Hi Everyone!  I am George Pierce, this is a brief post about how the 80/20 Rule applies to making money online. It means spending 20% or less of your time on CREATION and 80% or more of your time on marketing.  I believe most of us get that backward, I sure did.  What most of us do NOT discover is that we are spending way too much time on creation, and way too little time on marketing. 

What happens when we build it or create it online, is that we soon discover that "They Will Come', does not happen.  We also find out that nothing happens online without traffic.  You can generate traffic, easily and for free.   Generating traffic is the marketing side of Internet Marketing.  It is easy, fast, and most importantly it is EFFECTIVE.  

Above is an original example of what you can do, which is to create catchy images and post them on social media sites and send visitors to affiliates by way of your website, blog, landing page, squeeze page, etc.  

The above snapshot uses a free image from Pixabay and it is easy to add text and buttons with Canva, a free site that specializes in helping you create any kind of image that you might need to create.

Make Money Online

Making money online is a very popular niche.  The 'Secret'  to this niche is to provide people who want to make money online with TOOLS and TRAINING!  Making money online has been compared to a Gold Rush.  Most prospectors make little to no money, but every prospector needs tools.

Tools and training are easy to find and easy to affiliate with.  Becoming an affiliate. means you can send visitors to your affiliates' sites. and every time one of your visitors makes a purchase, you make MONEY!

Affiliate networks such as Warrior Forum, JV Zoo, Avangate, and Clickbank are excellent sources of "make money online" affiliates.  They are all free to join, and since they are a network, you will find many vendors to choose from.  

Market MORE!

The point of this post is to help you to put more focus on marketing.  Marketing means traffic and traffic means conversions, sales, and money. Whenever you 'create' online, take time or make time to promote it. 

More marketing will greatly enhance your chances of success.

Hi All!  I am George Pierce, this post is a quickie about image storage.  If you are an aspiring Internet Marketer, it is a good idea to store the images that you use, on an image storage site. The reason is that you will ultimately use a lot of storage but NOT your own, which allows for faster page speed. Page speed is so important to our visitors, as well as the search engines.  If you and I have similar content and your pages load faster, you get the visitors!  

Above is a snapshot from the admin dash of one of my largest sites, it is from the performance stats, the average page speed is 11 Milliseconds.  This means that it takes an average of 11 Milliseconds for a page to load.  That is a little over one-hundredth of a second.  FYI, the site uses Typesetter, one of the fastest site builders.  

My point is that if you are going to be constantly adding content to your site, it is important to be storing images. I have been using Imgur dot com.  It is free, it has been around for years, and it has no limits.  In addition, it stores GIFs, as well as short videos.  Imgur has over 4K of my images in storage, and every image is still there and still works.  

If you give Imgur a try, you will find that you can drag images from sites such as Pixabay, and drop them onto Imgur.  

As you see above, open Pixabay or whichever site has the image, on one side of your screen, open Imgur on the other side, and click NEW POST.  Drag the image onto Imgur.  You are all set.  There is no need to download and then upload, making image storage as fast and easy as possible.

Hello!  I am George Pierce.  This post is about bad information and bad training concerning TikTok 

reposting.  The "PROMISE" is that you can make $K daily on TikTok reposting videos.  Critiquing or criticizing

is not my intent, but I use and advocate a faceless video strategy for YT that legally uses already-made videos

for posting on YT.  The similarity in the strategies prompts me to make this post. 

I believe that the bad TT training is a result of 'Gurus' who are sharing third-party information 

without doing any research.  I use the faceless video strategy, I do not use the TT reposting strategy, but,

to the best of my knowledge, the following is accurate.

There are two forms of reposting on TT.  You can repost your own content, you can repost other 

people's content.  

Reposting on TT is perfectly OK.

Reposting Other People's Content

The 1K A DAY promise is based on reposting other people's content.  You cannot repost other people's 

content without their permission. In other words, the only content that you will be able to repost is content

that permits you to repost, so the only content that you will be reposting is content with no legal or copyright issues to worry about.  However, as far as I

know, TT will only share your reposted content with existing followers.  

What this means is that if you are starting a new TT channel with no followers, and if you are reposting content, TT

will share your reposted content with existing followers, which is NO ONE!

