Hi everyone!
George Pierce, here. I have been using Syndication Express (SE ~ Ning) for several years. It has been at least the last two years that SE has outperformed other sources of traffic for me. Around the first of the month, I check my stats. Stats help us to see what works and what does not.
Shhh! I know it is past the first of the month, I have been on vacation for much of Nov. and Dec., but when I recently got around to my stats, above is a snapshot of what I found. Ning (SE) has been consistently at the top, as a traffic source.
What you do not know is that I have recently made an extra traffic push on most social media sites. In addition, I make a single post on SE vs, about 10 posts on FB. SE has outperformed FB, every month for overall traffic.
SE sends more traffic, month after month, than the other top social sites as well.
The secret is that SE is syndicated, One SE post is automatically shared by SE, so one post is like making multiple posts without effort.
Not convinced? SE sent almost 6 times more traffic than REDDIT.
Look at this.
Above is a snapshot of a particular-year-old video that I have been purposely boosting traffic as shared in a previous SE post. You might be thinking that Ning is not at the top and it is not.
Without giving a class on SEO, notice that the top traffic leaders are absolute traffic giants. That was my intent.
All my traffic is free organic traffic and getting this kind of free traffic from these giants is certainly satisfying. This kind of traffic took effort, and that is OK, it is part of the process. NONE of that effort was spent on SE.
Yet look who is showing up!
SE is just below FB, and FB was peppered with posts.
The reason for this post is to encourage you to use Syndication Express. I underestimated SE several years ago, and as usual, I was wrong. SE has grown since then and can do you even more good.
When I find something good, it is a pleasure to share it. I am pleased to share my results with SE.

The nunnery is in the middle of being redecorated.
Mother Superior tasks 2 of the newest nuns with painting the room they share.
The young nuns are not experienced painters, and they are concerned about getting paint on their habits. The result is they paint slowly and carefully. At the end of the day, Mother Superior checks on them and is disappointed to find they have only painted one wall.
“You need to paint faster, we’re installing the carpet the day after tomorrow! This needs to be finished tomorrow."
The next day the nuns start painting early. “Why don't we just take off our habits? We could paint a lot faster and not have to worry about getting paint on our clothes.”
They both agree that is a good idea. They lock the door, remove their habits and undergarments and begin to paint much faster.
The nuns are making good progress.
As they get to painting the last wall, there is a knock at the door. Since the nuns are not wearing anything, they are not in a hurry to open the door.
“Who is it?”
From the other side of the door, they hear, “It is me, I am the blind guy.”
The nuns look at one another and open the door. After all, both nuns know that it is their duty to be charitable to the poor and the downtrodden.
The door opens and the blind man enters.
"Where do you want the blinds?”

Hi All,
I am George Pierce. This post is about the most essential part of affiliate marketing! The most important part of making money online is the money. Just about every seasoned affiliate marketer remembers making that first commission. It is quite special. As your knowledge, experience and business grow, so will your commissions.
MY STORY:
Before we jump into commissions, allow me to share that I am a 'content marketer'. My marketing is based on what is called "The Bum Marketing Method'. What makes this strategy somewhat unique is that my traffic costs are ZERO.
A marketing strategy that most affiliate marketers now use is a 'break even' strategy. This is a valid strategy, but it is ultimately based on building your list. With this kind of strategy, it takes $100K (primarily in paid advertising and in bonus costs) to make $100K, so you break even. However, you make have hundreds or thousands of new subscribers to your list.
BE SKEPTICAL
I share this because I want to plant a seed for you to be skeptical when it comes to commissions as proof or validation that some kind of online opportunity works. When you see a million dollars in earnings, I want your skepticism to kick in, in other words, for you to be thinking, "How much did it cost to generate that kind of money?"
BOGUS!??
Above is a copy of a recent email. I do not like to share this kind of information, but I am seeing so much validation that seems so hard to believe, allow me to share this with you to help to re-enforce being skeptical.
It is so easy for anyone to alter commissions or generate proof that is totally false. Although the above is real, there is no way that I know that you or I can know when proof of commissions is real.
In a matter of seconds, you or I, or anyone can alter or fabricate commissions. $867.20 is a complete fabrication done with Paint. Paint is built into most computers or can be downloaded for free.
REAL INFO
It can be difficult to impossible to know what information is bona fide and what is a lie. Before you jump into those BIG COMMISSIONS, look before you leap. Do yourself a favor and research the product(s) or service(s) along with the company and its principals.
In addition, if your gut is telling you that something is not right. listen to your gut.
YOUR Commissions
Notice the PayPal symbol. I am a fan of using PayPal wherever and whenever commissions are involved. You may want to do the same.
I feel that we can trust PayPal. Our commissions will not mysteriously evaporate or get eaten up with fees. PayPal almost forced me to get a PayPal debit card. I did not want another credit card, but it is the best idea I NEVER had. Again, it was PayPal that pushed me into getting their debit card, but all my commissions are automatically and easily available to spend at any place that accepts credit cards, which is almost everywhere and there are no fees.
Another advantage is that when PayPal is a commission payment option, I consider it to be a silent validation of the offer. PayPal is not going to associate with 'problem' clients.
Also notice that the commission is from Systeme. I am also a big fan of Systeme because it is one of the best products of its kind and the best free version on the Internet. Another advantage is that Systeme pays month after month.
You do not have to join Systeme, but it is going to be easier for you to make commissions from products or services that you know are the best. It is also going to be easier for your business and financial growth when those commissions are ongoing (residual income).
HUMOR
Alice's mom, Agnes, had been living alone in her own home for almost 40 years.
That is how long it has been since her dad passed away.
Because of Agnes's age and health, she decided to sell her home and move in with Alice.
The home sold quickly and Alice called the phone company to discontinue the landline service.
The phone company informed her that she could not disconnect the service. The account was in her dad's name. He had to be the one to handle that.
Alice explained that her dad had passed almost forty years ago, but that did not seem to matter.
The service needed to be ended, but the phone company was not going to let that happen.
Fortunately for Alice, she had found a solution.
"If no more payments are made on this account, your company will discontinue the service, right?"
The phone representative reluctantly agreed.

