HELLO!  I am George Pierce, with about 20 years of online experience.  This post is meant to help you when it comes to getting started online.  Whatever your online endeavor, you are about to embark on the most exciting and lucrative journey of your life.  

That is the PROMISE.  Is it a lie?  

Believe it or not, it is TRUE or it is a LIE, depending on you.  

If you are willing to learn and stick with it, working online is the best choice you could ever make. 

For some unknown reason, it seems that many people think of working online as a way to get rich with little to no effort.  Because the internet allows you to leverage your efforts with financial levers such as duplication and residual income, your financial potential can far exceed your expectations and your imagination.  In other words, you can create a profitable website, blog, sales page, video, etc. and your endeavor will pay you today and tomorrow and the day after and so on.  And you can duplicate your efforts over and over again.  

However, making this happen does require learning and effort.  There is a way, called outsourcing, where you pay others to provide the effort, this is actually an excellent option, but not one that most of us can use, initially.  

The bottom line is that making money online takes effort...and that is not all!  It takes sustained effort.  I did terribly for about a year.  

Above is an example of what I call "a sleeper".  A sleeper is an endeavor that you or I might create online that seems to have all the ingredients for success, but not much seems to happen, then it finally wakes up.  What you are seeing is a video example, but I have very similar results with websites and blogs. 

Why?  

If you rely on free organic traffic as I do, it is going to take a while for the search engines to find your content, and then it is going to take a while longer for them to determine whether your content is good.  

Above, you can see that it took about a month for the video to wake up.  With a website or blog, it often takes two to four weeks longer.  The reason for that is that this video is on YT, one of the most visited sites on the Internet which gives it an advantage.

Before You START...are you willing to learn? Are you willing to be patient?  Are you willing to stay with it?  If your YES is not loud and resounding, perhaps, an online endeavor is not for you.

And even if your yes is loud and clear, persistent Internet Marketing is not easy.  There are days when everything is perfect, way better than expected.  And, of course, there are days when your mettle will be tested,  Unfortunately, 95 to 97 out of 100 will quit,  and the only way to fail at online marketing is to quit. 

So here is a tip that will help.  

Make it FUN!  

One of the pieces of advice that you may have heard is to base your online endeavor around something that you like, preferably, LOVE.  This is good advice.  The reason is that your like or love can help sustain your efforts and your persistence.  And I suggest that you try to take it even further.  Which is to take steps to make it fun and to keep it fun.  

What you will discover is that nothing seems to be happening and then, almost suddenly, you will begin to get traction.  This is just the beginning!  Your persistent online actions have another financial lever working for you.  It is a cumulative effect.  

You are probably already aware that the big sites, the big blogs, the big channels, and so on, seem to get all the traffic and all the views.  Once upon a time, they were starting out, just like you.  The secret to their success is that they stayed with it, they did not quit.  

Before You Start...if you will get into online marketing with a mindset that you are not quitting, and that you will see this through, you have moved into the 3 to 5% group and out of the 95 to 97% group.

Hi All!  I am George Pierce and this post is about how to find out what your viewers or visitors want.   The process is fast, free, easy, and simple.  Above is an example of the kind of results that you will find.  In this example, I used Google Search to find out which movies are the most popular Shirley Temple movies.  

This trick works for any niche, in other words, you can enlist Google Search to find similar information for recipes, travel destinations, autoresponders, web hosts, and so on.  

You can also use YouTube Search.  

In addition, both YouTube and Google will autofill the top searches.  

The above result is from YouTube Search using the view count filter, which sorts the videos by the most views.  Again, this applies to all niches, such as chocolate cakes, mountain bikes, or big-screen TVs.  

Let's take this a step further and look at what is called SEO.

To do that, I am using one of the free tools provided by TubeBuddy.  The tool is Keyword Explorer.

The keywords "Shirley Temple Movies" have approximately 84,200 searches per month on YouTube.  With an overall score of excellent, a video with those keywords should rank at or near the top of the YT search for viewers that use those keywords.  In other words, by finding out what our viewers want, and then delivering what they want, in this case, a Shirley Temple Movie can get seen by 84,200 viewers a month for those keywords alone!

The process is 'ask and you shall receive'.  Ask Google, ask YT and ask TB, and you shall receive.