Reposting your content

This is not something that you want to 'wear out'. but reposting your own content can have advantages.

On occasion, you are going to create a TT video that you know is great, but no one is watching it.  In that 

case, change the tags, change the description, change the title, and so on, and repost.  It is probably a good idea.

Above are three examples of the amount of searches that some diabetes keyword phrases are getting each month on YT.

What is pleasantly surprising is that the competition is less than you might expect.  The best keywords and keyword

phrases are the ones that have good search, but less competition.  You might notice that the top two results are

about foods that diabetics should avoid.  Creating a list of foods that are GOOD for diabetes and foods that are

BAD for diabetes is easy, and an excellent start. The following snapshot is an example of the kind of web page

that you can readily create.  The above snapshot results are a result of a free tool from Tubebuddy called Keyword Explorer.

The reason for the arrows above is to share a little tip which is to give your visitors more than one 'opportunity'

to take action.  The banner is one of many free resources from Sugar Defender.  The button and female pointing

image are free from Pixaby and you can add Watch Now with Paint and View is an embedded link, all give your visitors

three chances to take action instead of one...and they are all different. 

You can re-use your text as the basis for a video script for a YT video.  Video is the best way to

generate free traffic.  A YT channel and a TikTok channel are examples of how you can generate traffic,

a flood of traffic.  

The secret to making things happen as an affiliate marketer is traffic.  Videos can generate quality traffic,

and at no cost.  

Creation is much easier than you might think.

Share your content with social media sites.  Every post, every page, and every video can easily be

shared on social media sites.  The best place to start is right here, Syndication Express.  

I recommend you use the 80/20 rule, which is 80% marketing and 20% creation.  Spend 20% of

your time creating great content, spend 80% marketing it.

Again, traffic is what makes it all happen, and marketing is the grease that makes traffic happen.

Hi ALL!  I am George Pierce, this post is meant to help you understand how to create a sign-up.  Creating this form seems to baffle almost everyone.  Part of the process is a link to a confirmation page and another link to the success page.  Since most of us do not know what a confirmation page is, or what a success page is, we do not know what to do, so many of us make one of two mistakes. 

#1: We do not create a sign-up form...a HUGE mistake.

#2: We use the 'standard option'...still a mistake.

Our autoresponder software will do most of the work for us, so all we need to do is to fill in a few easy details.  As you are about to see, the details are easy, once you understand them.

A Confirmation Page!???

A confirmation page is the page you want to send your new subscribers...almost new subscribers, after they give you their email address and hit the button that says submit or join or continue, etc.  When I say, almost a subscriber,  I am referring to what is called "double opt-in", which requires that your new almost subscriber confirms their email address (and gives you permission to send them emails).  I STRONGLY suggest that you use the double opt-in method rather than a single opt-in.  It helps to cover your backside, should you ever incur a SPAM complaint... a place you do not want to be. In addition to adding a layer of protection, double opt-in also does you another big favor.  It helps you to build a 'quality' list with subscribers that are interested in what you have to offer, so your emails are more likely to get opened, and get read, which also means more click-throughs, more sales, and more revenue. 

Confirmation Page Ingredients!??

Let your new almost subscriber know... (as you see above)

• Congrats! 
• What they signed up for.
• To CONFIRM their email address.
• Contact information.

Also Recommended  (put this on your confirmation page or in a video)

• An Introduction (introduce yourself and/or your company or brand)
• A thank you 
• Email sender name (who they will receive emails from)
• what they can expect to receive in your emails
• 
  
• WHITELIST instructions
• BONUS!  (Add a surprise bonus, it will help with getting more almost subs to confirm, as well as improve open rates.
• Humor

Whitelisting!??

Whitelisting is letting your new sub know how to get your emails into their INBOX, and not into their SPAM box. Above is an example.  

You can find examples of whitelisting instructions using your search box.  

Be sure to spin the content or put the instructions into your own words.

Free PLR sites are a great source of bonuses, giveaways, and incentives.

Success Page!???

Above is a partial snapshot of a success page. This is the page that your new subs will be sent to when they confirm their address.  