Hello ALL!
I am George Pierce and I am excited to share this simple strategy because it WORKS!. The strategy is to do more of what is working. Following is a quick way that you can follow to take advantage of this trick. I will be using YouTube as an example, but this works for websites, blogs, posts, landing pages and more.
If you are not yet using YouTube, it is so easy. I invite you to check out my training series on SE about how you can make videos for free with no experience and without getting in front of a camera.
Around the first of each month, I check my stats. I want to see what is working and what is not working., what to fix, and what to do more of.
The following snapshot is from YT Studio. Notice where it says Top Videos. My top video is one that is a year old.
I click on the video and YT shows me this.
What these stats show me is that this is a video that YT continues to push out and one that viewers continue to watch. In addition, this video is responsible for 54 new subscribers.
The bottom line is that I need to Promote this video! I need to put more focus on what is working.
How?
There are gazillion ways to do this, here is one that I consider being the fastest and most effective and it is also free.
CREATE IMAGES!??
It is easy to create images that promote this video, and then post those images on social media sites, and link those images to the video.
Since the video is a year old, I can re-post the original thumbnail to sites such as YT, FB, Pinterest, IG, Reddit, Tumblr, WhatsApp, Twitter, Blogger, LinkedIn, Quora, and so on. I can also create more images like the one at the beginning of this post, and share them.
As long as this video continues to do well, promoting it with images is one of my best choices. When YT or my viewers begin to lack interest in this video, it will be time to create a new version.
Creating images is easy and free, My favorite free sites are Pixlr and Canva.
My favorite paid site is Blaster Suite.

George Pierce here. We all have been told that we need to capture emails so we can grow our list. Good advice, actually great advice, but when you are new to affiliate marketing, there is much that you have not yet learned about a squeeze page.
In order to solve this squeeze page problem, many newbies are opting to use a funnel builder. A funnel builder allows you to use professionally made sales funnels. A good idea but there is a cost and when you add in a website and autoresponder, it is easy to spend $100 to $200 a month or more. This is exactly what you may be told you need to do, I say that it is a MISTAKE. HUH?
Mistake #1:
Spending money that your business does not yet have is simply not good business. You can get what your online business needs for free or at a very low cost. There is no need to spend hundreds of dollars per month when getting started. The following is a snapshot of the squeeze page. This is what it really looks like, but remember that the image is moving.
GRAB ATTENTION
I mentioned moving images twice. The reason is that an animated image or a moving image gets attention. Our eyes are literally drawn to movement. Our goal is to grab our visitor's attention IMMEDIATELY. A GIF is going to help us to achieve our goal.

Immediate Connection
There is one other thing that all our web pages need to do, especially our squeeze pages and that is to make an immediate connection with our visitors. The first line on the top right of the GIF is "5 seconds before bed" and our first line below the GIF is "You can do this 5-second Himalayan Ice Trick before bed to Super Charge your sleeping metabolism."
Below is an example of an image that I am using on Pinterest and other social media sites to send traffic to my squeeze page and then on to my affiliate
If you were to click this image on a social site, as mentioned, you would land on my squeeze page. What would you EXPECT to see? And when?
You would expect to see IMMEDIATELY something about a "5-second trick before bed" that is going to help you to lose weight. The first text that you see on the right or below makes that IMMEDIATE CONNECTION! I cannot impress upon you how important and how valuable these first two tips are.
Your benefit is that visitors will stay instead of leave! Those few extra seconds are enough to get results, especially if you add a little more Squeeze Page Magic.
Benefits!
Include a bulleted list of benefits, preferably 3 to 5 benefits, which is what I learned many years ago. I usually do NOT use bullets anymore, since, bullets may be a bit worn out.
On the other hand, benefits act like a secret sauce when it comes to getting email addresses. Do not make any false statements, but share some of the benefits that RELATE to what your visitors are looking for.
Problem or Desire/ Solution.
Your visitors arrive on your squeeze page because they have a problem or a desire and you offer the promise of a solution.
Be sure to Identify your visitors' problem (or desire) and let them know that there is a solution.
ARROWS! Not one but two.
Notice that there are two arrows. Arrows also get your visitor's attention and literally draw their attention to whatever they are pointing at. In our case, the arrows point to the most important part of our squeeze page, the sign-up form.
Mystery!??
Do not give away the details! Your squeeze page is about creating interest or desire, enough to get your visitors to part with their email addresses. Do NOT sell and do not divulge any details. Share why your visitors want what your affiliate has to offer and let your affiliate do the selling and provide the details. Newbies often say too much in an effort to get a conversion. Saying too much is a huge error.
No Stealing!?
One of the biggest mistakes that I was guilty of and that most newbies are guilty of, is using content from their affiliates' sales page. I know that your intentions are good, but you are hurting yourself in two ways. You are selling which is your affiliates' job, and you are devaluing your affiliate's content. If your visitors have already seen the content on your page, it loses its power, when they click through.
Tweak And Test!
In order to optimize your results, tweak and test your squeeze pages. Make this a habit. Do only one tweak at a time.