Hello Everyone!  I am George Pierce, I have about 20 years of online marketing experience.  This post is about focus.  Certainly, we need to maintain our focus as aspiring online marketers.  Most of us, however, myself included, are often focusing on the WRONG things.  We do not make this mistake on purpose, it is so easy to make.  

For example, common mistakes are that we focus on making money, more visitors, more viewers, more subscribers, more donations, more enrollees, etc. These are worthy goals that deserve our attention, but our focus needs to go deeper.  

Going deeper means being more specific. 

Why?

A beautiful thing about our mind is that it is programmed (literally hard-wired) to deliver whatever it is that we want.  And focus is one of the ways that we can help to make that happen.  Accidentally focusing on the wrong things is one of the flaws that we face.  We often compound our mistakes by not being specific. 

You may have heard of the law of attraction.  This law works, in fact, it has been scientifically proven to work for almost 100 years!  (Psycho-cybernetics)

Above, you will notice a snapshot from my most recent online adventure, which is a way to make money on YouTube without ever making a video.  I will talk more about that later. 

When my new channel hit 100 subscribers about 18 days ago, I mentioned on Syndication Express,  that I wanted to put more focus on getting subscribers...and then went on to share some of the ways that I wanted to try that should help make this happen.  

My goal was and is to get more subs, but my brain and your brain do not know how to make that happen. 

You might be thinking that I need to be more specific and you are right.  I need to be specific about how many subscribers and when: 1000 by year-end.  And here is part I want you to grab hold of...does that goal relate to something that our brain can manifest?...

NO!  The answer is NO!!!

Our brain needs details, our brain needs instructions, and our brains need specifics.  This is NOT your fault!  Most online sources of help provide us with WHAT we need to do, and we pass that on to our brains.  And not much happens.  Because we do not provide the HOW.  Even worse, many newbies know what they want to accomplish, but not how to accomplish it.  

Whatever your marketing endeavors are, you will need to figure or find out HOW you are going to make that happen, and remember to go deep, so that your brain will have the specifics that it needs and so that you will have the specifics that you need to FOCUS on.  

In the example above, one of the specific strategies that I am using is 'collections'...such as a music collection, ads collection, and so on.  Collections are popular, so they attract more viewers and collections get more watch time. More watch is a huge feather in my cap because this is an indicator to YT that people like my videos, the result is that YT is likely to share my videos with more people...FYI, this has viral potential.  Notice that watch time has jumped over 200 hours in 18 days.

Give Your Brain A Chance To Make You Rich!

You and your brain will need the HOW as well as the WHAT along with all the necessary details.  This will enable you to FOCUS on the specifics and will allow your brain to manifest results.  Your brain will amaze you so let it know specifically what you want, so it can get to work.

Hello!  I am George Pierce and this post is about Testing and Tweaking.  All it involves is making a small change (tweak), and then testing the results. This is often done as a split test which involves sending half your traffic to one site and the other half to another site that has had a small change, and seeing which performs best.  

What I want you to see is that this strategy is so easy that anyone can do this.

What is going to happen if you use this?

The worst that will happen is that some of your tweaks will not work.  That is not terrible, because you are learning, and learning what does not work will prove to be more valuable than you think.

The good news is that some of your tweaks will work!  Your marketing improves as you learn what does work.

Above, notice that the TITLES for the videos for The Honeymooners have all begun with Jackie Gleason and that the TITLE for the most recent (top) video begins with The Honeymooners.  

That is the TWEAK.  it is that easy.  

Here is why that change was made. 

Above are snapshots from one of the suite of tools that TubeBuddy provides for free, the tool is Keyword Explorer.  

According to the Overall Score, TB favors the keywords "The Honeymooners".  There is less search, but there is also less competition. In most cases, a good search volume with lower competition is going to do better for us.  

Do not be afraid to test and tweak, but do not be haphazard about it, base it on sound judgment.  

Will this work?  

It should...the great thing about the Internet is that we usually do not have to wait long to see results, whether they are good or bad.

If it does work, I will change the other titles and see what happens.  If it does not, I will change the title to where it starts with Jacke Gleason.   

If it does not work, I have lost very little, if it does work, I may have a lot to gain.

The same applies to you.  

Test and Tweak is easy, try it.

Hi Everyone!  I am George Pierce with about 20 years of online marketing experience.  This post is about a tactic that you can use to give your website, YouTube channel, blog, etc. a quick boost or a prolonged boost.  The tactic is to tap into what is trending. It sincerely saved the day for me.

