I Am the Beloved of God in every moment of my Life

Eva Gate’, Practitioner II Student

evagate-140x150.png?width=140There is one Being that is the Center of all Creation.  It is called God, the Divine Presence.  It is Omnipresent, Omniscient, All Pervading.  There is nothing in all Creation that is not of It.  From the smallest sub-atomic particle and vast fields of energy to the largest form in the Universe, to the waves of energy that fill the matrix of space, All is The One Being, God.  God is Harmony, Balance, and Order.  God bestows upon human kind and all of the Universe Its vast Love and Goodness.  All humanity is blessed with Divine Love as its source.  God lives in the eternal NOW showering upon Its Creations Unity, Beauty, and Abundance.

I am one with God as my Source.  God’s love fills my heart and mind as I acknowledge myself as a Child of God.  God’s love heals me as I open myself to the Oneness of God Within and the God without. I am an individualized part of God; I live God’s Life expressing as Eva.  I live in joy and harmony.  I share my love with the world now.

As I speak for myself, I speak now for God’s loving creations filled with the indwelling Divine Presence as the Truth of being.  As I acknowledge my Truth, I am filled with Divine Presence.  I am transformed within and without experiencing the Truth of my being here and now.   I open to discovering gifts of God’s Love and Harmony in my spiritual growth.  I move with trust that all is well in my life. I claim now I am supported by the loving Divine Presence and move comfortably with the experiences of my life now.   I attract new and wonderful experiences unfettered by past memories for I live in the eternal now.   I am the beloved of God in every moment of my life.  I move into new experiences and set safe boundaries in new relationships.  I remember who I am.  I am love.  As I open like a flower to the morning dew, God pours Its Love into my heart.  I open to my Truth joyfully and harmoniously.

I am grateful for knowing the Truth of my life in the eternal now.  I am the child of the Divine Presence.

I release my word into the law for action now.  I know that my word will not return null and void. For it is said into the Law now.

Love Is God In Action

Joy Lynn Hertz, RScP

Joy-Lynn-December-150.jpg?width=150“No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin or his background or his religion. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite.”
–1994, from Nelson Mandela’s autobiography, “Long Walk to Freedom”

Today I invite you to take the Love that flows from within you and spread it around. Simply smile throughout this day and enjoy the ripple effect. Embrace and circulate this energy of Love for Love is God in Action.

The Divine caresses, comforts, surrounds, uplifts, empowers and fills me with the warmth of Love. Love is my birthright. Love flows throughout my life with a dynamic vibrancy. I am Love in human form.

I exist because Love knows itself as me. I live in Love and view my entire world as it is, Whole Perfect and Complete. I feel Love deep in my heart as Spirit within guides me to my highest expression through my everyday life experiences. I celebrate God’s Love and light with a grand sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. I affirm that my life is blessed with Love, knowing it is God’s good pleasure to Love me.

My heart is filled to overflowing with gratitude as I embrace The Divine’s graceful gift of Love in my life.
I release my Word into the Law knowing it cannot come back to me void for IT IS DONE! IT IS COMPLETE! AND SO IT IS!

With Love and Deep Appreciation.

There is nothing like returning to a place that remains unchanged to find the ways in which you yourself have altered. (Nelson Mandela)

Mandela’s Prayer: Leaving the Prison of Our Own Prejudice

Rev Martha Quintana, Senior Minister

Martha_226.jpg?width=136

Freedom is the Heart of God.  It is that Divine Spark that is constantly seeking Itself and It recreates Itself in everything everywhere.  It is the Absolute Beauty of this world, the Absolute Abundance of the Universe, and the Absolute Truth of Everything Everywhere.  It is All There Is.

And I am one with this absolute beauty, abundance, and truth.  I am what it is and more.  Freedom is that urge and desire I have to know God so completely and beautifully that it cannot be denied no matter where I go or what I do.  I am all that it is.  And as I know this truth for myself, I know this truth for Nelson Mandela.  He is the absolute beauty, abundance, and truth of God and he is free now to meet his Creator face-to-face, free to live and love in the way he has always known.