Right Away!
Notice the use of words such as starting now and right away. This is a little like what is called an assumed closed, we assume that our visitors are going to click through, and it let's them know that they can start benefitting, and start losing weight right away. This is exactly what they want, so let your visitors know. (This is a physical product, nevertheless, once our visitors decide to purchase they want to benefit as soon as possible.)
Continue
Notice that the sign-up button does not say submit or sign up. It says continue. I have found that CONTINUE seems to get the best results. Try using continue for more sign-ups, more click-throughs, and more sales.
Conclusion:
Pre-made funnels are fast and easy and very tempting, but in addition to the cost, they may rob you of the knowledge that you need.
Making your own squeeze pages, gets to be easy and fast, and fun. In addition, each page that you create is unique.

Create a separate account on Pinterest for each language and post your pins.

I am George Pierce, This post is about split testing, A/B testing, and MVT (multivariate testing). If you are not familiar with split testing, I urge you to stay with me. If you are familiar with split testing, I hope that this post will give you some new insights that will prove to help you make lots more money as an affiliate marketer in 2023.
What Is Split Testing, A/B testing, and MVT?
Some marketers consider split testing, A/B testing, and MVT to be all the same, and although they are not, the idea behind all this is to make one or more changes to a sales page, landing page, squeeze page, etc., and then compare the results. Most experts recommend that you test for at least a week or two, then determine your 'winner'. Next, tweak your winner, one or more times and compare the results and continue to repeat and repeat. Your goal is to improve your pages' results and this kind of testing is one of the very best ways to make that happen.
If you want to make more money next year, split testing, A/B testing, and MVT are going to help you!
The good news is that there is software available that will help you
Technically you can split-test any web page and technically every web page has a job to do, and that job is getting your visitors to take some kind of action. I suggest that split testing should be applied to pages such as sales pages, landing pages, and squeeze pages, pages that ate going to result in a signup, a purchase, a donation, a membership, or a trial offer vs. a content page.
What Should You TEST?
The variations are almost infinite. Some examples are:
Buttons
Graphics
Emails
Email subject lines
Email mailing times
Pricing
Images
Demographics
Sign up forms
Sales copy
Colors
Fonts
Headlines
Redirects
Interim Pages
Bridge Pages
The list is endless and should be applied to your marketing funnels and to your emails. If you are not testing, you are not optimizing your results. Testing can take you from mediocre to seven figures.
Not all testing is magical, but persistent testing can be close. Simple little changes such as a different font, or a different color CTA button can have a surprisingly positive impact on your results.
Free Testing Tools
Most free testing tools are NOT really free, rather a free trial, or the free version is so limited, it not going to be very helpful.
BUT...
There is a FREE Testing Tool that is worthy of your attention! The tool is Optimize. It is by Google and I feel that it is a great tool to get started with. https://optimize.google.com Google Optimize is also available as a Chrome Extension.
Testing TIP:
Make one change at a time. Let's say you change the color of your headline. You can test several colors at once, but that is all that you want to test. Test one thing at a time. Again, you can test multiple variations, if you like, but only one thing at a time.
BROKEN!??
If you are new or experienced, your pages are not going to be perfect. Testing enables experienced marketers to maximize their income. Testing does even more for newbies! A major obstacle that I have faced and that I believe that all newbies face is not knowing what is broken. I have created so many BROKEN pages, and when I was new, all I knew is that the page was not performing, it was BROKEN, definitely broken, but how was I going to fix it when I had no clue as to what was wrong?
Testing!
Testing can fix broken pages! As a newbie, each test is a revelation, a learning experience, and a step toward success.
The New Year's Eve Party
Every New Year's Eve, Matt hosted a huge New Year's Eve Party. The guest list had grown each year. Matt heard a man knock on the back door.
He was greeted warmly, although Matt was not sure who he was. He recognized the face, but could not come up with a name. Nonetheless, Matt led the man to where the drinks were.
Matt and the man chatted away for a couple of hours before the man confessed.
'I should tell you,' he confided to Matt 'I was not invited to your party."
I came over to let you know that some of your party guests' cars are blocking my driveway.'
The man went on, 'My wife has been waiting in the car. She sent me over here to get the cars moved so that she and I can go out.'

There are two things that you DO NOT WANT regarding comments.
#1: SPAMMY or offensive comment content
#2: Links to offensive sites.
Content
I try to be a little forgiving regarding the content of a comment. In other words, if it says something about the post, positive or negative, or asks a question and so on, which is followed by a SPAMMY sentence or link, I will probably approve it. I am even more motivated to approve comments since the new section is new. On the other hand, some of the comments that were sent to SPAM were simply offensive or blatant SPAM content.
Links
Comments are typically going to contain links and I am perfectly OK with that. That is not the way that I get backlinks or that I recommend, but still, it is a backlinking method. Based on my knowledge, backlinks from comments, nowadays, have little to no value in the eyes of search engines.
But here is the important part, you need to check those links. Not just the link or links in the comment, but also the ones in the signature. check each and every link. If there is a link, check it. If the link goes to a legitimate website, I am going to approve it. In many cases, however, better than half the time, the links will go to illegitimate sites, making it necessary for me (and you) to send it to SPAM or Trash.
Depending on your site builder, you may also have an option to 'edit' comments. If your comments are rare, it may be to your benefit to keep a bad comment, but edit it, thus turning it into a good comment. This is a choice that I do not recommend, but it is an option.
Conclusion:
Check your comments and check the links. Good comments and good links will act as 'third party validation'. As mentioned, this will help your site regarding search engines. It will also help you to get MORE ENGAGEMENT from your visitors!
Content that gets engagement validates its value in the eyes of your readers.
In addition, your visitors are more likely to engage when they see that others are engaging. Comments can have a snowball effect when it comes to free traffic.

You can use free chrome extensions or the links above to check your backlinks.
Backlinks are a perhaps lesser-known thing that search engines look at. The more they see, the more important they consider your site.

It is said that successful people do those things that others do not. In my humble opinion, most of your competition and mine are NOT taking care of these little details. In other words, these two simple tasks can help separate us from the rest!