  I use what is called on-site SEO to generate traffic.  It is a way of creating content built around keywords and including those keywords in your meta section.  The negative is that it can take several weeks to get traffic flowing, but once the traffic flows, it will turn into a flood, and it is the very best traffic and, as mentioned, it is free.  Need free on-site SEO training?  Click here.

About 10 years ago, one of my new sites was not getting traction, it was as if the search engines hated it.  Within 4 weeks or so, traffic should have been flowing, not this time.  6 weeks go by, 8 weeks go by, nothing is happening!  In the meantime, I am putting all my SEO tricks and secrets to work, but the search engines are not responding. 

In desperation, I tried using trends. 

What I did was build pages around what was trending.  It was NOT relevant to my content. but traffic begets more traffic, so I made posts about movie stars and sports, and so on.  The traffic started flowing.  It was not targeted traffic, but it was traffic.  

My first use of this strategy was almost 100% wrong.  Mainly because it targeted whoever would show up.  My rationalization was that I desperately needed traffic and the site was a weight loss site, so about 70% of people need to lose weight, so 70% of my traffic was a prospect.

The bottom line is that it works.  I believe the correct name for this traffic generation method is called 'traffic siphoning'.

Hi Everyone!  I am George Pierce and this post is based on a recent YouTube update.  If you are following my Faceless Video strategy as a way to make money on YouTube without having to make videos, please read on.

A recent YouTube update indicates that YouTube is changing the way that they look at re-used content.  My adaptation of the faceless video strategy is to use videos that are already made.  This is great, it makes things fast and easy, but it means that you and I are RE-USING video content. Since we are not the creators of the content, YouTube wants us to 'differentiate' ourselves, which is fine.  

One way to do that is to add FAN to your channel name and it is a good idea to do this before the first of next month.  

My channel name is now Mr. P's Classic Television Fan as you can see above.

I am adapting a Faceless Video strategy to make money on YT and never have to make a video.  In my last post, I revealed that I wanted to make it easier for my viewers to join my channel.

#2 Give your viewers what they want

Compilations are sort of a spinoff of giving viewers what they want,  I have discovered that compilations typically get more views, and, of course, that is an indication that compilations are what viewers want.  For more details, click here to visit my SE previous post.

I have also found that YT seems to help more and more about suggesting what your viewers want as your channel grows, and this is by way of suggested videos.  Thanks to YT, finding content that your viewers want to watch, is easier and easier.  

All you need to do is check out the related videos that YT is serving you, if they are relative, have a lot of views, have no copyright issues, and are available at Internet Archive, finding content is not only easy, it is fast.  

If you are following my training, thank you, allow me to remind you that you will need 1K subscribers and 4K hours of watch time in one year to monetize with YT as a partner.  4K hours of watch time in 12 months means 333 hours and 20 minutes of watch time per month.  This number is supposedly the toughest one for most channels. As you can see above, that barrier is already broken.  I also want to remind you that the figures above are going to keep on snowballing as long as you and I keep engaging in the right activities.

Hi All!  I am George Pierce, This post is about thinking big.  If you are a newbie, especially, if you are having less than good results, thinking big may be a bit difficult.  I want to talk more about thinking BIG, but first, allow me to reassure you of a few things.

My story:

I have about 20 years of experience,  what is different is that I am actually doing what I share, and I believe that I am the only IM that shares what I do as I do it.  My intent is to allow you to look over my shoulder and follow what I am doing.    

I apologize for bragging, but almost everything I do, WOKS!  I hear again and again that people try this and try that and NOTHING works.  If nothing is working for you, please keep reading. 

Above is a snapshot of my latest new online adventure.  It is a way to make money on YouTube without ever having to make a video. I am primarily a content marketer and YouTuve is the biggest content marketing site on the net. I have come up with a way to acquire free content (premade videos) and post that content on YT.  

As you can see above, the channel that I created has hit 100 subscribers and is getting over 5200 views in 4 weeks.  

This means about 1300 views per week. My end-of-the-year goal for views may surprise you, I want 1250 views per hour!  And that is only the beginning. I am doing my best to THINK BIG, yet be realistic. 

This kind of goal is realistic, especially on YT.  

There is a catch, of course.  I have to back up my goals with planning and action. 