I affirm and declare that Nelson Mandela’s work lives in the heart of the world, and is accomplished.  Whatever racism, poverty, injustice, and limitation have existed, it falls away in the wake of unconditional love.  No longer are any of us driven by prejudice or unlove.  Each of us leaves the prison of our own hatred, bigotry, resentment, and uncaring.  Each of us walks free and each time we become free, we free up the world.  It is right.

And I give thanks for this knowing.  I give thanks for Mandela and his beautiful example of courage and love.  His bravery changed a nation and the world.  His example lives on in the fabric of human consciousness and for that, I am so grateful.  It is this gratitude that gives this prayer wings.  It is done.

And so it is.

Amen.

We Are One

Carol Grimm, RScP

Carol-Grimm0001-150x150.jpg?width=150

I wake this day to the  beautiful sunrise.   I know as I look all about that  all that I see  is Spirit.   I feel the wind blowing and see the snow  making the world white and clean.  God is in all that is  and I feel the Presence.  God is the day and the night, the sun and stars.   God is Peace and  Joy and Love.

Because I know that Spirit is  all things, I know there is no separation so I know  that all that is in me is Spirit.  And I know that this is true of every  person reading these words and every person on the planet.   We are  One.

I know that as the Holiday season unfolds that I am free to express the Joy of the season  in my own way.  I feel prosperity and abundance  enough to share. I see the sparkling  lights and hear the music  and know that all is well.

I give thanks for all that is.   The beauty of the season sings to me and makes my heart glad.   I give thanks for health, abundance, friendships and love.  I give thanks for the season which reminds us of  who we are and what we have.

I give these words unto the Law knowing that they are true.

And so it is.

The Spirit of Life Some Call God is Everywhere

Marilyn O’Leary, RScP

marilyn-150x150.png?width=150

As I look out to the beautiful mesa behind my home, I am touched by the softness snow brings to this parched land. It reminds me that the spirit of life some call God is everywhere. When we feel we most need it, if we ask and believe, we will receive a reminder of God’s beneficence. Even in the face of loss, pain, and longing, I remember that the spirit of life within me and without me connects me to every living person and thing in the world, that I am not alone, and that pain and longing can be melted away with love of self and love of others. The innermost God reaches out to the outermost God and includes all in love. No one is left out.

In this beautiful season I affirm for each person who reads these words love and fulfillment, joy and peace, laughter and happiness, but above all a deep knowing that we are surrounded by love and if we open to it, and if we give it to others, it is ours. This season of light, gifts, and celebration points out the abundance of the universe in which we live, which I accept with gratitude.

I give thanks to the divine, to Life, to acceptance of the way things are, knowing that what I affirm in belief I will experience in my life. I let my prayers go, knowing that they already are answered.

And so it is.

Life is Full and Full of Wonder

The Daily Meditation 12.04.2013

Life is Full and Full of Wonder

Maria Dion, RScP

mariahands-150x150.png?width=150I call upon the Infinite Source that is in back of all things.  It is all Place, all Time, in all People, and all Perfection.  I am grateful to know that God is all there is.  God is expressing itself as Transformation, as Infinite Possibility and Perfection, as Love, as Fulfillment.  It is the Source of everything in creation and is the Energy that connects everything, for there is no separation.

And as there is no separation, I know that I am unified with God in each and every moment, for the Essence of God IS each moment.  It is the sand as it pours through the hourglass, it is the hands as they move around the clock, it is the sun as it progresses through the sky and my breath as it moves in and out of my body.  The Presence of  this moment is continually unfolding and it is continually manifesting as me and as each person reading this.  Each one of us is God expressing.  We are a part of Source, and a part of all that it is — Love, Peace, Prosperity, Joy, Fulfillment and Transformation.

As I awaken this morning, I breathe this in.  I breathe in the infinite possibilities of this day.  I am still and know God.   As I open to Truth of God as Infinite Source, God rushes into each moment, into every person and into every opportunity, manifesting the love, the prosperity, the peace, the transformation and the joy that is our true essence and our birthright.  I embrace each activity and opportunity, and open to the possibilities that Spirit continually presents.  I joyfully share my gifts and am aligned with Spirit in every interaction.  I am blessed by and a blessing to all that I meet.