I am George Pierce. I have been getting free traffic from YouTube for almost 12 years, YouTube sent me an email this week, and my oldest YT channel has been driving traffic for over 4300 days. TikTok has been delivering free traffic for me for about two years. I do not use Instagram, I should but I do not, but IG is another excellent source of free video traffic, and recently Facebook has added Facebook Reels which I am using.
Allow me to point out that these sites are probably the best way to get a flood of free traffic. If you are not using them, you are really missing out, and I am sure you know. You may not know, however, that you can create short videos in a matter of minutes. You can make these videos for free.
Perhaps the best part is that you can create these videos and there is no need to get on camera.
This video below is a YT short. and was made with totally free video clips. Video clips that are already made and that you and I can legally use as our own.
This kind of video creation is so easy and so fast, and again it is free. I invite you to learn more.

Reindeer... You Didn't Know This About Reindeer!
If you research REINDEER, you will find that both male and female reindeer grow antlers in the summer months of each year. What you might not know is that male reindeer lose their antlers in the early part of winter, usually late November to mid-December.
Female reindeer, however. keep their antlers until after they give birth in the spring. What this means is that in every historical rendition of Santa's reindeer, you will find that every single one of them, from Rudolph to Blitzen, had antlers.
This means that every one of those reindeer had to be a girl.
When you think about it, it just makes sense.
Obviously, ONLY women would be able to pull a large man in a red suit all the way around the world in one short night and not get lost.

Hello All,
I am George Pierce. In this post, we are going to be using a free online video editor with no watermark. Initially, I was going to recommend a free online editor called Invideo.
Invideo is awesome software, it will amaze you as to what you can do and create for free, but the free version does have a watermark. Most of you seem to prefer 'No Watermark', so I switched to another site called Clipchamp. Clipchamp has no watermark, unlimited videos, and free video capture is included.
At this point in our training, (all posts are listed below), we have downloaded our video and audio from Mixkit, which means that it is time for us to go to Clipchamp. It is free, but I believe that you will need to join in order to use the software, and even if you do not have to join, I recommend that you do join because Clipchamp will store your videos for you.
Once you join, log in. Click on Create A New Video.
Click on 16:9 under Export, and change it to 9:16 which is called the aspect ratio. You are changing from
landscape (shorter and wider) to portrait (longer and narrower). 9:16 is what TikTok wants for all of its
videos and what YouTube wants for its 'shorts' (short videos). Other aspect ratios are also available, with a
simple click. In other words, after you create your 9:16 video, you can change the ratio to 1:1, for example,
for Instagram.
Click on Import media and import the video that you downloaded from Mixkit. (previous post).
I also imported a quick (about 3 seconds) intro. A short intro might say... your website, your channel,
or your company presents.
The intro is optional, most do not use one. I am a believer in branding, so I use one, if you do use one
keep it very short for short videos, which is our focus for this training series.
To create your intro and to add text click on Text on the left (below), put the slider on your timeline where
you want your text, and choose the text that you want. and hit the Plus Sign.
A text box will appear above your video (below). You can edit your text on the right.
To add your video, do the same.
I added the imported video that we got from Mixkit to the timeline twice (below) and notice that the
text that was added are in different lengths. Clipchamp allows you to stretch or shorten the time
interval for your texts. Shorten the time on shorter pieces of text, lengthen for longer pieces
Your Call To Action!
A CTA is technically optional, but I always suggest that you include a CTA. Your video has a job to do.
That job is to get your viewers to visit your link or links. People are much more likely to take that action
when you ask or tell them to, and much less likely when you do not. So, I strongly suggest a CTA.
Your CTA for TT should ask or tell your viewer to ...See BIO or See Profile.
Of course, on TT, be sure to include the link or links that you want in your profile. It used to be that you
needed at least 100 followers before you could access your profile, now, you can access it from the
start.
Import your audio, add it (at the beginning), and shorten it to fit.
When your video is ready, click on export, and click on 1080p.
Your video will be automatically rendered and downloaded.
After you create and send or export your TT video, change your CTA to...See the Description.. for your YT video.
You can also use your video on Facebook and Instagram. Remember to include your link in the description.
Clipchamp also makes it easy for you to share your video on YT, TT, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
The first time that you do this, it may take a few minutes, the tenth or hundredth time, you will be finding a video and an audio
track in seconds, downloading them, and then uploading, adding text, and rendering in a minute or two.
I cannot legally make any promises, but one or two videos a day is a breeze and almost guarantees phenomenal traffic from
the best traffic sites on the Internet.

I am George Pierce. This post is about simple, super simple secrets that can guarantee online success or offline success. Secrets to making $1000 a day online.
I will publish a video shortly about some of the legit ways that people are using to make $1000 a day online. Three secrets:
#1: The first secret is that you have to be willing to take that first step, you have to be willing to get started. In order to make your transition to success as comfortable as possible, allow me to remind you that my focus is going to be on FREE. You are not going to have to spend any money, so your risk is as minimal as possible.
#2: This second secret is to prepare yourself before you start, but in a way that you may not be expecting. Should you decide to take that first step, decide right now that you are 'not going to change a good mind'. Make a promise to yourself, your family, and your future that you are going to make a calm and thoughtful decision and then you are going to stay with it. Promise yourself that you will put forth the effort and that you will continue to put forth the effort.
We have not gotten to the best secret of all, and we will in a moment. I want you to notice that the first two secrets involve YOU. You are a key ingredient, the key ingredient for your success. so you need to make sure that you are truly on board. The good news is that you will discover that you are capable of making this happen, so stop doubting and start doing.
#3: The third secret is so simple yet so valuable. It is to help others to get what they want. It is that simple! However, allow me to share from experience, that it takes practice and focus. Whatever path to success you choose, you will find that your success is going to depend on how well you help others to get what they want. What this means is one more promise that you want to make to yourself which is to keep this little secret at the front of your mind. Eventually, each of these secrets will become a habit, which means you can perform them effortlessly.
Effortless success may seem like a bunch of smoke, but your success is going to be a result of creating new habits (and perhaps deleting some old habits). The keyword is 'habits' since habits allow you to move forward almost on auto-pilot.