The following video, which I am listening to Mungo Jerry right now.  I have to inspect what I expect-grin.  

The above video is a "Collection".  Collections get more views, lots more views! 

More '"Collections" is one of my strategies to propel channel views. 

It so happens that this collection was already made.

MY CREATION PROCESS  was a couple of minutes, I added the record player for the video, sandwiched the premade video between a premade intro

and outro added that test that you see above, took a snapshot to get this thumbnail, and hit export.  I want you to see that this process does not take much time.  

I am investing about 11 hours a week into this channel.

While I am creating this content, I am uploading my second collection.

I am also going to put the two collections together for the 50s and 60s collection. 

Will this work?

It certainly should, and  I believe that this collection of collections with more to come, is going to be a solid and 

dependable source of lots of views.  I will keep you posted.

Their ebooks cover most of the top niches, so if you are in more than one niche, you probably can find what you need all in one place.

Hello All!  I am George Pierce,  GREAT NEWS! If you are not yet using my Faceless Video strategy, this post is meant as an eye-opener.  If you are using it, this post is meant as a helpful update.  I have had the good fortune of finding some Elvis Presley videos that YouTube will allow. HUH?

YouTube does not allow videos that have copyright issues and most Elvis videos are copyrighted, so they are NOT going to be allowed on YT. unless you are the owner.   Although that is sort of bad news, there is some good news about it as well.

Elvis videos, as you can see above are extremely popular and are getting Millions of views.  Most of those videos are published by the copyright owner.  This dramatically reduces supply and increases demand.  

What does that mean to you?

In the first step of my Faceless Video process, lets say we are searching for Elvis Presley's Jailhouse Rock, we see Elvis videos or whatever videos we are searching for on YT, but when ALL of those videos are from the same channel such as MGM of Elvis Presley, chances are very slim that we are going to be able to get any of those millions of views.   Those videos are almost certainly copyrighted so YT will not allow us to violate copyright law.  YT will not let us publish those videos. 

Here is the GREAT NEWS!

Sometimes we get lucky.  

Above is a video of Elvis Presley on his first appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show (on my channel!) 

Any music video of Elvis Presley is an almost instant classic!

And there is more.  I have already found a second Elvis music video.

If you want to add these videos to your channel, search for the video in Google search, then add Internet Archive. 

This will take you to the video where you can download it.

PS. To the best of my knowledge and research, if you use my strategy, game shows, kids' shows, and music are the top three most searched and most watched videos, so a channel about one of those three should do well.  

Hi Everyone!  I am George Pierce.  I have about 20 years of online experience, and this post is about a FUN part of your online business which is experimentation.  

The most common online experimenting is called Test and Tweak.  The idea is to make a small tweak such as changing a word in a title, background color, or location of a page component.  If your results improve, your test becomes your new standard.  Testing and Tweaking is a way to continually improve your online performance.  If you are not testing and tweaking, try it, it is fun.  In fact, make it part of your online process.

Examples of this kind of experimentation are happening all the time.  In a regular business, however, experimenting can be costly and risky.  Mcdonalds, Chuck E. Cheese, Drive-in Theaters, and Drive-In Restaurants are a few experiments that worked out.  

Online examples are Blogs, Social Media sites, email, squeeze pages, and YouTube.   What is exciting about your online business is that you can take experimenting to the next level, easily, quickly, and often with little to no cost.  Your risk, in other words, is minimal, almost zero.

Why experiment?

Because we all get great ideas about improving our online business.  Some will fail, but some will work.  But they will not work if we do not put those ideas into action.  

Here is a recent idea of mine.

As a way to get more exposure, more views, and more subscribers, I am using the idea of an 'incentive'.  This idea revolutionized the email capture page (a squeeze page), so it might prove to help channel growth.  

Above is a short clip from a hot video on my channel. The section of the videos that I am sharing has average watch times of 150 to 200%!  People are not just watching this clip, they are often watching it TWICE.

My thought is to give away this highly-watched clip as a free sample.  People love 'shorts', people love highly watched clips, and people love samples, so, this might work.  I don't know if I do not try.  

If you want to use this for yourself, TubeBuddy has a new option called Suggested Shorts.  Click on it and it will show you which videos and the exact segment.that is HOT.  