Success page ingredients should include an acknowledgment that they have successfully joined, become a member, subscribed, etc.  Also, let your new subs know that another email has been sent which includes important details, and/or their gift, their membership, etc.  (Send email #1 with details, instructions, gift, etc. IMMEDIATELY after they confirm).  On the success page, include sending them to SPAM if they do not see your next email in their Inbox, identify the sender again, include contact info, and whitelisting instructions again.  

Advertisement:

All this, may seem like overkill, I disagree.   It is important to give yourself every advantage and since your emails are going to be loaded with valuable, helpful, and useful information, you are doing your new subs a favor as well. 

You can also add another 'surprise gift' (optional) in email #1, which means that you can mention it on your success page...For example, We are so excited that you joined us, we have included a surprise gift in your next email.  It has already been delivered, so be sure to open it.

Anything you or I can do or think of, that might help improve our email results is worth trying.  What you are seeing above is an accumulation of trying this and that.  

FYI: Once you create your Confirmation and Success pages, you can use them as templates for future pages, saving you time.

Adding the URLS to your autoresponder is easy.

 Above is a snapshot of an AIOP email campaign, I have been a happy user for years.  AIOP is a complete marketing platform with everything you need along with an unlimited autoresponder, including training at the best price on the Internet.  All this email info will work with any autoresponder, free or paid.  In the snapshot above, you have a place for your Signup URL and your Opt-in URL. 

Create and upload your Confirmation and Success pages...to upload with AIOP go to your AIOP cpanel, and then file manager and Public HTML  May I suggest you create a folder for 'page' or 'pages', then click on that folder and upload.  This helps with organization, finding things, and page loading speed. 

How To Access the URLs for the pages.

If you are new, this is how to find the URLs for your web pages. A URL is the online address for a web page.  It is ultimately a path.  HUH?  The URL will begin with your website name. The path begins there, next...  If you add a folder named pages,  the next step along the path is pages which is forward slash plages  /pages.  The next step on the path in our example is the name of the page such as confirm or success which will be forward slash confirm... /confirm followed by dot HTML which is short for Hyper-Text Mark Up Language.    

Yourwebsitenameincluding the dot com, dot io, etc then forward slash pages slash confirm

webite/pages/confirm.html  

TIP:

An easy way to find your page name is to go to the page in your file manager, right-click on the page, and hit Rename.  Do not rename, but simply copy the name and paste it with a forward slash in front, paste it after pages.   Ie.  website/pages/thank-you-page.html  

One other piece of info that you will need for your campaign is an email address... a 'from' address.  An address that is 'from' your website has more perceived value than a Gmail address, for example.  

Setting up a website email address is easy and fast.

Go to your cPanel, this time click on email accounts, and then click on create. 

You will be taken to a page like the one above.

Simply type in the name of the address you want, such as admin, sales, service, members, etc.

Enter a new password, then hit create.  

Your new email 'from' address will be created, such as support@yourwebsiteaddress.  

Name your Campaign, fill in your 'from' email address, and your sign-up URL (confirmation page), and your Opt-in URL (success page), and save.  

Congratulations! 

An email list is the backbone of any online endeavor, so congratulations.  Take your time, and follow the steps, the first time you do this may take a while, but that is OK.  Learning it right and doing it right the first time, will yield dividends later.

Hello Everyone!  I am George Pierce, this post is about "Turtle Marketing", which is a slow and steady way to make money online.  This is the kind of marketing you do not hear about because there is nothing to sell you and it is not what you want to hear.  My marketing is based on what people want, my training is based on what people need.     

You have probably heard that 'slow and steady' wins the race.  Based on my experience, it does. 

Persistent effort, an appetite for learning, patience, and a refusal to quit are all it takes.  You can speed up the process by walking in someone else's footsteps. but finding the right someone to follow seems to be more and more difficult.  

The following is a snapshot from one of my YT channels which uses a free MMO method based on a strategy called 'Faceless Videos.  It is a way to make money by uploading already-made videos to YT.  

I invest about half an hour a day on this channel (uploading a video about every two days).  The strategy is to use free tools to find out what people want to watch and to find keywords that have good search and lower competition, download public domain videos, mainly from a free site called Internet Archive, and sandwich the video between an intro and an outro, upload it to YT, and share it with several major social networks for added exposure.  

