Hi All,
I am George Pierce. We are not supposed to bet, but if we did make a bet, we would want to make that bet on a sure thing. Online there is a process called Niche Marketing. Before you jump into a project or campaign, your first step is niche marketing. I have been using Niche Marketing for at least 15 years. I was amazed when I discovered it, and I am sincerely still amazed. Although I cannot legally make any guarantees, what makes Niche Marketing so 'jaw-dropping' is that it will tell you BEFORE you start, how your online venture will do. Nich Marketing can tell you if you have a sure thing or a flop.
Above is a snapshot of a bit of niche marketing that I have done in the last couple of days.
On the left, are the images of videos of Curious George. The top video has 160M views in 4 years, an average of 40M views per year. YT pays YTers about $4 per 1,000 views. This one video alone has earned the channel about $160,000 per year!
What happened is this...
A couple of Curious George videos showed up as suggested videos. I noticed millions of views, so I typed Curious George in the YT search box and sorted by view count (most watched). This is what showed up. This looks good so far, but there may be a problem.
Anytime there is high demand, there is usually high competition!
The fact is that every time there is high demand, of course, there is high competition. Did our sure thing turn into a flop?
Sometimes the answer is yes, this time the answer is NO!
The next step is to determine how much competition we are up against. On YouTube, I use a tool called TubeBuddy. I use the paid version, but there is a free version. The free version still does the same job, but the results are limited to three. What TubeBuddy does is balance the competition, the search volume, and the keyword strength to give us an overall score.
I shoot for a score in the green. If you are a newbie, green will eliminate all kinds of problems and frustrations. The channel that this is for is new, so it is the same as being a newbie, so shoot for the green.
What we want is to find relative keywords and keyword phrases that we can use in our tags, title, and description. When we find keywords that have reasonable search volume (I prefer 1K or more per month) with low competition, we have found a winner. When we find a search volume of
over 11K per month with very low competition, we have found a sure thing!
I forgot to mention that there is a curious thing about online marketing, We usually do things backward.
Most newbies find a product first or an affiliate first. Because of niche marketing, you can find a profitable niche first, and then find a source for the product or service that you need.
In the case of this example, my supply is primarily a site called Internet Archive (achieve dot org). See the snapshot below.
Should you decide to embark on an online opportunity such as YouTube or Internet Marketing, be sure to begin with Niche Marketing. Why not know before you start that you are investing your time and effort into a sure thing?
Thank you for reading.
Much success,
George Pierce

Hi Everyone,
I am George Pierce. With over 20 years of Internet Marketing experience, I share what I do, I share what works, and what does not work. Finding an online opportunity that works seems to be more difficult than ever. Especially if there is little to no cost. The reason for this post is to share an opportunity that I am personally involved in and one that you may want to take a look at. Your cost is ZERO!
Above is a snapshot of my most recent online adventures. It is a YouTube channel..., allow me to share that I am using a method or strategy called Faceless Videos. Faceless means that you never have to be on camera, you never need to get in front of a camera, and there is no need to do a voice-over.
I will share more of the details in a moment, but the purpose of this post is to help you see that the Faceless Video process works.
The above snapshot is a milestone that was reached after about 2 weeks. What is important is that this is all 100% free. No money has been spent on traffic, the traffic is all organic, which is truly the best traffic. It is the kind of traffic that is interested in my content so they watch my videos and return to watch more.
As mentioned, I am NOT creating any videos. I am downloading public domain videos from Internet Archive which is archive dot org. I am sandwiching the videos between an Intro and an Outro and exporting to YouTube (see the video below). My channel is about vintage TV shows, vintage cartoons, vintage movies, vintage commercials, and vintage music. Lots of people love this kind of content, in fact, many are addicted.
The numbers are still low, but views are constantly growing. Another indicator that this is working. A little trick that has served me well is that when something is working, such as the Pink Panther video, do MORE OF IT.
The good news is that I already have 40 more Pink Panther cartoon videos to upload.
How do you make money? As you probably know, once you become a YT partner, YT will pay you an average of $3 to $5 per 1K views. What is great about YT is that your content accumulates and as it grows so does your channel.
The following is a sample video. An intro is a way to brand your channel, it is optional, and the outro(also optional) is a way to ask viewers to subscribe, like, or comment. The Pink Panther content is from archive dot org.
If you are struggling to find an opportunity that you can do from home that works and is free, I invite you to
learn more about Faceless Videos, especially the way that I am using this strategy.