Life is full and full of wonder!  And I meet the GREAT FULLNESS of Life with gratitude and peace.  Gratitude begins in the heart and my heart is full of Love.  I am grateful for the Science of Mind, for the Rio Grande Center for Spiritual Living, and for the action of the Law upon my Words.  For I have stated this Word into the Canyon of the Law, and as a Canyon echoes back whatever is spoken into it, my Word echoes back the perfect manifestation.

And so it is!

I Am Divinely Guided, Infinitely Supported and Eternally Grateful…

Glenn Buckland, RScP

glennbuckland-150x150.jpg?width=150

God is the Knowing Presence in, through and around all things. God is the Intelligence behind the intelligence that operates the known Universe. God is creative expression in action and manifests Itself here through the experience known as “Life”. God is All of It, without exception.

Realizing this Truth I know that I am a unique expression of It. There is no part of me that is not a part of It. There is not It and me, only It as me. This is true for everyone and everything.

Fresh from the holiday of Thanksgiving I am reminded of the sacredness of Life. All my experiences glorify God, express God and have their being in God. I surrender the doing-ness of my life to the infinite force that originated me. I fix my awareness toward being as clear an expression of Divine Life as I can possibly be. I embrace my experience here and now for all it offers, knowing that whatever I choose is supported and encouraged by my highest self. Self discovery is God’s gift through me for It’s own highest good. I live my Life in gratitude knowing Life also lives me, saying only yes to whatever whim I pursue. I am divinely guided, infinitely supported and eternally grateful for the Intelligence that seeks It’s expression through me, as me.

My Gratitude and Faith work hand in hand to affirm my understanding of why I am here. I am deeply grateful for this experience of being human. Thank you Life for all of it! My gratitude recognizes this Life for what it is and my Faith affirms it is so.

I release this clear and present Truth in the Law where it is received with a resounding YES! All is well, It is done and so it is.

Living in the Uncertainty Where God’s Got It Covered

Nancy Bowers, RScP

nancybowers-150x150.jpg?width=150

“Have patience with everything unresolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves as if they were locked rooms or books written in a very foreign language. Don’t search for the answers, which could not be given to you now, because you would not be able to live them. And the point is to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps then, someday far in the future, you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answer.”

– Rainer Maria Rilke, 1903, in “Letters to a Young Poet”

It wasn’t that long ago that I caught myself complaining to one of my friends.  I was lamenting my current circumstances; frantically searching for some place to park blame.  I wanted to be able to know how to fix my problems.  I wanted him to reassure me and tell me everything was going to be all right.  I knew better than to be complaining.  I’m a metaphysician.  I know that energy follows thought and that the quickest way to mire myself even deeper into the untenable was to focus all my energy on it.  It was habit – me looking fearfully at my situation and not knowing how my problems could be resolved.  I wanted to know how it could work out.  The habit of fearfulness was rearing its ugly head.  “Learn to live in the uncertainty,” he told me. “That’s where the infinite possibility lies.”

So this is my prayer for remembering that truth:

God, the One Life, the All, is Everything, is Infinite Possibility.  It is the multitude of expression.  The ten thousand things, the Energy behind and through everything.  It is the Question.  It is the Answer.  It is the Mystery, the Curiosity, the Impetus urging towards discovery.  It is the Fresh Delight of Evolution, where Life unfolds into a greater expression of itself.

