Shade or Sunshine

ernest_holmes.jpg?width=144The relationship between the individual and the Universal Mind is one of reflection. That is what we image for ourselves, It images for us. Then it follows that the very law which creates bondage could as easily create freedom. The Divine intends freedom for us but the very fact that we have  creative thought, and that we real individuals , presupposes the use of our creativeness in more that one way.

We can sit in the shade or move into the sunshine. Sitting the shadow we may not really believe that there is any sunshine. But the Sun would be there all the time and all the time we are in bondage the real freedom exists. It is there but we must awake to it. The Law of Mind as quickly creates one form as another for us and we must allow the patterns of our thought to become molded from the  highest sense of Reality we possess. 

By giving our complete attention to any one idea we automatically embody it. We attract to ourselves the objective likeness of this embodiment. The thought becomes a thing.  The mental state takes on form, color and temporary reality. We outwardly experience our states of consciousness. but since the apparent without is merely a reflection of the within, which is the cause, what we need to do is to start with the simple proposition of the creative power of thought and from this inner recognition know that circumstances are formed and held in place.

Inner Peace

Inner Peace

I experience absolute peace.

I move forward with confidence.

God’s peace flows throughout my body.

In this state of peace and calmness we are free from disturbing thoughts and emotions. God’s inner Peace guides us all to our Good.  We claim health and well being and live a prosperous life.

We celebrate this inner peace with joy, wholeness, wisdom, and understanding. We trust God in all ways, receptive and open to receive this gift of peace.

We give Thanks for this transformation and accept God abundance of peace in our lives to share with others to create a world of peace.  We are now  enclosed in the peace of God.

 I release these words into the Law and know they and cannot come back void.

 It is done unto us as we believe.

God and I are One

sunriseAs I greet the early morning sunrise, the beauty proves my oneness with God who creates it each day. For as God creates such an incredible image in the sky, it pales in comparison to her creation of you and I. God is the creator, the Alpha and the Omega and her Love is evident in all things. We being creations of God, are filled with that same energy and Love that goes into the incredible sunrise. We are once again, are given the opportunity to give thanks, to experience this amazing thing called Life, for God.

Is today the day that I totally accept that God and I are One? I also realize, that I have a hand in the beautiful sunrise because I expect it to be that way! I give thanks to God for giving me one thing to do in this Life and that is proclaiming what I want by my words. If I speak my word then God’s Law must create it and it does so for anyone. The Law is partial to no one. It does not choose sides, it just does what it is told. We must be aware that we are always speaking our word throughout our day. Are they the words that we really want the Law to manifest for us?

Therefore, I speak my word right now, that abundance and prosperity are a part of my Life, now. I know that the Law hears my words, reads my words and acts on my words as it must do.

I am so grateful for all that I have and for everything that I attract. As I expect the sunrise to be amazing because God and I speak our word, I feel myself abundant and prosperous every moment. Thank You, God for such a magnificent Life.

And So It Is!

Being the Guardian of my Thoughts

As I prepare to write this post, I am reminded that our thoughts are things. What does that mean? We learn in “Science Of Mind” that everything in the Outer World must be begin with Thought. That is the only way that our Outer world becomes solid is through our thinking process. This being the Truth, it also means that it is my responsibility to be in charge of my Thoughts. My thoughts are directly reflected by my Outer life.

So, if my Outer Life is not the picture that I want I must start at the beginning and examine the thoughts that I am thinking. Am I thinking Lack instead of Abundance, Hate instead of Love, Confusion instead of single thought Clarity and I must keep asking myself the questions to find the root thoughts that are manifesting that which I don’t want.

If I am honest with myself, I will find that my thinking is clouded with worry, with a lack of faith and belief. The great news is that I am never lost. I can always think differently! I can always think about only that which I truly want to reflect in my Outer Life. What a comfort that is!

Being the Guardian Of My Thoughts

I recognize that God is the only source of all things that we see in the Outer.

Therefore, I am a part of God. God thought me into existence. How cool is that?

As I experience this Life for God, I know that all my thoughts manifest because the Law of God must act on those Thoughts.

My responsibility is to be the Guardian of my Thoughts.

Every day, every minute  I only think about that which about that which I want to manifest and have in my Life.

The Law is acting upon all my Thought as it must.

I am so grateful for knowing that Thought is always the beginning of all manifestation.

I give thanks that my thoughts are clear and there is no confusion.

These Thoughts manifest in the Outer with Abundance, Love, Joy, Happiness in my Life.

I thank God and say, “And So It Is”

Keyboard Shortcuts - Part II

The last time we talked about ctrl-Z which can undo an action such as deleting a sentence by mistake. You must press ctrl-Z together and immediately when you realize that you did not want to delete that sentence.