I do want you to be aware that there is more involved. There is what is called niche marketing which is done before you select your video. Niche marketing is a way to better evaluate which videos are going to get the views that you want. Then, after publishing, you want to get the word out, you want to share the news on social media. This gives your video immediate and free added exposure. And there is what is called SEO which is a way to let YouTube search, Google Search, and the rest of the search engines know what your video is about so that they can send you free traffic,
Marketing is what most training leaves out. The process will still work without marketing, but your pace will be slow. Add marketing and your efforts will more effective, and your results will be much faster. YT tends to almost ignore new channel, since they are not yet proven. Marketing gets your videos noticed from the start.
Again, there is no cost, all the training is free and part of the training includes all the outstanding resources that you are going to need and all are free.

Hi All,
I am George Pierce and this post is about planting seeds. It is based on the law of sowing and reaping by Jim Rohn.
I own the CD and have about worn it.
Jim Rohn's content can apply to any opportunity and is still accurate and up to date.
He begins with the sower and makes a point that the sower has Excellent Seed.
Any opportunity is going to require that you plant seeds, so begin with excellent seeds.
The story goes on to say that some of the seeds are going to be carried away by the birds.
Jim's wisdom, is to accept that the birds will carry away some of the seeds. Move on, stay in the field, and keep planting.
Above is a snapshot of a new YT channel where I am 'planting seeds'.
The next stage of Jim's metaphor is that some of your seeds will fall on rocky ground. Some seeds are not going to grow.
Jim also points out that some seeds may grow but end up dying. The good sower, however, keeps on sowing.
According to Jim, some seeds will also fall on thorny ground and the thorns will choke the life out of them.
What does the good sower do? Of course, she/he keeps on sowing.
Jim makes another point that has helped me. He shares the fact that some of your seeds that grow only grow to 30 or 60% of their potential. Of course, some seeds will reach 100%.
The secret, as you already know, is to keep on sowing.
The new channel is approaching an average of 60 visits (views) per day, not too impressive, BUT...
if I keep sowing, what is going to happen?
The Internet allows you and I to take advantage of the 'cumulative effect'. Growing a channel,
a website or an online biz will grow and grow...as long as we sow and sow.
The moral of the story is to find good seed, start sowing, and do not stop.
The above stats are from Mr. P's Classic TV Channel where I legally use videos that are already made.
My video source is archive dot org, a public domain site.
I use videos, I download videos such as old TV shows, old TV Commercials, and classic movies, and then upload them to YouTube.
The process is insanely easy and fast. If you are struggling to make money online, this is free, but in order to
make it work, you will need to learn the Faceless Video system.
I am doing this myself, so if you want to follow in my steps, I have put together a training series that will take you step-by-step through the
Faceless Video process. It is called Faceless because you never need to be on camera.
I invite you to check out my Faceless Video Training Series
This work is in the public domain in the United States because it was published in the United States between 1928 and 1977, inclusive, without a copyright notice. Hi Everyone!
I added an exclamation mark instead of a comma because of what you are about to discover.
I have been an online marketer for over twenty years. I struggled for way too long, about a year to a year and a half. I believe that most of us are not willing to stick with it for that long. At that time, information and training were scarce. Today, it is abundant. but often, today's training benefits the trainer more than the trainee. What I share is free and it is based on free (free tools and free resources).
The purpose of this post is to share a simple trick that has helped me and will help you as well.
The trick is to look at our competition, but I want to add an extra twist. HUH?
When I look at the competition, I am looking at things such as content and SEO, including keywords and backlinks. All are important, but there is another aspect that I recently noticed that I sort of do without thinking, so it is a trick that I have not shared since it is happening almost automatically.
This is a snapshot of a recent video search on YT.
Notice that my video is showing up on page one of YT search almost at the top, the #3 spot in 30 minutes for free. If you want to learn how to make this happen, how to make money on YT, and never have to be on camera or make a video, I invite you to visit my Faceless Video training series.
But that is NOT what this post is about. It is about the VISUAL part of looking at our competition. By visual, I am referring to the overall look of a website, or in this case, thumbnails.
When we check out our competition, we need to ask. Is there a particular visual aspect or theme? Is there a visual component that our competition is using that we can emulate?
In the case of a website, the visual 'feel' or the use of images to help tell a story or set a mood, or create a vibe, can do more than we realize.
Above, there are three thumbnails, what is the common thread? Ronald McDonald, of course.
That VISUAL aspect may help this video to get Millions of views. It can also help you to get visitors to stay on your site, or get the views you need.