Tubebuddy is a free suite of tools that will help you with your YT channel.  Suggested shorts are meant to help you to create YT 'shorts' built around the most watched parts of your most watched videos.  That is an awesome idea, and I am taking it a step further,

Hi All!  I am George Pierce and I have a very different slant on getting YouTube subscribers and that is what this post is about.  Allow me to warn you that what I share is not what you have been hearing and seeing and reading. it really is different. If you are interested in getting more subscribers for your YouTube channel, I invite you to keep reading.  

DO NOT WORRY ABOUT Subscribers!???

Allow me to begin with a little story. I had been working for a large corporation and happened to have run several of their businesses on the east coast with good results.  I ultimately became what they called a troubleshooter, which was to go to a failing location and bring it back to life (make it profitable).  In every case, with every business, I DID NOT PROMOTE the business until my house was in order.  

Promoting a bad business is worse than a waste of time.  You will drive everyone away and all of their friends.  

Promoting an empty channel is not good advice, IMHO.  

If your channel is new, I suggest that you focus on your channel, and on your content.  Focus on getting your house in order, before promoting it.  

Not worrying about subscribers, during the beginning days of your channel, allows you to more focus on your videos, which are what matters most, especially in your early days. 

Not worrying does not mean doing nothing, however. 

Although subscribers will happen, we still want to make it easy for our viewers to subscribe. 

Some people are going to subscribe regardless, but most people need to be nudged. Here are a few newbie-friendly tricks that you can use to make subscribing easier, and how you can nudge more people into subscribing.

Include a subscribe link...

#1 in your description

#2 in your video (add a 20-second or linger outro, include asking for likes, comments, subscriptions, and watch this next) 

#3 in your channel art

Reply to all

#4 comments

#5 questions

You should also

#6 Create Playlists

#7  Create a channel tagline

#8 Create a logo for your channel.  Canva dot com is a free site that makes it easy.  

All of the above are fast and easy, set them up quickly and move on.

And remember to put most of your focus on

#9 creating great content

As your channel grows (once your house is in order), you can put more focus on gaining subscribers, and it will be easier.  Promoting a channel with little to no content has little 'perceived value', possible subscribers are apt to leave and never return.  Promoting your channel once you have added content has a much higher 'perceived value' and thus a higher chance of getting subscribers.

You will soon find that certain videos are "subscriber magnets'.  (YT Analytics) 

Now it is time to

#10 Promote those videos regularly on social media.

#11 Use the highly watched parts of your magnet videos as content for shorts.

#12 Build a welcome video (channel trailer) around one of your top magnets.

DO NOT get subscribers for the sake of having subscribers, paid or free. or otherwise.  Not only is this a violation of YT rules, it literally HURTS your channel!

Please think about this for a moment.  You have a bunch of subscribers, but when YT lets them know that your channel has just published a new video, what is going to happen?  Almost NONE of those subscribers are going to watch your videos.  This sends a bad signal to YT.  If almost none of your subscribers are watching your videos, the message that YT gets is that you are making BAD videos, videos that no one wants to watch.  Instead of helping your channel, you have unintentionally hurt your channel.

DO NOT beg for subscribers.  Again, you really do not want subscribers that are not interested in your content.  

On the other hand, when your viewers are interested in your content, consider

# 13 Letting them know that by subscribing, you can let them know when new videos are published.

You can also

#14 Use your YT Blog (click on Create as if you were going to upload a video, then click on Create Post) to let your viewers know

#15 What is coming up,

#16 to say thank you for watching

#17 to remind them to subscribe so you can let them know each time you upload a new video.

I am not a proponent of if you build it, they will come, subscribers beget more views and more subscribers, but there are what are called 'quality subscribers' and those are the ones that you and I want to target. 

Those are the ones that are going to watch almost every one of your videos right to the end.  This sends YT a loud and clear signal that they cannot ignore.  Your subscribers LOVE your videos! 

When YT discovers that your subscribers are loving your videos, YT will share your videos with more and more people.

Your benefit is that your channel gets the exposure it deserves.

Hi All!  I am George Pierce and this post is about a trick that will help you on Facebook, especially if you are new.

A common way to boost your Facebook page or feed is to share it with friends.  The idea is to invite 'FRIENDS'

to your new page.  Since they are friends, hopefully. they will choose to become followers.  In order to do this,

you will see an Invite button.  When you click on it, a list of your friends will show up, and you can click on the box 

next to them and send out invitations to visit your page.