Hi Everyone,
I am George Pierce. I have had excellent luck with using YouTube to generate traffic for almost 12 years, TikTok for about 2 years, and more recently YT shorts, and Facebook Reels. This post is part of a training series called Faceless Videos. The reason for the name is that you can create videos for YT, TT, FB, Instagram, and other video sites without needing to be in front of a camera. There is also no need to do a voice-over. All the tools and resources that you will need are free. There are no skills needed, anyone can do this, even if you are a complete beginner. The traffic is organic which is the best traffic possible, the traffic potential is significant.
In my opinion, video marketing is your best option for tons of free traffic.
On the other hand, if you are like I was, video marketing was to difficult, too technical, too expensive, and too time-consuming. As usual. I was WRONG! Video marketing is sincerely easy and surprisingly fast. The free tools do almost all the work and make you and me look like a pro.
If you are not using video marketing or if you have tried video marketing with disappointing results, I urge you to stay with me.
This post is going to be one of the most exciting posts in this series because we will be physically creating videos. The process is so easy, the only thing that you will regret is that you did not know about this sooner.
Let's get started.
Our free video editor is courtesy of a site called Clipchamp. What they offer for free is an extraordinary value and is comparable to many paid options.
First off, Clipchamp is really free and it stays free. A couple of other advantages are that there is NO WATERMARK, it is very user-friendly, and there is no limit to the number of free videos that you can create.
Another feature that Clipchamp provides is a video screen capture, also with no watermark.
I am a free member of Clipchamp, and I have been for a number of years. I am quite sure that you
will need to join (for free) in order to use their software.
Before you join and log in, allow me to share several of my favorite free stock video sites. These are the sites
that we can go to to get other people's videos that we can legally use for our own videos. In other words, we
have an almost endless supply of video content and it is all free. All it takes to use these free videos is to
download and then upload to Clipchamp. You will see that happen shortly.
My favorite sites are Pixabay dot com, Pexels dot com, and Mixkit dot co. In addition to their videos being free,
no attribution is needed.
This is the YT version of the video that we will be creating step by step.

Our first step is to go to Mixkit dot co and find one or more short video clips to use in the video we will be creating.

Mixkit seems to have almost perfect videos for making short videos, which is what we are focusing on,
and Mixkit also offers free music.
I typed fun into the Mixkit search box.
Below is a snapshot of what I found.
I chose the video at the bottom right. To download a video, click on it and the video will appear
as you see below. You can watch the video to make sure that it is what you want, then click on
download.
BTW, fun videos seem to do better, especially on TT. Regardless of your niche, the fun or enjoyment of the benefits of your product or service or just fun followed by your CTA should give you good results. As mentioned in previous posts, quotes and short jokes can also provide content and keep it short.
Follow the same steps to download your music.

The video above is just one example of getting the most out of your content.
And that video, with a few quick tweaks, that I will share in the series, is being shared twice or more on YT, as well as one time on Facebook Reels, 5 times on Facebook, and about a half dozen other sites such as Pinterest and Reddit and one or more mailing lists.
The bottom line is that you can get much more mileage out of your content.
In the faceless videos training series, I will be sharing how one video can be changed in seconds so you can use that one piece of content to draw visitors from the most visited sites on the Internet.
When it comes to sharing text and videos, there is a CATCH! You must avoid duplicate content.
With text, you can change up the content (spin your content manually or using AI). A trick that I was forced to learn for Facebook (sending to multiple groups) is to take a snapshot of the text and share the image or images depending on how much content there is.
Your online success is often going to hinge on content creation. Content creation, even if it is created using AI, is an investment. Get the most out of your investment, being sure to avoid duplicate content.
Regarding video content, changing the intro, CTA, and music should be all you need to do. I have a video spinner, and although it is an option, it is not one that I recommend, unless you have a lot of channels. Even then, video spinning sort of garbles your video. The video sites know what your video is about and that is a good thing, especially when one of your videos goes viral. Spinning your videos makes them unintelligible to the video sites so it is usually not your best option and video spinners are not cheap.
Up next is humor. Guess what, I will be sharing that same humor (avoiding duplicate content. of course) in text and video on many other sites.
WHY?
TRAFFIC!
Traffic that is free, organic, and that keeps flowing, thus, traffic that is cumulative!
One piece of content can drive a lot more traffic than you realize. Get the most out of your investment as well as save yourself time and effort.

Did I ever tell you about the time that Murial almost divorced Bubba?
Buuba and Muriel are neighbors and dear friends, but Bubba is not always the sharpest tool in the shed.
Bubba and Muriel are meant for each other, and nothing could tear them apart.
But Bubba came close.
Bubba tends to 'believe' just about everything he reads.
He read about a test to see if your wife loves you as much as your dog.
The test was a joke, but Bubba did not know.
He followed the test to the letter. He locked his favorite dog "Snoop" in his truck and without her knowing, Bubba locked Muriel in the bathroom for a full hour.
After an hour, Bubba let Snoop out of the truck and Snoop was happy to see Bubba.
Then he let Muriel out of the locked bathroom. Muriel was not at all happy.
When Muriel found out it was a TEST, that's when Bubba nearly got his walking papers.

