Hi All,

I am George Pierce.  This post is about REACTING online.  One of the benefits of making money on the Internet is that can get feedback almost instantly.  Above is a snapshot of a recent video that was posted on one of my YT channels.  I am a data looker atta-grin. but data can tell us what is right and what is wrong and, nowadays, we can find out quickly.   There is one thing wrong, although it may look as if two things need fixing.

Allow me to share another snapshot from another channel, so you can compare.

The thumbnails are different.  A thumbnail is supposed to jump out at you.  The first one does not.  On black-and-white images, usually, black-and-white text works well.  Not always, and definitely not here.  In a matter of hours, regarding the top thumbnail, YT stats are telling me that my thumbnail stinks.  If a thumbnail is not doing well, I usually do a split test within 48 hours.

But wait, there is a ZERO CTR, it does not get any worse than zero...not usually.  I say that with a smile, I have done worse than zero, but that is another post.

The point is that YT has shown this thumbnail to 13 prospective viewers and NONE have clicked on it.  Nobody likes the thumbnail, I need to fix it NOW.  I do not want to delay, because when something is wrong, such as this (a stinky thumbnail), it sends a message to the search engines and to YT that people do not like this thumbnail.  The message is true, of course, but, if I do not fix it ASAP, YT will stop showing the thumbnail.  When that happens. the CTR becomes a permanent ZERO.

So the image above is Tweak #1 (a possible fix)

A tweak is a change.  Testing and tweaking which really tweaking and then testing should become standard procedure.

It is an online marketer's secret weapon and one of the fastest ways for a newbie to learn what is right and what is wrong.

The idea is to make a small change and compare results with the original to find a winner and then take the winner and tweak it again and again.

In the meantime, with almost instant feedback, it is easy to 'inspect what you expect'.

When your feedback is good, do more of it.  When it is bad, it is no big deal, just be sure to fix it as quickly as possible.

George Pierce, here, and this post is about making money and having fun.  You may have heard that when you like or love your job, it is no longer work, it is fun.  This simple bit of information has more value and wisdom than you may realize.  

I believe that many are not happy at work.  Supposedly over 80% are unhappy at work.   I think the real problem is that most people accept being unhappy at work as a part of life.  Their attitude is "That is just the way things are"... and they never do anything to change it.  

Please take this with love.  If you are one of those people that feel that way, if you feel like you are in a rut and cannot get out of that rut, you are WRONG!  

You may have family reasons and financial reasons why it is necessary for you to stay in that rut.  And perhaps you should stay, for a while.

But here is an idea, a solution that many people are using to change their destiny.

Work at home online part-time, start your own business, and grow that part-time business into a full-time business, so you can fire your boss and finally change your life.   

Working at home is a life change that is pretty wonderful. but working at something that you love is a reward that is priceless.

I am blessed that I sincerely love working online as a content marketer.

One of my latest online content marketing ventures is a Classic TV Channel.  

Before I decided on creating the channel, I did the research.  The financial potential was beyond imagination

and I sure do like vintage TV, vintage commercials, vintage movies, vintage cartoons, and so on.  

So, a little over a month ago, Mr. P's Classic Television channel began.  The good news is that I love it!

I cannot wait to work on it.  And, of course, it is not work, it is FUN!

I am inviting you to take a look at what I am doing because you may want to use this same strategy for yourself.

Creating a YouTube channel is easy, if you have any kind of a Google account, it is as easy as logging in.

Although we are talking about a YouTube channel, there is no need to create any videos, they are already made.

The physical process is literally downloading and uploading videos.  I have laid out all the steps in the video above. 

You can use what is a download manager to automatically download your videos while you sleep.

I use Free Download Manager.  There is no cost involved, everything is free and you can get started right away.

You can upload videos as your schedule allows.  You can use what is called the swiss cheese method, doing a little 

bit now (such as before work) and doing more a little bit later (in the evening). 

What I am sharing is not a free lunch, but it is easy to do on a part-time basis and it will grow and grow.

Hi All,

George Pierce here.  Facebook is one of the social media platforms that you want to join and use to promote your offer, website, blog, landing page, squeeze page, and so on. Why? Traffic!  FB can deliver a ton of free quality traffic.  

