, I let it go knowing it can never be lost but only moves out from me to create exactly the thing I have spoken because that is how the Law works.  My word has power and I am received in the loving space of YES!

It is now, it is done and so it is.

As I look back over this day, a day I spent almost entirely at the hospital, I am filled with gratitude.  I search my mind, trying to uncover the best moment embedded in it, and I’m flooded with an awareness of the perfection of Spirit.  I see so many 

instances that had I been the one calling the shots, I’d have likely orchestrated differently, but thankfully I am not in control, so it unfolds as it will and I get to notice how beautiful a tapestry it creates.  I get to count my blessings and realize how blessed I truly am.

So today, I know there is but One Mind, One Infinite Creative Power that exists in Perfect Lovingness.  It is this force I call God and I know that this Being, this Spirit is the One and the Only Ultimate Reality, whose Truth is Love, whose Essence is Health, and whose Actuality is Perfection.  I live in this Beautiful Universal Life-Force and it supports me always. 

In this One, this Ultimate Deliciousness, there is only Perfection, dripping opportunity at my feet, begging me to devour the gifts that are being bestowed upon me.  I recognize this magnificent Love, the Beneficent Benefactor who brings to me these cherished love offerings.  And I know that this kindness is the truth of me, it is the truth of my husband lying impatiently for the doctor’s verdict, and it is the truth of everyone I know.  For my friends and family pour in support all around me, their prayers echo in the heavens and I feel the connection, I feel the love.  I know that health will not be denied.

For health cannot be denied in the face of such love and support.  I know that the One Mind hears the words spoken and these words matter.  These words change lives.  I know that health blossoms as Source is inundated with loving intentions and these intentions become reality.  It extends beyond my little world, for it is larger than that.  It extends to the entire world where I recognize and know that violence disappears when cocooned by love; wild outbreaks of peace become the norm.  The fearful are soothed.  The faithless find hope.  Yes, miracles appear, for they are the currency of Spirit that knows no order of difficulty. 

So, on this day, I count my blessings.  I give thanks for the truth that we are all connected and that such a connection is powerful stuff.  It allows me to court hope.  It allows me to know irrefutably that prayers will not be denied, their power cannot be held back, for those who speak with conviction, those that allow themselves the happiness of knowing how joyfully they are loved, shall experience the gifts of the Father.  This One Source that loves us all so deeply, It treasures us.  It lavishes us in “yes!”  So I count my blessings, knowing they are many.  Knowing my husband at last has medical insurance and is and will be well taken care of.  Knowing the gratitude of what it means to have a healthy husband, of what it means to have a network of support, what it means to be God’s beloved, I give thanks.  I give thanks for the lusciousness of it all. 

Then I let it go.  I already know that if I’d been calling the shots, I’d have likely mucked it up, so I surrender.  God has got it covered and I don’t need to do anything more than allow.  So I do.  My blessings are counted.  It is all already done. 

And So It is!  Amen!