And this life is mine.  I am an expression of the One Life and I unfold into that mystery.  I am the evolution of my soul, ever discovering this dance of beingness.  I am the one having patience as I try to learn to love the questions themselves.  I am the seeker of answers, but I am also one who is willing to allow the uncertainty to just be, faithful in my trust as I allow the Divine Patterning to reveal the splendor it contains.  God’s ideas are so often so much better than mine.  God’s ideas are so often so much better than yours.  And so I claim for each of us the willingness to allow the mystery to reveal its gifts.  I claim for us, the patience to live with the uncertainty.  I claim for us the peace that comes from letting God have it covered.  I let go of the need to try to figure anything out.  I let go of the tendency to what to peek around the corner.  I give myself the gift of being okay with the uncertainty, of more than being okay, of being good with it, and more than being good with it, with reveling in it.  I enjoy the surprises.  I await them expectantly knowing God can orchestrate the pieces in ways I couldn’t begin to even imagine.   I celebrate the synchronicity.  I applaud God’s awesome timing.  I give thanks that God is so much better at this stuff than I am.  I am grateful that I can relax and let Him/Her/It figure it out for me.  It feels so good to be so spoiled.  It feels so good to let it go.

Thus peace is mine.  I am the one happy to live in the uncertainty.  And yet, there it no real uncertainty, only faith in God’s ability to wow me.  I know it is already done, and that makes the mystery all that much more inspiring.  And for that, I am eternal grateful.  And So It Is!  Amen.

Nancy Bowers is a Practitioner at the Rio Grande Center For Spiritual Living, Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Knowing Freedom and Abundance

The Daily Meditation 12.01.2013

Knowing Freedom and Abundance

Rev Martha Quintana, Senior Minister

Martha_226-150x150.jpg?width=150

Freedom exists solely for the experience of knowing Life so completely and so intimately that no one can deny it belongs to him or her.  In this moment I call forth my own freedom and I understand that as I do, I live my own life in my own way.  I live as God intended, and I live as I intended.  The whole of life is already complete within me so all that is left is my own experience of it.

I am the One I have been waiting for, and I am the One I experience so completely and deeply that it cannot be denied.  I am that One.  I live, breathe, and know that my next step and my next are always known in my soul.  I am the One I have seen again and again.  Each time I look into another’s eyes, I see myself.  Whenever I experience my life I see myself.  When I am quiet in the still of night, I see myself.  I am enough and So It Is.

The first prayer folds into the next.  There is One Abundance so magnificent It cannot be contained in mere numbers; so vast it lives beyond my imagination; so amazing It is All There Is.  It cannot be quantified and still It stands in Everything.

I am one with this vast, unqualified, uncountable Presence.  I live in It and It has its way with me now and always and in all ways.  I am certain of it as I am certain of my own existence.  As I know this for me, I know this for all beings who read or experience this prayer.  I am certain of them, too.

In this moment, I affirm and declare abundance.  Everywhere I look, everything I see, all that I experience is vast and uncountable.  The Rio Grande Center’s coffers are full to overflowing and all of its resources are so vast they are uncountable.  The Center moves with ease, delivers its services with a divine flow, and knows itself so completely that every single person who arrives on its doorstep is welcomed with open arms.  Every member of this Spiritual Community derives exactly what he or she desires, and all of us live in peace, abundance, harmony, and love.  I am so grateful.

I give thanks for the Rio Grande Center and its abundance.  I give thanks for all of its members and for all the desires that are fulfilled.  I am grateful for the wonderful Youth Program, for the new location, for all of the human, financial, and community resources that converge on our Center.  I am in love with all of it and I am so happy.

With a grateful heart, I release my word knowing that it cannot come back to me void.

And So It Is.

Amen.

Express Gratitude

Express Gratitude

Kathy Azar, RScP

Kathy-A.-150x150.jpg?width=150So, it’s the day after Thanksgiving.  Yesterday many of us sat down with friends and family and enjoyed a feast.  Most of us probably paused sometime during the day and expressed gratitude for the many things and people in our lives.  I would like to encourage all of us to continue that feeling of appreciation and gratitude throughout the year.  We take so much for granted and it’s truly important to recognize and be grateful for everything and everyone every day.  Immerse yourselves in gratitude today and every day.