Tip #1 Share it on FB.  Whatever it is that you want to promote. Share it on FB.

Share your offer with relative groups, groups that are going to be interested in your offer.  Join a handful of groups that are in your niche and when you create new content, share it in your FB groups.  It is best to share an image or a video since that is not going to be considered duplicate content by FB.  If you add text, mix it up or spin it or rewrite it for each group.  Otherwise, FB will consider your posts SPAM.

Tip #2 Interact.  FB is a social media site, you need to be social, you need to interact.  

This means to make comments and I strongly suggest that you make real comments that have something positive to say.  What you are going to discover is that you are going to build rapport with the members of the group.  When they get to know, trust and like you, all kinds of good things will happen. 

When you visit FB, FB will let you know that people are interacting with your content, liking your content, and commenting on your content, notice the notification bell above.

Click on the icon and be sure to interact with any answers or comments.  I also suggest that you leave a thank you comment when any of your posts get a number of likes.  You will be surprised at how much a thank you can do for you.  When you reply to a comment or answer, again, give a real reply, a sincere reply, and a positive reply.  

Posting or sharing on FB and other social media sites is part of the marketing process, but adding a personal touch will separate you from the rest. It is called follow-up.  Most of your competitors do not do this.  

What you have to look forward to is that this is going to become fun as well as rewarding.

I am George Pierce.  I literally create content in my sleep.  Above is a snapshot of the dashboard of 'Free Download Manager'.  It is a 100% free tool that downloads videos between 3 AM and 7 AM automatically.  The content that it downloads is/are vintage movies, vintage TV shows, vintage commercials, vintage cartoons, vintage music, and more.  The source is a Public Domain site called Internet Archives (archive dot org). The content is for a YT channel that is about vintage videos and music.  

I share this with you because almost every kind of digital marketing/ Internet marketing is going to require content, lots of content.  I am primarily a content marketer, I am most fortunate in that I have a lot of passion and knowledge in my niches which are weight loss and Internet marketing, so running out of content has never been a problem for me, but it is apparently a real problem for many content creators.  In fact, it is one of the reasons why many aspiring online marketers quit.  In my opinion, quit is the worst four-letter word since it is the only way to fail and I consider online marketing to be failproof.

I share this so that you can see that content creation is literally automatic, literally done in my sleep, and takes me no time.  

There is more to this process than downloading and uploading, such as a few quick research steps before scheduling a video to be downloaded called Niche Research, and after the video is published, sharing that video on social media sites is also a part of the process.

The strategy is a way to make money on YouTube. It not only works it is making people rich.  More about that in a moment. 

If you want to consider getting in on this strategy, it is quite easy and I already have put together step-by-step training that you can follow.

Hi All.

I am George Pierce and this post is about a recent discovery about using YouTube to make money and never making a video. I am using a video strategy called Facless Videos and invite you to look at it.  The spin that I have put on this strategy is to download Public Domain videos and upload them to YouTube.  What I have discovered is that Game Show Videos seem to be in high demand, very high demand. 

I am too busy to open another channel right now, but when I do, it will be a Game Show channel.  I will be adding more game shows, of course, to my present channel.  The stats that you see above are from that channel.  It focuses on a wider niche of vintage TV, commercials, and more.  

My research tells me that Game Shows will yield even better results for the same effort.

If you want to consider getting in on this strategy, it is quite easy and I already have put together step-by-step training that you can follow.

The process itself is insanely simple.  Get free video content from a site called Internet Archive which is archive dot org and upload it to YT.  The training covers how to do the niche research to know which videos are worth your while...again, Game Show videos seem to be best. You will also get help with what is called SEO which helps you to tap into free traffic and how to gain exposure for more free traffic.  There is zero cost.

Hello Everyone,

I am George Pierce.  Analytics were some of my least favorite things about Internet Marketing when I was new.  My stats were dismal, I was not good at Internet Marketing, and no one is when they are just beginning, so stats or analytics were not only boring, but they also served to remind me of how bad I was doing.  