George Pierce, here. I got a nice email from a social media site called Reddit. I am a member, of course.
If you are not a member, you may want to join. Reddit is a good source of traffic. I have been a member for
many years and this year, I am pleased to share that I had the pleasure of discovering that Reddit has viral
potential.
According to SimilarWeb (above image), Reddit has a Global rank of 19 and a country rank of 12.
Reddit's traffic is 1.7 BILLION per month and according to Google, Reddit gets 21 Billion Average Screen Views Per Month. What this means to you is that Reddit is a site that can help you
to get a lot of eyeballs on your product or service. If you want a lot of exposure, Reddit can do it for you.
In addition, Reddit is a social network, so it is a community, which means that you can interact with other
members. You can gain new friends and allies and have fun while growing your traffic and sales.
What you see above is not 'research'...so many IM teachers, research and share and that is OK. but
there are a few IM teachers who research, learn, do, and share, which means that what you receive is
first-hand information.
My point is that I am a long-time Reddit user, and it is great. If you are not using Reddit, I suggest giving it a try.

Hi All,
Perhaps you have heard of the 80-20 Rule, also known as the Pareto Rule. This simple rule can help you to change everything.
The Pareto rule says that 20% of your efforts produce 80% of your results. The lesson here is to find out what is working and to do more of it.
But WAIT!
Here is what I find about most aspiring affiliate marketers. They are not doing two things that they need to do BEFORE, applying this lesson.
#1: Share your content
#2: Track your efforts
I was guilty of not doing both! My results when I was a newbie were pitiful! If your results are pitiful, it is not your fault. In my case, I did not know.
What I did not know was hurting me, perhaps it is hurting you.
SHARE!
When I make a post, create a website, or publish a video, I SHARE IT!
Some of the sites are YT, Blogger, Facebook (my own pages and groups), Facebook Reels, Facebook Groups (5 or more), Twitter, Reddit, Tumblr, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and so on (see examples below).
When you post content, nowadays, it is easy to share. There is often a share button that you can use.
If you click the share button on YT, you will find 16 sites that you can instantly share your content with (see image below).
One of the reasons why I am a member of this site, Syndication Express is because my content is 'syndicated', which means that it is shared automatically for me. In my case, SE outperforms FB, last month SE sent twice the traffic.
The point is that sharing gets you a ton of exposure. It is free, it is easy, and it takes little to no effort. Share your content and be sure to post on SE.
TRACK!
You are not going to know what is working, if you do not track. Tracking is also easy and quick and free.
You can track URLs with free link shortening sites such as Bitly and Cuttly. Both site do an outstanding job at no cost.
You can track your visitors for free as well. Your search box can help you to find dozens of sites that are free. If you have a WordPress site, there are free visitor tracker plugins. Got to Plugins, Add New, type visitor tracking into the search box, choose the one you want, click install and then activate.
BONUS!
The 80-20 rule should also be applied to your marketing habits.
For example, spend 80% of your time on marketing (promoting) and 20% on creation.
Another example is to provide help and information in at least 80% of your emails, 20% or less as sales pitches.
And, of course, when you find out what is working, spend 20% on creation of more of what is working and 80% on marketing.

Do NOT join each and every social media site that you can find. HUH?
Social media sites are social. You are going to benefit greatly from sharing, if you interact. If not, your posts are likely to be ignored.
Posts to the sites that you join, and be sure to interact. Join a few at a time and add more based on your availability to ineract.

Hi Gals and Guys,
I am George Pierce. I have about 20 years of IM experience. That experience certainly helps, and you can look forward to
being able to become somewhat intuitive as to what is going to work. Although there are no guarantees, there are three
tricks that I want to share that will make a difference. They are easy, they are free, and you can start using them right away.
#1 SPY!
The first is to SPY on your competition. I do my very best to do only what is called 'white hat' Internet Marketing, so instead of spying,
let's "Learn" from our competition. There are free tools such as Similar Web and Ubersuggest and Keyword Surfer and TubeBuddy that we can use.
These all are available as a free Chrome extension which makes using them a breeze. We can install them and turn them on.
True Story:
A fellow YouTuber and friend shared a couple of things he is doing online. One is a Betta Lover Guide which is a Clickbank product.
He shared that, so far, this product is doing nothing, but that it does have a gravity score of zero. Zero gravity may not be good
since gravity is a measure of how well a product is selling over the last 12 weeks, but let's look a little deeper.
Below is a snippet of what took me a split second to find.
Notice the estimated visits.
These are the approximate number of visits the site gets per month. Personally, I like to see 1K visits or more.
Betta fish is NOT a niche that I am in, but, thanks to Ubersuggest and Keyword Surfer,
I can instantly see if there is any traffic and there is traffic.
Traffic is not everything, however. HUH?
What we are actually looking for are keywords that have reasonable search and low competition.
When we find them, we can build our web page and our content around those keywords.
Let's see what Ubersuggest has to say when we type betta fish in our search box.
Above is a snapshot of what automatically appears when Ubersuggest is installed and activated. What we
are seeing are relevant to Google search.
The volume column indicates the Number of searches for the suggested keywords, CPC is the cost per click for advertising,
and SD is an indicator of the search difficulty for organic (free) search the lower the better.
Volume and CPC are excellent, SD is not bad...BUT...for a beginner, I like to see an SD in the 30s or lower.
Of the keywords, "Betta fish in tank" has excellent search volume and, although the SD is in the 40s, it is low
for this amount of search.
Let's see what TubeBuddy can tell us.
AHA!
TubeBuddy gives us an 'Overall Score' which is similar to the SD score. TB weighs the search volume,
competition, and Optimization Strength (our keyword strength) and comes up with an overall score.
For beginners, I suggest getting into the green, and we are almost as far as we can get into the green!
The Betta fish or Japanese fighting fish niche is looking better.
So let's continue.
I am typing 'betta fish in tank' in the search box and scrolling down to the web page about Betta Care Sheet with over 55K monthly visits.
Then I click on the page, go to the site, click on Similar Web (in my Chrome extensions) and this is what comes up.
If I like what I see, I click on Go To Similar Web.
Similar Web gives us insights into traffic, demographics, traffic sources, audience interests, keywords, outgoing links, and paid traffic.
Since this is Petco, the keywords are not going to help us, but usually, we can quickly benefit since our competitor has often already
found the best keywords.
Our next step is to spin the Petco content. Spinning content can be done by AI. I use a site called SpinRewriter, but it is not free.
There are plenty of free sites such as Article Rewriter Tool. Copy the content that you want to use, paste it into the free article spinner, and spin the content.
Copy and paste the fresh content to your web page, add images, links, banners, and on-site SEO and rinse and repeat!
I would also create videos and post them on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. In this case, base on our niche marketing data, it looks like video marketing is going to be our best source of traffic.
One other suggestion:
Since the Betta Lovers Guide has a gravity of zero, I would make double sure that the content is worthy and since there is good traffic, there are undoubtedly many other relative products that are available (probably physical products) that we can affiliate with, including Petco. Search for pet affiliate programs and you will find hundreds.