Recognize the good in all people and say, “Thank you”.  Thank you for all of the goodness that you bring to the world!  Thank you for your kindness!  Thank you for your generosity!  Thank you for your compassion!  Thank you for your understanding!  Thank you for your patience!  Thank you for your time!  Thank you for listening!  Thank you for sharing!  Thank you for your song!  Thank you for your big heart!  Thank you for your creativity!  Thank you for your imagination!  Thank you for your love!  Thank you for your wisdom!  Thank you for your joy!  Thank you for sharing your truth!  Thank you for your support!  Thank you for your encouragement!  Thank you for your friendship!  Thank you for shining your light!  Thank you for your sincerity! Thank you for your honesty!  Thank you for your loyalty!  Thank you for your enthusiasm!  Thank you for your tenacity!  Thank you for your perseverance! Thank you for your companionship!  Thank you for your strength!  Thank you for your intelligence!  Thank you for your passion!  Thank you for your happiness!  Thank you for your inspiration!  Thank you for your cheerfulness!  Thank you for your beauty!  Thank you for your energy!  Thank you for your empathy!  Thank you for your openness!  Thank you for your authenticity! Thank you for your faith!  Thank you for your integrity!  Thank you for your gentleness!  THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU!!!

By doing this you not only thank others, but you also acknowledge and thank yourself.  For we are all one and we simply mirror each other’s qualities.  As Marianne Williamson stated in her book A Return To Love, “We are all meant to shine, as children do.  We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.  It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.  And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same”.

So, go out there and shine your light!  Express your gratitude!  Share your love! And so it is!!  Namaste’

A Prayer of Gratitude

Rev Martha Quintana, Senior Minister

Martha_226-150x150.jpg?width=150Thank You is the Prayer of the Great I Am.  Thank you built the world, the galaxies and all the stars.  Thank you is All There Is and It is Peace, Love, Abundance, and Good.  Thank you lives on in immortality and stretches beyond any space we can imagine into the world of the limitless good.

Blessings created me.  I am made of the good of the Great Thank You and today I receive it so deeply and fully that all I know is peace, love, abundance, and Good.  My own blessings are eternal and they stretch into dimensions I fathom from limitless good.

Today I bless the world by saying, “Thank you!”  I affirm and declare this gratitude is what I know, and affirm that it is all there is.  Thank you rolls off my tongue from my heart for everything that I give and for everything I receive.  Gratitude is my lot in life today and from it, joy leaps from my being into all that I can know.  I am joyful, happy, fulfilled, and in love simply from thanks and gratitude.

Thank you.  It is done.

And So It is!

Ruzande, you have now taken the next road ahead, what a journey it is. Everywhere present, no place you are not.  The drums are drumming, the ancestors are there to welcome you home.  In your Wisdom, you knew what was ahead.

Everyone is saying, how can this be?, Did you ask? If you had, there would have been a RESOUNDING NO!!! You and God had other plans.

Always there most Sundays to greet the new and fellow believers in love and Blessings. Everything has changed, but will always be the same.

Look at the Grand reception in your honor, you are worthy of that and more. There are no more tears, We know you have gone home.

This is the time of year, we give Thanks and Blessings for what we have and more.  Thank you for being at all Thanksgiving Dinners, in South Africa with your family and here.

You have so much to look forward to, you will go places beyond what could be imagined. Knowing you are filled with happiness on this journey.

We are all blessed for knowing you, having you in our lives.  You will be and are missed.  Thank you for touching the boys hearts and giving them someone to look up to, in your nonjudgmental way,  You are their Hero!

So enjoy your journey, listen and dance to your jazz and know you have left this world a better place, by you just being you.
Be at peace.

I Surrender Myself to the Highest Good

Rev. Bonny Allen Rice, Minister – Pastoral Care Director

revbonny-150x150.jpg?width=150

The Spirit within me hath urged me on to the goal and I have never been misled.

I have been guided and guarded through the long journey and thy Presence hath been made known to me. Science of Mind Ernest Holmes  Page 542

I Am recognizing the Spirit of All.  The beauty of birth and life, the Spirit of all. I Am in deep gratitude for this moment of Recognition and Unity. For the Spirit that is always as close as my breath and every where Present. Nothing can disturb it or diminish this truth.

I surrender myself to the Highest Good, that knows the greater goal of my Soul and my life.  Even when kicking and screaming I resist, the out come is always to surrender to the which is greater and to have faith that it is so. I have never been mislead!