Getting on page one of YT search is awesome, and I encourage you to check out my training, so you can do the same...
BUT...
you have to be able to get clicks once your video is there. That is where taking a LOOK (visually) at our competition can bring our efforts to fruition.
NOTHING, in my opinion, is going to replace quality content, but I have seen so many marvelous video channels and websites that are not getting the traffic and exposure that they deserve.
More traffic is the answer, which is where my training can help, and gaining visual clues from our competition is the icing on the cake.
What you see above is a recent snapshot. I share this to show you that this content is based on personal experience, a new YT channel that is using the Faceless Video strategy to make money on YT. It is a new channel, a little over a week old. The point is that the info you receive is firsthand.
Will the Mcdonalds' video get a million views? It might!
It is a 'compilation'. Compilations get more views. (learned from LOOKING at the competition)
It is on page one and in the #3 position, it will be seen. (see my training)
Visually, it emulates my top-ranking competitors, so it should get clicks. (learned from LOOKING at the competition)
Our competition will tell us what we need to know, so let's take the time to LOOK.
Thank you for reading.
Much success,
George Pierce

Hi All,
I am George Pierce and this post is a quick heads-up about ALOUD. AI will probably be the biggest trend this year, and Aloud may end up at the top of the list.
What is Aloud?
AI that will translate videos to just about any language you want. I am not talking about subtitles, we will speak of subtitles in a moment. Aloud will translate your audio to audio of whatever language you want. It will do this flawlessly and keep the translation in sync with the video part of your video. It is still in the Beta stage. You can get on the wait list now. When it is rolled out, you can be one of the first to take advantage.
Subtitles:
If you want to do subtitles in English or any other language for FREE, Kapwing will give you 10 minutes per month.
Why should you do subtitles in a foreign language?
Exposure.
When one of your videos stands out, when a video gets lots more views and watch time, and subscribers, consider adding foreign language subtitles and re-publishing it. For example, the above video has almost 100 hours more watch time than my average video. When a video is over 10 minutes, you can translate some this month and some the next. If you have lots of videos that are getting lots of watch time, then a paid upgrade might be worth it.
FYI:
Downloading YT videos is no longer free. Kapwing will still download YT videos for you for FREE. If you delete your videos after uploading, no problem. You can insert the video URL and Kapwing will import it to your Kapwing dash.
PPS. The strategy is called Faceless Videos because you never need to get in front of a camera. In fact, you never need to make a video, you use other people's videos. It is all legit and free, even the tools and resources are free. There is literally zero cost.
Above is a snapshot of the tags for this video. I want you to see that getting on page one is NOT a fluke. TubeBuddy will get you there. Once you install TB, a button under tags will show up that says show search results. I am not quite done and I need to sort (which TB will do for me), but every keyword phrase in the GREEN means that it is on page one of YT search! The number in the green box is its position. 3rd or fourth or better is going to put your brand new video at the TOP!

Hi All,
George Pierce, here. I am sure that you are aware that if you were to save a penny today and 2 and 4 and 8 and so on, every day, for a month, you would have over $1M!
That is what content marketing is all about. It relies on what is called 'The Cumulative Effect'. When you work a regular J.O.B., there is no cumulative effect, but as a content marketer, your content keeps accumulating.
Content marketing is fantastic, but it takes a persistent approach. Marketing is also necessary. Marketing boils down to traffic...generating traffic so your content gets seen.
Above is a snapshot of a video collection that was downloaded last night. What does it have to do with this post? This collection is a free download from a site called Archive dot net, which is a site that hosts all kinds of public domain content. This means that the content is already created and that you and I can use it as our own. I share this with you because it presents a way to become a content creator without having to create content.
This kind of strategy is used by lots of channels on YouTube, some of these channels are literally making millions with this strategy, almost as simple as downloading and uploading to YouTube.
In addition to being able to use already made video content, YouTube will send you traffic for free and pay you for it! You will need to use what is called SEO, which stands for Search Engine Optimization, but do not let that stand in your way. Therre is a free suite of tools that you can use called TubeBuddy. It is a free Chorme extension. One of the many resources that comes with TubeBuddy is a tool called Keyword Explorer which does all the work. You type in the keywords and Keyword Explorer will balance Search, Competition, and Keyword Strength to give you an overall keyword score. When a keyword scores in the green, I usually use it.
Above is a snapshot of TubeBuddy's Keyword Explorer in action. It can turn a newbie into a success. If you are new to YouTube, TB will provide you with a step by step checklist of what to do in order to get the traction your channel needs.