George Pierce here. All of my Tumblr posts have been made and posted manually by me.
I do have software that I use to make posts, but none are hooked up to Tumblr or Reddit, SE, or Quora,
for example.
What Does It Take?
What it takes is the right mindset, but you have to back that up with action and the action MUST BE
consistent.
In other words, KEEP Plugging!
I sincerely believe that anyone can succeed at just about anything that they put their mind to,
as long as they stick with it.
Do you love to LEARN?
If not, that is OK.
What Does It Take?
I do not believe that most paths to success are going to work without constant learning. Learning does not
stop when you graduate. Learning is a part of life and a pleasure that you do not want to miss out on.
One way of thinking is that we are paid what we are worth. In order to get paid more, we have to be worth more.
In order to be worth more, we have to build our value.
We can build our value by improving our skills. Hmmm...we can improve our skills by sticking with it..we need to keep plugging.
We can build our value by learning! So keep learning.
What Does It Take?
You may not like what follows, but I hope you will learn to accept and actually embrace mistakes.
Each mistake, each roadblock, each obstacle, and each failure help us to grow, help us to be
stronger and better and are the best learning experiences. Misteaks (haha) will teach us so much
and literally propel us more, much much more than we may realize, toward our goals and toward
success.
BTW, I use a free Chrome extension called Grammarly and it does not like my not correcting my
misteak above....it even corrected the second one for me, but fixed (unfixed0 that.
If you like mistakes, you will like the HUMOR below, but before we get to that, allow me to share
one more ingredient about what it takes.
What Does It Take?
An ingredient that you want to include is fun! Life it too short to not enjoy.
Life is really a journey rather than a destination and we owe it to ourselves
and others to make it fun.
Part of making life fun is to do what we enjoy doing, love doing, and/or are passionate about.
OH, I cannot do that! I have a family to support.
What I share is for informational purposes only, however, if you are in a situation such as a work
environment that is not making you happy, you can find a way to change that, but it won't happen
if you never try.
There is another side to life being fun. Most retirees should be giddy with life being so much fun, but
many are miserable. The other side of fun has a lot to do with our attitude and perception, a good way to
describe this is 'stinkin' thinkin'. You can fix it and start enjoying life with an attitude adjustment.
A good place to start is by being grateful.
Flipping the Switch!
Another tip that may help is amazing. Tell your brain to help you to stop stinkin' thinkin'. Tell it to
flip the stinkin' thinkin' switch to OFF! Yeah, it sounds ridiculous, but try it, you will be shocked at the
new you!

How the microwave stole Christmas
Carmen was determined to keep up with the times. Whereupon, she and her hubby Archie went out and acquired her a brand-new top-of-the-line Samsung Microwave.
Xmas was near, so Carmen got out her Christmas pudding dish and put together the components for her Traditional Xmas Pudding.
As with tradition, each family member stirs the mix 'for luck'. When Carmen reads the microwave's directions for the cooking time, she can not believe that ten minutes would be enough for a conventional Xmas dessert.
As a result, she decides to substitute her typical cooking time of 50 minutes.
As Carmen is watching her much-loved T.V. program she does not see the pudding spitting in the microwave, nor does she hear the mini-explosions. When she finally extracts the pudding from the microwave, it smells of charred sugar and looks like a ball of tar.
Naturally, the Christmas dessert was a calamity, so much so, that Carmen could not even prod it with a fork.
In a fit of disgust, Martha threw the shriveled Christmas pudding to Loco, her dog. After a few days, Carmen began to see the amusing side of her XMAS Pudding disaster, and Loco loved his new unbreakable toy, which entertained him up until the next Xmas.

Is this just an old habit?
There is a reason. It is called branding, branding is a form of selling called pre-sell. It is a way of letting people know you or your product or your company. The reason for this pre-selling is to gain trust and confidence. People buy from people that they know, like, and trust.
We want to get people to know like and trust us, first. So branding is a form of selling ourselves but not making people feel as if they are being sold.
From an old-fashioned country boy's point of view. think of branding as making friends.
Things like branding and selling yourself first, while not selling may seem confusing or daunting, it is not, but making friends is a way that you can achieve this and a way that most people can relate to.
So tip number one for 'not selling' is to begin by making friends.