In gratitude this prayer is heard and continues to be acted upon.

I release and I let go.

And so It is.

Everything Comes From this Place of Perfection, Divine Order

Linda Martin, RScP

lindamartin-150x150.jpg?width=150

I recognize there is One Power, One Source, One Divine Intelligence in all, through all, beside all…is all. It is this thing called Life…called by many names, I call it God. Everything that is seen comes from this place of Perfection, Divine Order. Everything that is not seen is ready to pop into form, ready for our minds to set the energy in motion. This mysterious force, which could never be explained is eternal, constant and ongoing…never ending, beautiful, holy and sacred. It is this creative energy that makes the sun shine, the bees sting, the rivers flow. It is the heart beat of every living being, in every plant, rock and animal. It is the wave crashing on the beach, the painted faces on the pansies, the eyes reading this prayer. It is…

I affirm and declare for myself and all others Life is a joyous, adventure full of everyday miracles and blessings. I turn my attention to all the good that constantly flows into my life experiences. Peace and a serenity are my silent partners. I meet individuals that recognize who I am as I recognize who they are. There is an immediate spiritual connection as the spark of oneness is greater than our humanness. In our eyes, we see Spirit…we see the Truth of who we are. I know I am always safe and protected. My heart is full of Love and high regard for all living things. The sound of a babies’s  whimper, the little kitty’s meow, my hair blowing in the wind, the snow flakes landing on my face are the miracles that I get to experience that have no price. I am rich in body, mind and spirit and I am as big of a miracle as the sun, the moon and the stars above. I am the creative energy that pops things into form.

I am deeply and profoundly grateful for knowing the truth of my being…I am eternal, a Spiritual being…happy, joyous and free.

I release my prayer into the Law calling it done….and so it is…

There is only One Being out of which comes all Creation, Ideas, Thoughts, Manifestation, Energy, Love, Harmony, and Peace.  It is called God.  All that is known and unknown comes from Divine Mind of God.  God creates out of Itself the multiplicity of Forms, Ideas, Visions that fill the vast Universe with Its Glory and Magnificence.  God through Divine Mind creates eternally in multiple forms and fields.  The Universe is the Body of God, The One Being, Omnipotent, All Knowing and All Pervading.

As the spiritual creation of God’s Love and Its Desire to express Itself, I came into this world to serve and to learn love in its many forms.   There is only love in this world.  Love is who we are.  Love is what we leave behind.  Love is the thread we leave behind that connects us all with God.

I am one with God within, the perfect whole and complete being, and God without, experienced as the world I live in.  I am one with peace, harmony, love and freedom to be God expressing.  I create my challenges and experiences.  When I have a challenge and I can wait long enough and get clear, I experience the gift of understanding myself better.  I now understand the gift that is given to me by what seemed to be an unhappy experience.   I learn from all of my experiences in life.   My Science of Mind community is a place for me to grow spiritually in a practicing spiritual community.  I know within me exists the perfect self, a whole complete and perfect aspect of God that I share with the world daily.

I am grateful for my life experiences, the opportunities to grow, to be alive to share my gifts and to learn to be.   I am grateful for this gift of life.

I release my word into the Law for action.  I know that it is in action now and will not return null and void.   And so it is.

I Remember That All Is God

Marilyn C. O’Leary, RScP

I sit in the warmth of my home while the weather changes around me and gets colder. I appreciate all I have.

I breathe in and remember that all is God. God is the ineffable, transcendent presence in the universe that is called by many names, and is even unnamed and unnamable.

That presence is in me and in everyone who reads these words.

We are one with each other and one with that presence. We are each part of the same seamless web of life.

With this awareness I remember that all I want to have, to be, and to do is mine in the choices I make, in the infinite possibilities that surround me, in all I say “yes” to.

I affirm perfect health and well-being, lavish abundance, deep love, warmth, comfort, and connection with the divine.

I bask in the divine givingness of the universe that surrounds me.

I am deeply grateful for my life, for Life itself, that expresses through me. I give thanks for all I have.