The growth of this channel is slow and steady but look at the watch time.  People are watching these videos!  

Watch time is one of the strongest signals in the YT algorithm.  YT is not in a hurry to share videos from a new channel, however, when your videos are getting good watch time, it is a signal they will not ignore.  YT is just starting to see that this channel has content that people want to watch, so slow growth should begin to accelerate.  

Being patient, and growing slowly is most often how it goes!

The above stats are 100% free, and the traffic is 100% organic, with no cost...it also shows you that my strategy does work, and I am using it myself.  I sincerely believe that this method on MMO with YT is the easiest.  I invite you to watch my FREE TRAINING VIDEO in which the process is broken down into three steps that anyone can follow, there is zero cost, and you can start using it right away.

PS. About my claim "The House Wins".  I am not going to get too technical, and the number of hands sample that I used, was only 125K hands. A house wins scenario, is one where too many players have winning hands too often.  It keeps everyone in the pot, of which the house gets a cut.  The more money in the pot, the more that the house wins.  For example in real life, a one-suited flop occurs once in just under 20 hands, and online, about once in 11 hands. Hi All!  I am George Pierce and this post is about a free online learning platform by Pinterest, Pinterest Academy. 

Making money online gets easier and easier when you learn what you need to do, and it is virtually impossible if you do not learn.  Based on my experience and opinion, there is a problem, in that most training is lacking.  One exception is Neil Patel's training.   He is one of the very few that includes proper niche research, for example, which includes looking at the amount of competition.  I do not understand why, but most gurus and most online training omit this essential component, and it is essential.  In other words, most training that can help you make money online is not worth recommending. It may claim to be complete, but it is not. Neil Patel's Affiliate Marketing for Beginners is the exception.  

Getting back to Pinterest Academy.   Pinterest wants you and me to make money with Pinterest, it is a win-win situation, and I am pleased to share that it is complete training.  I am delighted to see that Pinterest has put together a training course, but what I expected to find was the basics, what I did not expect to find was the research and the marketing and more.  

The training is extensive and complete, yet it is beginner-friendly, and well thought out, which makes it easy to follow and understand. You can go at your own pace and there is no cost. All you need to do is to log in if you are already a member, if not, you can become a member for free.  The training is superb.  I have created several courses valued at $997 or more, and Pinterest Academy is worth more, even though it is free.

HUH?  The above snapshot is from Google Trends today.  As you can see, the search volume for The Cambridge Diet Plan is up 4600%.   Google Trends can be used to help you with any niche, and it can help you find topics that should help generate traffic.  I want to remind you that you still need to do your research regarding the topic. 

For example. this is the time of year when diets jump in popularity and in search volume because summer is coming.  Unfortunately, most people that want to lose weight, do not know much about dieting and do not know how to tell if a diet is good or bad.  

In my opinion. the diet is too restrictive. It is a variation of the Keto Diet and puts your body into a state of ketosis.  The Keto Diet has gotten less restrictive over the years, but the Cambridge diet is (IMHO) too restrictive.  

Any diet that is restrictive or too restrictive tends to spike in search about now because it can promise more weight loss.  The problem is that restrictive diets do NOT last,  Users quit. 

 Diets that are too restrictive can hurt you.  Diets that are too difficult teach your brain the wrong lesson.  The lesson is that dieting is something that you quit.  In addition, users often gain back more weight than they have lost.  

My point is that tools, such as Google Trends, can be most helpful, but we still need to roll up our sleeves and do the rest of the research.  I have been in the weight loss niche for over 20 years and I still have to do the rest of the research, and you do too.  

Your benefit is that your posts and articles and videos and so on will be better and more helpful.  Your visitors and viewers will notice!

Hi ALL!  I am George Pierce.  This post is about 100% free text-to-speech online software.  I agree that most free services have two MAJOR challenges. 

#1 The voice-over quality is terrible.

#2 If the service is any good, in other words, if the voice-over sounds real, usage is often so limited, that the free service is almost unusable.