You should also share your content with other sites including Syndication Express and social media sites to gain even more exposure and more traffic.
Is this simple? Absolutely! Is it easy? Yes, if you are willing to learn and if you are willing to put in the effort. NO, if you are looking for a free lunch.
I consider this to be perfect for newbies.
Why I say this, is because so much of the work is already done. This is not meant to make you think that this is a lazy way to make money, It means that you will be able to create MORE content and to create your content faster. The more you can double your pennies (accumulate content), the faster that your channel will grow.
One of the discoveries that I have made is that compilations get more views. Compilations of commercials are super easy to create. I recommend sandwiching your videos between an intro and an outro. Use your intro for branding, such as your company or your channel presents. You can use your outro for an end screen and ask for likes, comments, shares, subs, etc.
Above is the very first video in the download collection. It seems like a collection of 30 minutes to 60 minutes works well. I will test both. The above collection makes creating a compilation easy. You add an intro which you can create once and use again and again, followed by 30 minutes or more of content, followed by your outro, which you can also use over and over again. See the above video, it is a single video, it is very short and you can get some ideas about an intro and an outro.
I share the above snapshot so you can see that this strategy works and that it is one that I am using.
People want to watch videos on YouTube, so here is a way to leverage that trend.
There is a SURPRISE ending to all this! A really good surprise.
The channel that I am sharing is new, but I have had the pleasure of experiencing another benefit that the Internet has to offer, It is called the snowball effect. It is also called going VIRAL. On YouTube, especially, one of your videos can easily generate thousands or even millions of views.
So What?
Once your channel is monetized, which means 1K subs and 4K watch hours in a year or less, then you can become a YT partner, YT will place ads on your videos and pay you an average of 3 to 5 dollars per 1K views.
WHY Is NOTHING HAPPENING??
Most newbies may not like the idea of having to be patient. They want immediate results, I do too. When I share the above, I am not embarrassed, but I have other channels that look a lot better. On the other hand, this channel is actually doing better than the others were doing when just getting started.
From a positive point of view, the above snapshot shows that in about a week,
the pennies are starting to accumulate.
As you and I sow our pennies, we are also gaining knowledge and experience and that is an unbeatable combination.
Thank you for reading.
Much success,
George Pierce
PS. For free affiliate marketing training, I invite you to visit my Internet Marketer Training channel:
One of the steps that I share is to promote your videos (for free) by using the share button on YT. After you publish each video, there is a share button below the video. Click on the button and most of the popular social media sites will appear. You can click on the sites that you have joined and in a matter of seconds, your video has a lot more exposure.
One of the social media sites on the share button, of course, is Facebook. I usually join about five of six FB groups that are relative to my niche. I joined five. Based on my previous experience, 4 or 5 out of the 5 should publish my posts. All my posts were held for admin approval. 4 were almost instantly denied, one was approved,
I WAS ANNOYED!
I had planned on creating a Classic TV Group, but not until I was a bit more knowledgeable and experienced in the niche, but I was not happy that the decline rate was so high, That got me thinking that other Classic TV YTers are having the same problem. FB likes are one of the things that YT likes to see, so I created a new FB group in addition to my fan page.
When setting up the page, I had difficulty with the Canva FB cover, it was the wrong size, I fixed it, but, in the meantime, I created another FB cover at Pixlr, which is at the top.
This is the one from Canva (revised to fit).
What do you think? Which is better?
Thanks for reading.
Much success.

Hello All!
This post is about sharing results. Am I really getting results?
The results so far are the most exciting! I will share all the details and the training in a soon-to-be-published video. There are so many positives and just as importantly a couple of negatives. Negatives that I had to learn the hard way. All that and more soon.
The good news is that I am not trying to sell you anything, my intent is to help you. Since this is a new venture, it is not guaranteed, even when you have experience. I still 'cross my fingers' with every video, and yes, I have already made several mistakes.
What I have done, however, in the last 7 days is to get a feel, I believe a pretty good sense for this niche.
This is a small milestone, but a very important one. WHY? It shows that people are actually watching these videos!
Please remember this is a new channel. On the other hand, getting 4K hours of watch time (in 12 months or sooner) is what is needed to get monetized. That relates to about 80 hours per week, which should happen within the next week.
I believe that I have found TWO KEYS that will accelerate growth! (Get even better results)
It is a little too early to be sure, but my research is usually correct. I have been lucky enough to figure out how to sniff out the best videos, and how I do that is included in the soon-to-be-published video. I have also discovered that video compilations do well.