I release my words to the operation of divine law, knowing that the law only says “yes” to what I ask for, to what I affirm, and to who I am.

And so it is.

I Bless

Kathy Mathiason, RScP

I have come to the realization that the best way to change the world is to first change the way I see the world.  Instead of reacting to the outer events of life, I choose to respond to my life from an inner awareness of thanksgiving and gratitude.

Gratitude is an inner choice I choose to make each day.  My gratitude has nothing to do with the outer conditions of my life.  I consciously and intentionally express my gratitude, regardless of any outer conditions.  I receive miracles in my life from my expressions of gratitude. My circle of love expands.  My life flows in harmony.  I bless as I am a blessed.

My gratitude is a causative energy.  It is a creative force that acts like a magnet in my life.  I know that whatever I am grateful for becomes my experience.  I bless my life each day with my expression of gratefulness.

I bless everyone I come in contact with, knowing that we are all interconnected in Mind.  I bless Mother Earth.  I bless the diversity of life on the planet, for everyone is a unique expression of the Divine.

Gratitude fills by soul as I accept myself as a divine being and I know my life changes for the better when I am in a state of gratefulness.

I Release my Word to the Law of Mind

I Release my Word to the Law of Mind

Liza Kerr, RScP

It is said that wise Native American elders always made the following request when a member of their family was going to a faraway place.  “If you feel like you’re distant from your souls, come back to your home and go to a sacred mountain.  Stay at the mountain until you gain strength from a rock with warm sunlight, wash away the hurt and sadness of the world in a gentle-flowing stream, and the trees that wave their hands to you like a warm friend will lend you wisdom.”  The Call of Sedona – Journey of the Heart, Ilchi Lee, pg. 61.

A trip this last week to Sedona has inspired this prayer.  I found Sedona to be a place of spiritual connectedness and rejuvenation.  The ethereal beauty of the red and white rocks, in contrast with the fall colors of green, red, orange and brown, and the deep azure sky left me speechless.  I did several deep meditations here with my wonder dog Winston keeping silent vigil.  On the last day I meditated on top of Cathedral Rock, feeling the power of the vortex flowing through us, then sat by the raging creek below and did another meditation releasing anything that no longer served me into the flowing waters of the creek – leaving me feeling refreshed, renewed, rejuvenated.

God is everywhere and is all things.  God is omniscient, and omnipresent.  As I look around me all that I see is of the essence of God; the ethereal beauty of the landscape and sky scape, the colors, the absolute perfection of it all – God.  As I allow this feeling to wash over me – this true acceptance of the magnitude and magnificence of that which is God – I become aware of a deep sense of gratitude, and peace.  I allow this to fill me as I empty my mind and quiet my internal reflections simply turning them over to God.  As I sit in quiet acceptance Love fills my heart and a sense of complete safety and security surrounds me.  I am loved, I am love.  There is no separation between me and that source that I call God.  I know that the outermost God and the innermost God are one and the same; always with me, always a part of me, in me, through me, as me.

Just as I know this is true for me, I know that it  is also true for you.  Each of us is an individualized personification of God as the one source.

I speak my Word and my Word is Law that this peace that fills me now and permeates my being is a part of me forever. The love that fills me now is a part of me forever.  Nothing can diminish that.  I release anything that no longer serves me knowing – ABSOLUTELY knowing that only what I need to further me on my spiritual and human journey will come to me and stay – everything else is transitory – perhaps a lesson to learn and grow from.

I am so grateful for all of the people in my life that have helped me to heal and grow.  I am so grateful for my wonder dog Winston that somehow he quiets his racing heart and rambunctious soul and sits quietly by my side – just touching me while I meditate in nature – letting me know that I am safe, he is watching.  I am so grateful for my love of nature and my ability to go out in it and enjoy it and the appreciation I have for it reminding me of my connection to God.  Thank you God for blessing me in so many ways.

I release my Word to the Law of Mind knowing that it cannot come back to me void, knowing that this manifestation has already occurred and anchor it into place by saying AND SO IT IS!