I want to share a site called TTS Maker which offers free online text-to-speech software that will provide you with voices that sound like real-life people and almost no limits.

The software is simple to use.

Paste your text or script, choose your language, choose voice, and prove you are human (Captcha). then click convert to speech.  

Your text will be converted quickly, some free versions seem to take years to convert. The best part is that the voice-over will sound good, NOT like a robot. 

What You Should Know:

There is a limit on the number of characters you can convert at one time, which is from 2K to 6K, and, as far as I know, that is it.  At 6 characters per word, that means about 1K words max, meaning longer text-to-speech could require more than one download.  

Regarding the above video, the intro and outro were made by Fliki, and the main content was made for free with TTS Maker.  

Fliki is a similar site with incredible software, but the free version has a limit of 5 minutes per month.  

TTS Maker is OK for commercial use.  You can use the software for Video Dubbing, in other words for a YT and TikTok voice generator.  It can also be used for creating audiobooks, for education, for training, for language training, for advertising, and for marketing.

Hi Everyone!  I am George Pierce, this post is about, what I believe, is one of the easiest and most effective ways to generate free traffic.  The method is a simple copy-and-paste SEO strategy that comes under on-site SEO.  

All you do is to insert your keyword or phrase into your meta section.  

Keywords are the words or phrases that your potential visitor would probably type into their search box to find your content.  

For help with finding keywords that 'Score' well, Ubersuggest and Keyword Explorer are free tools that will help you focus on keywords and phrases that have good search and less competition. 

If you are using a site builder, typically you can access your meta section by way of SETTINGS.  

Above, click on settings, then SEO, then Meta.  

If you are using a site builder with HTML access, or if you are using an HTML editor, click on SOURCE.  

The Source will probably be on the left column on your site builder and at the bottom left of your HTML editor.

Clicking on Source will bring you to your HTML.

At the top of your HTML, you will see <head> which is open head, and </head> which is closed head.  Insert your metadata between the two.  

If you are seeing the above snapshot and thinking OH NO!!!, I do not blame you.  Do not worry. 

There is a free tool called Free Meta Tag Generator, that will make this easy.

It will ask you for your title, keywords, and so on, fill in the boxes and Free Meta Tag Generator will generate your data in HTML, then copy and paste it between the heads. 

The first time will be easy, after that, it will be so easy that your only regret is that you did not start cashing in on the free traffic method sooner.

Two brothers, both evil, were affluent individuals who concealed their evil actions using their money. Despite their facade of being excellent Christians, and attending church with each other, their deceit was quickly noticed by the arrival of a brand-new pastor. The brand-new priest, who was eloquent and sincere, attracted many more members to the church leading to the initiation of a fundraising effort for a new and bigger church.

Suddenly, one of the brothers died. The remaining brother sought out the new priest the day before the funeral and handed him a check for the quantity required to complete paying for the brand-new church.

"I have just one condition," he stated. "At the funeral service, you need to claim my brother was a saint." The pastor gave his word, and accepeted the check.

Hi ALL!  I am George Pierce. This post is about using videos in your emails.  They are easy to create, as you will soon see, and videos will improve open rates, click-through rates, and retention rates which are all great reasons for adding videos to your emails. Most of your subscribers and mine prefer video, so this post is about how to give them what they want.  

Welcome Video

I believe that you and I are supposed to welcome our new subscribers and thank them for joining at least TWICE.  Make one of those emails a video email, a video welcome email.  Chances are high that it will get watched, so include a 'little soft-selling', specifically how your subscribers will benefit from your email content and what they have to look forward to.   

Above is an example of a WELCOME VIDEO.

This kind of video is surprisingly easy to create.  It was created for free at a site called Powtoon.  As you can see, the free video is fantastic and the only catch for the free version is a small Powtoon logo.  A small logo is typical when you use sites such as Powtoon, it is one that I have no problem with. 

Videos such as the one above are already made.  All you do is choose the one you like and customize it, which is merely adding or changing text.  It is that easy, and, I believe you will find this kind of creation will be FUN.