That is great, but if you are new to Facebook, your list of Facebook friends may be minimal.  Or perhaps you have already invited all your Facebook friends, in case you are not aware, you have an option that you can use to invite others.  The others are those people that have shown interest in your posts.  

Go to your Meta Business Suite, then to Grow Your Audience, then at 'Reach out to new people', click on send invites. 

A list of people that have shown interest in your posts will appear.  Click on the boxes to the right and then on send invites.

WAIT!

Before you use this option, fill your page with content. If you use this strategy too early, your invitations are going to be of little help, because there is NOTHING to follow.  Once you have grown your content, then send out those invitations.  Now, keep adding content, and watch as a snowball effect begins to happen.

Hi My Friends!

I am using a site called Internet Archive as my primary supply for vintage video content that I upload to a Classic Television Channel on YouTuve.  People love the content, and there is no need to be on camera,  The best part is that there is no need to create content!  It is already created.  This allows you and me to focus more on marketing aspects such as research and sharing.

My adaptation of the Faceless Video process is 100% free.  Best of all, it is easy, so no skills are needed.  The only money that I have spent is $28.40 to upgrade Tubebuddy to the Pro version for a year, which is not required.  All my traffic, views, watch time, etc are from FREE methods, all of which I share with you in the above video.

Hi Everyone!

I am George Pierce.  This post is about a trick that you can use to LEGALLY get hard-to-find images and it is one that I have not shared before.  I usually use sites such as Pixabay and Pexels. Google can help also by searching for what you want using Google, then clicking on Tools, then on Usage Rights, and then on Creative Commons or Commercial.  When you are trying to find free-to-use images such as one of Buddy Holly, you may get one or two that you can legally use for free. 

The ones that you get are almost always going to be on Wikipedia and Wikimedia.  Wikimedia is the image department, so to speak, of Wikipedia.

I was looking for free images of Buddy Holly and Buddy Holly and the Crickets. and having very little luck. So I tried Wikimedia.  

To do that, you can go to Wikimedia and use their search box, or type into your Google search box...what you are looking for followed by 'Wikimedia images' and click on images for your search.

What you will get is going to look something like you see above.  In my case, I went from a couple of images to about 20 images.  

Allow me to add that adding words such as free or free to use to your search is NOT going to help you.  Google will serve up a lot of images, but nearly all will not be free.  If you use them illegally, you are subject to fines and even jail time.  

The images that are available through Wikimedia are free to use BUT they will need what is called attribution.  In most cases, attribution means that we need to provide a link back to the author and sometimes credit.  Wikimedia will provide us with whatever attribution that we need, such as:

In order to get the image along with the attribution, open the images that you want in another tab, then click on Open In Media Viewer below the image

and this will appear (above).  At the bottom right of the page, there are two symbols.  Click on the download symbol, choose the resolution that you desire, and download.  Be sure to click on the box below the download symbol, this will create a popup with your attribution.  Click on copy and paste it to your post or file or video, etc.

If you will make a mental note to seek out Wilimedia as a possible source for difficult-to-find images, sooner or later, you will be glad you did.

Hi All!  

I am George Pierce.  I have about 20 years of experience online as a content marketer. One of the major perceived problems of content marketing is that it is difficult, and, even worse, it takes a lot of work.  This post is about an online strategy that is about as close to a free lunch as you can get.  Of all the strategies that I have tried, what I am about to share is the easiest and most newbie-friendly one that I have found.  In fact, the more that I use this strategy, the more ways that I find to make it easier and easier.  

Above, you will notice a snapshot of a video called The Very Hungry Caterpillar - Animated Film.  The video was served to me on a silver, perhaps, I should say gold, platter by YT as a suggested video.  

I share this bit of information because YT and FB are providing me with all the information that I need when it comes to potential content.  

Potential Content?  

What I am doing is downloading videos from a public domain site called Internet Archive and uploading those videos to a Classic TV channel that I created on YT.  I created the channel several months ago and I have been sharing what I am doing so that others can follow my footsteps if they are interested in making money online, at no cost.  

One of the biggest negatives about content marketing is 'content'!   Not only does one need to create content, but it also has to be content that people are interested in.  All this sounds like a lot of work, and it is, but I have found a loophole.  