The independence of working your own schedule is priceless, especially for parents!
When you actually do sell, do NOT sell the product. HUH? You will do your best when you sell the benefits! You may have heard that you do not sell the steak, sell the sizzle. If you will watch the above video, what is really being sold is NOT a free guide, what is being sold is time freedom. The guide is simply a tool to help achieve this goal.
The intent of the video is that people watching this video see fun. Fun is the HOOK that keeps them watching. Fun with their children...Fun that they are not able to have because of the lack of time freedom... and a way to fix this.
In a matter of seconds, this video has identified a problem, helped the viewer relate to that problem, and offered them a solution.
Problem - Solution is a standard way to sell. As you can see, however, there is a more laid-back approach by sharing a benefit discreetly identifying a problem and matter-of-factly sharing the next step (solution).
Benefits?
Just about everything that you or I might consider selling has features and benefits. Features tell, benefits sell.
A feature is a part of the product or service, a benefit is an impact that it has on your customer.
Let's say you have a T-Shirt Shop and all your T-Shirts are 100% cotton.
Cotton is a feature.
The benefits are
comfortable.
naturally sustainable.
Cotton supports farmers and communities.
sleep better with cotton.
hypoallergenic.
odor-free.
low maintenance.
Cotton isn't clingy.
soft
absorbent
breathable
considered best for babies

Buzzard's Gap
Two of my friends, Dale and Bubba, went to the big city. They began browsing and instantly, they see a shop that reads,
"Suits $10 each, shirts $2 each, pants $3 each".
Dale says to Bubba, looky there! We could buy an entire lot of these, take 'em back to Buzzard's Gap, ]sell 'em, and we can make a fortune!
Let me do the talkin', 'cause if they hear your accent, they might think we're red necks, and not wanna sell that stuff to us.
I'll speak in a slow Texas drawl, so they don't understand we are from Buzzard's Gap ."
They enter the store. Then, with his phony Texas drawl, Dale says "I'll take 50 of them suits at $10, 100 of them there shirts at $2, and also 50 sets of them pants at $3. I'll get my pick-up and ... "
The proprietor of the store interrupts, "You all are from Buzzard's Gap, ain't ya?"
" Well, yeah," says a shocked Dale, "exactly how come y'all knew that?"
The shop proprietor responds ...
" Since this is a Dry-Cleaners."

I am George Pierce. I have about 20 years of Internet Marketing experience. Although there is still a lot that I do not know, I have been able to find a number of things that DO work. Video marketing is one of the areas that I avoided for a while...you know...it s too difficult, too hard, and requires all kinds of skill and money. It does NOT!
The process is insanely simple as you are about to see. There are free tools available that do the work and free resources. The bottom line is that if you are not using TT and YT, you can change that and I urge you to make that choice. The only thing that you will regret is that you did not get started sooner.

We will be using other people's videos legally and for free. We can take one or more free video clips and put them together to create a short video that we can publish on YT and on TT. To do this, we need free stock videos and a free video editor. No problem.
My favorite free stock video sites are Pixabay and Pexels. For short videos, however, I like a site called Mixkit.

Hi, my friends,
I am George Pierce and this post is part of a free training series that I am posting on Syndication Express that is going to help you get the traffic that you may be missing out on. The traffic that I am referring to is from YouTube and TikTok. I was reluctant to use video marketing, and I believe that a lot of people are also avoiding this marketing strategy.
What I discovered is that all of the reasons or excuses for NOT using YT and TT were wrong.
There is no need to be on camera, we can easily create faceless videos. We do not need to d do a voice-over. There is no need for special equipment and no need to spend any money.
In addition, there are free tools that do all the work!
What this means to you and me is that no skill is needed and the process is fast and easy.
All you need to do is follow the steps.
This post is about creating short videos and why short video are your best option.
Based on my research and experience, SHORT videos are one of the secrets to TT and YT short video success.
One of the things that TT and YT look at is called viewer retention. Viewer retention or audience retention is the measurement of how long your audience or your viewers engage with your content.
Viewer retention is a big deal and this is why.
When viewers begin watching your videos and leave that sends a signal to both YT and TT, and when viewers begin watching your video and stay that sends a signal as well. Obviously, if people leave almost as fast as they arrive, it tells YT and TT that people are not interested in your content. When your viewers keep watching it sends a signal that viewers are interested in your content.
The big deal is that when viewer retention is low, YT and TT are not going to push your videos out to more viewers. When retention is high. they will not only expose your content to more viewers if your retention continues to stay high, then they continue to push it out to more and more and more and more viewers. You get the point, and that is how videos can go viral.
One way to get high retention is to create short videos!
Short videos are preferably 10 or 15 seconds to 30 seconds. These short videos are almost guaranteed to get high retention and the shorter the video. the easier it is to make!
Above, you will see the average percentage viewed is over 100%, which is easy on a short video. This means that the average viewer watched the video and kept watching it TO THE END! Again, this is a big deal for YT and TT and helps you and me get more and more exposure.
When you see how easy and fast you can make these videos (in a future post), and that short videos are sweet and simple, you will see that your return on your effort is excellent.

Marsha and her son, Timmy, are enjoying a walk on the beach. Suddenly a giant wave sweeps over them.
Marsha is separated from Timmy and she looks all around and cannot find him anywhere.
Marsha looked up at the sky and prayed “ Lord, please help me. Timmy means everything to me,
I cannot go on without him. Please return Timmy to me alive”.
Just then a beam of light appeared in the sky. And there was Timmy as if he were sliding down the light beam.
In a moment, Timmy was back on the beach where Marsha was waiting.
As she embraced her son, she looked at him all over as a mother would do, making sure that he was fine.
Again she looked up at the sky and said “Thank you, Lord.
By the way, he had a hat”.

I am George Pierce. I have been a member of Syndication Express for a while and I have been saying that SE has been outperforming Facebook for about 2 years. What you see below is minutes old and ning dot com is SE. SE did twice as well as FB!
I use both SE and FB, of course, but I put more effort into FB than I put into SE and get more of a return from SE,
There is a CATCH, SE will not work for you, if you do not use it, SO USE IT.