Training Videos

You will also be pleased at how easy this kind of video creation is.   Use the text for your email as the basis for your video.  Instead of sending a humdrum everyday text email, on occasion, turn that text into a video.   The above video was created for free, mainly using a site called Renderforest. Renderforest was used for the animated video portion, select your frames and add your text, it is so easy.  The beginning video and the end screen are from a free stock video site called Pexels.   

Some autoresponders will not accept video, but many will. 

You cannot use the text option, you will need to go to your page builder, if your page builder does have a video installation icon, go to your HTML.  If you need an HTML editor, Blue Griffon is free and it is probably the best.  If there is still no video option at your autoresponder, create your email with your HTML editor.  When you are done, go to Source, copy all, go to Source on your autoresponder, and paste. 

Above is a snapshot of the email software at AIOP, a complete marketing platform, that I have been using for years, and, as you can see, videos are no problem.  

More Views

Including videos in some of your emails will also get more views.  A link in your email to a web page with your video or to your YT channel is not going to get as many views compared to including the video in your email.   

The bottom line is that videos will help your emails, and the above kind of video creation does not involve being on camera or spending money.

Hello Everyone!  I am Geroge Pierce, this post is about AIOP which stands for All In One Profits.  It is a COMPLETE Marketing Platform, all in one place, and to the best of my knowledge, it is the absolute best value on the Internet.  

The reason for this post is that I recently had a problem with a free autoresponder, I-Autoresponder.  It stopped accepting new subscribers!  If you or I were to choose the worst thing that could happen with an autoresponder, not accepting new subscribers would probably be at the top of the list.  As I tried to find the problem, I double-checked my emails to make sure that I had not been sent a message from I-Autoresponder as to why this was happening...I did not receive an email and I could not find the problem.  As I struggled to find the problem so I could fix it, "Not getting an email" began to weigh heavier and heavier on my mind.  

The autoresponder seems to have been working fine, and then it stopped accepting new subscribers.  What I like about !-Autoresponder is that every time I run a test, all their emails go to my inbox!  Not SPAM.   The same can be said for AIOP!   

I have submitted a ticket, I am sure the issue will be resolved.

In the meantime, this is on a busy site.  Setting up a new autoresponder is an option, AIOP has the kind of autoresponder that you can set up a campaign and load the emails, so I decided to replace the sign-up form that is not working with one from AIOP.

I installed the new form from AIOP. While I was there...replacing the form, I was updating the page, mainly with some new images.  

OK...time for a test...I signed up which is standard procedure, I immediately got the confirmation email, I confirmed, and, in seconds, as you see above, the first email arrived!

WHY Bother?

Search volume!   When you tap into or siphon traffic in this way, the idea is that there is so much search

volume, that there is some for everyone.  

96 MILLION!

For example, the keyword phrase 'Star Wars' gets 96 MILLION searches per month on YT. 

It is quite easy to research the trend based on your keyword phrase,

in the case of Star Wars, your possibilities are almost endless. Create an article and/or video with CTAs and links

to your site.  This is a strategy that seems to work best with site links vs. squeeze page links.  

May The 4th Be With YOU!  This is a 100-year-old silent film classic! 

Although you and I can not use Star Wars video content and images due to copyright, we can use 

knockoff images and sci-fi videos and clips from sites such as Pixabay to enhance our content.

Holidays!

Holidays alone are huge when using this strategy.  Your content becomes cumulative.

TIP:

Build your first articles and video around "The History Of"...Star Wars, Mother's Day, New Year's, etc. 

Find a keyword phrase and build "The History Of" around it.

The keyword phrase 'Mother's Day' gets over 43 MILLION searches monthly on YT and scores Fair

on Keyword Explorer, a free research tool (Chrome extension).  

Phrases such as 'What to get for your mom on Mother's Day' score excellent.  

Be an EARLY BIRD.  

Post or publish your content early, not at the last minute.  As you can see above, the phrase 

Mother's Day has a growing search volume, so post early. 

For articles and videos about Christmas, the first of October or earlier is 

a good target date.  

GO EASY!

This strategy is truly effective, but IMO, it is a bit of a gray hat marketing strategy,

sort of bait and switch.  It seems to work best when you focus on the bait and soft pedal

the switch.  In other words, put a little extra effort into your content, giving your visitors

as much value as you can.  Create links and CTAs that are laid back, casual, and informal,

and, as mentioned, send your prospects to your website rather than a squeeze page.