Top videos in the last 48 hours.
In other words, finding the most watched videos and creating compilations should get more views. The idea is to upload videos that both YT and viewers want, hopefully, love.
For example. Bonanza videos get views, lots of views.
The above shows the top 3 videos at the moment. The showdown episode happens to be the most-watched episode of Bonanza on YT with millions of views.
Showdown was published yesterday. It looks like it is going to be in first place soon. I do not have viewers' stats on this video such as view duration, it is too soon, but watch time has been an average of 50%, so this video alone will probably add 40 or more hours of watch time per week.
The third most popular episode of Bonanza was published a few hours ago.
The second most popular episode will be published later today.
Also, the first compilation video has been posted. Actually, minutes ago.
Putting together compilations of commercials is easy and still fast. Compilation of full episodes is also easy
BUT
allow me to share one of my dumb mistakes.
Although it may be public domain, I discovered that Doctor Who is either BBC or Doctor Who. Every Doctor Who video is
on one channel or the other. I should have noticed, I did not.
HA! When I say that most of what I have learned is the hard way, I am serious, so if you decide to try the Faceless Video strategy using public domain videos, my intent is to help you avoid some of the pitfalls that I have fallen into.
The bottom line is that Doctor Who videos will be BLOCKED (not shown) by YT due to copyright.
What you just learned in a second took me a bit longer.
During your research, if all the videos are from the same channel or channels, take notice, it means that you may run into copyright issues.
Want to know more about Faceless Videos? Watch this, then check out my free training.
You may not realize that you are getting to look over my shoulder as I put this Faceless Video strategy in motion. The info is first-hand.
And you get the bad with the good. My sharing negatives is not meant to deter you, it is meant to arm you.
Conclusion
So far, so good. The results are not viral, the results not overwhelming, but they are most encouraging. Getting traction from the start is not usually what happens. Supposedly it takes about 100 videos for YT to give your channel even a little attention.
I believe that it is the video content that is the main reason for a good start. Just a reminder that the content has already been created. We simply download it and upload it. Watch the video above for more details.
Thank you for reading.
Much success.

Hi All,
George Pierce, here. I almost fell into a TRAP this week. Above are the traffic stats for Mr. P's Clssic Television Channel.
The traffic is good | bad| or relevant? Yesterday it almost doubled, that is good...right? But it is only 28 for the day...
that is bad...right. But we are just getting started...so it is all relevant...right?
When you are just getting started, do not judge your performance.
There is often a lot more happening than the stats. The stats are super important, but even with experience, I am learning!
The learning part of the process does not show up right away. On my channel's behalf, it does have what is called a view velocity over 1 for the last 48 hours,
Also, these three videos are presently consistent traffic generators. That is more powerful than you might realize. If the channel can get three videos that steadily produce traffic every six days. a tiny snowball is already beginning to form.
Speaking about NOT judging, a Liberace video is second in terms of watch time. I am a fan, TubeBuddy said it is a good choice, and it is.
I am most pleased to say that a Betty White Show video has the most watch time.
I apologize for the quality, but this Batgirl video already has 4 views in its first hour.
📺Batgirl Introductory Episode How Batgirl Got Started Old TV Shows Mr. P's Classic Television
My point is to let the research tell you what to do. It is so easy to choose the content that YOU WANT. I almost did.
That may seem right, but it is not. Give your audience what they want, and use research to find out exactly what they want.
NOT What YOU Want.
If you would like to find out more about how you can create videos and never be on camera, I invite you to check out the first step of my

📺Nabisco Sugar Honey Grahams Classic Television Commercial A Different Era 1960 Old TV Commercials
Hello Everyone!
I am George Pierce, This post is a follow-up on my Faceless Video training series, which is step-by-step instructions on how to use video sites and other social media sites for traffic. Carrying the training to the next step, you can use videos, other people's videos, for free, download them, and then upload them to your YouTube channel. You can make a lot of money doing this.
Watch this for the details.
What I share is often what I am actually involved in, and this is the case with this
next step in the training. I am downloading videos, classic TV shows, and Classic TV
commercials, using a public domain site called archive dot org. Then I upload it to YT.
That is great, it is fast, and it is easy, but my content is the same as other YT channels that
are doing the same thing.
In order to get to the top of the heap as quickly as possible, I need to stand out!
To do that, I need to be different.
HOW!???