What I did not know was that analytics is like having an assistant that can tell you what is right, as well as what is wrong.  Yes, if you are like I was they may be telling a story that you do not want to be reminded of, but they also can tell you exactly what is NOT working. They can tell you exactly what is working.  That is what this post is about.

In my opinion, my biggest obstacle as a newbie was not knowing what was wrong.  I was not making any money, so I knew that something was wrong, but I did not know what it was.  I knew my Internet Marketing was broken, and I did not know how to fix it, and to make things worse, I had no clue as to what it was that needed fixing.  I believe that most, or all newbies, can relate to this predicament.

Analytics To The RESCUE!

Although analytics cannot tell you how to fix things, if you know what it is that is wrong, so you can fix it.  If you do not know how to fix it, you can search for a solution and apply it.  Analytics also tells you what you are doing right so that you can...DO MORE OF IT. 

The above snapshot is from the analytics of a new YT channel of mine.   Notice that below the graph, the traffic sources are showing that 79.5% of the traffic for this video is coming from external sources.  Those external sources happen to be only one source and that source is FB.  In other words, the analytics are telling me that FB has sent 47 viewers to this video already.  

Ms. Analytics is saying "HEY, look at this!  FB is sending you a lot of traffic for this video!" 

And when Ms. "Angelytics" tells me something, hopefully, I am going to listen.

When she says "Hey, here is something that you are doing right.", I am supposed to do what?  Exactly, DO MORE OF IT.

Above is a snapshot of new FB groups, relative to the niche, that I have just joined. I will be sharing on more FB Groups.

About Joining FB Groups

Do NOT join more groups that you can interact with.  Social media, FB groups included, are social and that means that you sincerely need to interact as well as post.  If you only post, you are actually SPAMMING the social site and your posts will get little to no attention.  On the other hand, by interacting your posts will get attention, such as above.

If you are not familiar with joining FB Groups,  search for groups that are relative to your niche, join several, interact and post.

FB will keep track of all the Groups that you have joined.  Click on the Groups icon, as you see above, and all your Groups will show up on the left.

When you make a post, if you do it manually, then, since you are already there, be sure to interact, then go on to the next Group.  

You can post the same image or video to each Group, but NOT the same text.  The same text will be considered 'duplicate content' and your posts will be deleted by FB as SPAM.   

If you post automatically, be sure to visit your groups and interact.  Do this on a schedule that is consistent with your posting.  In other words, if you post weekly or daily, interact weekly or daily.

Ms. Angelytics is waiting to tell you what you need to know.  Do not avoid her as I did, it will delay your progress.

I am George Pierce.  My most memorable IM surprise was visiting Clickbank about twenty years ago.  I was still struggling to make that first commission.  I went to CB and I made 3 commissions.  Internet Marketing is full of surprises.  Many surprises are not so pleasant, and that is also a good thing.  It is nice to know that your efforts are working.  And it is not a big deal when they do not. Each setback is a learning experience your best learning experiences are going to be from those surprises that are not so nice.  

Do not get frustrated or angry, use those experiences to get better.

The end of my post was about knowing that IM works.  While you are getting to the knowing stage, there are still going to be some initial doubts. 

I had a power outage and had no intention of making this post, but when I saw the above stats, I changed my mind.

One of the things about Internet Marketing that we are not told is that we are making progress as we push forward, but our progress does not seem to be showing.  

When we are not getting results, it certainly seems and feels as if we are not progressing.  We may feel that we are going nowhere, yet we are wrong.  We are learning, growing, and gaining experience.  Before you know it, positive surprises will manifest.

Above is a snapshot of a video that was posted about 10 hours ago on a new channel of mine.  That is not ten days, it is ten hours.  What you are seeing is that YT is beginning to give this new channel a bit of traffic.  The traffic is free and it is based on content (video content) and SEO.  I am using a Faceless Video strategy.  I get Public Domain Videos from archive dot org and upload them to YT.  Before selecting a video, I do niche research, after publication, I market the video, which is sharing it on social media platforms.

Hi All,

I am George Pierce, and I have some good news to share about Internet marketing.  You will be rewarded for your efforts.  