Hi All!  I am George Pierce, this post is an overview of the steps that are involved in creating a short video. 

Above is an FB ad that anyone can create with ease and for free on a site called Canva. 

You or I can go to Canva, search for what we want to create, such as an FB ad, find one we like, customize it,

name it, download it, and upload it to social sites such as FB and the ad can send people to your website. 

Today's Internet Marketer is going to still use Canva and FB ads, but nowadays, most of their traffic is being sent to a video.   

This can pose a problem for new IMs. 

The problem is that they have to create videos.  OH NO!

In this post, you are about to see that videos are easy to create, fun to create, and fast.  

Once you know the following process, videos will no longer be a problem, they will be an asset.

 My method is to build my online content around keywords, including videos.

I use a tool called Keyword Explorer which is a free Chrome extension.  I use the upgraded version which 

provides more keyword suggestions and tags. What you see below is the start of a short video.

The video will be a teaser...it will send viewers to another video... which is sort of a weight loss training

video about sleep as a root cause of weight gain.  

Keyword Explorer helps me to find keywords with good YT search volume, good keyword strength, and lower competition.

Keywords with lower competition are usually the ones that will best help to generate free traffic.

 In the snapshot below, the keywords above are the ones that will be used in the script, below them is the script. 

Below the script are more tags, thanks to KE. 

Do not be intimidated, the above is virtually all copy-and-paste, and all the tags are created in a single click,

thanks to KE.  KE allows you to copy and paste any or all the tags,  On websites,  pages are built around ONE

Keyword, on videos, I suggest including more than one, but without making it seem as if you are 

"keyword stuffing".

 Next, the script (text) is changed to speech.  I usually use the text-to-speech option in CreateStudio.

It is not free. but there are

numerous free text-to-speech options that you can use via your search box, or you can do the voice-over

yourself.  

Next is to add the video.  You can use free video clips from sites such as Pexels and Pixabay,  To combine your

video and audio components, you will need a video editor.  I use Filmora which is paid, but OpenShot is a free 

downloadable editor, which is outstanding and has no watermark.  Clipchamp is an awesome free online editor

with no watermark.  Neither has a limit on the number of videos. 

After compiling your video and audio,

Export your video, upload it, and fill in the details, tags, and description. Add an end screen, and publish.

Share your video to social media sites for added exposure and views. 

 

Hello Everyone!  I am George Pierce, this post is about sandwiching your videos between your video intro and outro.   

Why go to the trouble?

You can create your intro and your outro, one-time, and then you can use them over and over again.  What you can gain will make creation worth your while. 

An intro will help you with branding!  Your intro can be super simple...your channel or your company or your brand presents. This kind of intro also forces us to tell our viewers, almost immediately, what our video is about, which is an easy way to increase viewer retention, and watch time is one of the most important factors in YouTube's algorithm.

I do not claim to be an expert, I am still learning, but I suggest that you keep your intro short.  Your viewer wants to watch your video's content, that is why they are watching, so a long intro will probably hurt you, since viewers may leave.  

But a short intro identifies your channel, company, or brand and explains your video.

My intros are usually about 3 to 5 seconds.

This is a new one that I am testing...it has added humor, I intend to create a bit of immediate rapport...testing, and tweaking. 

If you would share your opinion of this new intro, it would be much appreciated, thank you.

Your outro allows you to ASK!  Ask for a like, a comment, a follow, a subscription, etc.  Viewers are much more likely to give your channel more 'engagement', when you ask and are less likely to engage when you do not.  So use your outro as a springboard to ask your viewers to like, share, comment, and subscribe.     

The following is 18 seconds long.  Around 20 seconds for your outro fits perfectly with an end screen. 

Notice that both the intro and outro are meant to be FUN.  This is my opinion. but I believe that a FUN approach will put our viewers in their best mood,, good for our viewers and our channels.

Two free sources of copyright-free video clips are Pexels and Pixabay.  YouTube Audio Library, which will be on the left column of your YT Studio dashboard is a great source of background music. 

Try adding an intro and outro for branding, engagement, and growth.