Ok, so you bring back the sentence and look at it again and see that you really do not want it. If you use ctrl-Y it will redo the delete that you did earlier.  

Let's say you place the cursor at the front of a sentence. When you use the combination of ctrl-right arrow it will move the cursor to the beginning of the next word. To move the other way, you can use ctrl-left arrow. 


You can hightlight items in a sentence by placing the cursor at the beginning of the sentence and this time we will use the shift key and then the right arrow key and hold down the right arrow key until you highlight everything that you want. 

If you are at the beginning of a sentence and you want to highlight everything in that row you can press shift and the End key.

If you are at the end of the sentence and need to highlight everything to the beginning of that row then press shift-Home key.

If you are at the end of your document or anywhere in between you can use the shift key and an up arrow it this will hightlight a line above where you were. Press a shift - down arrow and it will highlight rows going down.

You can always highlight something and then hit the spacebar. It will delete the highlighted information and add a space in its place. ctrl-Z will get the information back.

Three more for today. Highlight a word, sentence and press ctrl-B to bold it, ctrl-I to italicize it and ctrl-U to underline it .

If you did not want to do that to the above sentence then you can highlight the whole sentence and if you want to take away the underline then press ctrl-U and that will undo the underline. You can undo the Bold and the Italicize the same way.

Whew! We step through a few more in this PR. You can experiment yourself to find shortcuts that you can use a lot and save you some time.

All is Well in the Lives of All Beloveds

One Life.  I see It, proclaim It, know It. I inherently understand it because It is my Life and the Life of everyone and every creature known and unknown.  This Life travels through all dimensions creating from Itself, knowing Itself, loving Itself through all of Its creations.  I am so grateful to know this.

I affirm and declare in this moment pure and true alignment with this one life.  I am aware at every moment at this alignment is the Love of Life coming through and as me.  As I align, any energy, person, place, or thing that no longer serves me and my highest good falls away never to return.  Life’s only pleasure is to know itself through and as me.   This is the truth for me and for everyone who reads this prayer.

I affirm and declare joy and a happy summer.  Whatever we are seeking we find and whatever we find, we know is for our highest good.  I am the beloved and so all is well, and all is well in the lives of all beloveds.

I gives thanks for this knowing, and I give thanks for all the love there is.  I am so grateful for the spiritual community known as the Rio Grande Center for Spiritual Living. Thank you, Life!

You Are Love, Joy, Positive Energy and Prosperity

There is one Magnificent Presence that is available to all of us!  This presence is filled with Love, Joy, Abundance, Positive Energy, and Prosperity!

This presence in the center of my being.  It fills me, in every moment, with this love, this joy, this abundance, this positive energy and it overflows in prosperity.  And just as I know of this presence is in the center of my being, I also know it is in the center of your being.

You are filled with this magnificent presence and have an abundance of love, joy, positive energy and prosperity!

In knowing this, I see this presence available in every given moment!  Within every situation, within every experience, and within every given moment!  It fills each of us with perfect health, amazing experiences, and shines through us… and as us as we meet everyone and everything!

I give great thanks for this Magnificent Presence.  I give great thanks for the perfect experiences we have in each moment!  I am so grateful this is in my life and is in your life!

I release my word into law knowing it gives perfect and precise production of my word! 

It is done! 

And so it is!

Keyboard Shortcuts - Part I

Today, I am going to show you some keyboard shortcuts that can make your day a little easier. You may know about these but I find that many people do not.


To get started, we will learn 3 shortcuts that you will use a lot. The first one is the highlight everything shortcut. These will be for PC users and no offense to Mac users. Always make sure your cursor is in the window where you want to use the shortcuts.


Ok, so I want to highlight everything that I have typed so far. What you do is press the ctrl key and hold it down and then press the A key. You should see everything that you have typed highlighted.


Now if I want to copy all of that information I can do so by pressing the ctrl key (hold it down) and then press the C key. That will copy/store that information for you.


In my example here I am typing this PR in a text editor. What I can do now is add one more shortcut to the mix. First, I will do a ctrl-A to highlight everything. Then I will do a ctrl-C to copy all of that which I have highlighted.


Next I am going to go the IBO website and create a new Press Release. I will place my cursor inside the editor at IBO. Then I will press, you guessed it, the ctrl key (hold it down) and then press the V key. This will then paste the information that I copied to the IBO Editor. See you there. lol


Ok, I am here and have pasted this PR into the editor with the shortcut ctrl-V. Pretty cool!

There is one more shortcut for today that is handy. Suppose you are typing a sentence and you highlight it and then make a mistake and delete it.


If you use this shortcut, ctrl-Z, you will be able to get the sentence back. You must do the ctrl-Z immediately after deleting something for it to work.