Although this channel and niche are new to me, video marketing is not.
#1: Changing the video itself does not seem like a good option, but adding a quick 3 to 5-second intro
for branding and an outro with an end screen for longer view duration and clicks to other videos are two of the changes that I recommend (see top video).
#2: Create a more creative title. This is a bit of a weakness for me, I am not gifted with words, but just knowing
that I need a better title than the others is a big step. Titles need to convey what our video is about and they need to include some of the top keywords. With titles, we are trying to HOOK both viewers and search engines. We have 100 characters to play with. Some say a title of 70 characters or so is the best length since big titles get cut off. I say use all 100 if you need, but keep what you want your potential viewer to see in the first 70. My quest is to add a 'little' something to each title that will make it 'different' and 'more interesting than the others,
#3 Create a better thumbnail. Your thumbnail can make a huge difference, especially for a new channel. Its job is to capture attention and to get clicks. That is not always easy. In fact, I use a unique paid thumbnail creator (thumbnail blaster) that will split-test my thumbnails for me. Split-testing is simply comparing the results of one thumbnail vs. another. You do not need an automatic split tester. If you are getting less than a 5 or 6% click-through rate, change your thumbnail.
Thumbnail tips:
An advantage of thumbnails is that the image can help us to tell our story. In the case of classic tv videos, a snapshot of one of the frames of your video is a good place to start. If your editor does not have a snapshot feature, your laptop should have snapshot built-in or you can download snapshot software for free, Upload your image to a site such as Canva and add text.
Your thumbnail test does NOT have to be the same as your title.
In the snapshot above, I purposely made one that identifies the product. Now is my chance to add text that can make my thumbnail DIFFERENT and more likely to get clicks. I watched the ad, of course, and I was immediately struck with an Ozzie and Harriet or Leave It to Beaver VIBE. That kind of vibe is one of the reasons why people like nostalgic TV and ads, so...I added "Wholesome 60s Vibe" to the thumbnail.
Will It Work?
One of the many benefits of the Internet is that we can get almost instantaneous feedback. Look at your stats, They will tell you whether things are working and whether they are not, By the way, when things do not work, do not be discouraged, it is part of the process, take steps to fix it and learn as you go.
Thank you for reading.
Much success,
George Pierce

Hi All,
I am George Pierce and I recently started a new YouTube channel. The channel is about classic television shows and commercials. This post is an invitation for you to visit the channel and then consider creating a similar channel for your own. If yes, I have laid out all the steps for you.
What makes this kind of YT opportunity so attractive is that I share a way that you can post videos and never have to make a video or show your face. What this means to you is that you can make money as a YTer without making any videos.
In a nutshell, the process is as easy as downloading classic videos for free and uploading them to YT.
I know that you are busy, but this strategy is well worth looking at.
I am new in this niche, so I have much to learn, but what I am discovering gets better and better. You can look forward to a walkthrough on how I do the research in a future video or post, which is what makes online marketing so beautiful. You will see how to discover how to determine which videos are getting the views.
That alone is a HUGE advantage, It allows you and me to know how our video should perform before we involve any effort. I will also be sharing little tricks and secrets that I am picking up along the way. (For example, It's Howdy Doody Time seems to outperform The Howdy Doody show).
How I am learning these tips, is by researching the competition. You will see how YT and our competition can show us exactly what we need to do.
You have probably heard this several times before, but now you will see it in action.
In case you are concerned with cost, there is NO COST.
Thanks for reading.
Much success,
George Pierce

Hi Everyone!
I am George Pierce. I have about 20 years of Internet Marketing under my belt. I have been sharing my successes and failures for over 10 years. In this post, I will share more about how I am using a marketing strategy called Faceless Videos, which is a proven and profitable strategy. However, I have added a secret twist. I am using a site called archive dot org as a source for classic TV shows and classic TV commercials. It is a treasure trove!
If you were wondering why the snapshot of Lucy and Desi is above, you may be beginning to see how this image ties in with this post. The reason for this post is primarily to give you a heads-up and an overview of the process. My intent is that you see how easy this is.
It is also insanely profitable. How much money do you need? In a soon-to-be-published video, I will share examples of this strategy along with a look at channels that use it with incomes ranging from $450K to over $32M per year. If you need more than that, no problem, create more channels.
You can look forward to the video soon which will include setting up your own channel and the other steps that you need to take. The video has been rendered and will be published soon. I will post it on SE as soon as I can.
The following is a very brief overview, not for training, but so you can see that it is amazingly quick and easy.