Thanks to YT (and FB), as mentioned, YT finds hot content for me.  All I (or you, should you want to use this strategy) have to do is click to click on the video.  By clicking on the video, we get to see that the video is really the one that it is supposed to be, it also shows us that YT is  OK with this video regarding copyright, and lets us know if we should go to the next step.

The next step is to see if the video is available in Internet Archive.  It is!  In addition, the use is CC 1.0.  What is CC 1.0?

To find out, all we need to do is to click on it.  It will bring us to a site called Creative Commons, where we can see what this means.

This is what we will see.  No Copyright means that no one has a copyright claim to this video!

What this means is that we can use it on YT.  In my case, the entire package, 5 videos, are already in line to be downloaded.  I use Free Download Manager, which is available as a download or as a Chrome extension.

PLEASE allow me to quickly break down what you have just seen. 

This ONE video has had an average of 40 MILLION views per year.  This video was already created.  No content creation, ZERO content creation was needed.  All that was needed was a little research, and that was done for us for free by YT.  

Once your channel qualifies as a YT partner (1K subs, 4K watch hours), and you become a YT partner, YT will pay you per 1K views.  The average channel makes $4 per thousand views. 

This little FREE video has had an average of 40 M views per year, which is 40,000 thousand.  So YT has paid this channel about  40,000 times $4 or $160.000 a year, over $13,000 a month, for the last 6 years for this video.

What did they do, downloaded it from IA and uploaded it to YT. 

I know this sounds too good to be true, I invite you to see how I use this strategy and to see it in action.

I am George Pierce.  Over 40 years ago,  I, and my partner, were stagnant in business for about 3 years, and no matter what we tried, we remained stagnant.  I will share the answer to our success later.  This post is about your online biz being inactive, specifically "When Nothing Is Working Online!?? Try THIS!".  If your online business is new or struggling, I invite you to read on. 

When you are new and things are not working, in an effort to fix things. I believe that more and more new aspiring online entrepreneurs are unintentionally making things worse.  

A trend happening online is that AI is being used more and more.   For example, I use a lot of AI in the weight loss niche, to help with content creation and posting.  And I recommend AI as a way to help your business. but I strongly recommend that you use the free versions and that you stay with the free versions until your business can afford to upgrade.  

What many newbies seem to be doing is buying into the fact (which is a lie)., that AI will do it all. Once everything is set up and plugged in, you can sit back and the money pours in.  Although AI, along with other software and technology is amazing, I sincerely believe that you have two solutions.

Your first option, which I do not recommend, is to outsource.  In other words, hire qualified people to do the job.  This is what large companies do, and it is a superb option, but not for most of us.  Your other option follows.

When you purchase whatever automated package that does not work, you are often told that it is because you also need...this or that or this and that and more.  Throwing more money at your business when you are new is NOT the answer.  The one being helped is the seller, not you.

BREAK!???  Watch this to feel better.

The reason for this post is due to a recent comment by a self-proclaimed guru. To paraphrase,

"Do not spend more than you can afford."

Although this sounds like good advice, it is not!  In fact, it is ultimately meant to put you into the mindset of spending money.  I am trying to do the opposite. 

For example, there are FREE options and FREE resources.  There is no need to spend money. Spending money before you make money is simply bad business.  

If you are spending money with little to no return, reducing or eliminating costs can have more of a positive impact than you think.HUH?

The number one reason why people quit their online venture is that they are not making money.  

If you are spending little to no money, your first few sales are a big deal, you are excited and motivated, and you and your business benefit.

If you are spending hundreds of dollars a month, your first few sales lose their significance and fail to excite and motivate you.

I am George Pierce. I had quite a learning experience that just happened to me about the speed at which I do things, this post is not about me, it is about helping you to do more in less time.  What you are about to discover is all newbie friendly, the idea is that the more that you can do, even as a newbie, the faster that you can become profitable.  Although being profitable is not a guarantee that you will succeed, it is sincerely a considerable milestone.  

One of the main reasons for people quitting online marketing is that they are not making any money.  The tricks and tips that I will be sharing will help you to make money sooner, and to dramatically increase your chances of sticking with online marketing,

My Story

The power supply on my main laptop died on Saturday afternoon, about an hour after talking to the manufacturer who was sending me a free replacement. I have a backup laptop, so I hurry to switch things over to my backup laptop.  Sometime later that evening, my backup laptop is ready. 