There is a catch, your effort MUST be consistent and persistent.  But let's talk a little more about the rewards that

you can expect as a content creator.  

Traffic!

You will be rewarded with TRAFFIC.  Free glorious organic traffic, the best traffic of all.   There is an old saying that traffic 

begets traffic.  It takes effort to get the traffic faucet turned on, but once it is on, your traffic will flow more and more freely, as 

long as you continue your efforts.

Exposure

You will be rewarded with exposure, more and more exposure which, in turn, generates even more and more of that free organic traffic.  

It is a cycle that is a part of the Internet.  Why do some websites and some YT channels seem to get all the traffic?  Why do they

seem to be the ones making all the money?   Because they have been able to tap into the free traffic and free exposure that 

Social Media Sites and Search Engines want to provide.  

Above is a snapshot from one of my YT channels.  The channel is new, about 5 weeks old, so it is easy to have big percentages, 

but what is YT doing for this channel?  

YT is beginning to send the channel a little bit of traffic!  

The reason why this is a big deal is that YT is allowing this channel to tap into its free traffic.  The traffic is beginning to flow.

Based on my experience, YT is reluctant to send new channels much traffic, but once a channel hits about 100 videos, and continues to be consistent, YT seems to take the channel more seriously, therefore, sending more traffic.  

While you are working hard and being consistent, most of us, myself, anyway, are not seeing explosive results, often we may see less than we were promised or what we expected.  

Most newbies fail to see and fail to realize all the great things that are just waiting to happen and all the great things that are happening that we may be overlooking.  

Internet Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Digital Marketing, Email marketing, Video Marketing, and so on, all have a wonderful benefit.  Our consistent efforts 'accumulate'!   Whether we are producing web pages, emails, or videos, our consistent efforts really do GROW and thus our business grows and grows.  

I am fortunate in that a little better than one video per week is performing well (for a new channel).  Not every one of your efforts is going to be stellar, especially when you are new.  Since this is a new channel, it makes me somewhat of a newbie, as well. 

But my efforts are already showing signs of accumulation!   And so will yours.  As long as we both are consistent.

BUT I have an advantage!

Yes, I have a HUGE advantage over most newbies, but it is not what you think.  If you are thinking experience is what gives me my advantage, it is not.  Anyone can learn as they go.  My real advantage is that I KNOW that what I am sharing with you does work.  

I do not think it works, wish it works, hope it works, or even believe it works.  I know it works!  

Take conceive, believe, and achieve, one step further...  conceive, know, and achieve.

Hi Everyone.

I am George Pierce, I have been learning about Internet Marketing for about 20 years.  What has worked for me is to find something that works and stick with it.  My primary niche is weight loss.  In fact, the reason for my learning about Internet Marketing was to help s[read the word about weight loss. 

I soon discovered that being on the Internet, even 20 years ago, does little for your cause.  

I discovered the first part of "Be on the Internet and starve, learn Internet Marketing, and prosper."   If you are interested in the second part, the "Prosper" part, as I was, I urge you to keep reading.

The reason for this post is based on a negative and negative posts are not my thing and I know that is not what you want either.  So allow me to skim over the negative really quick and then we can jump to the positive.

One thing that I work hard at, is to keep learning.  One thing that is going to help your success online is to keep learning.  Virtually all of my continued learning is online, and probably the same for you. 

So here is the bad news:

In the last 28 days, I have visited approximately 14 Internet marketing websites and about 25 YouTube channels in search of knowledge.  I found one site that knew what they we talking about....which is a Neil Patel post, he is one of the best...on Youtube, argghhh.   I found zero videos worth watching.

What makes this so bad is that I unintentionally discovered about 38 out of 39 opportunities that do NOT work.  Most are due to what I call omission, which is often intentional. You get the WHAT (what to do), and for a fee, you can get the HOW (how to do it).  

Knowing what to do is important, but, when you are new, knowing the what does you little good without the how.

Why I share this is because so many people quit Internet Marketing and Internet Marketing is literally failproof.   The only way to fail is to quit.

There is one main reason for quitting and it can be fixed.