Next is a video that was made in just a couple of minutes.
The video process is thoroughly covered in my training series about how to create Faceless Videos (see below), which is to create an Intro and an Outro, that you can use over and over, and sandwich a classic TV show or a classic TV commercial from archive dot org in between, which is why it only takes minutes. There is more that you will need to know, so you will want to watch the video for more help.
I do NOT jump into something without doing the research. It is called Niche Research. What is amazing about niche research is that it will let you know, BEFORE you start, whether your online venture is going to work. Although there are no guarantees, and, of course, I cannot make any guarantees, allow me to give you a peek at what TubeBuddy has to say about the niche.
According to TubeBuddy, which is a FREE chrome extension, there are about 156,000 searches per month on YouTube for 'old TV Shows'! and with that kind of search, this keyword phrase is still in the green, in fact, it scores EXCELLENT. What you see above are a few snapshots of keyword phrases that do extremely well on YT. The tool that was used is called Keyword Explorer, which is one of a suite of tools that are free with TubeBuddy.
Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson have taken the weekend off.
They are camping in nearby woods alongside a gurgling stream. Peace and quiet.
After setting up the tent, and having a great meal cooked over a campfire, Holmes and Watson go to sleep.
Sometime during the middle of the night, Holmes wakes up, He nudges his old friend.
“Watson, look up and tell me what you see,” instructs Holmes, shivering.
“I see billions of stars.” answers Watson.
“What do you deduce from seeing all those stars?”
Watson thinks a moment.
“Well, I deduce that there are millions of galaxies and probably billions of planets. Somewhere put there in the vast universe there is a high probability, that some of those stars have planets that are like our own. I further deduce that some may have intelligent life. It means that we may not be alone. Holmes. What is it that you deduce?”
Holmes is quiet for a moment and then he answers.
“I agree, my good man, but my more immediate deduction is that someone has stolen our tent.”
Thank you for reading.
Much success,
George Pierce

PS. In a recent SE post, I shared how you can make unimaginable amounts of money on YouTube and never make a video, built around using a faceless video strategy that resulted in the creation of my newest channel mentioned above. A video about how to do this is coming soon. In the meantime, I invite you to check out my SE post.

Hi Everyone!
I am George Pierce. This post is about trying something new for me. What I share is often the online venture that I am presently working on.
You get a chance to look over my shoulder and follow along. I primarily use YouTube to drive traffic to my websites and squeeze pages and offers.
This strategy is a little different. It is about creating a YT channel and filling it with premade videos. Anyone can download a video and upload to their YT channel, so I urge you to stay with me.
Here is my newest venture (adventure).
Classic TV!???
A Classic Television Channel on YouTube.
So far, YT is not accepting the above channel banner from Canva. I will try Pixlr. Both sites are free. Create a YT channel, it is truly easy, then go to Camva and create your YT banner, download it and upload it to YT under customize channel.
Gazillions of Classic TV shows are available as Public Domain videos from archive.org. They are free to use, totally legal, and do not create any copyright issues on YT. Go to archive.org, find the shows, movies, commercials, old movies, etc., and download them, then upload them to your channel.
I have done some research and so far this looks extremely promising.
You will find thousands of classic TV shows, and thousands of classic TV commercials, along with short old movies, such as the Little Rascals. You will find over 6600 shows and over 13.000 classic commercials, just shy of 20K altogether from achive.org alone. All these old TV shows, commercials, movies, and themes are very popular. These kinds of videos can get 20K to over 1M views. Of course, there is competition, but keyword research should easily overcome that. Once your channel qualifies (1000 subs and 4K hours of watch time), YT will pay you for your views.
$$$$$$!!
Per Influencer Marketer Hub, most YT channels average $3 to $5 per thousand views. Your income potential ranges from $60 to $3000+ per video/
This is a 1980 TV commercial for L'Eggs with Juliet Prowse.
I added an intro and outro which I can re-use on all my videos. The video, of course, is a free download from archive dot org.
As mentioned, it is easy to download videos and then upload them to your YT channel. Sprinkle in a little SEO and your channel will outperform most other channels, they simply do not know SEO.
I am inviting you to consider giving this a try. I cannot legally make any kind of guarantees, but there are a lot of people that are making a lot of money on YouTube and they are using other people's videos legally and for free. I have added a little bit of editing, but this option needs no editing. if you make that choice.
Although a branding intro and an outro are good ideas, they are not essential.