AHA.  

My learning experience was just about, to begin with a shock!

I am used to doing several things at once...which is the core of this post...BUT...I suddenly could not.  

My main laptop is a gaming computer, I do not use it for gaming,  but it is fast and powerful.  I suddenly found out how fast and powerful.  

I immediately discovered that I had gone from a Mazerratti to a Tortoise.

#1:  If you are going to work online, try to get a faster laptop or desktop.  Computer speed is measured in GigaHertz, I believe that about 3.5 or higher is a good target.  Speed and power will make a difference.  Your computer will not bog down and therefore will not bog you down,  

#2: Create habits.

Most of what I do, I do almost without thinking. What I have tried to do is to create 'habits'.  Habits help me to include all the little details and to be able to perform tasks quickly.

#3 Multitask.  

I multitask, and when I switched laptops, my slow backup computer brought my multitasking to its knees.  I presently have five windows open, and I discovered I have as many as 30+.   For example, you can process a video, while you are uploading another, and you can download another video while that is happening.  I am presently processing a video, uploading a video, posting this in SE, and spinning an article, and I am on several social media sites where I am sharing content.  I just checked I am also doing a Google search (for content), and I am on Pinterest which is the source for images for the post, so that is seven sites.

You can multitask and you should multitask.  The reason, as mentioned, is to get more done in less time.

#4: Do more than one.  

Instead of creating one landing page, squeeze page, video, web page, post, etc., consider creating two at a time.  Once that gets easy, then three, and so on.  Personally,  5 or 10 things at a time seems to work well for me. 

For example, I share content with an average of 30 sites almost at once, and that can get a bit tedious.  Creating 5 or 10 pages, posts, videos, etc, almost at once is so much easier than you might think.  With a little practice, it may take twice as long as creating one, but when you create 10, you have increased your result fivefold.  You move ahead FIVE TIMES FASTER!

#5:  Open in a new tab.  

As you add tasks, where applicable, open each task in a new tab.  This makes going from one tab to another easy, and when a task is complete, close the tab and go on to another.

#6 Go one step at a time.

Add one thing at a time.  I am quite sure that trying to do too many things at once may be overwhelming, so add one at a time.  When duplicating your efforts, creating more than one of something, also add one at a time and consider continuing to add until it seems tedious.

As mentioned, the faster that you can become profitable, the better your chances of staying with it.  To make this online marketing work, you are going to have to stay with it, so getting more done in less time will help you.

I am George Pierce, I have about 20 years of experience online, and this post is meant to help you to make that happens for yourself.

I am convinced that anyone can learn and earn online. so why doesn't everyone make that happen?  

The fact is that only about 20% of those who decide to make the effort, actually want to succeed.  That seems strange to me, but it is apparently a fact.  In other words, 80 out of 100 people do NOT want to succeed. If you are one of the 80, I am not sure that this post will help you. 

If you are one of the 20, this post is for you.  

WHY?

Because only about 2 or 3, depending on who you listen to, actually succeed.  This means that only about 2 to 3%, 2 or 3 out of 100, will make it online. This kind of success, or lack of success, coincides with just about every other kind of opportunity, but making money online has so many advantages, there should be no reason why all 20 who actually want success, should not achieve it.  

In my opinion, when it comes to an online venture, there is only one catch...just one...you need to stay with it.  If you will stay with your online adventure if you will NOT quit, you have no choice except to succeed.  

In other words, I am hoping to share a way to help you to stay with it, to stick with it, not quit, and therefore succeed.

I may have a couple of answers, at least suggestions.

Online adventures that last are a lot like marriage!???

#1 LOVE

Love conquers all.  I am lucky, in that, I love what I am doing.  But that LUCK is actually a result of purposeful positioning.  I am not about to put myself in a niche that I do not love, or, at least like. 

#2  Keep Love Burning

Successful marriages do not just happen, it takes work.  The same goes for your online adventure. Even though you may love it, you have to keep that love burning.  One of my latest adventures is a YT channel built around classic TV and vintage media.  So, like a chef, I have to inspect what I expect and occasionally 'sample' the vintage content.  The video above is a little taste of what I am sharing.  MMMM!  I love it!

My point is that before you even begin, do your best to put yourself into an online adventure that you love, and then, creatively keep that love burning.