Lack can be overcome, it is up to you.  

#1 LACK 

You can lack effort or interest.  Perhaps, Internet Marketing is not for you, or, perhaps, all you need is an attitude adjustment.

You lack a profit.  The number one reason for any business failure is lack of profit, so you might think that this reason is legit.

It is NOT.

Let's say that your lack of profit is not due to a lack of desire or effort, but due to a lack of knowledge.  That is a lack that we can fix!

However, the normal way to fix it is to throw money at it and that is not an option that I am going to recommend. 

Why?

Because more and more gurus seem to be about taking your money more than actually helping you to make money.  

Allow me to share three suggestions.

Wealthy Affiliate,

and The Internet Marketer Training channel.

Affiliorama and Wealthy Affiliate have some awesome free training, some of the best on the Internet.

The Internet Marketer Training channel is one of my YT channels.  It is free, it stays free, and it focuses on free.  I am in favor of spending money for the things that your business will need, but I am NOT in favor of spending money that your business does not have.  Spending money is good, later.  When you are new, it can add to your LACK and you want to eliminate lack rather than add to it.  

Work on fixing your lack and you will be helping yourself to avoid quitting!  

Guess what!?? Your only option will be to succeed.

I am George Pierce.  This post includes 3 quickies that I want to share.

#3 The Faceless Video Strategy. 

The new AI tool directory site is called Futurepedia.  This site may be of help to you in one or two ways.

If you are an affiliate marketer, it is an excellent way to keep up with new AI products.  As you may know,

AI products are hot sellers.

You may want to use some of these products for yourself.  Most of the products come with a free version or a free trial.

I will be sharing one of those products next.

Above is a snapshot of the dashboard for an AI product called Fliki.  Fliki will take a blog post or any text and turn it into a video.

It is as simple as copy and pasting.  Copy the text and paste it into Fliki and Fliki does the rest.  Of course, you can edit and make 

any changes that you might want or need, but you probably will not have to.  Fliki is extremely easy to use.  If you are not

yet making videos, Fliki may be exactly what you have looking.

Flki offers a free version.  The free version is limited to 32 seconds (and 5 minutes per month), which is perfect for getting started,

especially on TikTok.

I am George Pierce and yes, that is my video in the 3rd spot on page one of a YouTube search in under an hour.  It is ranked above a video with 6.8 MILLION views, mine has a whopping 5 views. 

WHY?

My content is better, NO, in fact, it is the exact same content.

My channel is bigger, NO, in fact, it is almost brand new.

I am, and always have been quite lucky, so that must be the reason.  

Luck is Labor Under Correct Knowledge, which means that you and I can create our own good luck.  

Online marketing works because of the details. All the little details matter, especially when you are just starting out, such as my new channel. 

Above is a snapshot of the first Mickey Mouse video, and we already know that with 6.8M views on one video alone, that people are watching this video. 

We also know that our content is just as good as our competition, so how can we gain an advantage?   

You already know the answer...the details.

Notice in the above snapshot that this video already has 10 likes on FB which is a matter of sharing, and sharing is little more than copying and pasting your link and interacting with FB groups that focus on your niche.  YT and Google (search engines) love likes, and likes tell the algorithm that this video is worth giving exposure to. 

Notice that the SEO score is 100, which is as high as it gets.  Notice that 16 of the tags are in green.  Green means that the tag ranks on page one of the YT search, and the number is the position.  Most are near the top.  What does that mean?  Exposure....free exposure, thank you, to YouTube.  

I cannot take credit for the tags, a free tool called TubeBuddy, did that for me. But I still have to pay attention to the little details, so my videos end up with tags that get on page one.

Hi Everyone,

I am George Pierce.  This post is an invitation to visit Mr. P's Classic Television channel. 

It is a new channel of mine about vintage TV shows and vintage TV commercials. 

You will also find vintage music, cartoons, and movies.  The content ranges from the 1940s to the 2000s. 

Some of the videos are incredible, and some are not, but all videos are based on what viewers want to watch.  

My initial intent was to focus on videos for those of us who remember black and white TV, rabbit ears, and 8 tracks.   