I suggest that you get some free training in creating videos and SEO. For help with videos, check out my Faceless Video training series right here on SE.
What you are seeing is a form of Internet Marketing. The keyword is MARKETING. If you only create your channel, YT will not give you much attention until you hit at least 100 videos, so allow me to share how to speed that up and that is by Marketing your videos. This is easy, just share your videos on other Internet platforms, especially social media.
In other words,
Create a website...Webador is super easy and always free. Systeme is a complete marketing platform that stays free for up to 2K subscribers.
Create a FB page and join several FB groups that are relative to your video content.
Join other social media sites such as TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Tumblr, and LinkedIn.
Create a blogger.com account.
Setting up these accounts is simple, it only takes a few minutes and once they are set up, you can use your YT share button to share your YT posts with all the accounts with just a few clicks. You can MARKET your videos to some of the highest-traffic sites on the Internet in a matter of seconds!
This helps your videos and your channel in two ways. From an SEO standpoint, your sharing is creating backlinks to your video from the highest-ranking sites on the Internet which adds to your ranking, which is how the search engines perceive the importance of your site (channel).
Let's say that you and I are competing Classic TV channels. I upload the above video and so do you, but I do NOT share (market) my video, and you share your video with these high-ranking social sites. The search engines are going to send traffic to your channel over mine!
In addition, sharing your YT posts will gain exposure and of course, generate traffic. Also, the search engines see that your channel is getting this extra traffic and that mine is not, so your channel ranks even higher.
My intent is to initially upload numerous videos per day to build content and to show YT that my channel is serious.
I will use Ubersuggest and TubeBuddy for the SEO, in other words, to find keywords with good traffic and low competition. Both are available as a free Chrome extension which makes them super convenient.
My website is with AIOP, I will be using a site builder called Serendipity, a good site builder, yet light weight which makes it fast loading. AIOP is not free, but it is the lowest-priced value-packed marketing platform on the Internet.
I will be building a list, but I have not thought that far ahead, yet. I want to learn the ropes regarding this niche. I love the niche, so that is a good start. I will also be looking for and at other sites for content (downloads) and affiliate products. FYI...T-shirts always work which I already have with Spreadshirt. Spreadshirt is free, provides you with a free site, and does almost all the work.
All of the above is FREE, and all of the above is easy. I am a firm believer that anyone can succeed as an Internet Marketer. Although this YouTube opportunity is yet untested for me, personally, this is close to failproof.
HUMOR
Speaking of TV and Classics...
John was home watching TV. It was getting late and his wife Marge was not home yet.
John was getting a little concerned about Marge and also about the car. John and Marge
were the owners of a Classic Chevrolet, and that is what Marge was driving this evening.
Fortunately, Marge showed up, and John was relieved.
Then she said, "I cannot get the car started, There seems to be some water in the carburetor."
John knew that was a strange thing for Marge to say.
"Marge, you do not even know what a carburetor is," replied John, "and I know that you do not know how to diagnose a car problem. Where is the car, I will go look at it."
Marge answered, "It is in our little goldfish pond."
Thank you for reading.
Much success,
George Pierce

EXTRA!
Create A GIF. Above is the GIF from the video. You can create one for free at GIPHY. Post your GIF on Imgur dot com.
GIPHY does all the work, you supply the video link from YT, trim your video (30 sec. max), add a link back to your channel, add text such as Visit Us,
and save. GIFs are moving images so they automatically get our attention. When posting to Imgur, be sure to include a description and a link back to your channel as well.
Use what you see above on sites such as Quora that do not allow backlinks.
If you are familiar with my training, I have been recommending GIFs on squeeze pages and in emails for a couple of years. The big dogs and email sites such as AWeber are now using GIFs. As mentioned, they grab attention...and in our case they help us to better tell our story.
FYI: My first video is getting views and I have not yet set up TikTok. TT has real traffic potential. I will use TT to send traffic to my channel. I am going to get a few uploads, however, in place, so there is some content, before unleashing TT. See my SE Faceless Video training link above for help with YT and TT videos.
In this post, you have more than what you need to tap into the riches that YT has to offer. All you need to do is to get started.
WRONG AGAIN!
I am often wrong, I am the KING of mistakes, and proud of it. The more mistakes, the faster success will arrive. I mentioned below in a comment that Imgur gets 70M visitors a month, that is what I read, but when I checked it out, I was wrong. According to Google, they get about 500M a month, and Google says that GIPHY gets about 300M a day!
You and I might need a wheelbarrow! (for the money)