A Prayer for the Solstice

At this time of the summer solstice, the longest day of the year, I am reminded of two things: 1) to affirm and be grateful for the blessings of the Universe, knowing the sun brings its growing and healing power to the planet and to each person; and 2) to look past appearances to the true nature of reality, knowing that as we move into the height of the summer, of the heat, of the season, the days begin to shorten. These two things let me know that all is well, all is Good, all is Peace, all is Love, all is in Divine right order.

This force of life that we feel so strongly at this time of year reminds me that this Principle we call God is in us, and acts through us as us. I am grateful for that,  knowing that the more fully I can accept that Principle, the more I am blessed. I do whatever I need to in order to be in touch with the Goodness of life, through music, through pets, through other people, through love, through creativity.

I withdraw attention from all that is unlike Goodness, from all that takes me away from knowing I am a God-child. I celebrate this day, this season, myself and my place in the Universe, and all others.

I recite this Buddhist prayer – may all beings be peaceful and happy, may all being be peaceful and happy, may all beings be peaceful and happy.

And so it is.

No, I am not retired and Why

No, I am not retired and Why

I am at that age and have the grey hair so I guess it is appropriate that people ask if I am retired. What I tell them is no and why I don't plan on retiring.

The reason that I won't be retiring any time soon is because I have found that which I am truly passionate about. I create websites, mobile websites, facebook fan pages and Universal Recommendation Pages. In other words, I am having fun creating sites and helping those that have websites get traffic, leads and sales from those websites. I don't want to retire and neither do my clients want me to retire!

It took me getting laid off in 2004 to find out what I truly enjoyed doing.  As I mentioned above I love to create websites, mobile sites, facebook fan pages and Universal Recommendation Pages. The reason for the latter is that even though having you own website is necessary, you still have to work on getting your site noticed, listed and ranked in the search engines and that is just for maybe 2 or 3 keywords. Many clients that I work with do not have that time. 

Another thing that I found out by being in Network Marketing is that the website that the company provides you is the exact same one that they provide me with. So, with everyone using the same website, it is impossible for any of us to get those websites ranked. In fact the search engines ignore the replicated websites and will not rank them. 

I then ask myself what I could do to get some use out of that type of website. Now my background is technical and I have always been a self learner so I started searching for something that would help get targeted traffic to the any website.

That search took a while but I finally found a program/system where I can create anywhere from 500 pages, 1000 pages, 2000 pages or more in a month and over time Google would index them. They also gain in rank over time. 

Being as I can create any number of pages, Google begins to see the sites as authority sites which give the pages that extra boost. Now all of the pages have an image and a link right below it that are linked to the website that I or you choose. That is why we call the pages Universal Recommendation Pages. 

The power comes into play because we use between 50-100 keywords within the system. Normal Search Engine Optimization can rank for maybe 2-3 keywords and our pages can get rank for many keywords. 

Another option for us is that we can tie the keywords to a specific geo targeted area by using city/state combinations. If you only want to target a city and the surrounding area we can do that for you. 

Going back to networking, you can help your group by giving us the URL's of the people whom you want to help. This means that the links you provide will be rotated throughout the pages that you purchases.

The pages that are created are completely whitehat and that is the reason they get indexed and then start ranking. One thing we have no control is how quickly the pages get indexed. That is totally up to Google and we have to be patient. Once they do start to get indexed you can start to get traffic soon after as each page gains in ranking. 

The program that I use took me a while to learn, but if you are willing to learn it for yourself or have someone in your business learn it, contact me and I can give you more Information about it. 

On the other hand if just want to get some pages working for you now, then you can go http://ibourl.net/uap and you will find more information about the system and 3 packages to choose from depending upon your budget and your goals. I can do more pages than listed in the packages, but we would need to talk about that.

Today, I share God’s Gifts

Portrait-Photo-2011-500-240x300.jpg?width=168Today, I consciously share the gifts of Life.  My thoughts and my whole being are open to the Divine; to the good and abundance which fills the Universe.  

First, I empty myself of any and everything that denies my good, in an anticipation of receiving,  My mind and heart eagerly await what gifts Spirit has for me today.  I know that all the good there is must belong to everyone who is open to receive.  I willingly receive the Divine gifts offered to me, right now.  I gratefully and graciously accept my spiritual inheritance which Life has willed to me and every person willing to accept and receive.

I know, right now, that the gifts of Life come to me from every source in the Universe, I do not limit in anyway what or where the gift looks like or from where it comes.  There is no limitation.  

So, as I receive these gifts and enjoy what is given, I know that the true joy is passing them on to others. Freely, without condition, I give of that which I have, blessing the gift that was given to me and blessing it as it passes through me to others, so that it may be multiplied by others experience and, in God’s good plan, come back again to me.