You will find content from that era.  My thinking was that I needed to go back at least that far in order to be able to find content that I would be allowed to use.  I discovered that there is available, much other newer vintage content that people love to watch as well.  

What you can expect are TV shows, movies, cartoons, commercials, and music from the past.

As mentioned, the channel is new, however, there is enough content that is already posted for you to be able to find something that you will like. 

Some recent videos that have been posted are:

In 1997, "The Odyssey", which is a two-part TV movie or mini-series.  The Odyssey is an amazing story about Odysseus, it was written by Homer about 3 thousand years ago and is considered to be the greatest story of all time.  

In 1980, Jane Russell in a Playtex commercial.

In 1973, Ali MacGraw in a PSA for the American Cancer Society.

In the 1960s, Anita Bryant and the Brothers Four in a Coca-Cola commercial.

From the 1950s, The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet.

From the 1940s, The Howdy Doody Show.

Hi All,

I am George Pierce.  I have about 20 years of Internet Marketing under my belt, yet I still make mistakes.  Most of my 

mistakes are because I love to try new stuff, I love the thrill and the success, and I have no problem with making mistakes

since they are the best teachers.   

This post is about using common sense to help you to avoid mistakes.  Using common sense is something that I fail at on occasion, so I feel qualified to share this.

Very often as a newbie and less often as you gain experience, you will be faced with marketing situations that will need to be tempered

with common sense.  

A perfect example is SEO which stands for Search Engine Optimization.  The idea behind successful SEO is to find keywords and phrases that 

people use to find your content, product, offer, etc. that have good search volume and low competition. then build your article, post, video, and/or web page. etc. around those words.  A common mistake is that we fail to remember that we are creating content for our audience as well as for search engines. By using common sense, we can come up with a happy medium.

The following snapshot from a new YT channel poses questions.  Common sense will help with the answers.

Lots of views, but very little watch time.  This means that people begin to watch, then leave soon after.  

Isn't this bad for the channel? Doesn't it send a signal to YT that people do not like its content?

I agree that the watch time is disappointing.  According to research, Curious George is very popular and

the view count confirms it.  

Since this is almost a brand-new channel, views (exposure) is a plus,

a needed plus, for now.  

What else can this tell us?

It is a cartoon, and for kids.  Perhaps, I should keep an eye on this kind of content and related content.

Perhaps, this is normal, perhaps more videos like this are needed, perhaps fewer.  Common sense will show the way.

I am George Pierce and this post is about GIFs which are images that move. 

Why are images that move important to you?

They literally GRAB attention.  Our brain is hard-wired to be drawn to something that moves.  

GIFs can be especially powerful.  Images are static, even videos are technically static when posted on social media sites,

and GIFs are NOT.

If you or I share a GIF on a social  media site, for example, our GIF is going to get noticed!

GiFs are available for free at a site called GIPHY which is https://giphy.com/ 

What I like even better is that Giphy has free online software that allows you to create your own GIFs.

GIF Secret #1:

Create longer GIFs or select longer already made GIFs.  Based on my experience and opinion, short GIFs do grab attention,

but they do not always keep it.  Longer GIFs will do a better job since they will keep your viewer's attention.  

The above GIF is a clip from a video that I downloaded for free from Internet Archive, a Public Domain site.  I used my video editor to

cut out a 29-second segment.  Clipchamp is a free online editor and Openshot is a free downloadable editor. Then I uploaded the segment 

to GIPHY and their software made the GIF.  GIPHY will do GIFs for up to 30 seconds.  Another reason to consider making GIFs at GIPHY is that

their traffic is 300 MILLION a day!  

GIF Secret #2: Having your Facebook cake and eating it too!??

The above is a snapshot of the same GIF on FB.  This image is moving, of course, on FB, so it is getting the attention

that you and I want, and it includes a link to the video!  The FB secret is that you can include two or more links on FB.

For most FB posts, it seems to look better to delete a link after the image or video shows up.  Once the image appears,

you can delete the link and the image stays.  However, with multiple links, do NOT delete links.  The secret is that

the last link will be the one FB will use. In the above snapshot, if I were to change the order of the links, then the 

video link would be last and that would be the image that FB would show.

Twitter GIFs.

On Twitter, click on the GIF symbol, and type in the kind of GIF that you want, in this case, Caroll Burnett.

Add your content and link.

George Pierce, here. If you are engaged in making money online, this post is about using a technique that I call Blitz Marketing. 

What is Blitz Marketing?  

The idea behind Blitz Marketing is to be able to get more done in less time.  I am NOT talking about doing things as

fast as possible, rather, as smart as possible.  Think of Blitz Marketing as a way to mass produce your 

online efforts.

For example, instead of creating one web page, landing page, squeeze page, etc., what if you were to create two or three, or more at a time?  Based on my experience, the first time, I tried this, I did not save time.  HUH?  The time that I saved was spent figuring out how to make things work.  

But, the second time, and the hundredth time. I saved time, and more importantly, I got more done!  

If you are a multi-tasker type person, a Blitz Marketing strategy is exactly what you have been looking for.  What you will discover is that you can literally multiply your efforts.  You will be able to create five or even ten in about the same time that you used to take to do two.

The reason for this post is that I am beginning to incorporate Blitz Marketing into a new YT channel.  It is allowing me to publish more videos with the same effort.  

Some examples of streamlining and mass-production are pre-made intros and outros, pre-made keyword lists for tags based on category, pre-made text for descriptions also based on category, and a pre-made process for niche marketing and for follow-up marketing.   I also have a download scheduler that I use.  I know that I can upload to YT and then schedule, what I am looking for is software that I can put on my computer that I can use to schedule uploads.  One video can turn into many, by changing length and format and intros and outros, one video works on YT as a 16:9 video and a 9:16 video (YT short), IGTV, FB, Tiktok, GIPHY (as a GIF) and Imgur (GIF)._

If you can relate to Blitz Marketing and to the video publication steps to save time, then you can see how this makes video production almost copy-and-paste easy and most importantly copy-and-paste FAST.  It works the same for web pages.

When you find something that works, then use Blitz Marketing to do more of it in less time.

Hi All,

I am George Pierce.  If you are interested in making money online, the more time that you can invest, the better.  But isn't the object of making money online to provide you with more free time, not less?  

That is often the promise, and it is not a lie, but based on my experience, you are going to have less free time while you are getting started.  And I know you do not want to hear this, but you are likely to not see much money at first.  

Making money online (MMO) is still an extraordinary opportunity!  

The reason is that it allows you, even as a brand-new beginner, to take advantage of several financial levers that are not available on your regular J.O.B.

One of these levers is the ability to duplicate your efforts over and over.  You can create web pages or landing pages or videos today and tomorrow and the next day and so on.  In addition, your efforts have a residual effect, which means that they can earn you money today and tomorrow and so on.  Put the two together and you get a cumulative effect.  Suddenly, the sky is the limit.  

I recently put a pencil to my new YT channel.  My YT channel is possibly the easiest way to make money online, it is the easiest that I have created (in over 20 years online).  The negative is that my method is all free and all organic, and what that can mean is a slow start.  

My new channel is presently averaging over 50 views a day.  That should double about every 3 weeks, so I figured four weeks.

In other words, 1200 monthly views today, 2250 monthly views in 30 days, 4500 views in 60 days, 7500 views in 90 days, and so on. In 90 days or sooner, the new channel should have enough watch time to qualify as a YT partner, which means start getting paid.  Guess what the channel will probably make?   $40 to $100 for the first month and probably closer to $40.  I am investing about 9 hours a week.  Not a good ROI! 

But WAIT!

What if I keep at it?  A very conservative estimate is that views will be at 140K a month, in 12 months, or $560 to $1400. I am expecting $2,000 to $3,000 at least.  If I am lucky, several videos may get a lot of views, so I am serious about being conservative.  

I am convinced that if you are willing and able to consistently devote 9 or 10 hours minimum per week to MMO, you have an opportunity to grow a business that has limitless potential.   Although I cannot legally make any financial promises, MMO is worth investigating.  

You need to find something that works, then you need to grab hold and not let go.
